They stayed open until 9 for me but the I caught a fungal infection a few days later and had to go to the hospital and I also lost my leg and foot also the owner is weird and tried to flirt with me. Also I just wanted a French ombré and he gave me sparkles and the nails were uneven and different shapes and my ring finger bled after he put the nail on

Service is excellent, friendly and efficient. The owner is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years in both fields. He pays close attention to cleanliness and hygiene in the shop.

Can’t believe this place is still open ! Gel polish peels off and owner John will not fix the issue THEY Caused even after you just got it done a few days ago. Will only fix about two then tries to tell you that you need a fill in after you just had one prior ! Will never spend another penny on nails that look like they were done in the dark . Explains why it’s always EMPTY

Id give them 0 if I could. The owner is very friendly. Thats the only good thing I can say. The lady did my pedicure. My feet literally have peeling dead skin. She did not lotion my feet even when I asked her. She did not shape my toenails. Now, I just had a pedicure two weeks ago (at a different shop not in Indianapolis) so my feet were in pretty good shapeAnd I decided to let it go. Move to the nail station. I wanted an acrylic overlay. She rushed through putting on the acrylic. She did not shape my nails. I have acrylic stuck under my finger nails and on the side. No cuticle oil. No massage of the nail bed. No primer before polish. I complained. Owner offered to fix them. He really wanted me to do gel. I didnt want gel. He somewhat cleaned up the acrylic from under my nails and around the sides. I have polish on the sides of my nail beds. He didnt let me wash/scrub before applying polish. No top coat/out the door. I am completely disgusted. The only thing keeping me from losing all forms of sense is the cost. It was only 50.00$ for both. Never again will I come here. It was a horrific experience

Do not! And I mean do not spend your money at this place. Although they are nice, they do not take pride in their work. Service is rushed, and my acrylic was not applied properly(causing my nails to look bulky) Not to mention the polish application left gel polish all around my fingers. I would go back to let them fix the mess they created but if they knew what they were doing it would have been done right the first time. Here to help someone so you don’t make the same mistake I did. I will NOT be back.

This use to be my favorite place up until today!! Today is my birthday and I wanted my nails a certain way if they would have said they couldnt do what I wanted I wouldnt have had a problem but long story short the person who did my nails got upset because I didnt like them they tried fixing them but it was still a rushed job . And Im still not happy with the way my nails look this changed everything now Im forced to wear these horrible nails till tomorrow I will not be going back ever in life Happy Birthday to me😡

SA Nails is a great place. John, Nancy and the rest of the crew are absolutely wonderful. I have been going here for 3 years. My real nails are now healthy and strong. He always makes sure my real nails and my gel nails are beautiful. They have great customer service. They work really hard and theyre not that expensive. I recommend this place to anyone.Be kind to others...And they will be kind to you.Angela

Filthy nail salon. I went in for a gel manicure. The posted price was $22. They charged me $25. The manicure was mediocre at best. I don’t like dishonesty and will not return.

The old mean lady needs to take a communication class. its not proper,polite or good for business to not greet customers with at least a hello, but then say what do you want? oh no, they will never get my money! I had to just give her a look of pure disdain and turn around to leave, she almost made me catch a case. Enter at your own risk. I wish I could give a zero.

I usually go here to get my daughters manicure and her nails done. Shes only 7 and they still try to talk to her and make her laugh even with the language barrier. They always make sure she likes her nails and does a kid friendly design and she always comes out loving her nails. They also always give her a little discount when we go to pay.

I love this place, I come here all of the time they’re friendly nice and patient 💁🏽‍♀️ Their suggestions are really good and for a full set it’s cheaper then average nail salons.

I have never been so disappointed. I wont even let them fix it if you were capable of better you would have done it thr first time. My own fault for going somewhere different than my usual place.

Nancy is really sweet. The prices here beat any other nail salon Ive been to. I can get my nails done, tip, go to one of the restaurants in the little strip, and still end up paying less or just as much as I would pay for a simple gel manicure at any other salon.

DONT GO HERE!!!!Theres a nail shop across the street in the Kroger plaza (Creative Nails) I went there yesterday....GREAT SERVICE!!S A nails was the only shop open near me in the 4th of July. It can be the ONLY shop open on the PLANET....I will NEVER STEP FOOT N THERE AGAIN!!The nail tech (Bootsy...small black female) had no clue what she was doing....although she told me she had been there 10 yrs. After my toes dried ....b4 I could even look....the woman across from me was commenting on the slants she made in the distinctions of my french ped ....yes I LOVE those (simple, ez & cute when done right). And yes...they were going n all kinda directions and I could see many patches through the white tips. The owner asked whats wrong....do I need fixing? I said yes. He told me 2 go back 2 bowl....he will fix. As I was trying 2 explain 2 Bootsy what the problem was....the owner came over and was just about 2 start repairing my toes and then started fussing at her and got up from his seat and told her to fix! Mind u...she was working on someone else. He walked away from me and she said shes not doing it and he yells U FIX IT!!Now Im sitting there like what the hell just happened....he had brush n hand and ready 2 go & suddenly jumps up and abandons me and my feet!! I left.This will sound just how it is....leave the NAILS 2 the ASIANS....most of them know what theyre doing with the Art work....but they also can have very nasty dispositiins...like this man.

Nice people, good prices, my nails could’ve been better but they were ok. No air, it’s over 80 and they had the door open for air, I need air conditioning!! Probably won’t be back if I see the door open.

I’m very disappointed with my nails! I was growing my real nails out and just getting a full in to keep them long. I showed up with one that was loose and I asked her to fix it but to be careful with my real nail. The older lady didn’t care and just cut off my real nail 🤬 and she did a horrible job! Not worth the $40 spent on this fill in !!!

If you value your time, safety, energy and money, please stay far away from SA Nails on Georgetown Road. I recently made a huge mistake and stopped in here for a full set of acrylic nails and a toe polish change. I informed the nail attendant Tina that I wanted a oval shaped nails and this is when the madness began. Tina applied the nails and began to her best attempt to shape the nail oval, she sawed away the sides of my nail and the left side of nails were a 90 degree angle, perfect if I actually got a oval shape, but nope she sawed away the sides of my nails and they were paper thin. After many attempts to convey to Tina that I was very displeased with my nails, they were too thin and would split, the manager John, stepped in and said if you have any problems, dont worry, you come back and Ill fix! I was frustrated and in a hurry, so against, my best judgment, I believed what John said and paid for the shooty nail job and left. Days later, as I suspected the nails began to split on the side, besides looking horrible, the split nails kept snagging my clothes and hurt. I called SA Nails and I informed John of my issue, he told me to come in and he would fix. When I returned for my fix, John said he would fix the nails, but I would need to pay him for a fill in. I told John, absolutely not, I was not paying for a fill in and I reminded John of the promise he made days prior. I told John if he wasnt going to fix the shooty nail job as promised, then I wanted a refund. John got irrate with me, refused to fix or refund my money and called the police on me. Do you hear me? He called 911 and lied to the dispatcher by reporting a loud women who wouldnt leave his store. I was beyond angry, I was in total shock and disbelief that John would abuse 911 services. I had never witnessed such an egregious act in my life. I waited patiently for the police; I felt terrible that the police were called for something that could have been resolved by a honest business owner. The police advised that there was nothing they could do, they couldnt make him me refund the money or fix the nails. I left the store traumatized and promised to make sure everyone knew about how SA nails treats paying customers.

This place is the worst nail salon. They do not even know how to put nail polish. I just went for a gel nail polish They made a mess, my nail polish looks like something that was done by a 2 years old and the next day there was bubble eveeywhere in my nails. Awful. If there was an option to give -5 stars i would.

Ive been going to John for years and he has almost always done a good job. The only thing I can say is that his employees have really bad attuides except for the eldest lady which is his sister. When I go there I always request John or his sister. All the years of going here Ive only been cut one time and thats more than I cam say for the other places Ive tried.So of you ever go here request only JOHN OR HIS SISTER!!!!! The other lady with the red hair is a Bit*h!!! And I almost fought her one time because she refused to fix some things that I didnt like about my nails ...🤔UPDATE- 5/6/18I called up there at 5 too see if he was available for service at 6:30 he said yes . I pulled up at 6:00 and went in he waited for me to pick my color just to tell me his staff didnt want to work anymore and that I needed to come back tomorrow. Smh I drove all the way there for that ... Very unprofessional !

I typically dont waste my time writing reviews but I would have to honestly say this nail salon is pretty gross and the service was Horrible. I feel bad writing a negative review because they were polite but it was bad. Even my husband who normally doesnt say much say it was gross. The gel color pallette selection was so dirty I didnt want to touch it. They rush our pedicures although there were only three people including us getting serviced.

Most of their gel nail polishes are old. You can tell by looking at the bottles and their gel nail polish peels right off idc what color I pick. I wanted my brows waxed the old lady dropped wax all in the side of my hair and some of it came out! The oldest lady cant see very well she messes up everything

Worst set of nails I’ve ever got . They were not shaped well and the acrylic was so thin one broke as soon as I left. The gel polish was also uneven. I immediately went somewhere else to have them fixed.

Felt very rushed! Even tho they let my daughter and I sit in the middle of pedi and in middle of having nails done so they could start customers that was just coming in yhe door. Did not trim nails during pedi. Paint on fingers and toes looks like it was done at home verses a salon. Will not go back.

At first the lady rushed but once notified she happily corrected the mistakes & I left very happy. She earned her tip.

Went in for a gel overlay. I told her to make sure my entire nail was covered so I wouldnt have to worry about lifting. Every other nail had spots not covered. I told her and she said, dont worry I fix for you! Her fixing just netted me more and more layers of gel powder. I finally told her to forget it. Tell me what I owe and Im leaving. She gets irate and starts yelling. The owner, John, intervenes and apologized. He said he would do them. So I wait for him another 20 mins. He adds more gel powder in an effort to fix my nails. Then when it was all said and done he still charged me $42! They were horrible and I will never go back there!
