Dont let the small size of the store fool you. This place is loaded with everything you may need party-wise. The costs wont break the bank and the staff is super friendly.

Ive used Lets Party for years now for my kids parties and work functions. Always super professional and friendly, prices are awesome, quality is excellent. This is a boutique shop packed to the rim with party supplies. They do everything from balloons and tableware to table and chair rentals and yard cards. Their rental contract policy IS strict, as are most contracts, but its well laid out and easy to understand. I will always come back here!

I normally dont do reviews, but I had to once I visited their store! This is a great addition to our community. They go over and beyond on their customer service. They ensured that we all had on masks when we entered, and visiting other businesses some do and some dont. Its good that they are ensuring the safety of their customers and staff. When I was there, I over heard a conversation with a customer and I wish I could of recorded it. The passion, attentiveness and compassion they have are amazing. This was my first time actually coming to the store, Ive ordered online and over the phone and have always received #1 service. I will definitely pass the word around. Thank you for being a great business in our community. Ive owned several businesses and its tough having to deal with people sometimes, but you all have it down pat and I applaud your business and wonderful staff!

Very disappointed how they handle the contract I was told to have the chairs and table back on Monday but they close Monday did not know that until Saturday when the groom came to get the rentals and then did not get to use them because weather it rain for the out door wedding. And the groom left Monday afternoon for his honeymoon and could not drop the rentals off on Tuesday because Monday was his day he set aside to return the rentals and then the honeymoon... so they want to charge me an extra day and pick up fee. For the chairs and table not being return.... He should had drop them off at there door on Monday as plan form the contract... This was not our fought they inconvenience their wedding plan for their honeymoon... He say that if he had known that they were close on Monday we could have make other Arrangements to have the rentals there.... we will never ever rent from them anymore and inform our family and friends not to.....Bad management and they had time to inform me about Monday being close, I rent and paid in full September 4, 2020 and was told that they would be close on Saturday October 10, 2020 day of wedding come on Let’s Partly get your stuff together..... We could have gone someplace else.....But now we know and you are not the best price in town there a others found that out also and they got there contracts together even give a copy... I ask for a copy and you refuse to print me a copy bad business.i want to give you no stars you don’t deserve it...Hate business not being true.And want everyone to know Lets Party call me still trying to make me take the blame for they mistake but you Let’s Party inconvenience the bride and groom they do not even live in Sumter...... It was your fault not ours own up to it and you don’t have to apologize you were wrong for that... Flat Out.And if anyone that rent from Let’s Party you have to ask for a copy of your contract otherwise you want get one she just told me that.... want to charge me for your mistakes lady you then bump your head go on and leave me alone.. Don’t call my phone no more I’m blocking you..Goodbye you were wrong and you know it...

I am only going to reiterate what others have stated in other reviews. The owner does an excellent job with ballon decor, but her policies are extremely strict. You can not make ANY changes after you book her. If you do, you lose 1/2 have of your deposit. You can not even do an exchange. It makes me not want to work with this business again, but this is really the only business like this within miles. So meh... 4 stars for my overall experience.

Just wanted to make sure this shop got the credit they deserved. The ladies at the counter were so nice and helpful both yesterday and today while we were in the store. They went above and beyond to help out, and Im thankful for their wonderful attitudes!

Very disappointed in the handling of contracts during the Pandemic. We had a 50th anniversary party for my parents. They refunded a portion of prepayment and kept the deposit. It was unlawful to hold this party and we had no choice to cancel. The woman I spoke with was completely unsympathetic and kept stating “per your contract”. The owner of the store informed me that should I have another event in the next year we could use the deposit. At least that was my understanding, he stated there must’ve been some miscommunication. I tried using the deposit to help with costs to throw a community led commencement ceremony for the 3 Sumter High Schools. Something the district was unwilling to do. The woman said my contract was null and void. When I tried to explain to her what I was doing I was told “I don’t care what your doing”. The owner has been reaching out but this was unprofessional for the first point of contact

I called initially to see if this establishment had what I want, they did but they were closing early n I needed item then, the young lady said she would wait even though they were scheduled to close earlier than what the web said!! She extended herself and I gr8tly appreciated it. So I got there and again she was overly friendly and made sure I got what I needed and more!!! They have all kinds of balloons for any event, but their big birthday balloons cost 10.99 a piece smh plus they charge you to fill them up so you spend almost $30 on two balloons if you need more than one .

Friendly service and a lot to choose from but I felt it was a bit over priced. Will definitely use them again though!

I ordered balloons for a party on a Thursday for Saturday and later the same day had to cancel because the party is going to be scheduled for a another weekend and was not told upon purchase that the baloon are non refundable.........I think that its unfair for me to have to waste my money when all they have to do is throw the ballons back in a box because they are certainly not already blown up...........and I strongly feel that they should have a big sign or should have to tell customers of their policy upon the purchase of their merchandise, I will not be giving them any of my business for these reasons
