Within a day I had one nail come completely off. That I didn’t even feel when it did. A week later, (Yesterday 09/23/2021) another nail fell off while I buttoned up my pants. Gel polish that I paid extra for because I just got my tips done, is chipping off. I am not happy at that with the quality of work that I received. I have crooked nails, that I have to wait to grow out before I can even get them fixed. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed, which I was also not pleased with. I will never do that again. Do Better! For the amount of money it cost, I’m not at all happy.

I made an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and get a manicure. I got there about 10 min early & I was seated immediately. The salon is so clean, everyone was friendly & the service was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place. I have no complaints.

Worst place I’ve ever seen. The lady that did my wife’s hair butchered it and didn’t speak any English at all. My wife wanted her hair dyed and styled to her natural color. They dyed it red and put a treatment in it. Same lady did her nails and butchered them too. Worst experience she’s ever had and was crying as soon as she got in the car and MY WIFE DOES NOT CRY EASILY AT ALL. She got charged 250 bucks for nothing. This is the worst place in history!!! Ladies if you plan on going there then just wash your hair with lye soap and peroxide and stick your nails in a garbage disposal because that’s what you’ll get.

I called same day to get a nail polish change (really a removal of a bad polish job from a different business). I was given an appt time same day and went in a few minutes before. I was seated as soon as I got in and was able to get my old polish off. I also got a reshape and a hand massage all for an affordable price! I will definitely be back!!

The army just allowed females to get a American manicure and I went here because of the reviews and location. I will not be going back! I definitely did not get an American manicure(the tech really didn’t know what it was and my color is off) and my gel manicure is already ruined in less than a week literally six days in.( peeling and chipping) Disappointed, yet the women in the shop are very sweet. Not worth the fourth dollars nor the 20 dollar tip but because of stereotypes, I’m just sol.

Absolutely love this place! Ive been going every two weeks since they opened for my nails and about every three months for my hair. They are fabulous! Doris does the best color and cut Ive ever had! Shes great with nails too! All the girls are awesome! Very friendly and professional! I always have a great time and great experience here! ❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ladies are friendly, but I think I got over charge for my hair, and it just looked like I got some spot of just bleach on it.

I had a very good experience. The staff is super sweet. One of my fingers had a blemish in the gel and Yolanda went back and fixed it. Will come back again

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE COLORED. Completely fried my type three textured hair with bleach, threw two different hair dyes on my head after she realized how bad she had messed it up. completely destroyed my curl pattern. had my head sitting in the rinsing sink for over an hour. let the bleach overheat on the back of my head. was there for over 4 hours and my stylist had other clients come in and she did their hair while i sat and waited. very unprofessional, didn’t use any cleaning products on their brushes or combs. walked out. will not EVER recommend or come back. i will be leaving other reviews on sites as well to warn my sisters out there. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.

My friend and I made appointments for full sets and arrived on time. We were told that there would be 10 min wait, and we said thats fine and waited. We ended up waiting an hour before someone acknowledged us but we were getting up to leave. While we waited, many of the staff sat around not attending customers, just chatting with each other. It was very unprofessional that no one even came by to give us updates. The nail technicians that were working attended to customers that were there after us. I understand that salons get busy, but dont make appointments if you cant accommodate the rush.

This posting is actually for my gf. I can never get her into a nail shop, simply because she hates the long wait times and doesn’t feel that most are very sanitary. I surprised her with a visit here and everyone was so sweet to her. She received a perfect pedicure and has been back twice. We don’t know anything about their nail services, because she does her own acrylics but the pedicures are a1 perfect. They also last!

Awful customer. Went in with appointment. The girl I had the appointment never showed up and never called to cancel. I wanted 40mins for someone else to say they could do it without apologizing but I would have to still wait probably 30+mins. Never coming back.

I have been to this shop 3 previous times and always have had a super long wait but no real issues!!! Today was VERY different!!! I waited about 30 min for a pedi but they only have 3 people working. Not that big of deal. Once I am called the lady started on my pedi and only worked on ONE foot!! She suddenly stops and says I have to go!!! Im like okayyyyy..... She then says, she will finish you and pointed at another staff member. The problem was the staff was already working on someone nails that came like 30min after me!! So them Im like, well...... After waiting for about 20 min for her to fix just ONE nail on the customer, I became annoyed and upset!! I dried my feet and put my socks on without complaining or saying a word to them. They just looked at me and never said a word or even asked why I was leaving!!! WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! My friends planned to go there for our vacay this weekend but I will make sure that doesnt happen!!!

My first time going, I got a gel manicure and pedicure. When I was getting my pedicure the lady charged me $10 extra because I didn’t like the polish cause it was thick and she had to keep putting remover in it to thin it. I didn’t appreciate the fact that she didn’t let me know that there would be an additional charge for wanting a different choice of polish. Very unprofessional.
