This place has mice!! After walking into my appointment I was directed to wait a bit longer because they were understaffed and as I was waiting I seen a baby mouse. After telling them they acted as if it was normal and opened the door to let it out and after moving to the pedicure bowl to soak my feet I seen 3 more mice running around, almost chasing each other. This is extremely non sanitary, especially considering that is a restaurant connected to it that is also probably infested with the mice as well.

I love my nails. I have gone twice, two different techs. Jackie and Kuah. Both were wonderful. Asked what I wanted and did exactly that. During this time of Covid they had partitions between you and them and other guest. I wouldnt hesitate to go. I have found my new nail home.

I had a 11:00 am appointment and arrived at 10:50 am. I walked in and at 11:20 I walked-out. I sat and waited and no one even acknowledged that I was even there. A very poor way to run a business. I will never go back there again

I had never gone to a nail salon to get my nails done and Trang was very understanding and patient with my lack of knowledge while giving me a full set of acrylics. She regularly made sure that I liked what my nails looked like up until the final result. She’s very good at holding a conversation and I love my nails. I also spoke to Dee for a bit and she’s also very sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my nails refilled.

I took my mom here for a pedicure. I had never been here but I wanted a place close for my mom. Dee helped us. My mom is 89 and needs a little assistance. Dee was so nice and professional. She helped my mom pick out a color, took her time and was genuinely interested in making sure my mom was happy! Yes, we will be going back to Dee at Best Nail!!

I had made a appointment 3 days ago for today at 12pm . Arrived on time with a few minutes to spare. Checked in and said I was here for appointment she said just a few minutes. At 12:15 I asked how much longer since I was on a break from work. I lady came from the back I assume she was the owner or manager and I explained that I had made a appointment and at this point it was almost 20 minutes past . She told me 5 more minutes and when I said I would not have enough time she said I could do my nails and come back this evening for my toes. I left the salon super disappointed, I had moved my schedule around at work to prepare for this appointment and cant just go anytime I have a three year old that I pick up as soon as I finish work every day . Very unprofessional and rude they never even said sorry we are behind or anything.

Nail tech was good, although very talkative. That might be why my fill I took longer than usual. A HUGE selection of gel colors. Cost was more than my usual place, hence the 4 stars.

My boyfriend and I went here for a pedicure. It was his first one. He loved it and so did I. They take their time and really work hard. The results are amazing! You may have to wait a while but its worth the wait. Love the upbeat energy of the staff. They are quite funny too! I highly recommend this place.

Your nail salon is a joke . When Best nails first opened I loved this place . I went there for years . Now it’s a different story, the place has went to h**l . It’s way to busy to small an they go way to fast . There’s about 4 nail techs in there that are very rude an don’t respect there customers . How can you send someone out of there with nails that are shaped incorrectly nails longer than others an look horrible an yuu day they look good ? From my point of view you need to get a bigger place, learn customer skills an learn how to do nails . Your losing a lot of business over this . One things for sure I won’t be getting my nails done there anymore . Once your rude to me I’m done an I will spread the word to others cause women pay good money to get there nails done an I’m not gonna let you screw over the people I know .

I love this place!!! Im from California so Im very picky when it comes to getting my nails done but this place is AWESOME!!! The best staff ever!!! Jackie is the best but I love them all!!! My mom came to visit and Dee did such a great job on her pedicure and manicure that my mom says shes the only one allowed to do her nails from now on when she visits!!! I love all of the staff and would recommend this shop to everyone!!!

Went in to get a full set of acrylic nails but didnt even make it past the tips. The lady I had applied my tips way too big and when I asked her to apply smaller tips she laughed and refused saying that it wouldnt grow out right. The tips were so big on my nails that it was glued on my skin way past my actual nail. It look like a complete joke and we were only on the tips so I refused to let this disaster continue and went right down the street to britneys nails. Not only did they do exactly what I asked for but I was able to get longer nails and my daughters nails painted for CHEAPER than what they were gonna charge me for a very short acrylic set. Im paying for nails I want not nail they want to give or nails they feel like doing that day. Save you time and money and go to Britneys nails instead.. they are way more professional and will do exactly what you ask.

Trang always does an amazing job and she’s so sweet. I always come in here requesting different color polishes and Pinterest nails and she never bats an eye. I would definitely recommend making an appointment, especially if you are planning on coming after 5 pm. I often schedule same day appointments without a problem. I have never been here and seen it not busy, but everyone is so nice and they do a great job so it makes sense.

Have tried other nail salons. With the others,my nail polish came off within a few weeks (even though it was gel) and the gel nails I paid extra for as well either broke or peeled off my nail fairly easily. I have never had that happen after going to Beat Nails. The staff is always friendly and get to know their clients. My nails always get compliments and last until the next month when I return to get them done. Plus, the pricing is unbeatable! I will never go anywhere else again.

Peter did my pedicure. The people here are friendly and happy. I told Peter that I come here not for pretty toenails- but for soft feet!!! (I have very hard summer skin)I am just passing through town so it has been my first visit. And sadly last. Because I have never had anyone work so hard to make my feet soft. He did an amazing job. I would never go anywhere else if I lived in Indy.This is coming from a person who tries to get a summer pedi every two weeks. Great work Peter.

Came here for pedi and mani I didn’t like it at all, she didn’t take her time she was done fast my nails are uneven they are horrible their suppose to look natural but they look fat like if I have an extra layer of nail, maybe if she wasn’t on her phone taking, FaceTiming she could of done a better job.

This is the best place to go if you want beautiful nails. I love going there and will not go any place else.

Not great been to a few places and they have attitudes. Random insults, complaining about how hard they worked for a 25 polish change; yet look how easy I gave it plus tip. Low color selection, skill. My polish is smeared in the crease looks a bit streaky. I should have waited another day to go to my place. I have learned the places that stay open later arent very good or professional.

The guy who did my nails was very nice but he could have done a better job he rushed an didn’t take his time an almost all of them spa certificate is expired an shouldn’t be able to work there. Most of there certificate expired in 2009 I wouldn’t recommend this place there very rude an i don’t know how there still open there place is very nasty an the owner is rude too trying to say my nails were fine they were put on wrong an they didn’t paint it all the way an they make fun of everyone who comes in an if they don’t seem interested in you they won’t really work with you they will rush so they can get to the next person an your nails will look like trash. Also I wanted a long time an this lady they knew came in after me n let her go first also they got nail polish all over my fingers an didn’t try to wipe it off. They wouldn’t give me a refund they kept saying they would fix it an so I came back the next day an they said I never did your nails so go before I call the cops.

I like coming here. But my nails are sensitive so I only allow the man to do my nails. He is more gentle than the women and he does a great job.

I have been here a few times and brought my mom here once and she loves it. She doesnt want to go anywhere else. Both of us love how friendly and personable the staff are.

People were rude. No one smiled or said Hello. They only take walk ins but don’t go to the restroom. They will skip you and the door doesn’t lock. The entire place was filthy. I only considered stay because of the good reviews. I changed my mind when they skipped me and rudely said we called your name.

Loved ny nails had to switch from my regular salon to here. I didnt get the ladies name but u will be going back and being a regular here!

VERY DISSATISFIED. Called before I came, and there was no wait. Come, waited 30 min... An then I just needed a fill-in.. and change color. No trim. She cut them down so short, an rushed to do the coloring an its all everywhere.. she just didnt take pride in her work.. never again will I go there. An they wanted me to wait another 30 mins.. as I was waiting then already to get to my eyebrows done. So didnt even get to get that.

This is after one week, Lady was very rude told her 20 dollars to fix. Unbelivable rushed job. Wife has her nails done every two weeks. This has never happend in the 20+ plus years of having her nails done. She was upset the most over how the manager was speaking to current customers when she went to have her nail fixed. Her other nails were rough under nail. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Wife fixed the rest herself. She will make a recommendation when she finds a upstanding salon.

Update: I stopped by the salon when they opened at 10, and I was very pleased that Dawson offered quickly to redo the gel manicure. We are both unsure what could have caused the color change - I chose a slightly different shade (DND #42) with hopes that maybe it was a bad batch of polish. I was reassured by he and other techs that if there is ever an issue that arises, to contact them as soon as possible so that they can correct or redo. It is great that they care about the quality of their services.Note: I will update review after going back today when they open to ask for them to redo the manicure and seeing how they handle the situation.Review: I used to go the Best Nails awhile ago, and went back yesterday. The mani and pedi itself took quite a long time (I was there being worked on for 2 hours). As I wasnt really in a rush, that was fine but still a bit lengthy in my mind. But I walked out feeling like Dawson had taken great care in shaping my nails and doing my gel manicure. Unfortunately, this morning I woke up to nails that had changed from a nice maroon (DND Gel #41) to an awful brown color. I wear gloves when I use cleaning products at home and have not used any lotions or products that would have resulted in this. Ive researched what could cause this change, and Im led to believe that my manicure wasnt cured properly in the salon. Also, its worth noting that the salon itself has become a bit more cluttered and messy than I remember from a few years ago. I felt a little uncomfortable with how dirty things seemed, but I needed my nails done that day.

Me and my friend went to get our nails done. We waited about 30 minutes. The lady who did mine complained about my cuticles and pulled a nailed glue off my finger and asked if it hurt and I said yea and she yanked it off. She worked way too quick on them. They look crocked as heck. I asked for black and gold and she put a dark blue on. She kept saying it was black but multiple people said it looked blue. She put a new top clear coat on grabbed me by the arm and pulled me outside and said it still looked black then. Then she said she would redo it tonight and I said I didnt have time and I said for it in writing that she would fix it the next day. She made a whole scene and everyone started laughing. Owner was rude about it too. Came home and told my boyfriend about it. He went back with me where I showed him the ladies EXPIRED license to do nails. He had to take a pic and threatn to report them if they didnt give me my money back. I got my money back but I WILL be reporting them for having expired licenses to do nails.
