Me and mom went to get full sets. The service was horrible for both of us. First mom only gets French white tips, but wanted a little design on her ring finger. So at the beginning of the service she asked the woman if she could do one, the woman said yes she would do it, but instead she just sprinkled glitter on them which she was charged more for. While working on Moms nails the woman cut into her skin. Some of her nails are rough to the touch and has bubbles. My service was no better. I told the woman working on my nails that I wanted gel polish, she ignored my request and started using a dipping powder just to upsell and charge more for the service, when I told her I did not like it she roughly wiped it off my nails. She did not put the acrylic powder over the whole nail so theres humps in some of them. While painting the nails she did not paint the sides of some of them. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else, I will definitely not be going back to this place nor would I recommend.

Great experience. My nails have never been so perfectly shaped. This shop is sooo busy all the time. Its hard to get in.

Tim and Tom were so great... Great sense of humor, respectful, and their work is perfection. This forever will be my nail salon... Also first experience with them, but for future clients making an appointment is wise they have a lot of customers... I will be scheduling from now on... Just to be sure

Beautiful salon; very kind staff. Wait time for walk ins can be lengthy so I suggest getting an appointment. They are very high demand, and I didnt mind the wait for a really nice set at a reasonable price. However, ive only had my nails one week and the lady who did them was SUPER sweet but a couple are crooked, and one has already started to come off so that is a bit unfortunate.I do plan on returning though because they are extremely cute. Over all service 8/10.

I originally had a 2:00 appointment then they push my appointment to 2:30. Okay, cool no big deal. I get there @2:25 & they tell me to pick my color. 3:10 comes around so I ask them what’s going on.. “oh we’re waiting on someone to open.” okay so why make my appointment for 2:30... I then see other customers w appointments go up to get other services including french tip manicures done. Mind you my service is the most simplest service and would only take 20-30mins... 3:05 comes around and I leave. don’t waste people’s time. This isn’t my first horrible encounter with this place. I would not recommend.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I went in absolutely clueless about what I wanted. I never got acrylic before but the gentleman that helped me (I’m sorry if I spell his name wrong) Hai was an absolute treasure. He helped me figure out what I wanted, explained what he was doing (because it’s interesting to me), and was overall just super kind. I was absolutely nervous to get something I hated, but oh my god I love my nails. Thank you so so much and I deeply appreciate your kindness! Will go again (and I’m not a nail person so I might turn into one just because of this place and him!)

The service at the front desk is not good. The receptionist will leave you sitting without communication for a simple repair. Nail tech are nice.

My girl loves going here but everytime she gets her nails done, they break in less than a week. Then charged $80 for a fill in and two broke the next day. No Bueno.

Called the receptionist several times to make an appointment for me and my mom and no one answered. Finally I just went up to the store to see she was just sitting at the front doing nothing, and then told me I couldn’t make an appointment because they only took walk ins. If she only answered my calls I wouldn’t have wasted my time going up there.

Came in here because I needed a gel nail manicure for my graduation. The nails weren’t so bad but she didn’t bother to put more coats of nail polish so she could reach the color I wanted and she barely even fixed up my cuticles. Didn’t really like the experience and I’m never coming back here

Service was great, they can do just about anything and everything you could ask for when it comes to what you want for your nails.

Alright ladies, let me give the real. I LOVE this nail shop BUT improvements are much needed. Either it’s time for a bigger shop or bigger staff but it’s too crowded in there for as many people that visit & the nail techs move very slow most of the time. Most of the time when you SCHEDULE for an appointment it’s never for that time ( maybe 15-40 mins later depending) & they never knock anything of the bill. Talented nail techs but the service is becoming garbage. They don’t even give you an estimated time while you’re on the waitlist, the receptionist just always says wait around & we’ll give you a a call. & I travel 30 mins just to get here so overall just come when you have a FREE DAY & basically no plans or rushing to do anything .

This is the best place to go. I will take a 45 min drive to get my nails done here. My advice is to always make an apointment though. They STAY busy from the time the door unlocks till it locks again for the end of the day.

This is the best place in Indianapolis. They are always full so get there early if that should tell you something. Clean, professional ...simply the best .

I used to come to this nail salon all the time since 2017 but I had to stop due to them being constantly unprofessional. They will push back your appointment time the day of. They’ll cancel or try to move your appointment the same day. I usually make an appointment but today I just decided to do a walk in to avoid the hassle with my appointment being moved. They told me it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I came back at the time they quoted me just for them to tell me they couldn’t do my nails that day. I’m never coming here again.

I love Andy’s nails, I’ve been going to this nail shop since I was in high school. I very rarely have issues with the service, probably only once or twice and when I complain they quickly help me and fix it. That’s why I’m giving a five star and because the owner is awesome!!!However, I do want to make a comment on my experience today, it was a little different. When I complained the workers were telling me it wasn’t a big deal and suggested I leave it that way because it wasn’t noticeable. I wasn’t trying to make it a big deal, I just wanted the issue to be fixed. They called Andy and he made a wise suggestion and it was fixed, that’s all I wanted. I will continue to go to this shop because I like how they make my nails look every time. I just hope the staff see this so they don’t do this to another client! Still highly recommend!!!

Sad after 3 years being a customer that my nail technician just moves to another state and I get noticed as Im walking in to my appointment. SMH

Today I to walk in to get my nails redone and they took my name and number down when its my turn okay i get they are busy I get that but at least they could of called me to tell me that they couldnt get to me today im fed up with this place unprofessional and i have tried to call on multiple occasions and nobody answers the phones I like the way they do their nails but not worth it if they just let you sit around all day so I dont recommend this place! 🤬🤬😡🖕

I took my daughter to Andys to have her nails done for her graduation. The nail technician Wendy was rude, and did a terrible job on her nails. I did inform the owners that the service was not good quality, however nothing was done to help the situation. My daughter was so upset I had to take her to another salon to have her nails redone.

I love this place. Its the only salon I will go get my nails done. They strive to make every woman feel amazing and beautiful. When you become a regular you are family here.

I got a full set, it was my first time there & my nail was coming off with the fake nail, there was blood, it was burning, My nails were chipped, my nail bed is literally messed up. I cant get them done for like 2 weeks because my nails are thin & hurt because some girl did something wrong Im really disappointed

I made an appointment so didnt really have to wait. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted with a different color and it turned out better than I expected. Love the end result and I will definitely be back.

Andy nails did a nice job on mines and my daughter gel polish for pedicures, but my daughter had gel polish manicure that peeled two days later. I wasnt to happy with that after paying over $100 in services and tip. Gel polish is supposed to last for weeks and it didnt last two days. My daughter was so disappointed 😞

Y’all this place is on point! I went in with terrible nails and a pic of an ombré acrylic nail. Kevin did an amazing job and the results were better than the pic I showed him! This place is amazing, and everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend them!

Went yesterday almost 6pm and the girl told me 30 min and I sat for maybe 10. For it to be a Friday and a walk-in, I wouldn’t complain either way. The girl that did my nails was very nice and did a great job (dip powder). Will definitely be back in 2 weeks for a new color.

Nails looked pretty and staff was friendly. However, it is rather pricey and that staff didnt let me know certain things for example I got a full set with gel polish and rhinestones-I wasnt informed that when I needed a fill in they would have basically pry off the rhinestones which was rather painful. Also, the acrylic wasnt done evenly- some nails were a bit lumpy and acrylic didnt go up to my cuticle all the way on My thumbs so there was a bit of a gap. Overall I wouldnt be opposed to going back there if I really needed my nails done but wouldnt be my first choice considering the price and quality of work. It wasnt bad at all but def not the best especially for the rate.

Would not ever recommend. I came into this shop for the first time literally today. I made my appointment 4 days ahead for today at 5:00 pm. This morning I called in to see if they had any available spots for me to come earlier, and I was told over the phone that I can come in right now. So I arrive and it is noon, and I tell the employees about my appointment and that I was just told to come in now (as if they had a spot available). I am then told that they have me down for 1:00 pm now (although this will be an hour from now, and I am here because I was told to come in) After waiting for an hour I come in at 1pm on the dot (my alleged new appointment time) and end up sitting and waiting AGAIN for 45 minutes. Once I finally do get in a chair the lady gets halfway through my mail take-off and tells me to sit at the dryer while she has another customer sit down. A different employee realizes this and comes back to tell me to go to another nail tech who I sit down with. Upon sitting I am told that my service will be $55 because of her having to take off my previous set. and I’m calculating my exact cost because I was given $10 off for the lack of professionalism. Once I get up this same lady says it is $70 (because she had to take off). This was the worst experience I probably have ever had in a nail shop and I am a nail kind of girl. This place is 35 minutes away from my home and I will kindly never travel to them again. Oh and they also hand you the nail files they used on you in attempt to “sell” it to you for $2 with the cover statement of “bring it back the next time you come) the only thing that was guaranteed for me here today was surprise extra charges on a very basic set. such a disappointing place and experience on a winding down Saturday.

I will be coming back! They are very nice from the moment I walked through the door. And the women that did my nails made suggestions and the end result was beautiful!

Shout out to the nail tech that did my bday nails. i asked for a fill and she assured me that she could file them down and make them look brand new for the same price-- then tried to charge me for a full set. BYE. they came out crooked and some stones are already off in just over 12 hours. Ill come back, because there are a lot of other techs that looked like they do a good job-- girl on the left side of the salon, 2nd table on the right-- never again tho. shes not good, tried to get over as far as pricing and she was holding my fingers like a vice grip talkin about relax-- youre hurting me!!

Worst ever. Save your time, money and skin, go somewhere else.I asked for regular polish, but they ignored me and put gel on my toes. Come back a month later and they tell me they have to charge extra to file the gel off, the gel I didnt ask for! The lady uses a nail file and scrapes off my skin in 3 areas. Ouch! You can see one scab in the pic.No gel, I say again, for my French pedi. But it was the worst job Ive ever had. Uneven, smudged, crackled after a few days. I didnt even know it was gel!So I go to Q Nails around the corner a week later and this pic is them, gently filing off the gel catastrophe from Andy. Ridiculous. I get that gel is popular for fake nails, but these people are horrible at listening to their customers and the job was just bad!

I will never go to another nail place after going here. It is a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. They are very professional, creative and clean.

Word of advice, make an appointment, Andys is busy all day. If you’re a shellac fan, go see Heather! She killed the game on my polish and I would argue that it’s the best shellac manicure I’ve ever had. I loved being able to just talk life with her. I highly recommend Andy’s and will be back while I’m here in Indy!

Hit or miss here...Ive had my nails look great and awful here.

I got a dip powder on my nails and the lady that did it was nice, but literally the same day the clear coat started coming up, so I called and got my nail fixed that next week and a half ( one nail chip, one came off, and the rest peeled . When I got it fixed I notice in a few days later that two of my nails came off, I do not recommend getting your dip powder nails done here !

Wow, outstanding experience! Tommy did a FANTASTIC job. This was my first time at this salon and I am blown away.My cuticles are cleaner than ever and the polish is immaculate! This is a busy and big salon, with multiple stations. Even in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday this salon was hopping - for obvious reasons. :)

I had my nails done and also a pedi. My nails started braking within 2 days and when I was getting a pedi the lady doing it kept digging around my toe nail for nothing. I had to tell her to stop twice because it was hurting. Then when she was done she told me see it feels better. I told her nothing was wrong with it. My toe did not stop hurting and it just progressed and now it is infected.

She sent me to someone else for my pédicure. After I was done, was told to wait 30 more minutes. Next thing I know, they sat someone else at her desk who just walked in when they told me she didn’t have appointments.Don’t waste your time coming here, I’ll spend my biweekly $70 somewhere else.

I love Andys so much they all are good! I had Phoenix recently and shes the sweetest most attentive nail tech Ive ever had. She does a beautiful job and Ive decided to make her my usual tech now. Alex did my pedi and he was so precise and gentle.

Love the work they do on my nails but I consistently wait an hour or more PAST my appointment time. Really inconvenient to make plans the same day as I want my nails done due to that.

I just moved to the Avon area about a month ago so i was looking for a shop to go to this way.Came across Andy’s nails and i must say I LOVE MY NAILS! I got a mani+pedi & I’m overall satisfied and will be going every two weeks. Alicia is now my new nail tech, she’s great!

My experience wasn’t great...just the technician.She was pleasant but she wasn’t great at filing or doing UV polishing but overall I was very impressed of how clean and safe they are of how the customers are treated.

I love Andy Nails. Ive always heard great things about them. My first time going I was lucky enough to actually get the owner to do my nails and he is great. The energy there is so positive as well and everyone is nice. I just wish I didnt have to wait an hour plus to get in the chair but it is definitely worth the wait. Please do not be in a rush if you decide to do a walk in here. Go with PLENTY of time on your hands.

The woman who did my nails did a kinda poor job. The bottom of my nails didnt meet my cuticles and I walked out w nails that looked like they grew out by 2 weeks.

Very unprofessional and felt very uncomfortable the entire time! People laughing over my head talking about customers negatively and owner being one of them. My nails looked good other than my cut cuticle but Ill never go back.

Booked 3 days ahead and the guy that did my nails had extremely long dirty nails himself and was so rude I felt so uncomfortable the entire time. He didnt put any moisturizer on my hands let alone give me massage, for $40.. Im sure the other employees are great at what they do buy that is not the experience I had. He said my nails were done but when I got home they were smudged and full of fluff.

My first time there and it was great. I had an appointment for just a pedicure, but they were accommodating and worked in a Manicure also. Anna was very professional and friendly. Even though they are on the other side of town, I will definitely be back.

Andy went above and beyond to make myself and her patrons happy. The price and value are there, but shaping and longevity were not. Would still recommend and will likely return. Because Andys shop is surely one of the best in the area!
