I am sorry, but service is horrible. My nails are ruined; the polish was old and thick, nail tech did not cure my nails, she unshaped my nails to where they look lumpy and uneven, she did not know how to paint on a French manicure, didn’t do my fillin correctly, was rushing, and just cannot do nails. However, I love the color. My nails are only 1 day old…and it looks like I could have let my 6 year old daughter polish them. Will not be wasting my money here anymore.

I like the colors and they work fast! But the shape is soo ugly I hate it! I didn’t want coffin because it was extra but nails should never be this shape!

My daughter and I went to the salon the evening before but they did not take walk-ins. I honestly did not want to go back however my daughter did. So we went today with an appointment and they were on time and did marvelous job. So I think we have found our new salon.

There are better nail salons around. I came here twice. I don’t know why I thought it would be different the second time. Subpar job with pedicures and manicures which is basically everything they do.

Fast service they pay attention to every little details and get it together.

Was closed a week due to a family emergency. When I finally got in, I got an American manicure with gel polish. She didnt use a uv light. Just the desk lamp. Super strange. Of course they didnt cure right away and are messed up. The edges are VERY thick and will definitely peel. There are also a lot of bubbles.

I realllyyyyy love my nails i am definitely coming back. 25 for a full set with hundereds of color options gel and regular polish.

I have had services completed her multiple times over the years. My husband and I have even had a couples pedicure previously. I called today around 5pm for a Mani pedi. The lady over the phone said 6:45pm. I wondered why it was set so close to closing. I get to the shop at 6:45pm and the place is closed with the owners standing by their car. I explained I had an appointment at 6:45pm. The only response I got was we are closed.There are many places to get a Mani or pedi but what brings the customer back is good customer service. I will be finding another place for my husband and I to enjoy.

I wasnt expecting much but what I got was absolutely horrible! If you like thick lumpy acrylic a ridiculous paint job with thick old gel polish and horrible shaped nails come here. I honestly dont know how this place is still open. They must survive off walk ins and people who dont know how nails should look because this was the worst set of nails Ive ever had.

Im not sure who gave this place 3 stars this is a joke for real i got nails and toes done and was there for less than 45 mins which would have been great if it was all done right nais are not straight each nail is a different shap the color is cute but not put on good an all they work way to fast and doesnt care what it looks like afterwards now for my toes my nails are not the same length at all and my toes had polish all over them this was the worst ive ever had my nails done i just laughed so hard it was crazy.

Called said they were open .Drove they were closed.

Lady refused to do the length I wanted with my nails. They are also all different lengths when comparing my fingers on each hand, the nails are also too thick. Didnt get the paint on the full nail, missing on the sides.. not good at all. .

The dude i don’t know his name but he’s the best one sorry not sorry. he is not friendly tho so just sit, listen to him & get your nails done i don’t know how to describe him but i’m gonna start going to him more than the lady.

This is my go to nail salon. Huey does a great job. He takes his time on nails and doesnt make you feel rushed. The quality of work he does is wonderful

The man that wears the hat did a very nice job on my nails for my first time and i felt that he took his time. The lady who did my nails did a okay job i just feel that it was rushed and messy as far as the painting and the fill in i had acrylic on the skin afterwards which could be avoided if she took her time and there attitudes arent very welcoming at first.

Love this place. Tried one other place when I moved. I literally drive 30 miles just to get nails done here! Fe is bad ass!!! Hes personable and nails are always on point. The staff speaks English and very very clean studio!

I will NEVER go back. I had a pedicure and paid extra for gel polish. An older gentleman did my pedicure. Very rushed. The polish only lasted a week. I could actually peel it off. Don’t waste your money.

So I went here based on the number of positive reviews. I regretted it soon after I came in! I came with a friend and she got her pedicure first. When she was done, the old guy just wiped foot spa down with a dry rag, no sanitizing. He also didnt sanitize the items used for the pedicure. He then filled it up for the next lady. Gross. The paint job on my toes is the worst Ive ever gotten from a salon, and he clipped the corners of some of my toenails off! WHY!!! I was literally repainting my toenails while I was waiting on the manicure. So the paint on my nails isnt AS bad (a lady did the manicure) but I could have definitely done a better job on my own. My experience was very disappointing and obviously wont be returning.

It was very peaceful. I had nails that were cracked real bad, they took great care of my nails. And reasonable price.

If I could give no stars I would to write my review... first of all, my nails and toes look like a child done them. I asked for a simple ribbon to bring awareness to childhood brain cancer to my full set. My pedicure was the most painful Id ever had and they were confused by a ribbon and the tech actually told me they really dont do designs??!! A nail salon with no designs, I should have ran.. but I digress I have uneven and not symmetrical nails now, the sides of my toenails are missing and they used the same pink bucket for everyones feet as well as the same tools after I was finished. No sanitation. They just removed the plastic from the foot basin and put on a new one. The manicure tools were in a dirty plastic container. They nicked my cuticles and theres paint on my skin. My designs would have been better coming from a preschool. But the ppl were nice so if youre looking for companionship thats the place to go, nails not so much...

I give this place zero stars if I could. I went in on my lunch break to get a fill in. From the time the lady started doing them, she was rude. She through my hands after each step of the fill in process. I didnt say anything because I didnt want to overreact. Fast forward to the painting. I had 3 colors chosen and asked nicely if she would swatch them. She said you do it yourself. Shocked, I responded no and asked her again to do it. She paints them a pink color, I dont like it. I tell her and she makes a rude remark that I didnt understand, then forcefully half takes the color off. She goes to paint them a nude color and you can still see the pink!!!! I tell her and she gets an attitude, as if it was my fault. I go to grab the receipt to remove my tip and she snatches it and stared me down something crazy. I demanded she take the tip off and told her how bad her service was. I kid you not, her response was I dont care.... Moral of the story, the WORST service I have ever experienced. The shop was raggedy and low budget anyway...

The best nail technician is a young man he takes his time like he loves what he do, I been with the others they were ok but I prefer him next time I go I will ask for him to do my nails.

Friendly staff and fast service. However, I have bee 3 times because they are never busy and each time after 5 days or so my acrylic chips off several nails. This is with a overlay no artificial nail.

So I recently got my nails done yesterday and I haven’t even got them wet and all of the sudden I am getting these dots all over my gel nail polish and part of it just chipped off so I know now that this is probably really cheap quality gel polish. But the service was ok tho.

I had been here maybe 6 months prior and they did a good job. However this time they were friendly but this has got to be the worst fill Ive ever gotten. She barely filled them theyre very thin and cracked all through the acrylic. I was also charged 21 dollars instead of the 15 for the fill.

I have always had a great experience at Nail Tek. Everyone is very friendly, they remember your name and actually talk to you when you get your nails done. You can spend your money anywhere to get your nails done... I choose to spend my money where people are nice!

They do not tell you the price til the end after they take advantage of you and switch everything up.

They were mad at me because i finally came back to get my nails fixed but they messed them up on purpose. So the lady digs in my skin to try to get the remainder of the nail off. But she literally put a hole in my nail. I believe she only messed up my nails to try to get a reaction out of me. But i had my daughter with me and Now Im going to zen lounge to get me right

**STAY AWAY**Decided to visit this place on 9/9/18. I am not from this area so I had no idea what to expect. I was very disappointed. A very nice man did my pedi but it was one of the worst pedis I have ever had. I asked for the deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about it. He was very rushed and my toes look like a 6 year old painted them. He used a dremel like tool to file the top of my nails (I have never had this used on my toes) and he scraped my cuticle on my big toe. So when he used acetone you can imagine how much it burned. I got the hot wax and hot towels but no lotion was ever applied to my feet or legs. I would not recommend this place.

Im a nail Tex I loved this place they filled up very fast open on Sunday thats a plus very social and friendly I would suggest to anyone that wants nails done my nails look great she made sure that when removing my old set she asked me if I was doing ok most places dont and removal hurts a bitexcellent will be back for sure

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE had a complaint about my acrylic being to thin as a result to them breaking one by one, i was willing to pay but the workers were not understanding, while accusing me of it, normally ill pay 50 to 60 for nails money is not the issue but the service & cleaness is poor, they dont sterilize their nail equipment, & they have attitudes as if there the only one who do nails. SAVE your money go were u are appreciated...

I know NOT what many have experienced when going to the Saloon. But, I have experienced NOTHING but Professionalism the last 8 yrs out of 10 years going here. In any event something may have occurred the Owner and Her Sister has been MORE then fair to repair my nails without hassle! Theres NOT TOO Many places in Indiana I would trust with my Nails anymore! BUT I trust Mary and Evan at Nail Tek Eastside... God Bless them for the years of Wonderful Service theyve Provided Me with!

They are friendly but, their service and quality of work is BAD. I had a favorite nail tech Mary but, she always avoids doing my nails now and idk why. The other techs are lazy they dont do the service that you ask for if it involves too much work. I get charged a different higher prices everytime I come. They well Mary pretends to not know how to do designs that shes done on me before just because she doesnt want to do it. So I need to get on the hunt to find a new good nail tech on the eastside. Thats why I dont frequent this shop as I used to.

I visited this nail salon this past Friday 8.24.18 mid afternoon. I havent been here in a year and was reminded why during this vist. This visit I had a pedi, mani with a gel overlay. During my pedi the lady anna was rough and painful so bad she made one of my toes bleed . Then when I was getting my manicure overlay, the lady pinched my ring finger so hard it hurt and left a red mark. She pinched me after i asked her to put an accent on one of my toe nails to match the accent on my finger nails. But when she pinched my finger, i said you know what, nevermind, she said oh, are you sure, i said yea, its not that deep.

Dont go here. It was a waste of money. The lady did my nails and the paint chipped when i got home. I called back to get it fixed and the lady told me i didnt wait long enough. When i told her they were dry when i left but did dishes later that day mypaint chipped on almost every nail. It was poor quality and they were very rude when i came back. They also will add an extra $2 charge to your service for a tip. The charges are displayed in the front if you go here. They need to be called out for it.

I will NEVER go back, I had a Pedi & menicure, an older gentleman did mine, was friendly, but I felt it was rushed and a little sloppy. I checked the prices online first and knew a combo would $35, they charged me $40 even though I said the price online was $35, the younger gentleman at the counter said, no its $40, this was on Sunday, January 29th, by Wednesday of that week my left big toe was red, swollen, and very painful. . . Apparently they dont clean they tubs or tools very well, Im going on 2 weeks now and still have this problem. . . Dont go here!!

Just left there Nail Tech was rude because I didnt like the shake that she was going with my nails I asked for Stiletto Nails instead she wants to do almond shaped nails thats not what I asked for so she got rude with me didnt want to service me anymore tried to put me off to another text and said to me bye also talking rude to other customers will never go back there ever I do not recommend
