I had my nails done for my 14th birthday by randy and he was so kind. the whole establishment was very clean and professional. i will say (which obviously it’s not the stores fault at all) in the middle of my appointment a lady came in the store (a customer) and was very uh needy and demanding. she started yelling at poor brandon and i just felt bad. thanks tho to the staff to make me feel welcome. i’ll be coming back❤️

This is kind of treatment we get from queen nails. There is this old man there who is so rude, I only respected him because am from Africa and we respect elderly ones, if he tries to look down on me I will give him greatest insult of his life. There customer service are so poor, I paid for this nails, it’s not free.

Waiting all week for an appointment to get there to find out that there were 3 people in front of me. I booked with Brandon who tried to pawn me off off on his mom. He does good work but overbooks and doesnt seem to mind having you wait and be inconvenienced.

Everyone is nice, prices are awesome. They do an excellent job on my feet and nails.

I had an appt for 11:30 I get there and have to wait an hour to get a pedicure. I get pedicures twice a month and i have never had my feet done the way she did them. She dug around my nail so much that it was bleeding. Now my toe is sore and red. She used 2 diff dremel heads on my toe nails instead of soaking them in acetone and wrap foil around them like most other places do. She also used her nail to scrape my big toe nail on the side and it is already painful and unsanitary to use bare hands and nails to touch an inflamed area. All nail techs wear gloves at all the places. I have been but not here apparently. Overall horrible experience. Bumed out because I had heard such great things.

All the employees were very nice. They did a great job on my daughters nails and both of our feet. It did take a long time but it was worth it!

I find this to be the best nail shop on the west side of Indy. I am happy with every appointment I make, and all of the color options available. They even offer sculpted/ Ombre nails if you have the time for that kind of appointment. I also found out from personal research that their prices are lower than almost every shop around. This place is a win win.

Its almost been a year since I had my nails done last. I was very satisfied! Walk ins are cool but appointment would be better. Great place!! Great job! Will be back!

Owner Lisa is RUDE. Her son Brandon overbooks and really dont wanna be there. They act like they doing us a favor. Should be boycotted. They act predujice and lie about booking appts. I sat at 2 different appts and watched how they treat customers. Never Ever going again.

I signed in and waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me that were full and wouldnt be able to serve me. I asked why I wasnt informed when I first came in, before I sat down, and he replied oh I didnt see you. Umm okay you are sitting in the very first chair by the door. Geesh.

Pedicure was mediocre. It seems the star is the guy, everyone trying to get in his chair. Chairs are a lil raggedy. Service was ok.

Brandon did an excellent job on my nails... fixed the horrible job that was done by a near by salon... very reasonably priced... I have finally found a place in this area that’s worth it

Went there yesterday for a gel pedi and took my socks off today and my big toe was chipped I didnt hit it on anything just took my sock off and the nail was chipped highly disappointed wont be retuning !!!

Had pedi/mani done. I chose a color. Hibiscus Pink for toes and nails. Well when I got outside toes are not pink. More of Flo orangish pink and my nails are a bright pink as the color should of been. Disappointed because of color not the same. Not sure if I’ll come back. Enjoyed my nail technician. Just don’t know what happened. 🙁 to the color.

Lang does a great job of painting nails but when she’s backed up and rushing she takes short cuts.Lately my manicures have been making the skin around my cuticles peel back and she’s barely cutting my cuticles.These cuticles are a week done.

My first time there today. Brandon was very professional, honest and multi tasking. The entire crew was great. Short staffed, wait on a typical Saturday afternoon is 1 hour or more, but well worth it. I tried the powder dip, (with my own nails) and loving them. Thanks Brandon once again, see you soon.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I do long ballerina/coffin acrylic nails with gel polish. Ive had them done by several techs there and theyve been super awesome. Good shape, hold up well, polish doesnt chip... I can be bad and not get it fixed for 4 weeks...But Brandon is by far my favorite. Best acrylics Ive ever had. Ive tried other places in times of necessity and I just had the worst experience of my life. So I will only be going here from now on. Make an appointment.♡♡♡ this place

The lady took 2 hours to do my daughters nails and even after telling her several times even showing her a picture several times the lady next to her says she has to explain everything to her ok so why does she work here if she cant comprehend what people want so in basic we wasted 2 hours plus 40.00 on garbage we had to take off. I do not recommend at all

Ive been a customer for several years. Brandon is amazingly talented and consistently does a great job! I recommend this nail salon highly. One suggestion ... be sure to make an appointment. Everyone in the salon is fantastic which makes them in high demand! Just call ahead to make an appointment and youll be set!

The nails I got were horrible. Full set medium length & square. The most basic as they come but mine were so horrible. The lady I had laid the nails on half way up my nail bed, the tips that you glue on! They were so thick and I kept asking to file down she did but they still looked so thick and just a mess. I asked for a different lady to help her file my nails. She did the best she could but they just looked “ok” if you are wanting something simple or even trendy ones I’m sorry to say I would not recommend the lady’s working here. When I try a new place I get something basic so I can see how the work is and I was not impressed AT ALL. BUT I did look over at a young man doing the girl beside me and hers looked so awesome the shape was so perfect he was doing all kinds of designs and acrylic powder. I would recommend this place after seeing his work but only him. My experience was not great but I would go back to sit in his chair. He’s right inside the door to your left younger.

I did not end up getting service done here. When I walked in, Saturday 5pm, everyone was occupied with a client and I signed after I greeted myself. The young gentleman asked what I wanted, and I said “full set today please.” He directed to pick a color and wait. While looking at colors, which the selections were based in one color tone: reds. I settled and took a seat. Sitting down and observing, no one was talking to their customers. Felt cold and unwelcoming. They have a fish tank, that is very cloudy and dirty... not appealing for the eyes. And the whole decor is very out dated and dirty. I didn’t allow service to be done today because it was a dirty environment and unwelcoming nail shop. (Side note: while waiting, I checked other reviews and there were not many good reviews on how others nails). They might be very good, but it’s just not for me.

They were very busy and it was an hour b4 they close they still took me in did exactly what I asked for and cost half the price as other nail shops in the area.

I had an appointment with Lisa at 8 oclock. We did get started a little late but thats expected in a shop that is good. Even though we got started a little late she took her time and did a very good job. She asked me how I wanted them shaped and did exactly what I wanted which I have not had done in quite some time. I was absolutely thrilled with the job she did. My nails look fantastic. Everyone in there was friendly and in good spirits. It appeared that everyone else and there was happy with what they had done also. I will return to Lisa for a long time. I would recommend an appointment however they are pretty busy all the time .

I scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance for them to tell me it would still be an hr before they could take me. (At the appointed time) so dont expect to get service at ur appointment time. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. They asked if i would wait an hr so i could get service but what they didnt do is take inconvenienceing me into consideration.

Made a reservation but still had to wait an hour bc they were taking their walk-ins first... Do all the steps to keep you so you dont walk out. They got me soaking my feet while waiting thinking I would be up soon but the water got cold by the time they got to me. Not very clean either... But they definitely work hard churning through their customers.... Unfortunately will not likely return.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s filthy. My nails look atrocious. I wanted a full set French manicure with rounded tips. Nothing fancy. They took forever and my nails are basically claws. They started the white tip way to low and my fingers look fat the nails are so thick and pointed. I’m getting them removed this week and done correctly. Expensive lesson learned. If the place is nasty walk out!!!

Best nail salon I’ve been to living on the west side. Received a pedicure + fullset and I’m very pleased with both. Both nail techs took their time a perfected my nails; it was more of a spa feel than your average in and out with just whatever they throw on you kind of joint. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I absolutely love this place, They do magical work. Ive been to quite a few nail shops and this is the only place that does such a great job and has really great prices. I highly recommend them to anybody that wants quality Service. And the staff is amazing.

I needed a fill in...they were closed on indy 500 day..due to how close they are to the track...Lisa opened the shop...just for me that day...during the actual race...so we both got in and out avoiding all traffic!! Place does not look like it is kept clean. And the nail techs are rude, you walk in and no one greets or acknowledges you. Also, they dont accept corrections or take any criticisms; they would paint my nails very sloppy leaving blank spots that were not brushed. They complain about the nail polish being to creamy which i found very rude, your job is to do a manicure, not complain about my nail polish. I had to redo two of my nails over when i got home. Will not go there again.

Asked for a gel manicure. Didnt get the manicure portion. She only polished my nails. Polish was done poorly and uneven. Not all of my nails are covered with polish. It hasnt even been a day and theyve already chipped. Not worth it!!

Everything was great! Only thing is they take a long time because its only 4-5 workers. I also dont like how they sometimes stop your nails to start someone elses then come back to you. But my nails did turn out perfect and they have very reasonable prices! 10 times better then KT nails.

Friday an Saturday is walk in only, but they do an excellent job!! Plenty of colors an design to choose from!! An cost is reasonable!!

This place is sooooo ssllloowww I was here for nearly 3 hours waiting and still had to leave without service and all I needed was a quick fill in. I tried to make an appointment over the phone and she wouldn’t let me said I have to just walk in. If you have plans for the day don’t go you’ll be sitting in there until close. Got here at 1:20pm and we just needed 2 full sets and there was only one person infront of us it’s now 4:00pm and only one full set done and they told us to wait for another worker to come in so the other fullest could be done they’ve been saying he would be here in 20 mins for the past hour .

Never go back thete ever, i signed in picked nail polish out and sat there 15 munutes before anyine even said hi can we help u. Then i sat there another hr with nithung else said. All i needed was a manicure. After sitting there all that time I finally placed polish on counter and walked out then someone followed me out said we get u now. Then lady was massaging hands and lower arms and put oil instead if lotion in one if my arms. Then they placed my hands in this cabinet with florescent lights and fan and they placed my hands in sude where light didnt work not to mention it was filthy. The shop wasnt the cleanest either. Warning if your new to area looking for a nice place to relax and get your nails dine, this isnt it.

I just stopped in to get a pedicure a few days ago. I thought the place was dirty. My pedicure guy use the big tool to get the callus off, on the arch of my foot both feet. My feet were so sore that night. Other than my pedicure looked okay.

When I went there I only had one person in front of me and it took forever but I finally got to the table it also took forever for the guy to do my nails and he messed up by making all of my nails crooked leaving some of my real nails out of the kryllyk and not to mention they were uneven if you have all day Shore but other than that I would not recommend this place

Ive been going to Queen Nails for over 5 years and they have done a terrific job.

This was the only place still open Sunday so I was glad about that AT FIRST the pedicure was great the woman took her time and did a great job I was disappointed when they sent me to someone else for my fill in but thats normal. I always get mood polish because it is no chip so when the lady gave me a ombré gel polish I asked her(the lady who I assume was the owner) was she sure it was mood she stated yes while the lady who was doin my nails shook her head no n said its just gel they spoke in Chinese and she continued but I still decided to switch because my sister had the same thing happen with ombré it doesnt change colors so I chose instead a bottle that showed a purple that turned white my toes were white. When she started painting I noticed it was a darker color then what was on the bottle and when put in the nochip thing it turned blue they both tried to tell me it would turn white but like I said this is all I get so I know better they tried to blame it on the company😒😐 anyway I picked another color and after confirming it was actually what the bottle stated do you know they had the nerve to paint ON TOP of the other polish it was the most hideous thing I saw I made them take it all off and put the second color I still was not satisfied but after 3 hours I was exhausted 😩

Went in yesterday to take my mother and my two girls to get a mani/pedi. FIRST OFF IT IS MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND.. and a saturday at best why was it only two people working....secondly you got people consitantly coming in for service and you tell them its 6pm and you are no longer taking anymore people. I got there at 5pm and at 630pm still no service and about 7 people were still ahead of us

My first and LAST time ever going to this so called nail salon. I went to get a full in and it was not what I expected . My nails were round and they made them square after I requested them not to. The young man was too occupied by his phone instead of doing my nails the way that they should of been done. He left numerous times and when a lady came to polish them she did a horrible job and tried to cover up the mistake by painting over it instead of remove polish and start fresh . Once I told her that I cam still see that its messed uo and to stop trying to polish that one spot that messed up she was rude and unprofessional. Was not worth the 30 dollars I spent and I will not recommend anyone to go there at . I will be going to another salon today to have them remove this soo called fill in and messed up polish they did.
