My boy phi gets me right every time i’m super particular about the length and thickness of each nail and this time was the best set he’s done for me before i leave for college, i also got a pedicure which was great and relaxing!!

Others were taken ahead of me, then she did my nails and toes so fast.... Id still recommend going for someone else

Got a gel manicure here. The polish lasted 4 weeks without chipping or peeling. This place was fast and efficient and did a great job.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was going here consistently, received a pedicure and manicure for my birthday and it was the biggest mistake of my life!!! My feet and nails itched badly days after and my skin started peeling. Now I have a nail fungus that I have to take medicine for and HOPEFULLY it will go away! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Idc how long you’ve been going here or have known them- it’s not the same and you will regret it!!!!!

Very good service. First time in a very long time I havent had to go back home and re-file my nails to get rid of jagged edges, or re-shape them. Foot massage could have been longer 😎 Not on my side of town but would definitely go back.

They were super friendly on the phone and in person. They got me in on a Friday last minute, which was amazing. I had an inspiration pic with me at the appointment. The guy I got did a great job helping me decide on a look that was original and just what I was looking for. I will be coming back for awesome looking nails in the future.

It was the first time I went there and I wont be back. They were very nice but cut by my toenail during the pedicure. That toe is now infected and Im having trouble walking.

I went to get my nails done . I paid 75 for a poor service . My nails were poorly shaped and not done how i wanted them to be done my acrylic was not done right looks like I needed a fill in soon as I got them done . My nails looked skimpy . I had to just take them off . I will not be attending this salon again .

After 2 weeks all nails are lifting 3 broken. Paid way more then i should have charged for EVERYTHING including using my card on an 80 dollar purchase most placed have limits NONE have fees for debit purchases include it in your price its 2021

Had gel polish removed and it damaged my nails severly

Stopped in for a quick pedi and gel polish on my hands. Everyone was masked up, friendly and efficient. They got me in and out in less than an hour and my toes and fingers look terrific!

Me my friend an her daughter went they wanted charge 53 for a fill in then said my nails were long but the girl next to me the lady pointed her nails and. Hers were way longer plus it was a fill in and my friend daughter got hers done and he put the wrong color and tried to say she didnt say 140 glitter but i heard her say it ... While i was there it was 2 people came in with messed up nails after they just got them done and a girl came in with a allergic reaction to the wax an they told her put vasaline on it like tf ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE OVER CHARGE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK

We went for a girls day and randomly picked this place to get our nails done and pedis! It was 5 of us and not one of us were happy! I’m out nails aren’t neat, they don’t look good, they couldn’t design. Nails are uneven. The pedi was really basic!! As a whole our experience wasn’t a good one! I wouldn’t recommend going! I’m pick somewhere else

I have been going to Art Nails for 13 years. I recommend this family owned salon because it is friendly, sanitary and professional. I adore everybody who works there. My nails always receive admiration from friends and acquaintances. I appreciate being greeted and welcomed. Pedicures are heavenly too! I have never been hurt in this salon and always leave feeling pretty!

Great nail techs and comfortable place to pamper yours elf or someone else! Prices can be a bit high depending on the requested service but definitely relaxing.

I didnt have to wait very long. It was a gentleman who did my pedi. I think he could have filed and reshaped my nails better. The polish was not done very well. Its a good thing I had brought my own for all the touch- ups I had to do when I got home.

My sister introduced me to art nails several years ago. I have tried other salons, but I prefer Art nails. They are very professional, nails always look great, and I always get compliments. I am a beauty consultant and it is important that my nails look good. I always try to book my appointment in advance with my favorite technician. However, it is also walk-in salon.

This is the best deal place I know and I have looked for years every one of their nail techs are awesome and they take good care of the wind the women or men that have diabetes it is just totally awesome

Love the people that work here. We feel welcome every time we come. Charlie and Jackie are fantastic! The chairs are comfy. Hubby and I have pedicures every month.

Just got a french mani. The lady was on her phone the whole time. She left residue from my last one so there are red specks in my mani. The nails are shaped uneven. VERY unhappy with this experience and I will not be back. Rarely give terrible reviews but this gel nail was awful. Literally so upset. Tried to post a pic but the option doesnt seem to exist for me.

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They didn’t give good service at all. Left me waiting at different occasions through out the process and when he started to take the old nail off, he cut me with the nail buffer machine. He didn’t even apologize and then the lady that worked there said it was technically my fault because i should have told them the nail wasn’t glued at the top anymore. Although is there job to check what they are working with so they don’t hurt there customers. For sure not coming here anymore.

Was on the south side running some errands and stop here instead of my regular salon. The guy was super nice but did not listen to what I wanted. The gel acrylic is bumpy and does not go all the way down to my cuticles. The almond shape of my nail is more round than anything. And he tried to fix the shape after the gel polish was set so the edges of my black nails are white and rough. I still paid even thoigh i was unhappy with the result and even was going to tip because i know how it feels to work for tips but the tech was more interested in rushing through and talking to one of his regulars. Ive never been so unhappy with my nail service. Next time Ill take the 45 min drive to a salon that cares.

We asked for deluxe pedicures and didnt even really get a basic. It is frustrating to pay for something you did not get. They didnt even take off the dead skin or anything. It was just a scrub and paint nails and that was it! Nice people but we wanted deluxe pedicures after a stressful couple of weeks.

Worst experience ever! Went here for the first time and got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The pedicure hurt and outs still sensitive and he didnt even paint my toenails correctly not to mention theyre jagged as Hell! So not going back

Took my gf to get her nails done before the big question and they did the worst job ever! First they got the color wrong and when we told them that they did not match the sample at all (wanted naked color and turned out baby pink) they offered to redo them but no refund. When they re did them it was like they wanted to mess them up on purpose!! Must be because we complained. And we really NEVER complain about service any where.

I went to get my brows done there, and it seems like they always JAck them up!! I feel they do NOT take their time doing your brows; they rush through it extremely to fast. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!! Not to mention I waited 40 minutes for them, to just Jack my brows up!! SMH

Guy was nice at first then then got up walked away (10 minutes after starting on my nails) then started on a pedi on someone else n i sat there for 30 mins before i walked out.

Went for an acrylic full set and they did not do a good job. The middle finger of my left hand was the worst. You could see my actual nail on the sides. All of the nails were uneven and weren’t filed correctly. Since then I’ve found a new nail place.

My Girlfriend had a wonderful experience here. Would def come back to get my hands and feet cleaned.

My 14 yr old daughter and I went here hoping to find a new nail tech..(Our usual nail tech unfortunately has moved) However we will NEVER be back to this nail salon.. Absolutely the rudest unprofessional women I have ever meet in this type of business.. Did not hardly speak a word to my daughter or I.. I don’t really know if the girl that did my nails knew any of the English language. The lady that did my daughters nails talked her into extra’s with out asking if it was ok with me - - even though I was the one paying.. I got a new set – and they look hideous.. There are gaps between my nail and the tip - - she put the clear coat on so thick that it was full of air bubbles, the tips are crooked..( she claimed my nail bits grow crooked - - I have never had this issue before - - however even if that is so, isn’t that what tips are for to make your nails look nice / perfect????) No matter what I sd about my nails, she for sure thought she was right and would ignore my request- - I always thought the PAYING customer is supposed to be right. It’s a shame that I spent over $80 and received the worst service ever in the 15 yrs I have been getting acrylic nails. Please beware of this chop shop they call a nail salon..
