I love the staff at My Nails! 💅. They do an excellent job, speak English, and it it a very warm and friendly atmosphere. My daughter and I searched all over the Northside of Indy to get a decent pedicure. We were so disappointed until we found My Nails! They give excellent pedicures, manicures, gel and acrylic Nails. Great service at a good price.

This was my first time for my 9 year old and I today and it was the best experience. I wish I would have asked for the gentlemans name who serviced us he got us in and out and was just great. I live just 5 minutes away and will definitely be returning! Thanks again!

They do not know how to do nails. The gel polish is cheap, thet have to give you more that 5 coats of polish for it to be a solid color. DONT DO IT!

Used to be a good place, a little pricy, $70 for fill in and polish change on toes, but now they have a male nail tech that keeps trying to sell you a water service the whole time he’s doing Your nails, it was a very uncomfortable situation and I won’t go back because of this

Very nice I had an appointment at 6 at UNAILS on Pendleton Pike and when I got there they were closed. So I went to this salon on Oaklandon rd. They took me right in even tho it was close to closing. Iam glad UNAILS were closed this place is so much better.

A truly enjoyable experience. The staff are truly magnificent. Fun and enjoyment are experienced, while I was getting a invigorating manicure. Never had a manicure until a month ago at MyNails, now I cant wait until my next appointment.

“Cat eye” gel polish lasted only 5 days. I came in as a walk in and was fit in after waiting. This place could use more staff in order to decrease wait times and have a better over all not rushed outcome. 4 * because the gentleman knew what he was doing with eyebrows and did that very well.

I had tried many of the other salons in the area with disappointing results. This is my favorite place for hands and feet! Mike is fabulous and listens to his clients. Small staff but they work together well to deliver great results. I really like that they treat appointments with priority.

This was the best and friendliest nail salon I’ve ever been to! All of the employees were super friendly, knew almost everyone by name, took their time and laughed and joked with everyone. Awesome environment and would recommend 100%. I will definitely be coming back.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, was told the prices, they showed us all the nail colors as were super helpful to my 9 year old. It was her first real pedicure. The gave us all the royal treatment, every worker worked on us, laughed, talked, and even fixed my toenail issues. I would highly recommend this place. Make an appointment and you will love it too!

I was travelling in the area....called and made an appointment for myself and niece for basic mani only.... we were both very happy. I was told to come anytime I am in town. very friendly. great job. I even got lost and was late....no problem.

Went in three weeks ago to get a full set. Came out horribly disappointed, as my nails looked the ugliest they ever have. Not only did the guy who did them nearly FALL ASLEEP while doing my nails, but HALF OF MY NAIL ripped off when I went to have them taken off. I am extremely pissed off at these people. I always have an issue with them whenever I go, and this is my third time going in. Please do not waste your time or money going here. They do good jobs on their regular customers and scrap on random people. Absolutely ridiculous, and disgusting environment when the clueless workers have two dogs running around.

My nails were a hot mess!!! I had a new set put on @ a place that shall remain nameless,.. and needed a fill in w/in 9days! Imagine how frustrated I was. When I went in to My Nails the woman there were friendly and made my fill-in look like a brand new set of nails. I would would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks soso much My Nails!!! :-)

If i could rate ZERO stars, that would be my selection!Iam a stickler for CUSTOMER SERVICE and Im instinctively always grading my experiences. There was an unsettling energy when i walked through the doors. Sinage read the hours were ?-7 M-F/appointments PREFERRED but when i walked in at 5:30, I didnt expect to feel as though i was violating policy 😕! I received an immediate head turn and uncomfortable stare from ALL staff who were assisting other customers that read what are you doing here. I asked if they were still accepting customers for the day and one responded yeah, but how can we help you. So, I sat there for a few minutes observing their interaction with those who were being serviced and i thought hmm....seems like they are pleasant once youre being serviced. After i was asked to have a seat and soak my hands, the gentleman immediately stepped away and started putting the initial coat of gel polish on a customer getting a pedicure. My thoughts from experience were clearly, hes got three more coats to go.Needless to say, I politely told them never mind and exited the building. Im sure by the sinage appointments PREFERRED, they must already have the customers they need and by my initial 15 minute experience, they arent exactly interested in any new ones.#NotImpressed
