I have been coming here for years and they have remained consistent in their service!

It was more expensive, the employees were not very friendly. I did enjoy the hot towels that they placed on my feet!

They took excellent care of my mom with challenging feet and toes, gentle and professional.

All the ladies ( and gent) do a great job and are very nice. The shop is spotless and I always see them sanitizing everything. I have been going here 10+ years and have always been happy. I make an appointment every time, even if its the day before, because they are always busy and I avoid waiting as a walk in. This pic is from yesterday and it does not do my nails justice

First time visiting this nail salon. I dont think Ill return. I called ahead in the morning to make an appointment but still had to wait 25-30 minutes before I was seen. My nails were not filed evenly. I was asked if I wanted a squared or rounded tip, asked for rounded, then receive a mix of both. All of my old polish wasnt removed before they started to put new polish on. There were still little bits on all of my fingers, but I was told the not to worry about it. The gel polish that I picked was somewhat translucent, which which meant you could see the old bits of polish underneath. The tech stated that she didnt like it and then used a darker color for the third coat that wasnt at all what I wanted. At that point I had been there for an hour and a half and just wanted to get home to see my family and eat dinner. Ive had gel nails done at a few other salons and have never had it take an hour and a half and have never been so unhappy with my nails. Thats what I get for trying to get them done outside of my regular spot I guess. RE: the pic; please keep in mind that nails were done on 5/2 so please ignore the growth and normal wear and tear. Thats all me. Trying to point out the inconsistency in nail shape. *It was also odd to me that my name was not in an appointment book when I arrived. While foil was being placed on my fingers to remove the old gel the tech took a phone call, took an appointment for that evening, had the person spell their name, spelled it back to them, then never got up from the table to write it down in a book or relay the info to anyone else. Im 100% certain that this is the salon that I went to.

Went in after not having a manicure in several months. I’m really happy with the gels I got, and everyone in the salon is friendly. I went at about 5 on a Saturday without an appointment, and they saw me right away.

Absolutely the very best nail salon in Indianapolis!!! Everyone is very nice and very helpful! V has been my Nail Lady for over 20 years! I will not let anyone else touch my nails!! They do an excellent job, never cut corners or use any of the common tricks to get you back in the shop before your ready for a fill. 5 stars PLUS!! The rates are very reasonable and the service is impeccable!!

I hadnt been here in almost a year, and my first time back they remembered me. Its nice to know they pay attention to their customers! Ive never been disappointed with any of my visits.

I’ve been to so many nail places and this is hands down the best!! It’s so clean and the ladies there listen to what you want and do it. Vi is a master of her craft and always does her best to get me in when needed, but it’s best to make apt ahead of time as they are always busy!

I dont know what the young ladys name is that gave me a pedicure today, but she did an excellent job! Ill be back! 😊

This was my first visit. My nail tech Eric was awesome. I had never had a gel manicure so clean in my life. He was gentle and professional. Everyone there is so nice. I went on Sunday afternoon which was calm.Kim F.

I had an appointment for a full set and pedicure. When I arrived the owner stated she remembered my appointment but they could accommodate me. I had my daughter with me and any other time I came it was never a problem. Such an inconvenience as I needed my nails done for a wedding. They lost a loyal customer !!

I went there for an acrylic full set and then went back about 2 weeks later to get them soaked off and to get a manicure. They are usually pretty slow when I go in (3:00-4:00) and they are all very gentle and kind. My full set looked great and held up well and my manicure looks great now and hopefully will last. I’ve found my new nail place with this group of people!

Just moved to this side of town and I have been looking for a new nail place. And this is it!!! Its a little more expensive than my previous place but thats to be expected. The service was amazing! But you should call ahead early to make an appointment because they get booked up very quickly

My first time there, my nails turned out cute. The people were polite and nice. But their services are very basic. Only one person who can do designs and shes not there in the evenings after 5. I was disappointed that they dont do waxing so I still have to go somewhere else for that.

I’ve had my nails done at EV Nails for several years. I appreciate that they take appointments - it is so respectful of my time instead of waiting an hour or more. Everyone is courteous and professional. I always get compliments on my nails!

The ladies did a wonderful job! Very friendly. Beautiful set up. Lee did my gel manicure and did a wonderful job with my really short nails. Will definitely be back to see them again!! Enjoyed the feet and hands massage too with my Mani-pedi!

I had a good job done here previously. However when I called to try to make an appointment today, they were not accommodating at all (and thats putting it nicely). They said they werent sure they could get all the rough skin off my feet and they said we cant get you in anyway. In short, their phone manners left a lot to be desired. Its unfortunate. I would find another place.

I took my 8 year old granddaughter to get our nails done for her to go back to school and just for fun.Staff were pushy and seemed irritated that I asked prices and what was available . Communication was a big problem . My nails polish stared coming off on the tips as soon as I got home. Hers started peeling off a few hours later. We were so disappointed!And money down the drain.I wouldn’t go back!!!

I had a great experience here today. I called a little bit ahead to schedule a time for me and my sisters, and when we arrived we picked our colors and away we went.The chairs are comfy, if just a touch challenging to make do what you want them to do.The only problem I had and the main reason I gave them 4 instead of five is because the water was cold for all three of our pedicures.Everything else was awesome. They were welcoming, conversational, and willing to work on all of the rough spots on my feet.I will be coming back

The first time I went with my mom and she got a foot fungus. I tried again a few months later, last week, and got a full set. I haven’t had them on a week yet and three of the nails have already came off while others are chipped around the edges. I wasn’t even rough with them, just spent a long weekend lazing around the lake. However all the employees are really nice.

Very large,open, airy and comfortable salon. People are extremely nice. Expert technicians! Best nail salon I have been to. And I have been to many. Highly recommended!

Perfection. They do gel nails better than any other nail place or spa including the Four Seasons--Kualalai. So busy that they even fill their walk in slots. Best bet is to call a day ahead.

Courteous, pleasant staff. They stay very busy and if they are not able to take you when you walk-in, they are good about offering alternative times to come back. Would not recommend walking in if you want to be seen right away, but instead make an appointment.

Brand new full set broke after 3 days. Refused to fix my nail when I came to get it fixed because “no one was available to do acrylic nails”

I believe this is one of the best nail salons in Indianapolis. Vi cares about her clients and her employees. If you want professional nails or pedicures at a fair price with quality people, visit E Vi Nails in the Lakeland Plaza next to Georges Restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Im not from the area, but stopped in here for a badly needed mani pedi. The staff was very nice and actually talked to me during the service. She got me all fixed up and my nails look great! I will definitely go here again if Im in the area and would definitely recommend them. If youre worried about getting in, just call them and make an appointment.

Not a good customer service experience. The women looked at me in disgust and then did not take me an entire 48 minutes before they closed. Not how you treat loyal customers... and turning away a guaranteed $60 at the door with a nasty attitude is never good for business.

No frills but Friendly staff, good work, clean & not too expensive. I drive from downtown to get my mani/pedis here. 👍
