I recently got engaged and prior to going on vacation I got my nails done here and I have been coming to this location for a while and they are professional, clean, and they do a great job. I always get a gel manicure and they stayed on the whole vacation and my nails looked beautiful with my ring!

They have even remodeled and added new things to their service menu which is great and shows that they are advancing with their craft. Very peaceful and professional atmosphere. Trish is the best! I was struggling trying to figure out why my gel polish would not stick. She was determined to help me figure it out and she did! She’s very caring and gentle while doing my nails! I was in town for a wedding and my nails desperately needed to be fixed the day of due to a bad acrylic manicure at another salon. Nail Fashions was able to fit me in that day and fixed my nails so they looked perfect! Very clean location, very professional, and an all around great manicure. Highly recommend to those living in the Indy area!

Always love going here! I do gel manicures on natural nails and they always last well with great quality. Did my first fun French tip designs yesterday on an almond shape and loved the result!

I’ve been going here for a few years now. Vivian is my favorite. I always ask for her to do my gel pedicures. Her service is great and I’m always happy each time I get out of her chair. Inside of the salon is nice it’s pretty quiet for relaxing. They have a wide range of Opi and DND colors to choose from .

I’ve been using the service at Nail Fashion for a few years now. Customer service is excellent. I’m a creature of habit, so when I find what I like, I stick to it. My nails are always very beautiful. Today Vivian completed my gel pedi and mani. I’m very satisfied.

This is the only nail place I will go to. They are very kind, professional, and sweet. I have gone to every person here and everyone is good. I love that they speak their native language! I wish I was bilingual like they are. Their English is also very good. They are extremely clean as well!

My girlfriend absolutely loved it here! After her appointment, she was raving about how great the service was and how friendly the technician was. She said she would even give it 6 stars if possible. Trust me on this. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. It was recommended by a man. It had to be good, right? It is. The staff is great. They rotate through staff fairly frequently but they must go through some incredible training because my nails are consistently incredible. I had an issue once with a cuticle being clipped and a tiny bit of blood. In 5 years, that’s not too bad. Their prices are the best I’ve found in town. Someone mentioned in another review that they don’t talk to you... I’m good with that. Let me have my peace and get my nails done. Lots of color options. They just remodeled and it looks great in there. More space to serve customers. Love it. Will continue to go here.

They lost any business I wouldve given, due the poor customer service. I got a gift certificate a while back. It didnt list an expiration date. When I presented the certificate to redeem, she points to a line that clearly states issued date of 7/11/2019; and tells me thats the expiration date. So, I have to proceed to give her an English lesson on the difference between the word issued and expired . The certificate wasnt honored. She was clearly not born in this country; but when I tried to explain it to her several times, she still didnt understand. Right! Dont operate a business, in the USA, if you dont fully comprehend the language. Yes, Im bothered.Thus the poor rating; which I intend to inform everyone I know.

I had the best experience today. It was quick, the technician opened the bag of sterilized instruments in front of me. It wasn’t painful. I have had experiences in other salons where cuticles have been cut to the point of bleeding, or instruments have been pulled out of a drawer. I also appreciated the fact that the building was very clean. The music was soft and relaxing. I would go back! Best nail salon in Fishers.

I’ve been going here about 4 years. I love this place. Sometimes it can takeA while to get your nails done but they always look great so if it takes a little longer than usual I am fine with that. I have recommended this place to a couple of other people and they love it to.

I went in for a full set with design and a pedi. The pedi was AMAZING! Super long massage and attention to every little detail. My toes and feet look and feel wonderful. The 2 people who did my nails were on point. Took their time and made sure everything was perfect!

I came to this nail shop for a fill in and of course to have my nails painted. Haung did my nails and he was very courteous and patient, when I asked him to fix two nails he didn’t get huffy, he just did it. I say all that to say the service was great.The only draw back was I feel I was over charged. Before starting, I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted my nails to be, he unfortunately made the two (he later fixed) too skinny, I was charged $5 a nail. When I inquired about why my bill was $45, I discovered I was charged another $5 to cut and shape my nails, which I thought that usually came with the service. I also didn’t appreciate being charged for his mistake.m, and when it was all said and done, I wasn’t that impressed with my nails.While the service here is great it’s entirely to pricey. I have no problem paying ever, but there’s all these little ways charges are added.

Horrible experience. I showed the nail technician a pic how I wanted my nails to be. It was totally different from the one which I wanted. I paid $50. I didn’t like it and I asked them to remove the nail, but they charged me extra $10 for removing. My $60 were wasted. They are not professional and don’t know how to respect customers.

I have been going to Nail Fashions since 2013 and I really miss Jennifer. I went the last time and was so dissatisfied with the guy (he set in the second booth left of the entry) and he did such a terrible job. The lady and the guy in the first booth were alright but I must say my times there are limited since I have found another establishment in the area better.

This is a family owned and operated business. I dont agree with the other review and believe the owner/manager to be extremely friendly... Usually I get the gel manicure and the occasional pedicure but Im too ticklish and often stick with just the mani.... I actually have not had a bad experience here yet. My mom lives 20 minutes away and this is the only place shell go.... that should give you an idea about the quality of service.

First time here. Shop was clean an quiet. The nail techs addressed me with how can I help you. . .not precede by hello or a smile. There was no other conversation accept between the two techs in their native language.The male tech did an Ok job with my pedi and a good job with my gel polish mani.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. It’s my go-to spot for pedis and manis because it’s affordable, there’s never a wait and it’s clean. Highly recommend for those on the north side.

Horrible experience! They sanded down my cuticles until I bled and it resulted in a bacteria infection from unsanitary tools. This place is very unsanitary and they have no concern for your health. I dont know how a professional doesnt know how to use their tools properly to avoid sanding off skin from my fingers. Never again. Never will go there again. Stay away!

Went for service and at the end was quoted $73.00 when I later checked my credit card account and they had charged me $101.00 when I went back to see why the different charge they told me that the man had forgotten to add a charge. Thats not my fault you dont know your prices dont quote and have a person sign off on one price and sneek back later cause you forgot and charge them more than quoted. Paint job was sloppy they just spritz the foot bowls with scrubbing bubbles an rinse immediately not very sanitary will not be going back .
