My husband and I decided to stop in today after lunch because we needed to relax. We came in and asked the price for a pedicure and they said a normal pedicure would be $32. Once we were done the total came to $90 and were told that mine was gel so it was $51 and that my husband had to get the Citrus Spa because of his feet. We were never informed this and we said that we wanted just the regular pedicure and we made sure they knew this. Definitely was going to come back every week but now will never return dont recommend it to anyone else be careful

Loved going to this place. I am a black physician with my own practice and business. I went to this place in high school and then through Med school and residency (over 10 years!!), usually would come through with scrubs on after work.One Saturday came in with a dress on and Michelle, the owner, asked me where I was going. I told her no where. She told me I never dressed nicely. I was so hurt by such arrogance. I would never tell a returning customer of 10 years something so ugly. And in my heart, I feel that Michelle chose her bigotry/biased nature over her business’ bottom line. So best of luck to you guys! But if you are not white or Vietnamese, I would seriously reconsider supporting a business that turns down professional black people of this community!! Born and raised on the west side of Indy and I know we as people can do better.

I received a pedi and tips with a dip on my nails on Monday. By Friday, 4 nails had fallen off. I went back on Tuesday to get the first one replaced. The lady had the nerve to ask me if had been picking my nose.? The other 3 fell off throughout the week. They charged me $84 I will NEVER go back for any type of service. What a waste!!

I was disappointed in the customer service I received from this business today. I had to work with Tom since Michelle is out, and Tom was rude to me. He complained the whole time about the condition of my nails and the way I was holding my hands, which was the same way I always hold my hands for Michelle. He told me that I was too difficult to work with and that I should not request him again and to come back when Michelle returned in January of 2021. I was offended by this because I believe I am a great customer. I thanked him the whole time and even tried to make small talk with him while watching The Price Is Right. My fill in looks AWFUL, and now, I have to get this mess soaked off. The acrylic nail is lifting, and Tom had nail polish all over my fingers. I wasted $40 because of Tom. I have been a loyal customer to this business for over 5 years, but after today, I will not return. I neither recommend receiving any service from this business nor working with Tom.

I have been going to Elle Nails for about 5 years. They have always done an amazing job on my pedicures and manicures. I have had 7 surgeries on my feet so they are a challenge. Without the amazing job and care I receive I would have a painful and hard time walking. They are such a blessing to me

Rushed nail job. Surface of my nails are rough, thumb nail smudged, and dull. Its always hit or miss with these guys. Sometimes the work is pristine, other times, its lacking....too lacking for the cost. May do some shopping around, its not like theres not a shop on every corner, and in every strip mall.

Very professional and sanitary. Nails done beautifully as always and didnt take long. My nails were done by nail tech keisha and she was great.

Got birthday pedi’s with my daughter! They did a great job! Very kind and engaging staff and made sure my daughter had a great pedicure for her birthday! They kept telling us to let them know if it was ever too much pressure or anything which I really appreciate. Thank you guys-Sharon and Gracie 🤗

I actually like this place. 1st time Michelle did my nails, this time an older gentleman did my color change. Its close to my home & they are super nice with great sense of humor. My issue is, I was overcharged. I brought in my own gel Polish from Pearnova, and they still charged me as if I used their gel polish. Michelle was the one giving out the prices. I have the guy a very good tip. Sad part is, I may not be back because of this mistake. I also live their teamwork.

I love Michelle, but she was off when I came in on Saturday morning. A younger man did my mani/pedi and it was not a good experience. None of my fingernails were shaped the same, I was cut by the fingernail file during my pedicure AND my manicure to the point I bled; it is still sensitive and painful. Was unable to really relax and enjoy my services, after the first cut on my toes. Gel polish ran down my thumb and was cured to my skin. It had to be pryed off with big acrylic nippers and the cuticles ended up looking messy. Disappointed. It was just not the same without Michelle there.

0/10 do not recommend. owner there is not professional at all . she tells clients and gives clients what she’s wants and not what they want . my friend didn’t like her nails because she said they were too thick she went back and the lady said it’s the nail polish and her cuticles made it look thick when i’m general what the lady gave her is not what she wanted but the lady did it because she thought it would be cute . there were other people also complaining in the nail salon about her also . will not be returning again .

Was out visiting my family and decided to try out Elle Nails. I swore by KT nails for years and was skeptical about someone new.. 7 months later, I still make that faithful drive to Elle Nails!! My overlay and pedicure is always perfect... no matter what side of town Im living on, I will always make that ride to Elle!

Michelle (the owner) is great. Have been going to her since she was pregnant (9years). She is very personable.

I would NOT recommend Elle Nails. The guy that did my nails yesterday was very very rough with me and his hands and nails were dirty. Also, I explained how I wanted my nails shaped, but he didnt listen nor check with me first as he was filing them. I have polish on my skin and my nails are still very tender today from how rough he was with me yesterday. He just seemed very rushed even though they werent busy. It just didnt seem like a clean place overall.

I went there today with my mother-in-law as a treat to celebrate the new year and we were greeted by a woman that spoke no English whatsoever and couldnt even tell us we had to wait for some one to come in to work to help us. To sum it up, when someone did arrive we had to listen to complaining from the employee the entire time and then I left there with BURNED skin. The skin under my eyebrows is completely burned and will scar. Im so upset and in a lot of pain. I will be contacting them and demanding a refund. If this matter is not resloved I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I strongly dislike my toes, I feel like it was a rush job, they are sloppily done, not clean looking at all. Looks like something I let my 9 year old do. I still paid and left a small tip but I will not return.

I previously had decent customer service here and the female owner did a nice job on my nails, so I drove 25 minutes across town to get a fill in. Unfortunately this time a young guy was assigned and had a bad attitude from the moment he sat down even after I complimented his hair lol. Did I mention that he was sprawled out on the waiting area couch when I arrived? I asked if he had a silver color and he shrugged and rolled his eyes...really? There are a million nail shops. Im spending hard earned money so you have one time to do that and I politely walked out. And I will tell everyone I know...

Been coming here for about 10 years or more. I dont even stay in that side of town anymore but its worth the travel. Theyve even done COLTS players feet. So you know they are the real deal

I will only go to Elle now. The staff is friendly and easygoing and they take all they time they need to clean up my nails beautifully. Great family owned business.
