It looks nice from a distance but what u dont see is, she didnt file my nail evenly. I have jagged edges. And u can see through the nails is some places....she does amazing Pedicures but she is not the place to go if u want a professional manicure.

He proposed later that evening on a hot air balloon.The shop is neat, well lit, clean, quiet, and certified.Kim’s gel nails last longer than any other salon’s work I’ve had done. Her technique is quick, afforded by her method of starting with a good foundation on your nails- she’ll soak, clean your cuticles, perhaps use a light grit sander to enhance the adhesive quality of your nails. 1.5 weeks later and I have NO chips, and NO snags from the gel. 35 dollars for a gel manicure, and a wonderful hot stone shoulder/arm massage at the end (which was pleasantly unexpected!)The owner is a lovely, gentle, and not-pushy-at-all kind of conversationalist. She has served the area for 20 years— as her clients will happily tell you— they’ve stuck with her for the dependable work she and her talented staff continue to provide.Bear in mind: Payment can be through cash, Zelle, or Venmo through her phone number, which she will provide to you.

I love Kim Nails. NaNa the owner does an excellent pedicure. She listens to what I want and makes sure that she gets it just how I like it. She is very gentle and the experience is always pleasant and relaxing.

I love Kim Nails which I have been to twice for a pedicure. Nana accepts walk ins and delivers amazing customer service. She listens to you, have great conversation, and reasonable prices. Today, Nana did my eyebrows before they didnt look like I had any after it looked my they were full!

I had a plane to catch by 330 I called Kim at 2:15 pm to see if she can take me she was able to get me in and out and I was able to make it to my plane!!! Kim Nails is amazing. The owner and her sister have done my pedicures and they never fail to deliver quality. Very sweet and accommodating to your needs. Reasonably priced and clean facilities. I won’t go anywhere else as long as Kim’s is open which is 7 days a week minus Christmas and thanksgiving. Highly recommend them for all your manicure and pedicure needs.

Do not waste your money. Came in for a gel mani and pedi. I was told 5 min wait on the phone and I had to wait at least 30 mins to sit in a chair. While waiting, my hands were soaking in pure acetone. The fumes were a bit much. Im used to dabbing acetone on my nails and wrapping them in foil to remove the gel. Took forever for the pedi too. The best part of the services were the hot rocks they use on your legs and back. Before she could finish the last coat, she was asking for my Zelle/Quickpay info. My nailed messed up and had her fix it, only to mess up again. They dont have sneeze guards and the pedicure bowl didnt have plastic around it. She reused old instruments. Not sure how they are operating and they arent COVID-19 protective. They only wore basic medical face masks. 1st time and wont be back.

She does an AMAZING job on my feet, and she is so sweet. My toes always look nice and my feet are always super soft. I’ve been consistently going to her once a month and she keeps my feet in check

Kim is FANTASTIC. Best pedicure ever, I was walking on clouds the rest of the day. It was my 1st time in there and it was unusual but really nice to see that she does nothing but natural nails no acrylics or any of that and its nice to see a now salon that is old school like that period it was very comfortable I felt very comfortable with her and it was just an all around fantastic experience.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I’ve never had to pay $80 for a plain full set I asked for square and they r so bulky and not even square they’re like rounded:( I HATE my nails just got em done yesterday

I went here based on the positive reviews....I was hoping to have a positive experience as well. However, I will never go here again. I showed up and there was one lady working and there was one customer in there who was getting her nails done. The lady working did say hello to me. I decided to choose my polish color as she worked on the customer who was already there. Her nails were finished and she moved to one of the pedicure chairs the whole time the lady working there was on her phone (which I think is completely rude). She never asked what I was there for or said anything to me until I got up to leave, then she was ready to help me. I feel like when the lady moved to the pedicure chair she could have ran my water and had me sit in the massage chair while she finished the first customer. I wouldnt want her to rush the other lady, because I wouldnt want her to rush on me. But if youre the only one there you have to be able to multitask and not on your phone when you have multiple customers.Needless to say I went somewhere else and I will not return to this nail salon.

I am not so certain on the 1 star review. The owner is Nana and she could not be sweeter or more customer oriented!! I have followed Nana for years (since she worked at broad ripple salon). The best eye brow wax I have ever had. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you get a spa experience for a good price and respects your time. LOVE this place!!

Great place and the owner is very nice and accommodating. My gel manicure lasted 2.5 weeks and I was not gentle with my nails! I hiked, climbed and changed my mower belt and my gel nails held strong! Good pricing and good quality!

I have been a client of Nana for several years and have never had an issue. I usually make an appointment to come in but if I don’t, she’s very flexible with her schedule and will call when she is ready for me.

Very nice people, no wait but the quality of workmanship is horrible. I have been getting gel overlay for over a year and decided, after seeing good reviews, to try this place. The owner alleged that they ONLY use gel powder. So I allowed them to do my nails and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and they are chipping and lifting on the majority of the nails. They should not be doing that after 1 1/2 weeks if this is truly gel powder. My fill in is still so fresh that it hasn’t even moved from my cuticle, yet the entire overlay is lifting on the side. Very disappointed and will NEVER return. If you truly want gel powder at this place I suggest you have them use it out the original jar, which is what most other salons I’ve been to do. That way you will know you are getting what you pay for. 😡😡🤬

My husband and I both went for a manicure and pedicure. My husband received water in his pedicure bowl while I waited and waited and waited, not sure why she didn’t fill both bowls at the same time. I end up leaving. A basic manicure is $15, pedicure is $25. They charged my husband $45 ($5 extra). I won’t go back.

A little short-staffed, but excellent service despite that. They still got to us very quickly, but an appointment would likely help with this as we just walked in. Happy people and a great pedicure. Well definitely be going back!

Every single time I go here and ask for a fill in the owner Nana never wants to do my nails. There is one other nail tech there and I really like her service but shes never there and I end up not being able to get my nails done at all. Even when shes doing other peoples nails, she refused to do mine. I do not understand how you can run a nail salon and not actually do nails. Ive been attempting to get my nails done here for a little over two months and its still the same level of disappointment. This very moment the nail salon is supposed to be open. Guess what, its closed!!

Very very dissapointed, even more dissapointed that I paid a total of 80 dollars for this.

The lady I had checked her phone every time it buzzed or binged every 5 sconds, stopping in the middle if doing my acrylic nails. She also did not clean up the nail polish around the nail or on my fingers. She was also very quiet while speaking to me and I repeatedly had to say what or excuse me.

Kim was very sweet! Even with customers coming in like crazy, she made sure I felt like her only customer and my nails look fabulous!

The owner was rude she talked on her cell phone for 20 mins. I had questions she act as if I was bothering her to ask a question. I was there to get a pedicure she ran my water it was cold. I told her I like my water hot she got mad like she was trying to save the hot water for the entire day. The pedicure she lect skin on my feet that should have been taken off. i asked her about that she was mad. She barely massaged my feet for 30 seconds. Dont waste your time going there. She talks bad about her sister who all so does nails at a different shop. Dont waste your money cause thats what I did.

I went on Tuesday. The owner charged me 55 for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. The price would be fine but the finished product is something I could have done. The polished chipped on my nail the next day. I would go back for my eye brows but that is it.
