Wow! Brittany, Hanna, and Carolyn all made my day! True professionals.I was getting married the next day so my sisters and cousin set up a last minute appointment. They were SO accommodating and relaxing. My ring is from the Art Deco Era and by chance the owner was walking through and told us about the history of the building which happened to be Art Deco! The Fancy Nail Queens hooked me up for beautiful wedding nails! I will be back! Thank you everyone!

We came in just after the Salon was able to open back up with Covid Restrictions- They were ON IT. We never felt as if we had to be concerned about safety for ourselves or anyone else. They went above and beyond. It really does not surprise me - they have always been and will always be the best place to go in Indy. Oh, and, of course, my daughters hair cut and my cut were EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you!

SECOND EDIT: My gel polish manicure lasted 5 WEEKS before I decided I wanted it off. That is literally the longest I have ever had nail polish last in my life.EDIT: I the next day my polish had cracked 😭😭. As you can imagine I was very sad about this. I called the salon and left a message to see if I could get in before my planned date.They called me back shortly after they opened and we’re able to get me in that afternoon; which worked perfectly for me.I decided to upgrade to gel polish this time in hopes it wouldn’t end up cracking like regular polish.Carolyn was happy to redo them for me and didn’t even charge me for the upgrade in polish!! 🙌I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WOULD RECOMMEND 10000000%*Carolyn did AMAZING on my manicure!!!The staff were very friendly and environment was warm and inviting.I discovered it while I was burning time walking around, as I’m here visiting for a convention.They were able to fit me in as a walk in!!The waiting area (relaxation room) was very peaceful and comfortable.My manicure service was quick and done very well.I managed to mess up my nails while waiting for them to dry and Carolyn gladly touched them up for me.Would definitely recommend!!

Really lovely spa! The building itself is amazing -- tons of Art Deco touches that elevate the experience. I got a facial and scalp massage with Jeannie (I hope -- Im terrible with names) and it was great. She double checked her products when I told her about an allergy, and substituted two of them to accommodate me. She had thoughtful, knowledgeable advice for things I could do to improve my skin. One of the products she used was so nice that I bought it to use at home. In general, a great experience and really fun treat right in the heart of Indy.

Update: I came in today for my fill in and to use the remainder of my gift card. My experience was much more pleasant than my first. There is one kind young lady at the front named Ashley. I appreciate her kindness. My nail tech Acatha did a great job on my fill in. This is one of few salons in town that preform the poly gel service that I like. I’d like to come back, if I could see some consistency in customer service at the front. In my opinion, there is no explanation or excuse for rudeness at the front desk as they are the initial contact with customers.My first experience was just okay. The nail tech seemed to still be learning the poly gel nail process (similar to acrylics). I felt like a practice dummy. My second experience,I called to reserve a fill in-for the purpose of using a gift card- and had a very unsettling conversation with the front desk clerk Melissa or Melinda. She was rude and uneducated about the products. We argued for a short time because she said they did not perform the service that I requested. I know for a fact they do poly gel fill-ins because this is the service I received upon my first visit. As a spa manager myself, I feel there is an overall lack of employee education on products and services as well as no enforcement in proper phone etiquette. After I use the remainder of this gift card, I will not be coming back or recommending this spa to any friends.

They were nice. Clean and friendly. Received a facial here. The results were amazing. I just can’t quite put my finger on why I wasn’t 100% comfortable here. I pick up vibes, The vibes were just ok. I enjoyed it while it lasted though.

Went with my mom and they did a great job, fantastic atmosphere. I finished before my mom so I curled up in a chair in the relaxation room and my massage therapist (I think her name was Casey?) brought me out a blanket. Great experience. Mom agrees.

My biki wax was unsuccessful, this was my first time. It was painful which i understood because it a wax. I never thought I would bleed for almost 2 days. Even then I still had hair down on my private, legs and in between. The lady was very nice and was aware of me still having hair. I was told to go home and finish myself. She had to get to the next person mud bath or something. I was disappointed because I was told about this place and it was all good. My husband was disappointed from what I paid. I still had hair I was really hairy or bald so didnt understand why she couldnt get it done.

My appt was booked for this Friday but I received a text message that you are closed down. How do I get a refund back for the gift certificate that I will not be able to use anymore? thanx

I saw Nikki for a consultation and I had a good time with her. Came back for a haircut as I changed my mind with color. She was so fun and great! I loved my haircut and I loved her!

Went here because it was the only place with an opening. They were very clean but I feel like theyre way overpriced and I was underwhelmed with the personalities. They just dont seem to enjoy their jobs

My Co-worker recommended this place when I moved up from Texas, and I just have to say this... Studio 2000 is by far one of my favorite hair salons. The staff is incredible, and if you want a stellar haircut/color/massage etc. (man or woman) Ask for Ashley! She is absolutely one of the best hairstylist Ive ever had. Ash is down to earth, and truly a genuine spirit, she is a total transformation worker. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was in town because of a 15k race and my husbands family is from Indy. What a perfect day after race treat. 1. They were open Sunday which is rare in that industry and worked well for my schedule. 2. Robin ( I think I remembered that right) did my massage, she did such a good job in making sure I was comfortable and customizing to what I needed 3. Afterwards, I was taken to Brittany for a facial. It was so relaxing and everything felt and smelled so good. By this time I was so relaxed Im pretty sure I fell asleep for part of the facial. When Im back in town I will need to come again.

I had a great manicure and pedicure yesterday. The nail technician, who goes by Ace, did a great job and was fun to talk to. I also couldnt believe how fast she was! I took advantage of the special promo for Thursdays in May and only had to pay for the pedicure. I arrived right around 5:00 for a 5:15 appointment and Ace greeted me and was ready early. Thanks, I cant wait to return! I used a gift card from my Husband for several different treatments a little over a year ago, hoping for another gift card this anniversary!

Amanda is a goddess!!! Best massage of my life! I am walking away feeling like a million bucks. Im considering moving to Indy just so I can visit her weekly!! The first time I made an appointment I lucked into getting Faith. Ive had my hair cut and colored several times now and my husband gets his hair cut by her when shes available as well. Ive always been extremely happy with the results and feel she goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I want.

I have been going here for two years now and the staff has always been courteous, responsive, and professional. They also give great haircuts. Faith has been my barber and I have been happy with every single cut. I recommend Studio 2000 to anyone in the greater Indianapolis area.

Had the best pedicure ever and a full body salt scrub ~ my skin was soft and glowing. Highly professional staff, beautiful environment and friendly reception.

I will never go to another salon. Ive been coming here for over a decade and I am never disappointed. The quality and talent of the stylists, the atmosphere, the personalities... well worth the money. The coffee is good also. So glad these guys are still doing this. I dont know where else Id go.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was in town for a short weekend. I am pregnant and hoped to get my first prenatal massage and other pampering while in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, the trip got cut short as I have been sick overnight with some sort of stomach flu/food poisoning. I tried to call the salon as early as possible, but unfortunately they dont open until noon on Sunday. I was not informed of the 24 hour cancellation when making the appointment, only discovered the policy on the voicemail when I called at 0700. The salon decided to charge me the full $245 without any sympathy or hesitation. Im disappointed in the service, especially with the front desk agent I spoke to. If you plan to use this salon, be sure to get the full information upfront.

I went here on Saturday to get my nails done for a wedding that night. The experience itself was lovely; great conversation, relaxing, and a relatively quick experience. However, I am disappointed that I spent $86 (over $100 with tip - I did also get a pedicure, which has stayed, so that is good) on a manicure that didnt even last 8 hours...during the wedding, I looked down at my hands and THREE nails were completely clear of nail polish. One or two other fingers also had a corner peeling off, and with one swipe, the entirety of the nail polish came right off. I wasnt doing anything extensive with my hands except eating, talking, and a little dancing. None of which should completely take off the nail polish...I guess if you go here, make sure to get the gel manicure instead of the normal one? I am just upset that I wasted my money. I would have gone back the next day for a re-do, but I had to leave to come back home as I am from out of town.

Had a spafinder giftcard and called earlier in the week to see if I could use it on product. Was told I could. Drove 45 minutes to the salon only to be told I couldnt. There was also a very clear sign by the register that said those cards couldnt be used on product. Have gotten my hair done here before, and they did an amazing job. It would just be awesome if everyone was on the same page so I wouldnt have wasted an hour and a half there and back for nothing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Ive had several different services and often recommend them to friends, family and co-workers. I work downtown and its so convenient to pop over at lunch. Megan does my lashes regularly. She is AWESOME!

I went for a haircut and to get my eyebrows waxed. The staff was nice, everything was on time, and I was really happy with both services. I plan to return for future appointments. I like how convenient the location is to walk to if you live at or near downtown.

Had a great massage with Rae. She was very knowledgable and mindful of my instructions, pleasant and professional. Forgot my pedicurist name, but also did a great job.The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing and exactly what I wanted to decompress and recharge at the end of my weekend to Indy. Beautiful building, great location. Would highly recommend!

I lived in Indy for 3 years and discovered Studio 2000 and Mel early on. I haven’t had as good a haircut or as entertaining a tonsorial experience before or since. Whenever I’m back in Indy, I’ll try to get an appointment with Mel.

This place was very nice and the service was very good. Really made you feel taken care of. While I really have no complaints, I have had better massages for way less money, just not in near as nice of a place. Guess it depends what you value most.

Got a facial and a massage. Both were great. This building that houses this spa is really really cool. Also got a pedicure too and even though she did a good job, she seemed to be unhappy with her lot in life. There was not going to be any fun conversation with this one. If thats what you prefer, great but I found it to be a bit awkward. Great facial though, I would go back just for that.

I like to get my hair done when I am travelling for business as its a nice retreat and it helps with getting ready for meetings. I tried out this salon for a simple cut and all over color and it was great. The stylist I had was super chatty and I Iove that. My hair felt amazing and was so soft for days. The price was in line with other salons in the area.

My son gave me a gift certificate for MOTHERS DAY. I got acrylic nails and a pedicure. My nail are horrible they are wide, lumpy and it look like I need a fill in the same day I got them done. I wish I can post a picture. I got there at 1:30 my appointment was at 2:00 I did not leave there until 7:00 and they closed a 6:00. The only thing that is cute about my nails is the color.

The blond woman working there front desk and the short brunette haired woman walking about were incredibly rude. They did not have any availability, which I understood and was not upset by. What was upsetting was they way they talked down to me and laughed while I turned to leave. That was not in any way how you handle a potential customer. Very unprofessional.
