AMAZING. Went in for an oil change. Turns out our alternator was bad and killed our battery. Thankfully the worker knew what battery and was able to calm me down. (I know little about cars and my car not starting freaked me out) He offered to look and see why my battery just up and died. He told me what it was, got me a battery and was able to do a savings thing. Then he told me what to tell the mech I see at a shop to fix the alternator.Super fast, easy, and friendly.

I can tell you this much, these guys not only know what they’re doing, knowledgeable about there profession and man oh man are they fast. I was in and out of there in exactly 8 minutes and 45 seconds. This definitely my permanent place I’ll go for now on to get my vehicle serviced. Thanks guys.

Went in for an oil change and now my engine is knocking and needs to be replaced. My car ran perfectly prior to the oil change and now can’t be driven. Update… literally NOTHING. they made absolutely no effort to resolve this issue. Went in for an oil change came out needing an engine. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT VALVOLINE IN BEREA KY

Notable: after 3 tries, their inventory arrived for my vehicle and I was given 20% for my trouble (or patience in having to wait for parts delivery). They also replaced bulbs in the brake light behind cab. Oops, they forgot to reset the change oil light soon notification.

Great people they work really fast and its a drive threw only took 8 minutes for a oil change

Couldnt ask for anything better, in and out and so affordable!!! Treated so comfortable while waiting and the lead mechanic walked up and gave me a free merch hat that was great quality and they impressed me mostly because im used to places trying to add as much as possible but everything was opposite with these guys. Its expensive first and foremost, even with a coupon. But a requirement if you want to ensure a longer life from your vehicle. The guys are awesome at their jobs! Very courteous and professional! Would have been 5 stars, but for the expense.

Great friendly service, no wait, we were being helped immediately upon pulling into the lot. Total service took about 20min. Technicians changed oil and aired up our tires for a fair price. They informed us of what fluids they could take care of and ones that we should keep in mind to have another shop look at. Highly recommend!

They checked my air filter, I told them no thank you, they put the old one back in, only tightened one bolt, AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE! Ive never had trouble with valvoline in the past but now that they are committing fraud at my expense Im going to be taking my business elsewhere. I wish there was an option for zero stars.Edit: After contacting them I found out that they had realized their mistake sometime after I had left, however there was ZERO effort made to contact me about it. They knew. But if I hadnt noticed, they wouldnt have done a thing. Super shady. I also confirmed that they DID have the correct phone number for me on file at the time of service, so there is no excuse for not trying to call me. They have now refunded me the price of the air filter and had nothing else to offer in terms of customer satisfaction other than Im sorry. So their resolution to stealing money from me was to do the absolute bare minimum required to keep me from pressing legal action. My advice? Stay away unless you feel like having to audit your receipt every time to look for hidden charges.

Good customer service, they always interact with my kids who like watching the cameras of the guys under the car and ask 5000 questions.Only reason it is not 5 stars is they regularly are out of my oil filter and I then have to come back later after they get a truck in which some times is a hassel

Always fast and efficient oil changes. Their price is a little higher than others but they always do a great job and have very professional employees. I know that when I come here I can trust them with servicing my vehicle correctly.

Last couple of trips have been disappointing. Ended up at Walmart this last time, only one bay open to get an instant oil change, said it would be an hour wait.

Sat in line for approximately 30 minutes while 3 people tried to install wiper blades on a vehicle. Unfortunately for me the other line moved very quickly. Most likely will not return.

Ive been to a lot of quick oil change places but this one seems to be more than just that. The service is super fast, yet very by the book. Most of the guys that work here are pretty good people and it really shows in their work and attention to detail. This location has an amazing store manager and it really shows.

The mechanics at Berea Express are more knowledgeable, friendly and able than most every other group of mechanics that I have ever met. I wont have my oil changed anywhere else, not to mention the majority of the other maintenance to my car. They had my oil changed, with a new oil filter, topped all of my fluids off, equalized my tire pressure, changed my air filter, and had my car sparkling clean in less than thirty minutes.

Ive been here twice today. First for oil change then for a stem replacement. They were effecient and polite. The staff seemed to enjoy what they were doing above and below stairs. If someone didnt know the answer they asked the manager who did. If he didnt. He went to find the answer himself. Id recommend coming here for any thing that valvoline can do. They price right and treat you like a friend.
