Was a walk in. Only waited a few minutes. Really friendly staff. Great polish colors. Lots of options. Regular no-chip manicure a bit more expensive than my last manicure. Technician did a great job. Shaped as I prefer. Overall very pleased.

My nails were nice most times unless the guy did them(I do not suggest him on your nails, choose one of the ladies).they allowed another woman who walked in to take my seat despite me having an appt. They overbook daily, accepting walk ins when they choose and if you are Black, they will allow others to go ahead of you (guess l we dont tip good enough lbvs). They do NOT clean or sanitize at all! I have seen the same spots and dust each time I go. Go to BlackDolla group on FB & find you a Black nail tech and get treated the way you should !

The nails looked grown out the day after i got them. i should have cut my cuticles, but still im not happy with it. nail tech was also more focused on watching tv on her phone than my nails

The guy there did them... He was so unprofessional besides on the work which didnt bother me at all what bothered me was he was also on his phone looking up stuff on YouTube and being very rude.... Next time i go there if i do ill ask one of the females

I just got a pedicure done today by Danielle and it was by far one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time! It was at a great price and of outstanding quality! I 100% will be back and will be recommending her to all of my friends!

Manager act like the women cant speak up for themselves. The manager which is the man did my nails this time . I got gel polish . My paint chipped and was bubbly to with circles printed in the polish. So I went back the very next day and got in a little confrontation with the manager because he likes to speak when not being spoken to I was speaking with one of the women . Made a appointment came back got my nails done she fixed them they were ok . Few days later my polish has chipped again.

The place was very professional, and my nail lady was super sweet and engaged in conversation with me as she was doing my nails. paid $50 for good quality nails. i’ll definitely be back.

I got my nails done by the guy in the front. I asked for Acrylic nail and he use nail polish. Whole time he had headphones on and every time I tried to talk to him he would say “huh” to me so I felt very uncomfortable asking again. While doing my nails he was rushing and the shaping was horrible and made me pay 50$. wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Nice Nails is great!! Ive been to countless nail salons around the Indianapolis area, never very happy with the results or experience. I finally found Nice Nails, everyone there is great! Ive never been to a nail salon with such consistently good results each time I go in! I highly recommend this nail salon. They are all friendly and go the extra mile to make sure youre pleased with your service and have a good experience!!!

It doesn’t matter if I get the same set every time I go here it is always a different price. I used to ONLY come to nice nails, they used to take their time and do so good! Any time I go there now I get outrageous prices for 1 color, very rude and aggressive employees and at LEAST one of my nails are Crooked.

Its was great but the only thing is that Ive never gotten a pedi without them putting any type of foot soak in the water..I literally had to pay for her to put something in the water 🤷🏿...

I went in about two weeks ago and the man that did my nails was excellent. I went to another salon before for a full set and they did a horrible job. But the man at Nice Nails fixed my nails and they look/feel so much better. I will be a returning customer!One downfall is that they don’t take appointments on the weekends so the wait was extremely long. Somewhat worth it in my opinion!

I have been taking my daughter to this shop since she has been 3 she is 10 now and she just went in June. I’ve always paid $25 for a gel polish for hands and feet! For whatever reason today they charged me $35 and claimed it has always been that much and that I am lying and my daughter was treated rudely by the guy who serviced her. He told her he doesn’t have time that she needs to come on. Today will be my last day ever coming to this shop after 7 years.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. When I called to schedule my appointment, they were super friendly and accommodating! I think the prices were fair and they did a great job. Also a quality service but they were quick and attentive! I would definitely choose them over other options in the area.

I dont know where to even start… The customer service here is horrible… I came in for a full set and pedicure… The first lady ( Lina I think was her name ) basically told me she that for $25 the pedicures dont include a foot scrub… After doing it myself I was placed under the dryer while they worked with a few ppl after me… I went to Su... Im not sure what the animosity between the two ladies was but it definitely interfered in their work… They was catty through out the time I was there… When it was time to pay instead of running my card once for the transaction they ran it TWICE… Petty much... Su was so upset about whatever that in the middle of publishing my nails she called someone, put them on speaker phone and continued to argue… Very unprofessional… I asked her to put another coat of clear on them because she missed like 8 spots… She didnt and moved me to the dryer… The entire time they kept saying that MORE money as if I was broke and didnt have money… I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP TO ANYONE... BAD FOR BUSINESS...

I always come here to get my nails done. today I came in after work and got here around 4:15 there was only 2 people in here and they was both being worked on. I was the only one waiting. they had asked me what I wanted when they told me to come in and then said pick a color ( i was getting a fix and a fill) 5people came in after me. 3 of them have been helped before me and one other person left. i waited for over an hour before I was helped even tho I was there first. and everyone was seen before me.

1st rime i went a man did my pedi ur and it was after covid so i know my feet were bad i paid $60 but it was worth it. went again less than a mo and a women did it rushed and all though it was only 40 i would have paid more to have it done right

Very inconsistent with pricing. I went and got an acrylic fill-in and 2 nails repaired with regular clear polish for 25. 2 weeks later I had to get the exact same thing.. acrylic fill-in and 2 nails repaired with regular clear polish but it was $10 more. Id even tipped $6 the first time, $5 the second even after the inconsistency. That same day my thumb nail cracked. I sit at a desk and type for a living so I dont understand why the acrylic isnt lasting. Not to mention the area is very sketchy but they speak English well, all the different nails Ive seen while there are pretty

Never again, towel they put my hands on dirty, the job looked dirty, what they used on my fingers was not in sterile package, they were watching tv and making comments on movie while doing my manicure. I’m glad I brought my nail polish, not much at their shop to choice from. Color is coming off the tips of my nails already. Glad I have my nail polish with me to repair my nails. I’ll look for another nail salon..

There customer service was awful, the lady who did my nails was rude as ever. She kept hurting me while doing my pedicure and made me bleed, all she had to say was you had a lot of cuticles. No apology or discount, and they told me the only polish option was gel, after she already started my pedicure. I will not be returning. 😡🤬

This is hands down the best place Ive ever got my nails done at and Ive been to at least 20+ places. They make sure you leave happy and get exactly what you want! Its not a huge fancy place but its very relaxing and a friendly environment. I will never go any where else to get my nails done.

I know this place for almost 20 yrs, but last week I had a very bad experience there the man who did my nails had a bat attitude and didnt listen to me. He did a horrible job, I went next day to see if they was able to fix my nails because I wasnt happy and they didnt want, the owner told me to leave and never come back. I paid $45 dlrs for a horrible job. I will never go to this place again 😡😡 old man in the corner woow he does not listen always with bad attitude.

The lady that’s in charge of eyebrows is literally very talented with fixing eyebrows, I would never go someone where else who is not her, I am staying loyal to this lady. I recommend her to you guys out there.

I just moved from Ft Wayne to Indy and this was my first place I tried. I’m always complaining about my nails after they get done but THIS PLACE nailed it. lol. I’ve never been happier with my shape and color. Even my boyfriend was shocked at how much I loved my nails.

TERRIBLE. This business is disgusting, inside and out. The place itself is so dirty.Staff was unprofessional.Scheduled an appointment, waited 45 minutes past, and left after not being seen.

They were nice, polite and cheap. They accept walk ins. My sister and I came at 6:07 pm on Saturday. All of their seats were filled and they had about five ladies waiting. They still took us. I got a full set for $40.

Fast service and friendly. I think they are a little too fast though and need to focus more closely on quality. They are up to date on the trends though which is nice to see.

I always go here and I love it here. They always seem to remember me and talk to me when I come in and ask how I am doing. They used to have a lady there that did an awful job on nails but she is no longer there and now I think they have the best ones working. I also get my eyebrows done here and they always look very pretty and arched . The downfall is the wait at times but that is because they do such a wonderful job with their customers. I think in all the times I have gone here I have left disappointed twice and it was from the lady who is no longer there.

I find Nice nails to be an exceptionally clean establishment. I have been going to Nice nails for at least the past two years, particularly for gel manicures and pedicures. And it is the only place I will continue to go to! My friend and i called ahead and as soon as we arrived chairs were ready. Zero wait! They service was quick but it was no big deal. The water and cookies they served made up for it.The BEST part is that my manicure has lasted 6 days! 6 days with regular polish and NOT ONE chip!!!! How is the possible? Do they use magic top coat?As with any salon, the manicurists can be hit or miss depending on your expectations, the ability of your nails to maintain a gel manicure, etc. I have found, however, that all the manicurists that have worked on my nails are extremely good at their jobs. Ive never had a bloody finger from cuticle clips, they dont go rogue on nail length, and they listen when I ask for a particular thinness or thickness to the gel. My gel never usually lasts more than two weeks - same with Nice nails, but thats a matter of my nail suitability to gel and nail polish in general . I know people whose gel mani from this salon will last 4 weeks or longer!Whatever it is... no complaints! While its a little pricier than my former spot the cleanliness, service, and snacks made up for it!I got pedicure too... its also looking super a week later.Highly recommend Nice nails!.

Quality of work is supurb & prices are competitive. The social game is a tad awkward at times. But its good entertainment.

This is the best salon in Indianapolis for the price and quality of service. Its also a quiet and relaxing environment. I get a regular mani + pedi. I dont do gel manicures because I come every week and bring my own polish, so I cannot rate that service.

I have been going to get my nails done here off and on for years now. I enjoy getting my nails done here. Its such a laid back, comfortable environment! Not like other nail salons.

I went in to get a pedicure and Full set ..... Lee is the one who did my nails and also the owner She does awesome work but when I went to get my pedicure a man did my pedicure the whole thing lasted 8 minutes including the nail painting No massage no time At all on getting dead skin, cuticles all the stuff I went in to get a pedicure for !!!!!! so I went to say something to the guy that did my pedicure and also Lee the owner she told me never to come back again and I wasnt even rude All I asked for was my dead skin taken off and the cuticles on my toenails to be manicured and I paid for a $45 Pedicure and I basically got what I could have done at home Needless to say I will never return there again Lee is one of the most rudest people I have ever met

Trini does good nails she gives you what you want but everyone in this shop is very rude. This guy in particular his name was Lee he is the rudest out of the all. He kept pulling my moms hands and bending them out of place and physically hurting her not just a little nick or whatever. He kept yelling at her because she couldn’t understand what he was saying because he was talking so low and fast. He got mad at her because she wanted a different color and he kept grabbing colors that she didn’t want. He got to the rest of the techs there in an uproar because my mom kept telling him” no I want this color I’m paying for my own nails so I’m gonna get what I want”. The nails from trini are good she gives 5 star work but everyone in the shop is rude and don’t even deserve 1 star.
