This place needs to be cleaned sanitized and disinfectant. It is very dirty. With all the money that comes through there it should not look unkept. I kept going back due needing lashes. But Ive come to my senses that my health is more important. Ladies for all you pay getting your nails done, dont you want a clean invironment.

Over crowed!!!The tech couldnt do the simple design i showed him, my nails look sloppy with air bubbles and paint not to the edge or paint on my finger not cleaned off before finishing. And one nail the paint is chipped already.They were very cheap tho.Cash only.

I got a pedicure a couple weeks ago for $30 but I was charged $40. The lady rushed me to pay her rudely when I had told her I was still having more services done. I thought that was completely unprofessional. And on top of that the lady who did my nails was nice but she rushed through my nails! My nails are crooked and not the same length as the other hand, one side is so much shorter then the other. I was so furious and ready to go my husband paid them and I left. I was charged $70 for my nails which looked as if a child had done them. I will not ever return.

They mess up my nails so bad by rushing to get my money, now my nails looks a mess and I lost $40 dollars, now I have to go somewhere else to get them redone. And Im mad, cause Im going on vacation with mess up nails. Never go back there. They lost a good customer.

This place is So unsanitary that it don’t make any sense. I just finished school for aesthetics and the #1 Rule of waxing is NOT to reuse/ double dip the wax stick!!! ALWAY USE A DIFFERENT STUCK! And I watched the owner Julie reuse the same stick on two different clients. I ended up saying something to her and she act like she didn’t understand me. I originally went to get my feet done and when I was told to have a seat in the car, the guy came over from doing someone else’s feet and had the same tools and tried to use them on me without cleaning them!!! I walked out! Because baby y’all not ability to give me NO kind of infection.

The service was quick, but 10 minutes after leaving my gel polish started to come off my nails. It was either old or applied very poor.

I came in to get my nail done. I told them it was for my wedding and to make them really nice. But the service was very rushed, they messed up my pedicure it was very rushed. They didn’t exfoliate my feet. Just a horrible experience and on top of that they only take cash. They also charge you the same for gel and regular manicure.

Fair pricing, a variety of services, polite knowledgeable workers...what more could you ask for!?! Walk-ins always welcome and very speedy work and talented staff!!! Also partitioning between work stations.

This nail salon does pedicures after us of hot towels out of the white warmer next to hand sink they all put back in dirty and reuse for the next customer no washing machine in the location this is very unsanitary and I am reporting this to the health department tools that they use for pedicure or not being sanitize this place is dirty

They rushed through the entire mani & pedi. One nail was even cut randomly into the side of it! Definitely not worth the $70 (cash only) price. I will not be going back.

This place is nasty and dirty. The service is horrible chico is the best at. pedicures Danny is very unprofessional. My polish peeled off in 7 hours. And none of my nails were even. The ones he replaced were way too wide. I asked him to file them to look like my natural nails and he threw the file at me and told me to do them myself Ill never go back

Rude, and dont have a disability my. aunt has social anxiety disorder we found out sitting there a family member passed away and she was shaking and quietly asked howuch longerand the person putting people in chairs a little woman with glasses yelled at her and said your anxiety is NO GOOD acting like she caused a scene or something !!! WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!

I honestly dont know how many stars to give it. The place was not very clean or organized but my nail tech Van was amazing.. she did a wonderful job on my nails and even educated me on some tips to grow my own nails strong and healthy. Ill be returning for Van ONLY....

The owner herself was very rude and nasty never seem that type of attitude. I’m a regular customer so here comes all the tax time people for me to sit and wait for 30 minutes to get my feet done them tells me they aren’t kid friendly and my child would have to leave . Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Very busy on a Friday morning! Didnt realize the store was cash only. Two of us went for pedicures and got right in. The friend I was with had too much callus removed and bleed a little. Other than that our nails look great!

We set a appointment for a pedicure and manicure and when we got there the lady said she don’t have any room and it would be a 45min wait, but when we booked our appointment she told us to come within a hour in which we did, so then she said I can do the pedicure only. At that point I was upset because I could have booked else where, she didn’t even apologize.

They did a decent job on my toes. The 2 star rating is because it was super dirty. There were nail clippings all over the floor. The controller for the massage chair was very greasy. This place is cash only. We didnt see the sign when we first arrived so pay attention to that too. My husband had to run to an atm. If my toes didnt look so nice it would have been a 1 star review, but the guy working on my feet deserved 4 stars. I do have to note everyone was very friendly.

After having a bad experience at a different nail place I was looking forward to get a fresh new set and Nails Plus did not let me down. Although it was close to closing time they still sat my friend and I and did our nails. I love how Jon took his time to measure each nail to ensure they were the same size and kept checking in with me making sure I was happy with what was going on. I didnt realize they were a cash only business, but they allowed me to leave to get cash. All in all an excellent experience, Ill be back. Thanks Jon!

This was not my first time. I have been there at least for times. With in a year. I am not a person who likes the nails etc. I asked for clear polish. All natural. For my feet as well. They washed and scrubed my feet. Did not scrap. Did not clip toe nails. Did not file nails. I was very unhappy. I will not go back.

I paid $50 for nails that I hated I called up there to see about getting them taken off and she told me to come up there and they’ll fix them so I drove all the way back for her to just file them. I told her they’re too long they don’t look like the picture and that I didn’t like them she shewed me out the door

I stopped in this shop Saturday 11/10/18. I was greeted immediately and I sat down with a technician 30 seconds after I walked in, I’ve never been seated so fast in a nail shop before. The shop was very busy and there were a lot of customers and people working. I noticed a lot of people coming in and they seemed to be regulars and have rapport with the technicians, which is a good thing in my opinion. John did my nails, now I must say I wasn’t impressed with his work. He frequently got polish on the sides of my fingers and it wasn’t very neat. He did go back and attempt to clean but there were still some things that bothered me. Eventually I just let it go. What I will say is he was very patient and kind, and no matter how many times I asked him to fix something, it didn’t seem to bother him. I would visit this shop again, I would just request a different nail tech.

I have been here a few times before, to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed, and usually I have a good experience.Today I went in for a Brazilian wax, and I paid for a Brazilian, but what I got was not a brazilian wax. It was like a bad bikini wax. After I told the lady I wanted a wax, she took me to a storage closet, that had a bed in it, that looked like it had been there since 1982. I told the lady I wanted all the hair removed, and she didnt do that, there is still patches and stray hairs. When she said she was done, and I asked her why she didnt remove it all, she just said she would remove it all next time.Then, someone called her name, and she opened the door, while I was sitting in the bed, with nothing on my half.Do not go here for a Brazilian wax, you wont get one.

And I am speaking specifically about Julie (excuse me if the name was misspelled)....she usually is nice...but yesterday they lost my business FOR GOOD because of the rude, pretending you do not see people walk in the door and the ignoring while nicely asking, “hey excuse me” to get your attention and you, Julie, turn and say WHAT?!...You’re in a job where customer service is OPTIMAL.

First time trying this place and i will never go back. I tried Nails Plus on Pendleton Pike because I had a friend who went and i really liked her nails. Her nails were off white and coffin shaped. She told me to ask for HAYDEN. I called and made an appointment. I went in 4/4/19. I asked for off white coffin shaped nails. I felt as if HAYDEN rushed and was VERY sloppy. When he removed my old polish he cut my pinky finger. (I realized later it was bleeding). I still see blue on the sides of my nails. (Old polish) When he got done painting them he started filing 2 of my nails and got up and went to the bathroom, without even telling me where he was going. I sat and waited. He came out of the bathroom and told me I was done. In my head i wondered, is he not going to file the rest of my nails??? So my nails are crooked now, and I had to file them myself when i got home. Not to mention he had another customer who came early (i guess she had a appointment after me and she sat right across from me the whole time i got my nails done) VERY uncomfortable. I paid $45 for these CROOKED, SLOPPY, CHEAP, THIN NAILS. Please dont waste your time or money!

Tom was amazing!! He totally fixed a really bad acrylic set I had gotten 4 days ago from a different business. He actually got my nails the way I really wanted them. He was so patient with me while having to soak off all my fake nails I already had on. Definitely will be going back!

I came in to get a nail repair and a fill. I was asked if my daughters father sees her out the blue..if my daughter was in public school and if I liked my nails..i replied no and explained why and she had 19 rebuttals as to why I wrong about not liking my nails lol. My nails were not fixed and they dont look good. By far the worst nail salon I have been too.

My nails look decent and the wait wasnt an issue however I paid for a pedicure and I expect the same thing other nail salons offer. The nail tech had me switch seats three times and forgot to top coat. She tried to paint my nails with a different color than I asked for. She was very hesitant on shaving the dead skin off my feet. I probably wont be back.

They got me in quickly as a walk in, but the pedicure was very rushed. The place appears to be very dirty. I asked for my toenails to be repainted, as there was polish on my skin and some toes weren’t fully polished. I also didn’t see anything posted about how they only accept cash. I had to leave to get cash and return to it, which was really inconvenient since there are no Chase banks close by. There appeared to be several techs that did a nice job. Maybe I just ended up with a bad tech, but it was not a great experience.

For a long time I went to this place until every time I was treated more quickly and my nails more ugly I always asked for Tom but the last time He bleed my finger for doing it very fast. Just to serve many customers at once I do not recommend it and i dont back again!

The lady doing me and my friends nails was so rude to both of us and won’t not let us talk to each other and if we did she would yell at us! After a couple days our acrylics had already begun to lift and after my friends came off it had fungus which took months to heal and was very painful. Also while getting our nails done the technician just stopped and was talking with her family not caring! never going back there EVER. Would not recommend this place unless you are looking for bad nails and fungus.

It was our first time. We came in were greeted and got great pedis. It didnt take too long. Then right before we left Julie gave me a fast freestyle hand painted design it was beautiful. Definitely will come more often.

Been here twice. But after the first time, I knew I chose the right salon. Usually pretty busy, (and thats a good sign in its own) so call ahead if you can.

This is the second time Ive posted a review about this place. The first disappeared...Nails not short enough even after telling tech three times to make them shorter. Tech forgot a client waiting to ;have her nails removed (he admitted it to both of us) then lied to her about the condition of her nails after removal. She was concerned about the thiness and groves from the filing and he said it would go away in a day or two! Polish and fill doesnt cover my real nail on 4 fingers. Tech didnt file or buff nails at all! I had to buy a buffer and do it myself after scratching my arm. It looked like razor blades had scratched my arms not my nails!!! Techs running around bouncing from client to client making some clients wait because they dont want to loose commission. Very rushed, not clean, and techs dont listen to their clients. Never return!!!!

I like this place because the guy with the blonde hair does the BEST eyebrows. But the manis and pedis are average, and they have the nerve to charge $30 for a pedicure! Not worth that but the brows are great.

I actually really like this place but whoever just did my nails they did horrible! Some were to fat An didn’t look right on my finger, there are bubbles in some of the polish on the nail and the polish is messy 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️
