They care about their clients, and are detail oriented. They take the time to provide excellent service.

This place is awesome and I’ve never had a bad experience. I live downtown and typically have to go to either the north side or south side to get my nails done. I’ve tried EVERY reputable place on both sides of town and this is the best. That being said, they are always busy (because they do such a good job), and appointments are recommended. They recently changed their phone service and no longer have call waiting! How is this possible in 2021 for a busy business?! I’ve only gotten through once in about 100 times trying to call. They don’t offer booking online and unless you get lucky on a walk-in, or get through on the phone, there is little guarantee they can fit you in timely. If someone from the salon happens to see this, please get an answering service or at least the ability to always answer your calls! I’ve brought several friends with me and not being able to get in is so frustrating! It’s so hard to get through and a busy signal is beyond aggravating this day and age.

I love this place! I had my first ever pedicure and my second time getting dip powder. Tim P is the best, very nice and works quickly! I got dip powder and a pedicure in an hour and 20 minutes. A relaxing environment as well.

They always have the quickest and more importantly best service. Ive never ever had a bad experience going there if they do something wrong they have zero problems fixing it and I have been going there for over 2 years. I thoroughly enjoy how friendly and efficient they are and they have some artists who are really great and talented at designs.

Extremely unprofessional. I had made an appt 3 wks in advance for myself and my friend to have our nails done the Thursday before my Saturday wedding. At the time of booking I clarified that I wanted a dip manicure and regular pedicure and the receptionist informed me that we would be finished in ONE hour. On the day of the appt, we were 10 min late due to an accident on the interstate. We called to update them prior to arriving and they bumped our 2 services down to 1 service per person. But to our disappoint, when we got there they claimed to only have time for a regular polish on hands OR feet despite still having 45-50 min. How they were planning to finish my initial booking in 1 hour is still a mystery.

They did a great job there. I got a Manicure and pedicure. It was amazing. They did such a great job I want to go back there every month.

Ive tried many places in the Greenwood area and this is by far the best one ive tried! I usually get dip or gel and they always last a super long time. I have gel mani right now thats two weeks old and it hasnt peeled or faded yet. Everyone I get there is always super nice and professional and they never rush like other salons.Its a very clean and beautiful salon. Just make sure you make an appointment ahead of time! They book up quick and dont take walk ins.Update: its been about a month and my gel still hasnt peeled. Its obviously faded and grown out but otherwise still looks good. Just wish I could make another appointment but theyre always booked 😩

They are the best in Greenwood. The only reason I wont give them 5 stars is because theyre alway super busy. If you want to get in make youre appointment way ahead of time.

Was in the area and stopped by to do my nails. Decided to try dip for the 1st time. The final product was less than ideal with parts of the nail not painted, dip powder outside of the nail bed and to top it off a cut. Not worth the $40.

Very clean. The friendliest of staff and they are very precise with their scheduling. I would recommended an appt because they ensure things run smoothly as long as they know about it. Many nail color choices and they have expanded creating more room for comfort

V Nails is the best salon south of Indy. The salon is spacious and very clean, it feels professional. Their polish selection is organized and expansive. The family that runs the salon is so friendly that I actually love chatting with them, which is rare at a nail salon for me. They do a great job and do it quickly. They are always busy but I never wait for long. I get a dip manicure every 3 weeks and pedicures in the summer, and have been with a group as well.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I got a full set and a pedicure. The people were personable and talked with me the entire time. Leon was amazing at his job and made me feel heard and taken care of! I will only go here for nails from now on!

This place was hopping first thing on a Friday morning! I called to see if there were any remaining appointments, and although their weren’t, the woman on the phone let me know that there were only 2 people ahead of me and 10 techs working. I came in and was in a chair within 30 minutes! I will definitely make an appointment next time and appreciate that they offer that as most salons do not. If you don’t, it might seem like you are being “skipped”, but really it’s just them honoring appointments.I was not disappointed by my experience here! The salon is huge and nicely decorated! The technicians were all super friendly, though I appreciated that my tech Lisa picked up on my desire for a nice quiet nail session. She was meticulous with her painting and did her best to revitalize my post-gel nail toes. The prices are comparable if not better than other salons and I will definitely be back!Fun fact: they are getting new pedicure chairs!!

After looking for a good nail spot for years, a friend recommended this place, and Im so glad! I go every 2 weeks for a fill and theyre quick, thorough, and courteous for a very reasonable price. They have an awesome selection of colors and a pretty versatile range of design capabilities. My nails always look so good and I get so many compliments! When I broke a nail, they were very gentle and careful to fix it correctly and so it didnt hurt me. After trying so many other places in the past year Im happy to drive out of my way to greenwood!

I went in expecting a pedicure and acrylic nail manicure. I got the pedicure. It was great. But I spent $48.00 essentially on a pedicure and it def was NOT worth it. What they did was painted my fingernails when I could do it myself for free at home. Im very, very disappointed. Will NOT be going back.

I got nails done less than a weel ago and one of my nail tips already broke. Ive never had tips or fake nails with this much pressure. They tried to tell me it was due to the length of the nail. So I had to pay to have my nails removed and redone in a new color.

Got a pedicure and she was very attentive and went above and beyond a normal pedicure. The massage and foot scrub was amazing and longer than any other Ive ever had. I recommend this place for any of your nail needs

Lived downtown when I first moved to Indy and found this place and havent found any other equivalent place. I now live in Fishers and the drive is still worth the experience and know I can always depend on them. I am very particular on how my nails are done and look and Ive never had any issues with quality or appearance. Worth the drive and money!

New to the Indy area, read a million reviews and finally decided on this one! I went with a friend mid afternoon on a week day and they got us both right in, $32 for a basic full set. Everyone was great! Super friendly and everything was really cute & clean! 10/10 recommend!

This is the only nail salon that I will go to now. Everyone who works there is so friendly! They do amazing work, it is extremely clean too! They also have a large staff so the wait is minimal. They may be a few dollars more than other salons but, so well worth it!

Love Vs Nail Lounge! Had to give this review because they are the best! Im literally loving my mood changing gel mani! The nails Ive had from there RARELY break or chip! Love the decor and the nail techs work so hard and are easy to talk with. They take appointments, however if you prefer to be a walk in they are equally respectful.

I have been to so many nail shops and I never left with what I wanted. I finally was introduced to V Nails & I will not be visiting any other shops. They are so nice, professional and their work is wonderful. I get so many compliments on my nails, even after they are a week old . Linda & NuNu are my favorites.

Make an appointment, otherwise it will be long wait. I went in with my mother and niece for a pedicure and we were there for 2 1/2 hours. My mother was finished before my neice and I ever got called to a chair. I was finished before anyone started on my niece. Not once did anyone speak to us or let us know how much longer the wait would be. The actual pedicure was average, at best.

Did. not do what I asked!! I wanted natural looking pink and white acrylic nails instead I got a horrible light couple and white. I even stopped the nail tech and told her the pink looked. Purplish and she assures me once they were done it would look more natural.

Really thought this place was great. Went twice and the first time around the acrylics were much too thick. I had to get them thinned out somewhere else because their techs were too busy and didn’t have time to fix my problem. The second time I went, the woman not only made my nails look like claws but then a week after three ripped off! I don’t have a labor job, I work in an office so when I called to ask if they could fix it I get laughed at and told “well we’re booked up the rest of this week and next” so needless to say this place is god damn trash.

I have recently started going to this salon and had been very happy with them until today. My daughter went in today to have her acrylic nails removed. Given the quality service we had experienced previously, I expected that they would properly remove the nails by soaking them off. Instead, they ripped the nails off with tweezers causing unnecessary damage to her natural nail. If you have visited this salon, you know they are a bit on the pricey side. I have not had issue with this before, because the quality and service were good. Today’s service was way too expensive for the service performed. I understand there is always some damage caused by arcylic nails, but this removal technique is terrible.

Went to this place while my car was being serviced at Ray Skillmans down the street. I got a fill on my acrylic nails and pedicure. Ive been to two other places nearby it has ranged between $47 & $52 for the two services. I paid $82 (before tip) at this place! It did look nice but not any nicer than the other two places Ive gone. I think $82 is a way over priced to say the least. Bottom line: I wont go back there and will warn those considering how over priced they are.

The ambiance is really nice. However, the check in process is not the best. I checked in and lady told me it would be an hour wait but to come back in 45 mins. So I came back in the 30 mins later and my name had been called. The host eventually got me in but still. Then the lady who did my nails did not clean my names out properly even when I asked her too. She neglected my pinkie toe during my pedicure even when I asked her to treat it like any other nail. For my manicure, she did not clean out the cuticles or sides of the nail before she applied the gel. After one week my nail polish started to peel and crack on both my hands and feet.

Leon is absolutely wonderful. I am allergic to the primer they use and he makes sure not to touch my cuticles so as not to have a severe reaction. He is the only one who can work his magic, I tried 2 other nail techs there, but 24 hours or less later my cuticles are red and puffy and itching all the way up to my knuckles. Now my reaction is slight and just on my thumbs.

Swing by 30 minutes before close and they were super busy. They still fit me in and I didnt feel rushed, my full set turned out great, and two weeks later the nails are still looking fabulous! plan to go there to get a fill and try some of their other services. Highly recommend!

Ashley was wonderful. I went there to get my nails done prior to my wedding and I was concerned because I have had the gel done at other places and it has peeled in a few day. Let me say it has been almost two weeks and my Nails look as good as they did when I walked out. The shop is clean the people are funny and friendly. And the prices are the same as anywhere else. I will be back.... Thank you Ashley and VNails.

Used to go there all the time after school (Paul Mitchell) can’t go as often as I would like now since we moved to the northwest side & its a 40min ride, don’t mind the drive though they have never disappointed me. Always so professional and friendly!

I had an appointment so I thought with Nancy for a fill, hombre color, and pedi. I was passed on to another tech as she was double booked (but they didnt call me) after 25 minutes I got waited on. 2 1/2 hours at check out (after speaking their language) $110!!! Wth. Price gouged! I complained but they didnt care. I would not recommend this rip off unorganized salon to anyone.
