I came in for a gel mani. I had never used this salon before and decided to stop in while I was in the area. This place is so disgustingly dirty I’m shocked that it passes any kind of health inspection. VERY cluttered, boxes, buckets just STUFF everywhere. On top of that there was a layer of dust in everything that was thick and you could tell it had not been cleaned in some time. They had a counter/bar area and some food in a pot that they were eating out in the open in front of clients. The gel mani on my nails was horrible also, thick and lumpy. Please save your money and skip this place.

My total according to their board for 2 pedicures should have been 67 but she charged me 80. When we arrived she was visibly irritated. We signed the covid paper and was rushed to the pedi chairs. She was very aggressive and forceful. I asked for my toe nails to be shortened she just filed them down. She asked if I wanted gel or regular push, I told her regular and she said I would hate it and proceeded to use gel. She then told me my feet were nasty and I needed my nasty skin removed. And pulled out the grater. Even though I told her no 4 or 5 times and kept trying to pull my feet away. She asked if I was ticklish and I said no I dont want that used. She responded with too late.No lotion was applied and never madsage my feet or legs.Ive never wanted out of a place so badly in my whole life. I really hope they learn manners and basic math!

Been going here for years, Kathy is always nice and fixes anything that I want without charge. Ever since the pandemic, I haven’t been to many salons as some just closed down. This one still around, been around since I first went 7 years ago. If you communicate what you want, they will do it as you like is what I have seen to work out.

I visited on Sunday— The male technician who handled my pedicure got visibly annoyed when I asked him to change his gloves after he had walked all over the store touching hundreds of another stuff and even went outside with the gloves on. He then proceeded to start talking about me (in front of me) to the other workers and the child in the store walked passed me and glared. On top of that, I paid $50 for a gel pedicure and it was one of the worst I’ve ever received. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

They lady that did my toes was very rude! I asked for gel polish and got regular.. I absolutely hate the way she did my toes! I just paid and left.. pls save ur money and time !!

I went in for a manicure and the nail tech was falling asleep as she was doing my nails. She kept stated how tired she was. She put so much acrylic on my nails and made it look so bulky. Not to mention 2 of my nails came of the next day. I will not be visiting there anymore.

Super ghetto. And the people are rude. The worker walked out and left my daughter sitting with her nails half done. Because he was ready to go home. Very unprofessional.

Rude!! Went there Friday for a fill in and a repair. They didnt do the repair right so now its Sunday and I came back and I explained to them the situation only for them to slap some glue on there and shood me off because they had a long wait. Clearly I needed a new nail because it was hanging off to the point I probably couldve pulled it off myself. I was told to come back another day but..nope! Ill just go to someone who knows how to treat people and knows how to repair nails!

Very pleasant and clean they even had forms that you had to fill out before they did an service on you and Had signs up that everyone had to have a mask on if they didnt no service to them or they could buy one from them it was my first time there and I will be back the best manicure and pediecare that I even had and Ive been to lots of different places

Made a reservation got there on time and waited with shoes and socks off as requested in a pedicure chair, cold feet in the pedicure bowl with no water in it while I waited. I ended leaving after waiting a total of 36 minutes

People that work there are not certified to do nails. When I asked they got mad I found that she wasnt. Never to return again.

These are the worst set of Gel nails I have ever had. The polish was poorly painted and quickly slapped on. I’ve spent an hour trying to file them down enough to look good. These are HUGE and wayyy to thick. Instead of making my hands look pretty and girly, they look manly. I have never been so dissatisfied my in my entire life. NEVER go here!

I was charged $80 for a gel manicure (just paint on my real nails) and a pedicure. I thought this was very expensive for what I got and not what I normally pay when I go to other nail salons. I didn’t leave a tip because the lady who did my manicure took FOREVER to complete it. Literally an hour or more! I just realized that they (the salon) left their own $5 tip off my card so the total I was charged was $85!! Will not be back here. Thieves and overpriced and SLOW!

This is literally the only nail salon I leave and be completely happy with my nails.

I waited for my appointment. When I got my pedi- I hadto keep telling her how to do it. GO somewhere else for all services.

It’s a pretty decent place, stopped by after meet with friends and got our feet done, the one guy who works there ask a lot of questions but the lady that did my nail and my sister nails did a pretty good job. The place is kinda far in the area lot though, it seems like a bigger salon than some of the other ones I been to.

I went there this morning February 1st at 9:30 am they have sereval new workers.........Did a horrible sloppy job on my nails.......I asked for one thing even showed her a picture and she gave me something else.......Speaks no English what so ever.......Do not I repeat do not go to this nail shop👍🏾

The clear polish was cheap. They put three coats on and it still looked dull

They were fast, professional and have a ton of great colors!! I got dip and it was awesome!! Definitely recommend!!

This is the WORST nail shop I have ever went to. My pedicure was horrible...I could have done a better job myself(no top coat, looked like a child polished my toenails), and the full set was even worse...I left here and went straight to another nail shop so the damage could be corrected somewhat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE...BEWARE!!!

Their sign says that the last walk-in they take is at 5:00, i walked in 4:44. They said something and then told me that they were closed. If thats the case why cant you change your sign instead of leading people on only to be disappointed. Its unprofessional & quite frankly its rude. Its not a difficult task. You should have honored your sign

Not sure if this is all of the workers there, I happened to get the one male attendant. These are the problems I faced:1. He scratched my hand multiple times and I ended up bleeding2. The quality of the fake nail is bad, it doesnt really attach at the bottom and it is obvious where my nail ends and the fake nail begins. Not glued on right3. nail polish is not edge to edge.4. nail gel was globbed on5. It felt like he was rushing to get the job done6. he was arguing with his coworker the whole time7. bubbles in the nail polish8. ends are coming offI dont know what his problem was, but leave it at home. I didnt pay 80+ dollars to be painfully disappointed.

They have super great service and are super nice to their customers. They also have a reasonable price for everything.

Worst nail salon in indy! My regular lady was closed and on a recommendation went here with a friend. We both got the same service but I was charged 48 and she was charged 28. The place was dirty and the lady told me my nails were awful and needed “fixed” but she didn’t fix anything and charged me 20 dollars more. There was no attention to detail and they were made way to short and I had acrylic all under my nails I had to pick out. STAY AWAY!!!

I got my feet done, it was fast and it was not as bad as I thought. The lady was very nice for my first time. Looks like it was a family shop or something.

One set of nails is a bit longer on one hand than the other. No conversation, and rushing. The drill destroys my natural nail underneath, and my cuticles burn from underneath. And you ask for Gel nails, they will give you acrylic nails with gel top coat. Such a cheat.

This place and the people are disgusting.. the man that did my supposed pedicure looked gross and the nails on his own hands had black gunk underneath.. I’ve never had a pedicure as bad as this one.. nails were not cut down nor shaped. My acrylic nails were just as bad.. I have multiple cuts from the e-file drill because he was going so damn fast and at the end had the nerve to ask me if I liked them lol.. they seriously need to re-evaluate their work ethic..

I wish I could give this place 0 stars I went here 3 weeks ago and got my nails done... feet... eyebrows I paid almost $80. I had to go back immediately after leaving cause she forgot clear coat on one hand. Then not even 2 weeks later my nails were breaking off. I went in to get my nails repaired and filled. (this was only 4 or 5 days ago.) I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. I also got another top coat of gel polish on my toes. I was already irritated because my nails are completely uneven. The nail repaired doesnt look anything like the one on my other hand. She didnt even shape it! One nail looks good and the other is real thick. The color tips are not done evenly. Some of the lines are almost straight across the nail and others curved like they should be. The following day after getting them done the gel polish started peeling off my toes. Today one of my nails just broke off for no reason at all. You can see my actual nails on the sides where they didnt put the acrylic or file properly. Not to mention it ended up being like $8 more than I was quoted when I asked for a total before hand. Another $52 spent for nothing. And I call and call and call and no one picks up. Never even wrote a review for any company before- but this is just unacceptable!

Not feeling them. Went in to get a gel polish and fill in, they charged me $32 for that. The one chick They were rushing to get my nails done and my nail was burning from the over sanding on my nail and my polish peeled as I got home. Dont waste your money there. The whole family is on some bull on doing nails just so that they can afford their True Religion clothing from China lol never again.

Found that Florida and Kathy do a great job there! Only place i have found to do my power dipping well.

Got a full set and it wasnt bad, been here two times before and they did what I asked so I am pleased.

It’s a risk going here. You may leave with a beautiful acrylic set or you may leave with an uneven lumpy disaster.

Amazing! I got into a chair as soon as I walked in first time getting a pedicure and my feet are the worse of the worse! I havent wore sandals in years! Now Im happy to put them on older gentleman whos name I didnt get thanks for giving me confidence Ive never had!!!

I am from Illinois and just in visiting my son and i decided to get my nails done. I got a full set of acrylics and they did a great job. They are friendly and they know what they are doing. When I come back to Indianapolis I will definitely go back to USA Nails.

Service was terrible!!!i had to go back due to the GEL comen off. I go in for them to fix my nails they paint over them. I then said i want somebody that has time to sit an redo all my nails she tells me it don’t need it an keeps painting over. I actually should be going back the 3rd time for them to correct due to my nail gel polish chip again but I’m never going back. The place is terrible!! You would think since this was my first visit to them that they would care!! Then the clear coat on top it is peeling off my nails. I spent $50 for my nails to look the way it does this is not good at all. Gel should last 2/3 weeks

Waited about 15 mins. Told the lady I was on my lunch break. Had people on both sides of me get pedicures. Both were charged 25. Toward the end I told the lady I didnt have time to get my nails polished because there was only 10 mins left on my break. Assumed Id be charged 20-25. She charged me 30. Also the place was dirty. She told me if I came back after work she wouldPolish my toes...clearly if I came on my lunch break I didnt have time after work. I was leaving for Chicago right after. I wont go back.

The manager did my nails. I am a license cosmetologist myself and she said hair and nails are different which is true but customer service and quality should still be a priority with both. She started to argue with and wouldnt refund my money back. Basically paid 55 dollars for nothing! Worst set of gel nails in my life! I will never go back, and judging the photos neither should you.

I returned to this salon as a regular after leaving nearly a year ago due to the long waits and rush jobs. This go around, I encountered an awesome tech named Don and he ALWAYS did an amazing job. The past two times Ive been, I was told Don wasnt in so I allowed other techs to do my nails and got poor results. Today was no different. I thought Id beat the crowd by arriving at 9:30 opening time, but there were 2 clients ahead of me and only the owner available for service. As other techs trickled in, I was eventually helped around 10:15 and received the typical rush job...clumpy Polish and nails on one hand longer than the other. I also learned that maybe Don left to open his own salon, but no one was willing to provide information. I find it discouraging that people in this salon arent willing to support a former fellow tech, although he supported this salon for the amount of time he worked here. Anyhow, today was my final visit because the wait is far too long for the level of service and subpar nail jobs Ive received as of late. Im hoping to find a salon in the area staffed with techs who at least care about the appearance of my nails if each visit consumes so much of my time for service that only takes 20 to 30 minutes.

File straight across, pointy angles on the nail, and so little polish and so poorly applied that the nail polish was peeling and chipping within 4 hours.

I like them, people were nice, prices were ok, but I like the boy that did my nails.

If I could give them less I would. I got a MRSA infection from this shop. I have the medical evidence to prove it. When I went in simply wanting my $75 refunded I was yelled at in front of customers. Please do not go to this nail salon, they are horrible!

Fantastic job on my mani pedi and so very gentle with me. I have a severe chronic pain issue and didnt think I would be able to enjoy a pedi ever again.

Very Rude, This was the worst experience of my life . will never go to them again. they fixed my nails but the are still horrible ... i had one big nails and my shape was coffin and its not coffin an more all my nails are all different shapes . I payed 31 dollars.

I came here as it was close to home. I was greeted when I walked in. As I was picking my color, I was told my chair was ready. The man who did my pedicure barely spoke to me. He did gestures, tapped my foot and looked at me until I figured out what he wanted me to do. The pedicure was rushed and the quality wasnt great.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would, but since I have to give at least one, thats all they get! I have been going here for the last couple of years to Vee. Always loved him as a nail tech, very neat, precise, and attentive to my requests. However, within the last year I allowed his wife to give me a pedicure, and she started removing dead skin from my heels while my feet were COMPLETELY DRY, and every time I attempted to tell her that wasnt right, she continued until she cut a deep wedge in the side of my foot. It bled and bled, and while I couldve filed an incident report, I gave them the benefit of doubt. I ended up leaving because it wouldnt stop bleeding, and the pain was increasingly horrible. That didnt matter to them, she offered to put NAIL GLUE on my wound, and continued trying to finish my pedicure like nothing happened SMH! Then, today I go to get a fill from Vee, and he offered me some of the WORST customer service ever! My nails looked botched, thick, crooked, areas where my acrylic grew out from the need of a fill was still VERY visible even after my fill, and I was told itll look better with color! WTH!? I respectfully told him I wasnt happy with the service and he yelled at me stating that I was asking for too much and that I was too picky! Im picky because I want what I paid for, and my nails to look good? So I asked for my check totaling the work he did, and he slammed something and stormed off. I paid for what I owed and left, going to Ninas nails, who finished the job quite well! I pay 50-90 every week and a half-2 weeks, and tip 15%, and this is what recieved. Im a loyal customer to Vee, and I was very disappointed in how I was treated! I will NEVER return to this shop, and if I couldnt find one other nail tech in the world, Ill never allow Vee to service me again! Fair warning!!!!

I hat it my friend wanted me to go with her and I decided to get a pedicure the guy didnt even do anything all he did was wash my feet and clipped and painted my toes he barely scrubbed it and my heels are still hard. This place is very dirty. They have children running around with no shoes on they are eating where they do nails. The nails techs are very inexperienced. This place should be shut down.

Absolutely bad customer service. The new owner can not do nails!! Told me a fill in is just when you fill in the cuticle so the tip of my nail did not have acrylic and was very thin. Wish i could add a photo. I have been getting my nails done for 10 yrs..Horrible horrible job!

Terrible customer service, a guy there did my nails and they look horrible, he also cut me twice bad enough to draw blood and then laughed about it. Before he sat down to take me he was cleaning the floor with 409 and was gonna keep them on and do my nails until i insisted he take them off. The whole time he acted as if he never did nails before. Afterwards when I complained to the manager and told her he had cut me twice she said accidents happen and charged me 45 instead of 50! Not to mention i waited an hour to get them done. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT, BIG WASTE OF MONEY! I wish I wouldve listened to the reviews I read on here.
