I visited oasis nail salon on 9-9-2021 to have my underarms waxed. During the session I noticed that the lady was double dipping my wax stick. She used the same entire stick the entire time. I 1st asked if she was new... and she said no. Then I asked why is she using the same stick and putting it back in the wax over and OVER again. She said she throws out the entire bowl of wax after each person. THATS A LIE AND SHE KNOWS IT AS WELL AS I DO. To think she is using the same wax on vaginal areas, underarms and your face and sharing germs is disgusting. This is not ok. How on earth are you guys still in business is my question.Im certified to wax and usually do my own and my immediate family. I have NEVER double dipped waxing myself or my own family... so to think you guys do it after waxing God knows how many different people come through there is just down right NASTY!

I went in to get an eyebrow waxing- quick and easy. Pricing was all over the place, online said one thing, sign said another, and i was charged higher than any price i had seen. when i mentioned to the lady checking me out that online stated one thing and the sign was also lower than what she was charging me, she was very rude and said the price changed a long time ago and that is what she was charging me. very unprofessional and untrustworthy. false advertising for sure. i was very disappointed in the way we were treated.

To get straight to the point, my nails are 2cm long and I went for a fill in. I was charged $64 and asked why and Ellen claimed it was because of length and both my pinky nails were replaced which she said were $7 a piece. I just let it go and knew I wouldn’t be back. However, less than 24hrs later, my index nail on R hand broke in half. I called and between our schedules agreed I would come in 2 days later to get the nail fixed. I rushed to get to the shop after work hoping it would be quick and I could still make it on time to my second job. To cut to the end, I was at the shop for 2.5 hrs total. Ellen didn’t even have me soak the piece of nail that was still attached to my finger while waiting and during the time my finger did finally soak, I scratched my head with my left hand and that index fingernail broke. The nails were replaced very poorly, uneven shape and length and barely any use of the drill. Very dissatisfied. I took pictures but am not sure how to add them

I needed 1 nail repaired, 1 nail that they did just Friday, and broke Monday. That simply said Were busy with customers and walked away. I wasnt asking them to stop what they were doing. I was willing to wait but the level of rudeness even after I said I would wait was intolerable. Its a shame bc I was going to be a faithful customer.

Really great service! We came in late on a Saturday wanting fill-ins & pedicures and they stayed over to take wonderful care of us! We were extremely happy & enjoy your time there.

The technicians are so friendly and the place is always clean. Been coming here for years and have seen techs come and go . My current technician Vivian gave me an awesome pedicure, which is no small task for these ugly feet! LOL!! Please be respectful and try to schedule ahead, even if its a half hour ahead! There were two walk-ins while I was there, and I noticed the technicians never tried to rush through their current clients. So if you dont have an appointment you may have to wait, but the wait is worth it!

I absolutely love this salon primarily because of my amazing nail tech, Tommy. I read a few reviews about him before my first visit and have only seen him since. My nails are always beautiful and the polish lasts longer than expected every time. Hes the best! The salon is also clean, has hundreds of colors to choose from.

This is my third time coming here and its an absolutely amazing place. I usually call the same day for an appointment and they always have someone there. Today, I got helped by Vivian and she did an amazing job at doing my fill. I was a little indecisive with my color and she helped me figure out exactly what I wanted from a picture I showed her. I wish I found this little gem of a salon sooner!The service that you receive while there makes you feel like youre a queen. Thoa, Vivian, Tommy and Ellen are extremely kind, professional, and do amazing work! I had made an appointment for 6 PM on a Friday for my friend and I, but we were running late after work. When we called to see if they would still be able to take us at 6:20 PM instead, they were very accommodating, patient, and friendly. That in itself was impressive enough! The salon is very clean, peaceful, and their massage chairs are comfortable. They even have calf-masagers! 🙂They have an extensive selection of polish & gel colors. Theyre the first salon Ive been to that carries it, and not only that, but they have a large collection of Butter polish colors.All in all, Oasis Nails Spa is my new go-to salon. Not only do they do an amazing job, but the staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly.

The customer service is poor - no greeting when I walked in for an appointment, no communication about what I wanted today or what she was doing, rushed through a pedicure in 20 minutes, was very rough with cuticles and filing, then cut me, she did not smooth my feet at all, then got up and walked away after she painted without saying a word, leaving me sitting there until someone else asked me to pay 10 minutes later. I do not recommend this spa at all.

I arrived at my appointment on time on Friday. I was asked to select my nail color and then have a seat at a station. I followed these directions and waited about 10 minutes to be serviced and when no one came over, I got up and asked the receptionist when I could be serviced. She said that someone would help me soon. I sat back down and waited another couple of minutes before a nail tech came over. I asked her if she was able to file my nails in a certain shape and she said no because it wouldnt look good, with an attitude. I simply told her, Whatever, thats fine. I will just get square shape. I proceeded to listen to a video on my phone, not disturbing anyone. She stops removing my nail polish from my nails and informed me that if I am unhappy then I dont have to get my nails done there. In disbelief and confusion, I told the tech I do want my nails done and I do not understand what her issue is. I put my headphones back in. A few minutes later, a gentleman came over and started talking to her in a different language. A few moments later, after removing a headphone, he tells me that I, the customer, needed to leave because the technician didnt like my attitude. The gentleman and I went back and forth because I did not believe I should have been asked to leave. I was not bothering anyone. I left the establishment, but after realizing she had taken my polish off already (i.e. already started services) I went back into the salon. I told them that someone there needed to do my nails because they already started. He offered to put back on the previous polish color, which makes no sense. I then asked when the tech Ellen would be back, she normally does my nails and always provides a great experience. He offered to make me an appointment with Ellen on Monday. I advised that he stopped talking to me because I already made an appointment, showed up on time, and was asked to leave for no reason. Ellen then came up to the front of the salon. She fixed my nails for me, but I had to wait.

Worst manicure Ive ever had! High prices for a rushed, chincy experience. The nail tech spent more time on her phone that actually doing my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is trying to relax and pamper themselves... Save your money and enjoy a real salon experience because this nail studio has champagne prices with Natty Light quality. It was like a fast food nail salon and I was the only customer in there.

My experience was horrible. The man sent me out the door with cracked polish on my toes. I went back in to have him correct it. He stopped working on one pedicure and using the same gloves began fixing my polish. Also my gel manicure started chipping in 3 days. This place is a rip off. Due to the location you would think its pretty upscale but its ghetto! I will never spend a penny at the place again. I would suggest you BYOP. Bring Your Own Polish. What they use is a joke.

They put something in the nail polish which obstructs it from fully drying.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and I love this place. Ellen and Vivian its such an amazing person, she will make sure you are happy with the services.As soon as you come in they will ask you if you want water or tea . The place its very clean and the people that work here they are all very nice. I saw that other people were complaining about being more expensive but honestly, wouldnt you pay couple dollars more for a good mani/pedi?!Im usually getting regular mani/pedi and the polish doesnt chip.I will definitely recommend this place !!!

I got the SNS manicure and they charged me 45 dollars -- super over priced. My mom gets it done for 30 dollars! No one greeted me as I walked in and the lady doing my nails seemed rushed. She flicked my fingers to get the powder off. Then to dry my nails she put me under UV light which you do not do with SNS. She also left color all over my skin and filed my nails super short. She didnt even tell me when my nails were dry, I had to guess with my best judgment then leave. No thank you as I walked out. I will not be back!

The customer service was great. But today my gel nails began to peel off. It has only been 6 days today.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to talk about my awful experiences at this salon. Today is the 5th time I have been to Oasis and 4/5 times have been horrible. I’ve seen different people every time and the only person who cares about their job is Ellen. She was so sweet and took her time to make my experience as stress free as possible. The first time I got a full set with gel polish. The guy did not even the nails or polish out. My three year old niece could have painted my nails better. My second time was with Ellen and my experience was great so I figured I would go back because maybe the first time was just a fluke. The third time I went I got there about 30 mins before they closed and asked if they could do a dip manicure. I told them it is fine if they cannot, I just wanted to get my nails redone for an event the next day, but I knew I was there 30 mins before they closed so I didn’t expect them do my nails. They said they would. That was worst than the first time. I understand she wanted to go home but she could have said no and I would have come back at a later date. She filed my nails down so much that I could feel the polish and powder on the skin under my nail. The fourt time was better and the lady asked where I had my nails done previously. I told her I got them done there and she seemed appalled. She said they filed my nails down too much and it was causing my real nail to lift. Those nails fell off and I realized the damage that was done from how aggressively they file. 8 of my nails are lifting from the nail bed. I went back today just to get gel polish put on (no manicure) and they charged a ridiculous amount. The lady was rude half the time, especially because I said I didnt want to pay $50 to get my nails and toes painted with gel. I got regular polish on my toes and she filed my toe nails so much she cause my toe to bleed. I sat at the dryer for over 20 mins and when I left my big toe got messed up. I am so annoyed with them that I didn’t even want to go back to fix it myself. They have ruined my nails and I will have to keep polish on them until my nail grows enough to repair the nailbed issue. Most of the techs here need to learn how to file without hurting the client because my nails are now going to take forever to repair.

I walked in for a pedicure on Monday, June 25th and had a bad experience. I have been to this salon before a couple of years ago and did not like it much, but I wanted to give it another chance. I am upset that I did. The receptionist at the front desk told me to pick a color in which the nearest section would cost extra and the furthest would be at regular price ($35). I chose the latter section because a $35 pedicure was already a lot to pay when other salons in Indy will do it for $20-$25. I sit down and the woman tells me it will be $5 extra for the polish I chose because it was OPI but there were several other OPI polishes from the second “no charge” rack. The woman who serviced me was nice but she rushed through the pedicure and skimmed through some areas like exfoliating my feet. This was honestly the fastest pedicure that I have ever had in my life. The woman massaged my feet and legs for a long period of time, but I really wish she spent time in areas that mattered. Part of the reason why she started rushing was because another customer walked in wanting a pedicure and it was only 3-4 of them working. Because she was working quickly, my toe nails were not even, feet soaking wet, and the polish was swiftly put on. She had to go back over each toe with acetone because she got the paint on my skin. The worst part about this visit is that the woman was extremely rough during the entire service. At times it was painful, she would shove my feet, and push them back into the basin. I much rather have waited on the place where I really wanted to go (The Polish Bar). I spent $35 on a service that I could have done myself because it was not professional. I won’t ever come here again.

Sucks that this place is so convenient and for that reason only Ive been a handful of times, but they are overpriced for the work they do. their techs SUCK. Every single time Ive been Ive gotten a simple gel mani/pedi and I end up BLEEDING from them being so rough with the cuticle clippers or with noticeably visible lines in my gel from the polish brush orrr with bubbles on my nails. Save your money and go somewhere else :)
