Have been here a few times for pedicures. The girl usually talks on her phone the entire time and usually only says about 2 word to me but that’s ok. She usually did a good job too. Tried to stop by this morning at 10:15. Door was locked and lights were off. Door says they open at 10. I went across the street to Lovely Nails instead. They did a good job.

Friendly staff. They do a great job at a responsible price. They offer walkins which works well with busy schedules.

DO NOT GO! The nail tech, Cynthia, will openly make rude and inappropriate comments about your feet! I even gave her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she was having a bad day…) and returned and yet she was unprofessional MULTIPLE times. When I spoke with the owners to talk to her about professionalism, nothing happened… no apologies… nothing done to make matters better. Definitely would not recommend.

I tried to make an appointment there, when I found out that the nail tech that requested refuse to serve me. I guess since I came back to have my nails repainted, due to my gel polish chipping after less than 2 days. Nails are not cheap and these places make a fortune from our services, therefore, I feel the service that I pay good money for and tip well, If I am not satisfied I should be accommodated not banned.I really hate that most nails places do not care about customer services only money.

Reserved an appointment for my for year old daughter and I to have pedicures today and when we got there they refused to let my daughter sit in the chair or run water. One employee tried to because of language barrier but the rude lady upfront stopped her so I walked out without even an apology.This was my childs first experience and thank you for ruining it

I really love to get my eye brows done here. if you tell them exactly what you want they do a great job at achieving that. I have been trying to grow my eyebrows out while keeping them clean and they are able to help me accomplish this goal. my eyebrows are the thickest, cleanest they have ever been.

After a long day of working my friend and I decided to go get out nails done as a treat to ourselves. We picked here because they were open pretty late. They were very quick getting to us and with doing our nails. They had plenty of color selection and a very calm atmosphere. I didnt think the price was bad at all but, I dont usually get my nails done and dont have anything to compare it too.

Overall a good experience will definitely go back. The ladys seemed a bit rushed but they still did a fantastic job.

Today I visited Signature Nails For the First Time and I cant say enough how impressed I am! My Nail Tech was Jennifer and she did a phenomenal job! You can definitely tell she takes pride in her work, she pays attention to detail, and shes also very sweet. I wont go anywhere else, now.

First visit today, and it was wonderful. The ladies made me feel welcome, warm atmosphere, very clean and I would highly recommend this salon. Definitely will be going back!

Whenever I go in to get my nails done or my eyebrows waxed there is rarely ever a wait longer than 5 min and every time I leave this salon I am happy with the work they do. All of the technicians seem to have experience and are friendly.

Best place on Earth will never go anywhere else worth the wait if you have to wait I go and make my appointments once a month and Im always satisfied have never left unsatisfied and has never had issues with my nails bending or breaking or lifting or losing acrylics or anything like that

I went for a Mani/pedi, the staff was nice, but were very confused when I asked for a design. I asked for some leaves on an accent nail. They immediately messed it up and just did the accent nail a solid color with no design. I was patient and asked again as the accent nail color was not at all what was agreed upon. During the shaping of my nails and trimming my cuticles, I was having some discomfort. Afterwards I found that I was covered in cuts, one was significant. The woman I had seemed overwhelmed and the design I got was that of someone who has never done nails before. I came with a friend who has an EXECELLENT tech and a great time. Her nails look awesome, so Ill grant an extra star for that.i posted photos of the cuts and what I asked for vs what I got in the photos for signature nails

We chose this nail salon because of they great reviews it recieved but it was just ok. Didnt get a calf massage like one normally would with a pedicure. And they refused to put our flip flops back on. We had to wear those flimsy paper ones. My tech did get out an ingrown nail I didnt know I had so I tipped her handsomely for that service. Otherwise just basic pedicure. Can miss it if you already have a good nail place!!

Love this salon! Ive been getting mani/pedis here for the past year and will not go anywhere else. Very clean salon, and friendly staff! The services were amazing!!!! Haley and Cynthia were great!!! First time getting coffin nails and Haley shaped them perfectly and designed them. Cynthia is A-1 with the all around services.

I got a 2nd fill in because the first one I got with the lady in booth 9 went great. The 2nd fill in the tech in booth 6 was texting while working me up and now 3 days later my thumb cracked/ chipped and has to be replaced. I gave her a $10 tip. Im a little disappointed.

Best gel manicures I’ve ever had! I’ve had different nail techs each time and they have blown me away. They are thorough and professional. I suggest calling for an appointment because it can be hard to get a walk in appointment due to the high demand.

I went there this morning for the first time and was impressed with how well my nails turned out. I went to another salon in Beech Grove before in the past and was never fully satisfied there. Coming to Signature Nails completely changed my mind about being afraid to get my nails done in fear that I would get cut or I wouldn’t get my money’s worth. I will definitely be going back! No wait time at all and was in and out within 40 minutes if not less!

I have tried 2 other salons in the Beach Grove/Greenwood area and each time my gel manicure chipped within a week. This salon amazing! My manicure is now a week old and I am HARD on my nails and my nails are still beautiful! Definitely going back.

Tonight I stopped in, looking for a new nail salon to do a simple fill. Not a single guest was getting nails done. They informed me that with 25min to closing that was not enough time to do a fill and couldn’t help me. I guess staying 5min after closing for a customer isn’t an option.

First time coming here, needed my nails filled, and they have an extensive collection of colors and designs, and very quiet and spa like, cynthia did an extremely great job! will be giving signature my business when im down in indy!!!!

I tried signature nails about 2 weeks ago for a pedicure. Let me tell you spend the little extra for the deluxe pedi. It was amazing!! So I tried my luck again this week and had a full set removed and a new put on by Jennifer. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK!! She took her time and is honestly a true artist in this field. She was personable, patient and gave me exactly what I was wanting !!

I get my eyebrows waxed by Tiffany. She is fabulous. She always takes her time and really examines my eyebrows and works with getting my borrowing brows a good shape. I have done threading for years, but then tried signature nails for a waxing and have been very happy.I also get my nails done here and everyone is friendly and if I notice an error they are happy to fix.

I originally rated them 5 stars because my nails always looked nice when I got them done there, but the last four times I’ve went there to get my nails done they tell me they don’t have time to do my nails and ask if I can come back. I can’t always schedule an appointment because I have a crazy schedule. If they can’t accept walk ins they shouldn’t state on their website and door that they accept walk ins. They do a really good job on nails, so if you’re someone who is able to schedule your nail appointments they’re great, but if you’re like me and usually go get your nails done spur of the moment, go somewhere else.

Cynthia was very pleasant and welcoming. Great atmosphere and customer service. Easy 5*. If this is your first visit. It will not be your last.

Ive been going here for 2 + years and have never been disappointed. Theyre busy because they are great, I recommend making an appointment. Ive been a walk-in many times, usually accommodated, occasionally turned away but I know thats the risk I take for quality service on short notice.

I have been getting my nails done here for over 6 months. Bella is an artist! I always get some many compliments on my nails even if I just get a color. I get them dipped & they are super strong. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!! 10 ⭐️ from me! Thank you nails so much

My sisters and I had a really positive experience here! They got us in last minute on a Saturday. The techs were great! The prices are also excellent. $36 for a deluxe pedi is awesome! I would totally recommend.Update: I went here again today and had a really negative experience. The girl that did my pedicure (young blonde) rushed through it. It was clear she wasn’t interested in doing anything. She cut my toe from rushing through.

Cynthia did my nails. I was a last minute walk in. She sat me right down and did my nails with such precision. No rush despite her other appts approaching. Highly recommend

All of the girls are SO welcoming and they are SO sweet. Even better, this is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to; they give you your own tools to bring back with you!I will never go to another nail salon!

I used to have really great experiences here but lately the technicians seem incompetent. Today I got a gel manicure, my technician was on her phone the entire time. She forgot to add a topcoat because she was texting. I told her she forgot but she wouldn’t believe me. When she went to rub it off with alcohol the polish started to come off. She finally realized she forgot a topcoat because she was on her phone instead of paying attention to my nails. I will not be coming back here again it seems like the quality of technicians they are hiring has decreased significantly.

This nail salon is wonderful. They fixed my nails after a terrible full set at another nail salon. They also do wonderful pedis. The girl was incredibly sweet who did my nails. And now my nails arent screwed up for my wedding today. They have good prices. Will definitely keep going here!

This is by far my favorite nail place ever. I moved to Indy a few months ago, and was having the hardest time picking where to go. They are all SO friendly and SO sweet. The place is clean and they are very professional. They even did my wedding nails and did such phenomenal job!! This time I went and Emily was sooooo sweet and did an amazing job!! I will never go to another nail salon as long as I’m in the area.

I want my money back but I didnt want to cause a scene.Update: They were very VERY generous and offered to fix my nails for free, I got them redone and they look so WONDERFUL, Im very very pleased and I appreciate that they reached out to make it right. Wow! Where has this place been! (it opened recently I found out). I took my semi-picky bridesmaid from NYC here for our nails the day before my wedding hoping they would be up to par to her standards & THEY WERE! I highly recommend making an appointment because I saw them turn away so many people. Ive never seen a nail salon turn anyone away...they usually just lie & say 5-10 minutes while you sit there & wait an hour... not here! It was a new salon, higher-end for Greenwood, clean, sanitary, spoke great English. The only thing is that their prices are not listed on a wall, so I had a little bit of bill-shock when I got my total, but, worth it! My wedding was nearly 3 weeks ago & my acrylics are still intact & not too ratchet & my toe nails are chip-free. This is my new Go-To 100%!

My experience was ruined by a employee (EMILY) with a bad attitude. She was very unprofessional. She didn’t know what a spa pedicure consisted of, and was great at rolling her eyes when I didn’t know where she wanted my feet. A couple of my nails were ruined by the toe separators as I was going to pay. She did fix them, after letting out a sigh. Overall my toes look good. My pedicure was definitely not SPA like. I will NOT be returning to this business. I will travel the extra 20 miles to get a pedicure from here on out. I am a licensed professional myself, and having an unprofessional attitude can make or break you in this profession. Best of luck.

Great experience. It was my first time and they were very accommodating when I asked to switch to powder. Christina took her time and did a thorough job.

They were very nice and patient with me while I struggled to find the color I wanted. But, overall my nails do not look that good. The area around my nails were not done so it doesnt look like I went to a professional place at all.

I have been to many nail places the past couple months to find a nail salon that I like and just keep going to it... this is definitely the best nail salon I have been to in a very very long time. Im telling you this place is so great. Today was my first time going and Jake did my nails. I got a fill and design. I showed him what I kind of wanted and he hooked it up. Jake is my new nail man!!! Lol. I love love love Jake. If you want awesome job done on your nails. I would definitely recommend this nail salon. And JAKE. you are AWESOME. So glad a lady at Starbucks referred me. Well with traffic I got there 12:11 because I actually drive 45 mins to get to them and they said 10 mins late will have to reschedule and it’s my birthday. I have been going to Signature Nails for about 8 months now, I go every 3 weeks, mainly for Mani but I had a Pedi once and it was really good. Jake is the only one I let do my nails! Nothing against the others but I had him my first time there and he never disappoints me! He helped me grow long healthy nails for the first time in my life! I always do the protein overlay. I have tried other nail shops and they charge the same but I was never satisfied. Signature Nails give Jake a big fat raise!!

Me & my best friend went and got pedicures here today. we were a walk in and despite being busy the wait wasn’t very long. our nail techs did a wonderful job on our toes & you can’t beat 26$ for pedi’s.

Awful. First, no signs to tell you how much all the treatments cost and I ended up spending $70 BEFORE tip for a Mani & Pedi. Second, the employees doing my treatments were either rude or don’t speak English because I got NO response to small talk. Third, see pictures for what happened to my big toe just a few hours after I left. 🙄

Signature Nails is the best nail salon in Signature Nails ! This is now my go-to nail salon.Clean place with all the new nail polish colors! I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the salon itself is beautiful and totally without that usual nail salon smell. And everything is very clean and sanitized. The nail staffs did a fantastic job on my hands and feet and it was one of the best mani-pedis I have ever gotten. Signature Nails is awesome! Theyre very efficient, polite & welcoming, offering you a beverage. You rarely wait any time before your service.Highly recommend. Signature Nails was awesome! I will return when i have free time

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY CLEARLY CLOSE AT 8 pm my sisters (4 females of color) as well as a white woman all entered the business at 7:30 they chose to seat her and service her pedicure and told us they weren’t taking anymore customers. We will be contacting the better business bureau they said their name were Tiffany and Samantha and Tiffany was the owner!Update: I filed a complaint with the BBBThe response to this message confirms that this business again false ADVERTISES we were not offered an appointment time or to come back the next day it was literally “No sorry and she’s the boss so no one else for you to complain to” We weren’t important to you as a consumer and we clearly took another route than getting loud in your place of business. We left this review and filed a complaint through the bbb! Seriously you all should work on your customer service you immediately give the impression that because we are of color we couldn’t afford your services when in all actuality if we would have been treated fairly you would have gained four loyal customers! Too bad so sad for you!

Emily was my tech and she is AMAZING!! I tried the coffin shape for the first time, so i was really nervous!! She nailed the shape and the pink and white ombre looks GREAT!!

I am so glad I found this place. I discovered it while sitting in the drive-thru at PNC Bank across the street. They are great people and do great work! There prices are on point with other salons in the area. I like that they give you the tools/files that they use on you during a pedicure too. It is important to make an appointment. If you dont youll have a long wait but appointments wouldnt be necessary if they werent good at what they do! :-)

I have been going to Signature Nails for almost a year now and I would honestly say i have always been a pleased customer!

The Owner IS a THEIF! The owner likes taking EXTRA MONEY off peoples cards. No answer when I called the Nail Salon several times so I drove 30 mins to the Nail Salon to be told that the receipt couldnt be found even though the owner NEVER left the Desk to even look for it and then was told its Our word against yours anyway and if you signed the receipt then that is on you! Not once was I asked for my phone number in order to Call Me, I was told to come back in a COUPLE DAYS! If I walked in and didnt pay for my services that is considered stealing but its not STEALING when YOU or YOUR EMPLOYEES STEAL EXTRA MONEY OFF MY CARD FOR A TIP?!?! A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER would have taken THEFT SERIOUSLY but he was more concerned with STEALING from the next customer to deal with me. Since I DID PAY FOR the TERRIBLE SERVICES & DIRTY WAX that was used on my sisters face. The tip was VERY GERNEROUS giving she did a HORRIBLE JOB and I had 2 go into the back room to FINISH HER JOB! This place is CRAMPED, DIRTY & JOKE 🤣 USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Manager and techs are rude and unprofessional. Employees change receipts once you have paid and make the tip higher. When we went to ask why the tip was changed we were told that we must have put that tip amount on there and that they couldnt find their receipt. We were called liars and told they werent doing anything to remedy the situation and that it was their word against ours! DO NOT USE A CARD TO PAY!

They give the most amazing pedicures! Like they actually take time to massage your feet and if they see a part of your nail that they could even out/fix then they actually go back and do it. They don’t just ignore it like other places. The only bad part was the receptionist. I don’t know her name but she has piercings on her face and she was pretty nasty to everyone that walked in the door. Negative attitude, treated everyone like they were stupid. But the ladies who actually did the nail work are all super sweet!

The quality of my nails aren’t bad but the the customer service was absolutely horrible. I can’t tell you how many problems there were, first off I asked for designs and she told me she didn’t have time to do what I wanted, (im paying for your service you should do what the customer wants, I came in at 4 and they don’t close till 6 and I didn’t want anything extreme just marble and some gold tape) then I asked for one diamond and she said I couldn’t get a diamond on regular nail polish (I’ve gotten that before) then she told me I had to get sparkles on my pinky nail because I previously had powder and the previous sparkles would show through if I didn’t do sparkles again. Then I had to pick another color and the color I picked I actually really liked, then she told me she didn’t have that color in regular and I chose it from a regular pile!!! Then the color she brought me wasn’t even close to what I had chose. So overall I had a horrible customer service experience but the shape isn’t bad.

I havent ever got my nails done here but the man seems very friendly. Im hoping to win so i can try them out and if satisfied they will be who I use in the future!😊
