I went yesterday for the first time after reading the positive reviews on here. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience than what others have reported. I received a manicure and a pedicure. The cuticles on some of my fingers were cut down so much that they bled. The fingers that were injured are sore and red today. Also, the overall polish job just does not look great. I will not be going back and am very disappointed in the results.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I visited this salon yesterday for the first time and it was the best experience I’ve had while getting my nails done! One of the males did my pedicure and he was friendly, talkative, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed and did a great job on the pedicure! I’d recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quick and relaxing service (:

Zen is the most relaxing nail experience on the north side. Their staff is incredibly well trained and they follow all sanitation protocols throughout the pandemic. My gel pedicure will last until my nails grow out without chipping! Amazing! An added bonus is a glass of wine during your service! Parking on site, full well-trained staff, impeccably clean and relaxing experience every time I make an appointment. Online appointments are the best way to avoid a wait as walk-in service is limited.

The nail techs were very polite and gentle. It was a very calming experience. The ombre I asked for came out beautifully and I will definitely come back!

The staff is always pleasant and they typically will take you early for your appointment if they are able to. The facility is always clean and free of odor. And I will continue to go there to have my nails done unless anything changes but I would recommend this nail place to anyone.

I booked a rejuvenate pedicure for 2:30. Finally at 2:45 my feet were in the bowl with cold water. My pedicure lasted 15-20 at the most. She realized she gave me the wrong pedicure. By then my toes were already painted. This is not the first time I have had bad service. But this will be the last time I come here. 15 minute pedicure for $35. No thank you. Never again.

This place is a really decent nail spa to visit in Broad Ripple. I’ve been to this spa numerous times and always received great service. They are clean and follow protocol for COVID. Also, they have an online scheduling service and are great with adhering to it. I never experience any issues with scheduling. I do recommend placing an appointment online because they do get really busy. Another plus is they offer a complimentary drink with your service. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the quality of service varies from each nail technician. But overall a great nail spa.

Not a bad nail salon, but they insist on appointments, text you fervently to make sure you won’t be late, then you sit and wait past your appointment time. At my last visit a week ago, I received a text about 15 minutes prior to my appointment making sure that I wouldnt be late. When I arrived on time, I waited nearly 15 minutes before I was seated for my pedi (and that was only after I complained). At this point, nail techs should know how long it takes to perform each service. This isnt rocket science!

This place was very professional. The staff was friendly, greeted me with kindness. My nail tech was very knowledgeable about the product. I will visit again.

I adore my nails every time I go to zen nails! it’s super quiet (even with a yoga studio next door) and everyone does really beautiful work... i love working with helen, she has such a wonderful personality and does an amazing job. one time i had a different gentleman and he did amazing too... sorry i didn’t catch your name sir.thanks for taking care of my nails and giving me some self care. I have been to the Zen Nail Lounge twice now, and I have thoroughly loved it! Everyone is so kind and accommodating, and the services are absolutely wonderful. The inside so cute and so clean as well. I highly recommend making a trip to Zen Nail Lounge. You won’t regret it!

Awesome! Brought three other ladies with me for pedicures for a friends Bachelorette party. Staff was professional and very kind. Check this place out! Lots of colors/styles to choose from.

My pedicure was AMAZING. She deserves 5 stars. But the manicure is the reason for the rating. He was slow . He spent an hour and 15 minutes filing and shaping my nails into the wrong shape . I asked for almond shaped nails and somehow ended up with coffin shaped. Then I asked for them to be cut shorter twice and he did not. And then even after he finished painting them, he then filed the sides of the nail some more Which cut into my skin.

Love getting my nails done here, the vibe is very relaxing. They are pricey however, and lately I’ve noticed that even if I make an appointment with someone specific they will still pass you off to the next available person.

I absolutely love this place! The couple that owns and run the shop is absolutely lovely and they always make sure that you leave 100% satisfied.Ricky is by far my favorite nail tech! The atmosphere is very comforting and welcoming and not to mention the prices are great!

First time at Zen and I’m in love! I got dipping powder over my natural nail...no tips by Hellen. This may seem very basic but my natural nails have never looked so good. She tested out the color I chose on a tip to make sure I liked it before we even started, was very delicate and attentive to not damage my nails and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Any other time I’ve had my nails done I’ve had to clean up under my nails and around my cuticles because I’m picky like that. But Hellen left nothing for me to criticize. The salon is very clean, everything is sanitized in front of you, the staff was nice and offered a complimentary drink. I have already made my next two appointments with Hellen. Highly recommend this salon!

Great nail location! Very satisfied with the nail techs work. Ive been here twice now and they have accomplished each style that I had requested perfectly! Complimentary mimosa/wine/beer is an added plus. A little higher priced than what I usually pay at my previous nail tech, but the atmosphere, cleanliness, and workmanship makes it all worth it. I will most likely be making Zen nails my new go-to spot!! Very happy customer😁

Maybe my experience was different because Im a guy, however, the nail tech was not professional and do not recommend.1. I waited 25 min after checking in, even though I had an appointment.2. Nail tech assigned to me, kept leaving during my manicure, to which resulted in low quality. my nails were cut so short, and not even shaped properly! I couldnt fix them if I wanted to- thats how short they are.3. She and her co worker proceeded to laugh and make jokes about me, a guy, wanting to get my nails painted. Although I didnt want any polish, just a manicure, no one should be ridiculed for what they want.

Ive gone to a few places over the years, but this is my favorite place in Indy.They offer a variety of nail services, gel & dip. In general places that have a salon with the nail service as an after thought arent as good. This place focuses on nails and does a great job.They also take many precautions for covid, make all customers wash hands before service, plastic shields between each nail station, everyone in masks, etc.

I have found my new go-to nail spot! They are so good and creative! Perfect place to sit back, have a mimosa and relax. Has a true spa vibe without the outlandish prices

They ask you to make an appointment online, however, if you need to speak to someone, they dont answer the phone. It sends you back to the online booking information. Its annoying.

Very nice facilities. I was able to make a same day appointment and I love that they mainly operate on appointments because it makes for a shorter wait. It was also nice to have an estimated finish time. Nail techs were very nice and offered drinks. I want to note that some of my nail shapes are not the same. I partly take responsibility because I should have paid more attention at the salon. I got the dip powder nails and a normal pedicure. Pedicure was nice but I think the massage should have been longer and the lotion should not have been applied while my foot was wet because it left my foot dry. In the end, it left my foot not moisturized.

I really wanted to love this place. I came with my sister over the summer and we both got gel mani and regular pedi. They didn’t match my fingers and toes which was annoying but I let it go. But the biggest issue I’ve had is that I’ve had problems with my nails for months. They’re so broken and won’t grow back properly. I’ve never had this problem before. My sister said the same happened to her. 2 stars for the good customer service.

I dont understand how someone can call to book an appointment if the automated broad wont stop talking and repeating herself then the online booking doesnt work.. why do i have to create a username and password to book a damn appointment!? Not pleased lost my business before they even got it!

Been coming here for 2yrs, the nail tech messed them up. I agreed to come back only for them to be rude and not want to do them. I had to leave without my toes done and I was leaving for vacation. I will NEVER go back.

I LOVE zen nail! It took me 2 years in indy to find a nail salon and now Ill never go anywhere else! They have a huge selection of colors and everyone always does a great job. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing so I always feel safe there even during covid. LyLy is my go to nail tech. My dip always lasts 3 weeks and same with my regular pedicure. Best Nail Salon Ever!

I’ve been coming here every two weeks for a powder dip manicure and pedicure for awhile now. I’ve had a different person do my nails almost every time, but my nails always look amazing no matter who does them. Their powder dip is better than I’ve seen anywhere else — they look so much more natural. The salon is spotless and everyone is very friendly. They seem to get pretty booked up so it’s a good idea to make an appointment especially on Saturdays.

I love Zen! For as long as Ive lived in broad ripple I have been on the hunt for my favorite nail salon. I found it here! Ive been all over and had pretty bad experiences at most other salons, but Zen makes everything right. My nails look perfect every time. Its so easy to make an appointment online! Its a great location, great prices, amazing nail techs, i couldnt speak more highly of this place. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed. The price point ($80 + tip) was way too high for the quality received. I booked a gel mani and the rejuvenate pedi. The nail care was not standard - no removing debris under the nails or trimming the corners until I asked to have it done because my nails were digging in to the side. The massage lasted maybe two minutes and there was no pressure point finish. My manicure appears uneven and I dont have a lot of hope it is going to make it two weeks. These are tough times and I hate writing a negative review - but I also hate spending the money on something not worth it.

Wish I could give more stars! I waited a few weeks to write a review, because I wanted to see how my gel nails would hold up. Its been almost 2 weeks and cant rave enough! My friend who also went and got gel the same day as I did, mentioned how long hers have stayed brand new looking! They got me in asap according to my appointment time I made online, and everything looks flawless! Will definitely be coming back for my color changes!:)

Overall I had a good experience here. Nails look good! It was an extra $10 to add some sparkly polish over my base color but I suppose thats because it takes a little extra time. I have not been charged for that at other salons though. I waited 15+ minutes past my appointment time which was a bit of a bummer since I was on a time crunch that day but overall I was happy with the outcome.

Best nail salon Ive been so far. Service is fast. All the techs are always smiley and nice. They dont rush through, but take time to do a good job. The owner, Andrea and Ricky, always do a good job accommodate big parties. Perfect place for an relaxation time (with a drink ;) )!

Clean place that actually listens to their customers. Recently left my previous salon because the owner was almost abusive to his employees. Everyone here seems very happy and friendly. They were definitely busy so appointments seem like a good idea.

So they do a good job but they dont have a set price for anything your nails might cost you anywhere from 48 to 60 for fill in with just regular paint you might pay anywhere from $80 to $100 if you get anything extra and thats just the hands

I have been going to zen nails for a while ... the prices are good and most of the manicures I’ve gotten are quality but they are constantly running late. As someone who has a lot on her schedule, it’s frustrating and makes me not want to go. Went yesterday and had to wait for 30 min past my scheduled time and it was barely acknowledged. Hoping to see improvement or will need to look for a new place.

I recently moved to Indiana and I found Zen on Instagram and decided to give it a try based on the good reviews. I arrived on time for my appointment, that I requested with Ricky, and he was not even close to being done with the client he was with. He had me wait about 15 minutes before asking me if someone else could do my pedicure while he finished up and then he would do my dip manicure. I really didnt appreciate that considering I specifically made my appointment with him based on reviews I read online, but I decided to continue with my appointment since I had already paid for parking in the garage. The services I received were fine, my nails and toes look good. However based on the fact that it was about 15% more expensive than any other nail places Id ever been to (all over the country) I didnt think the overall experience or customer service warranted that price tag.

For years I was going to a nail salon in Fishers. Its not till I started coming here that I realized that the Fishers nail salon was actually damaging my nails by the way they roughly took the gel off. Even since coming to Zen Nail Lounge my nails have never been healthier! This is honestly the cleanest nail salon I have been to! You can tell that they truly care about what they do. Even though they are normally pretty busy, I dont feel rushed. I would recommend making an appointment!The person who decided to leave one star because they couldnt get her in on time, it is because she decided to walk in an hour and a half before close (without an appointment) and asked for a whole set. I had shown up for my appointment right before her and then watched her march out of there wondering why they couldnt magically rush her in. Going to other nail salons they might have rushed her (but then she would have wondered or put a bad review because her nails looked bad). That whole experience there proved to me that this company really does take a lot of pride in there work.I dont normally post reviews but it ticked me off when the girl in front of my left a one star view over something of her own fault. You cant come in without an appointment and get upset when they can get you in right before close. This is a business that definitely deserves an has earned their amazing rep. So thank you Zen Nail Lounge for all you do! I will continue to come back here for as long as I can!

After 16 years as a customer elsewhere, I nervously gave this place a try. And it was great! Its clean, pretty, quiet, affordable and they are genuinely friendly to customers (and to each other). I feel like they get along well with one another, actually enjoy the work and are good at it too! They work very quickly, yet with terrific results, so they really know their stuff. Always a rare find! I think I am making the switch and coming here regularly from now on instead. So pleasantly surprised!

I am BEYOND impressed with the service and finished product of Zen Nail Lounge. First, they kindly called me over an hour before my appointment to inform me that they were running behind and asked if I could come in later. When I told them that I was unable to do so due to a prior engagement, they kindly figured things out so I would still be able to come in and be able to leave when I needed to. Secondly, my nails have NEVER looked as good as they do now. The gentleman who took care of me ensured that my color was blended perfectly, my shape was uniform, and he promptly finished 15 minutes before he said he would. All the other staff members I talked to were also extremely kind and accommodating. Although I live 20+ minutes away, I definitely see myself becoming a regular!

I’ve been going here for a little over a year now, and continue to be happy! Prior to coming here, I was going somewhere else and getting inconsistent, bad results with the dip manicure. The nails were either way too thick and chunky, or too thin and would pop off. I’m a nurse and use my hands all day for 12+ hours so need something that lasts. Now that I’ve been going to Zen Nail Lounge, I don’t have issues with my nails anymore! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone is friendly, professional, and I can tell they care about the work they do. The only nail tech that is good is Samiya she is the only one that knows what she is doing! During my visit I had another nail tech instead of Samiya and the person did not want to do my nails the way I wanted them even though my appointment was booked ahead of time and my service was a normal request. When I asked her to do the service I booked someone else had to take over. Although I had an appointment I had to wait more than ten minutes to be serviced and the tech was working on someone else’s nails while trying to do mine.

My nails came out EXACTLY how I wanted! Hellen absolutely killed it. Seriously so great! :)

Ive been going to Zen Nail Lounge for about 3 months now. Ive been super impressed with the friendly staff and how clean the space is. Ive had different nail techs each time, and Ive never had issues with chipping on my gel manicure. Im actually still going strong on about a 2.5 week old gel mani right now! Would definitely recommend for a great experience!

I got a full set gel. Which I was told was 38 dollars. I had my toe nails painted to match. I was told that was 12 dollars. Somehow I was charged 62. I left a 10 dollar tip for a total of $72.00. My nails look horrible. I wanted flat black nails. The nails are shaped horrid and are crooked after trying to have it fixed a few times and the nails are still shiny. I went here because of the reviews and I believe everyone was nice. However I wont be back I got my nails done Tuesday. Yesterday (Thursday), one of the tips broke off... I am not trying to be ridiculous I wasnt going to ruin their reviews but frankly Im extremely unsatisfied at this point Ive had my nails done for years and Ive never been this disappointed.

Staff were friendly enough and environment was nice but work was sub par. I got a gel mani pedi and my mani cracked, became discolored, and chipped within 4 days. There was a small hair in the polish and some of the nails were thicker than others. Absolutely not worth what I paid and I will go somewhere else next time.

Horrible! The guy who did my nails was doing them standing up because I was getting my pedicure at the same time. He was rushing because they were that busy! That is not my fault!!! I deserved good service for my money. I left $111 there unhappy with my manicure. I had a FULL set with gel and it has been 12 days and 3 of my nails chipped 2 of them fell off. Such a shame! I will never go back there for anything!

I have never felt so disrespected and unhappy at a nail salon I let Ricky know that I would be leaving a review about my experience today and he said do what you want that does not mean that you get to take up all of the appointments.... I made an appointment just like everybody else sitting there made an appointment I deserve to get my nails done and finished the way that I would like them done, customer service! Not get as many people done throughout a day but not what they want done because you have appointments that you’re falling behind on that is not my problem, and yet was made to feel like I was the problem.
