Tommy at this location is absolutely exceptional! This is by far the best nail experience I’ve ever had. He was super friendly and did a fabulous job on my nails (doing just what I asked and more). He is also very efficient. Five star experience by far and definitely recommend!!

The best nail salon in Indianapolis! I found this place based on its good reviews. After having visited multiple times, I can confidently say they’re my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. They have an incredible ventilation system so it does not smell like a strong chemicals which is a huge plus when you’re bringing your kids - Especially babies! The entire staff is so nice and they always go above and beyond. So thankful I found them! I travel from downtown Indianapolis just to go to this location to get my nails done. I it’s a 30 minute commute one way but totally worth it. Every single gel or dip manicure or pedicure I have received have looked amazing and has lasted for weeks! Highly recommend!

Infinity Nails is hands down my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. Tommy does the best dip manicure I have ever had! Angela and Tina are terrific, too, especially with special adornments and designs. They are open 7 days a week and are always available for appointments or walk ins. They offer gel, acrylics, dip and regular polish. They have a variety of wonderful pedicures as well. They are friendly and offer drinks and terrific service. I literally won’t go anywhere else!

Came here today for the first time to get a new set of tips and a dip manicure. It was my first nail appointment since March 2020 and I couldnt be more pleased. Tina was a great tech: she is very gentle and thorough, and she even dipped my nails an extra time or two because Id mentioned Im a bartender and she wanted to make sure my nails would last. She also gave me a lovely ombre color with the dipping powder. Im very happy with the service I received and will be making this salon my new go-to!

I decided to try this nail salon for the first time after my wax appointment, I have no appointments made (I was there right when they open at 10am) and I got taken care right away. Angela was so nice and knows her job very well. Massage was relaxing. 10am is not busy at all nobody was there but me! Salon is also clean 👍

Were greeted so nicely and got pedis started right away. I got a volcanoe and the man who did mine was good conversation and great at massaging me. My sister in law got a deluxe with matte gel done by a woman who was very pretty and so sweet to her aswell. Was very pleasantly surprised to learn that we both got hot stones included in our pedis aswell. Loved this as our FIRST pedi experience. Will definitely invite my friends and family and come back ❤

I decided to try this place after reading reviews.I made an appointment over the phone and a male staff who was on the phone sounded friendly.I got it done by a female staff and she looked and sounded annoyed the whole time.She kept taking so loud in her language to her coworker who sat behind of me. It was like she was shouting at my face with angry tone. She was rude and unprofessional. I get that she is a foreigner but if she is working in customer service in a country where English is required, she should make efforts to speak English in front of/to customers.I would not recommend this place.TO RESPOND TO YOUR REPLY.If she was professional, she should had focused on providing a good customer service and I would not have left this review. Please consider words that customers share and use them to improve.

Amazing pedicures! Great quality!! They even surprised us with extra massage time with hot stones! They did an amazing job at spending quality time on my pedicure and painting my toes they’re very sweet and friendly the atmosphere is VERY relaxing, perfect ME time after a long day of work. A co-worker suggested this place to me and I decided to give it a try. I went there on my break and it was a pleasure visit. The price was reasonable compared to the other near by nail salons. The location is clean and well taken care. Owner and staff were friendly. Wait time was a bit longer than what I expected since I called ahead and made an appointment. I had to wait for 10 mins past my booked time to be served. Since the salon is fairly new, they dont always have a lot of staff to serve walk-in. I have been there during lunch time and after work and strongly suggest to call ahead. I have only done the basic and been very satisfied with the result. They even offer hot stone massage and hot towel wrap for the basic package.

Tommy was great! Very friendly and most importantly I can get in and out quickly. The salon is very clean and well decorated. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service, lots of color options, and a great pedicure or set. I’ll definitely be back!

Cant say enough about this nail salon and the technicians that work their. I found Van years ago and will follow her anywhere! She is a master technician and a wonderful person. Ive driven by this spa for years, on my way to and from work. Until I read other reviews, I didnt consider checking them out for a lunchtime pedicure. But they seemed timely and quick so I drove over one lunch break.Fantastic experience! Affordable, clean, and comfortable, the spa is wonderful for an indulgent pedicure. Angela was equally wonderful. I will definitely plan for more lunch time pedicures.
