$85 for a pedicure, to remove my old set and a gel manicure.I asked to soak off my old set and get a gel manicure. They didn’t soak them off instead popped them all off one by one which was painful at times.Didn’t really give me a manicure. Didn’t treat my cuticles. Popped off my old set, smoothed the nails out, and then painted with gel polish. After they were polished he then used a nail file to shape my nails. Normally they shape the nails before they paint them. Can see in the pictures none my nails are even. They all slant and have a pointing end. Some of the nails have bubbles.As for the pedicure it was more of a dry pedicure. They put my feet in the water at the beginning of the pedicure and that was it. Normally they take your feet in and out of the water after each step. They kept my feet out of the water after they completed removed my old polish and never put them back in until they washed off the old dead skin. They don’t pay attention to who comes in first or has an appointment they just go in random orders. There was a lady that had been soaking her feet for 20mins before someone came over to do her pedicure. There were people that walked in after her that got serviced first.This was my second visit. I gave them a second chance because the first time I visited they did an awesome job on my pedicure. But, even at my first visit I noticed they didn’t go in any particular order and I had to wait 45mins after my pedicure for someone to do my fill.I give them 2 stars because the tech I had was nice and funny. Overall the building is clean. If you don’t mind wait times and rushed services then it this place might work for you.

I found my new nail home! Very beautiful inside..quick! I love my nails! Atleast 25-30$ cheaper then ANYWHERE else!! Im very picky Ive been getting my nails done for 25yrs theres only 1 other place that i love to go to..but its always packed& way to pricey! Nails of America had plenty of staff, room, product! Only Only only problem was it was very hot in there! Lol but one of the women got me a fan! I Will definitely be going back!!

I wanna give personal thanks to (Vi) the pedicurist for always being so kind and happy & doing great job.. Also thanks for (Tysan) pedicurist for gettin me together.. U guys did a phenomenal job! My experience today was awful I went in for a fill and have never in my life had my nails done so horribly the first 4 photos were from this place I walked out and immediately regretted even paying. The last two photos are from my man Jimmy at Lee’s Nails 886 U.S 31 Greenwood In. He got me right in I had no choice but to soak them and get a whole new set. Needless to say from now on I will drive the extra distance to go to Lee’s nails

My nails look amazing!! They did a great job! The place is also beautiful on the inside. I did not expect that at all. I may be out of the loop on what a basic pedicure should cost but I wasn’t expecting it to be $33! It’s been a long time since I’ve had one so maybe that’s normal and it was well earned! They do great work, but service was a bit short and not helpful from the front desk. My nail tech was kind though.

My friend and I came here wanting the basic gel manicure since the price was great, however, both of us have little bubbles all over our nails. I guess you get what you pay for lol. Our nail tech was really nice, but she seemed like she was in a huge rush. The place was super clean and very organized, though, and they got us in pretty quickly.

They did amazing!! They where so polite and when they did my nails they where so gentle! They also did exactly what I wanted and I am in love!! Definitely recommend!! :)

Horrible service the guy kept watching a soccer game did not even clean my feet correctly I have nail polish all over and did not remove all the callus This is the second time I give them a chance will never go back there again

A posted price list would have been a nice professional touch. Pictures say it all and I waited a while to complete this review so the pain of losing that one nail had worn off. These cost over $50. One nail lifted within two days and when gluing it back down was obviously and painfully not working I removed the nail at home. There was no reason the second nail (thumb) should have broken near a week later. Nail tech seemed professional, kind and genuine. Overall I liked my time there but have somewhat been hiding my hands somewhat. Still many compliments

My original nail salon was closed the first time I went to Nails of America! I received a full set and being someone that gets their nails done religiously, I was a bit nervous going somewhere new! Im very glad I did because this place killed it! Best full set Ive had in awhile! I just went back today for my fill-in and I must say, they did an amazing job yet again! I would definitely recommend this nail salon as they are very friendly, clean, organized and do an amazing job with nails!

I have been going here for a couple months now. Usually very impressed, but the last time I went wasnt the most professional. She was more concerned about talking on her phone and having facebook video messenger on. It was a little concerning when she was on video messenger and turned the camera to the back and kept showing whoever she was talking to the people who were inside. Very rough on clipping the cuticles and rushed through polishing the nails. Theres so much excess polish at the end of my nails that when you run your fingers across the top of them theres a bump on almost all of them.

I went yesterday with a group of friends. We all got new set of acrylics. I asked for my nails to not be longer than they were with the previous set. The guy I had, Mark, did not listen what do ever to anything I was saying (size shape and color). He took 2 hrs just to do a new set that I did not want. My friends had to sit and wait in me to be done for an hr and a half. I wanted them to be shorter, square but not have sharp edges, and I wanted a lot of glitter in the black. When I look at my middle nail in my left hand you can tell that the stuff they use for acrylics are uneven and wavy. I was talked to rudely as well by Mark the entire time I tried to tell him I am not liking the nails. Waste of my time. When I tried to come back today when the posted time (on the door) says they would be open, the door was locked and nobody would answer the phone.

I love Nails of America! They do a great job on my nails everytime and their parlor is beautiful! Very clean and I never wait either. I think I finally found a go-to nail salon, finally!

Walked in without an appointment and my sister and I were seated quickly and had our manicures done within 30 minutes. Great service, friendly people, happy with our nails, will come here again.

This was my VERY first time at this establishment, and it was the B E S T service Ive ever had!!!!! Ive been to several different nail establishments and none of them even come close to this one. 2 hours and only a pedicure. They don’t go first come. They just do whatever. Who cares just sit there all day! They say 5 minutes all the time. They need to make an hour the go to.

It was wonderful, the staffs were really nice and friendly, and they know what they are doing. It was a great experience. I am definitely making it my permanent nail salon.

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. 2 out of 3 of the workers were beyond rude. Ignored my groups request, argued when we complained our nails were messed up. Very sad I had high expectations!Also scheduling appointments means nothing to them. Had an appointment at 5:00 did not get service until 6:00ish.

I went in to have a full gel set put on with a design.. They did an amazing job and was very attentive to what i wanted and very fast.

My daughter and I tried this salon for the first time on a whim. The place has only been open for a couple of months and theyre luring new clients in with discounts galore. Even without the dangle of a discount, I would and will return here based on the quality I received on my nails - theyre beautiful. The salon itself is large, but comfortable with soothing sounds of water trickling. Neon lit shelves border the walls from ceiling to floor with every pigment imaginable. My favorite part of the whole experience was being able to chit chat back and forth with the mother daughter duo working there. Theyre characters. :)

Very nice establishment and the workers are sweet too. But their nails doesn’t last !! Within two days I was returning because my nails started to lift. They were nice enough to add a little more glue to each nail when I returned. The 4th day one popped off as I opened the fridge. I’m not sure if it’s the products they use, but I have never had this issue before. So unfortunately I won’t be returning, its a no for me!

Beautiful setting... I been there twice now, and both times the service was. The rest if the times they have way over charged me for my nails, and couldn’t explain why? I don’t I’ll be going there anymore.

I love this shop its newly open and they listen and are very attentive I dont know her name shes an older lady really sweet I call her auntie she does pedicures omg she is awesome I be in heaven every time u will not be sorry u tried them (that was 3 months ago) I went to this nail shop today they have new staff now last time I went was about a month ago and they tried to over charge me for my nails remind u I had been going regularly since December paying the same price every time well in April I got over charged for my nails and then today over charged for my pedicurethe staff is changing and so are the prices I WILL NOT BE BACK

They barely speaks English. I requested gel manicure. She ruined my nails by cutting them off. She was getting ready to do the acrylic nails. She even got mad after ruining my nails.

I went to nails of a American with my mom and sister, I normally don’t ever do reviews but I’m so upset that I paid 80 something dollars. Just for my nails to pop of less then a week later. and I know that’s it’s not my fault because my mom and sisters started coming off to.it’s lifting from the top so the whole nail falls off by itself.I regret spending my money at this nail salon NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY!

The girl who did my nails was really nice!!not only that, she did a fantastic job on my nails and chose the colors that best Suited the the picture I showed her.I gave it a four-star because the Chinese guy lied about the price and told me that the total will be $35.for fill and Matt color design! The designs were so simple but came out so beautifully it looks almost as identical as the photo I showed her!!I don’t remember the girls name but she is African-American descent!!! And I will definitely go back to her next time!! I ended up paying $51 what do you guys think?? The green and yellow we’re not the exact color but in my opinion she did try her best and she did a great job with the designs I would totally recommend her!!
