I always go here with my mom and Connie is always nice and sweet she does an amazing job with nails. I always recommend her to everyone who asks. The pictures I show her of what I want always come out looking just like the picture.

Went in on a Saturday for a pedicure with no appointment and expected to wait. I was in the pedicure chair within 10 minutes of coming through the door. I had the male worker who took his time. My feet were pretty rough from over the winter so I needed more than the regular pedicure which was $28. I got the Super and extra deluxe for $43. He took his time, paid close attention to details and my feet look wonderful. My neice received a full set for $40 and also loved the service she received from the female worker. I will go back again with no hesitation 💜

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and had a really nice pedicure done in less than 30 minutes. Clean, quick, quality nails.

I bought my husband in for pedicure the basic price is 25.00 . Connie charged 30.00 because he’s a man. When that’s not the going cost.She had no other customers waiting and I ask if I could get my feet done with my husband and she said “No” I had to get my nails did 1st.What type of service is this when I’m a paid customer and Connie didn’t have any other customers waiting.Huh makes me wonder why no one else was there.She will never get my business again!

I came to Connie the owner for a fill in. My wife said. She doubled charged me. Connie told me since a couple of my nails were coming up instead of replacing the 2 nails she had to take all my nails and do a full set since she wasn’t the person who originally did my nails. Charged me 43.00 when I was only wanting a fill in. I found out somewhere else that Connie should of only replaced the 2nails and Not charged me to do a full set over when my set was only 2weeks old and nothing wrong with the other nails.Also her table was dirty, she tried to place my hands on the table with someone else’s clipped nails from a previous customer still on the desk. I ask her to clean it off Connie became rude and stated I can go somewhere else. Guess what Connie I will never come back there! With The Pandemic, I recommend no one to give her their service!As we were leaving out she stated “I hate complaining Nigers” in her native language. After that races remark. I will never give my business there!

The place was empty and the man who gave me a pedicureTook barely 15 minutes to do it. He also said I needed the deluxePedi because my feet were dry. I cream my feet daily sometimes more.Just looking for that extra 10.00. Told the woman in charge before I leftI did not leave a tip due to the less than 15 minutes he spent on me. She could have cared less.

I got the gel nails.. my nails didn’t even last a day. I left thinking my nails where dry. when, I woke up the next morning the gel nail polish was all over me and my night clothes as well as my pillow. I called them to ask for my money back because it’s way out of my way to drive there and get them fix and it happens again. She said it her policy that she doesn’t do refunds. I would not recommend this place to get your nails done.

I took my son and myself to get a fill and a pedicure. The staff were very nice and took us right away.

Older guy did a horrible job on my fill. Filing my skin, EVERY nail was crooked and lumpy. When I showed the lady she did offer to fix. She had the younger guy take the polish off.. He was yanking my hands and rough I guess because of the fox. She polished and was yanking my hands around too. Powder was all over them and she shoved my hands away and was like you’re done. Super rude and unprofessional! I’ll never go back!!!

My daughter and I went in and got our nails done. 2 different people did our nails. My daughters looks great and mine all peeled off. We got French tip gel manicures. Mine usually last a week and a half to two weeks and we did ours on Saturday evening, today is Wednesday. The actual manicure I received didnt look or feel like a usual one, so money wise for me not worth it with the tech I had. As for my daughter she got the better tech so her nails look good.

I love getting my nails done here. Its very affordable and they always give me exactly what I want.

Fast and pleasant service

Bad experience... got bent nails.

The people were nice. The place was clean. But they wanted $60 for me and my daughter to get nails done. Then, not even 14 days later they start to break off one by one. Im not going back to them to pay another $30 to get them off when I got them off myself with finger nail polish remover and a nail smoothing kit.

Lady had a bad attitude when I asked about washing my hand. The man was very pleasant. Told her I will not be coming back, she replied good (LOL). I rather spend my money at a pleasant place with nice attitudes especially when an attitude isnt given.

I love our girl conversations as she do my nails. I go every two weeks faithfully.

I used to go here all the time, then I stopped wearing nails for several years. Ive started wearing nails again, and they are as great now as they were then. Friendly and welcoming, very professional, and always a great job. I wont go anywhere else!

I have been going to Rose nails for 16 years. They update their equipment frequently. Over the years I have had many different technicians which were all excellent. The manager Connie has always treated me like family. She always has great suggestions. They just got new equipment again and the pedicure chairs are wonderful. It is a walk in basis but the staff in mindful of that and moves things along with great service. They are wonderful to my nieces who I have brought in over the years.

I had come to this salon almost 10 years ago a few times and always had a decent experience. I am back on the East side and wanted to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. I went for the gel as I wanted it to last several weeks. I have had gel manicures several times in the past at different salons so I am familiar with how the process is done, how it should look, and how long it should last. I had it done on a Saturday and most nails were starting to peel by the following Tuesday. I called the salon and they said I could come back. My schedule only allowed me to come in the next Saturday. By that point, only two nails had color on them still. The same gentleman fixed my nails. They did not look professionally done but the color was less patchy than the first time and a bit more substantial so I was somewhat satisfied. My pedicure wasnt fantastic either but they were busy so I left it alone. They not ask me to pay for that visit which I appreciated. It is a now a week later from my fix and they are already peeling and chipping away. I am not rough with my hands (I work in an office) so there is no reason they should be peeling this quickly. I would say maybe the brand of gel they use isnt the best, however, the skill level was also not there nor was a pleasant and professional manner. Going forward, I will not be visiting this salon.

I came here after looking on Google for places near home. I decided, upon seeing my pedicure would be $20, less than other places around, to try out Rose Nails. You get what you pay for, definitely. I found out after asking about the Google price it was $25. If you want the scrub and other things Ive found to be normal with a pedicure its $5 more!!! Ive had enough pedicures to know when someone is careless too and the amazing leg and foot rub that are a general highlight of a pedicure were almost non-existent. As a food service professional I really was looking forward to my pedicure and my experience was less than stellar. I almost didnt tip even but of course thats too rude, and I know better. As I proceeded to leave they said nothing which I found odd. By the way, I never write reviews but I was too bothered to not share. Obviously, Ill not be back.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! Not too many places opened on sun, wasn’t even crowded & nail tech did my full set in 15min start to finish! Clumps ofgel up sides of my finger/nail 😡🤬 if u want a quick nail job go here, otherwise DO NOT WASTE UR $$$

This salon is constantly unprofessional. The female owner often seems to have a very stand off ish attitude. They constantly change their prices on the board by covering them with white paper and telling you to ignore the listed prices. The female owner will claim customers are trying to “start arguments” with her when questioned about why her listed prices are different than what she’s asking for verbally. I personally did not feel comfortable giving my money to a company that changes its prices depending on how they view the customer. I am an African American woman.

Horrible service and high prices:The lady, Connie was extremely rude when my 5 year old daughter and I walked in. It was not pleasant. Normally it costs $5 to paint a childs nails but they charge $12. They didnt have the pedi scrapper for my pedicure and still charged me $25 for a foot soak and polish change. Then, after paying, she came up and told me that they normally charge $5 to remove gel Polish. My total was $67 already! Upon paying, the man stared at me to write a tip. Definitely not! When we left, they were closed so he unlocked the door for us. We said Thank you and didnt get a response. Then he spit out the door after my daughter and I walked out.Never again!

My daughter went in to get her acrylic taken off and that is literally all they did! No filling the nails afterwards to at least make them decent looking to walk out the door! Hands just looked raggedy...dont worry Connie well take our money elsewhere, like you said you wont miss it👋

My mother, sister, and I have been going to this nail salon for over 6 years. We never go anywhere else. They always do such an amazing job and do it in half the time it would take somewhere else. I love love love this salon.

When I entered the nail salon, I presume the owner was laying on a raggedy couch piled with bed pillows and blankets watching tv. She yelled to the back and a man came out. To remove my gel, I had to submerge my fingers in microwaved acetone, and he scraped the gel off with his fingernail! It took forever and hurt- he kept accidentally jabbing my cuticles.Not a large selection unless you want a bright color, which I cant wear at work. He never offered to cut my nails before beginning to apply gel, and seemed annoyed when I mentioned. I said forget it and I trimmed and filed at home. Completed job had tons of buubles, was clumpy in places, and you could still see my old polish at edges. I was astonished since this place has been there forever, I wonder how??!!

Me and my sister went to get some manicures and pedicures. .. the lady that greeted us was something less than desirable . We was told one thing only to find out it was something else. In my opinion, if you wanted to be treat like your money isnt any good (and I mean in a bad way), this is the place to be. I work in the customer service field and she should no better.

Gel nail polish is nothing near what is shown on sample. The polish put on my nails is so thin you can see my regular nail thru it and this is with two coats. It looks like the polish has been thinned out in my opinion. I went here because my regular shop is not open on Sunday and I had to go somewhere. Will be my last time for a gel polish.

This is not my first time going to this particular establishment, first interaction was about two months ago (March 2017) at that time I felt the lady was very blunt and rude so I left. There are not too many businesses open on Sunday so I went back to give it a second chance. Upon entering into the facility I said hello and the lady did not say hi she quickly asked How can I help you? I proceeded to tell her that I would need a fill in and a nail fix. (I understood at this point that it would be $15.00 for a fill in and 3.00 to fix my nail). She looked at me sarcastically and said Fill in $25.00 and to fix nail $5.00. 30.00!! That is a new full set! :( I was confused and puzzled because 1. My nails were not long and I have NEVER heard of any nail technician charging $5.00 for a broken nail. I proceeded to tell her that this type of charge was unheard of and she kept repeating the same thing to me and very rudely. I calmly walked out. Feeling disgusted and off guard. This establishment appears to be extremely greedy. At this point I feel that others need to know about their unfair business antics. I believe they pick and choose as to whom they want to over charge. I went to Wendys nail located further down on Washington Street. She charged me $15.00 for a fill in and $3.00 for a nail fix which is fair. Wendys nail has now gained a lifetime customer.

Nails were uneven and lumpy. Customer service was terrible. I tried to make conversation and the nail tech completely ignored me. Returned later to get my nails soaked off and she RIPPED one off with tweezers. Horrible.

I was not surprised when I came to leave a review and it was less than 3 stars. I was looking at some mood changing colors. I asked her what color they were gonna change to she says we dont know I was like okay so if I dont like it you can take it off right she says no once its on there we cant take it off. As she was shaping my coffin shaped nails I told her they were to rounded... She had an attitude and told me she will reshape them once rhe gel is on. Like Im supposed to believe that... Anyway she took no time to do my nails. I was literally in and out in unser 30 min. Acrylics with gel should tale a little longer if you are going to do a hald decent job. They are way to short for coffin. I will not be coming back here. Dont know why I didnt look at reviews before but Im definitely paying for it.

Ive been to this place twice and each time the service was poor...but, today I figured Id give then another shot. As soon as I pull up, the woman immediately turns off the open sign. Umm hello? Your sign says you close at 4:30pm and its 3:48! Dont even know why Im disappointed....I shouldve expected this type of unprofessionalism from this place. Thumbs down. The competition is too high for you all to turn down clients. 1 customer lose for a small business is huge. Its too bad you dont know that.

This place is horrible! Do not go here!The workstation was filthy, she didnt clean the utensils between the last customer and myself, and the pedicure chairs and stools were visibly dirty! In stead of a nice clean hand town on the table she had a baby wipe that she cut in half for me to rest my hands on. The bottle of lotion sitting on the table looked disgusting! I got a gel manicure and I literally could have done better myself, no exaggerating! They were lopsided, the gel was noticeably thicker on one side of the nail, there was polish on my finger tips, and she didnt even paint the polish to cover my whole nail and didt pain to my cuticles. So before I even left it looked like my manicure was already a week grown out! Didnt ask me if I like it or if it was ok AND then she stood over me watching for me to sign the receipt and add a tip for her!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! When I showed my husband afterwards (and men dont even pay attention to these things), he said, Wow, those look really sloppy! I cant believe you paid for that. If you are not going to clean your establishment or even strive to do a good job, the very least you could do is provide some good customer service. Overall terrible experience!

Need to be neat with polishing and acrylic application

I got a gel manicure on Sunday morning...the guy said that they last 2 weeks. By Monday evening, all but 3 of them were chipped or peeling back away from my nails. They look HORRIBLE for a work conference I am leaving for.I dont do anything that would speed up the process of them coming off or ruin them. So disappointed.
