This was my first time getting a pedicure, and also my first time at this salon. I got a pedicure with polish, and manicure with full acrylic set. The whole experience was very relaxing, and I’m in love with my nails

I made a appointment to have my nails done is a husband and wife ownership theyre the only two definitely recommend making appointments its hard to get in without one first time Ive had a guy do my nails but he was very polite respectful he was ready for me as soon as I walked in for my appointment he talked to me the whole time like i was a good friend spoke very good English ask me how I wanted emy nails done he did exactly what i showed him in my picture I would definitely recommend this place clean professional had a very good experience

I have the hardest time with my nails and have a very oily nail bed causing lifting super bad I have tried everywhere and typically in good experiences I’d have to be back in for a fill in 1.5 weeks or they’d lift off or break just thought that was my norm.... I got lucky one evening went to another salon near by and had an appt and it was still going to be 25min wait not having time to wait I noticed them when leaving the parking lot and they got me right in. When I say I have never been happier with my nails I am so serious! I can go 3 weeks between services and no issues!! They take their time they’re Efficient, value you and your time I make my appts and show up and sit right down both husband and wife are great and do amazing work and run a clean professional business! Also pedicure was amazing as well highly recommended them!!!

They always do a great job when I go in for Pedicures. I hadnt been in for while (probably close to year-only because I havent had time) and they both remembered me and welcomed me back. The foot/leg massage is always a welcomed treat to this nurse.

The best thing about LT Nails is that you can make appts and they are always on time. No waiting. Tony & Lucy are great at what they do. Would recommend to anyone.

I came in for a full set French tips . Ive been getting this for years and they have never been yellow. They were yellow when I left before I did anything. I came back today, a few days later and told them Id like them fixed. I was willing to pay. They took the file to them and then started denying it was them who did it. I offered to pull up a bank statement and was ignored while they kept coming up with reasons such as me putting them in my pocket for them being yellow. I just wanted them fixed . I wasnt asking for them to be done for free, or being rude. After several minutes of them saying rude things and saying it was going to be yellow again they asked for me to tell them the day I came in so they know it was them. At this point Im very upset. I just wanted to get them fixed. I am by no means a mean person and I was uncomfortable asking for them to fix them to begin with because it felt like I was being mean by doing so. I finally had to walk out after it being a huge deal to them and basically being called a liar. I went to the nail salon directly by them, and was attended to right away, got them fixed for cheap and they now look amazing. I will never come here again. I have never complained once over a nail place. I have never felt the need to write a bad review either . They are very unprofessional and rude And I wont be back.

Love this place! I will not get my nails any where else. Tony does a phenomenal job as does Lucy! Love them!

The service is top notch and the only place I have been for 10 years. My nails stay on and Lucy is talented with designs. They work by appointment so plan your trip.

Ive been to a few different nail places around the Southside. Im very happy with LT. They are a husband and wife team and I dont feel uncomfortable there. Tony did my nails last and he is super nice and we chatted the whole time. I give them 5 stars.

They only take appts now however I was a walk in as they were not busy even for a Saturday. Its just the owner and his wife now working there too I was told.They used to have a whole crew, its not very clean as I remember they dont seem to dust much. I used to go to this nail salon in the past and it was alot better. I hadnt been here in a couple of years went here this time because my other place was too busy.

They do a good job, reasonably priced, fast and they dont try and kick you out the door as soon as they put your top coat on!

This is a great nail shop appointments are usually needed and they are usually on time. Ive never had a problem with nail fungus or any other problem there.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady cut my finger with the clippers and left my nails crooked. I guess you get what you pay for, $25 for a fill-in. I’ll never be back.

Got a pedicure and got an infection the day after Ive never been more disappointed than I was after that visit other than that it was a good trip and the people are friendly but I dont think I will go back.....

Went in wasnt busy at all had maybe two poeple in, and told me they were booked today.

Horrible horrible horrible! Ive never had tears come out of my eyes during a pedicure! The lady kept poking me in the wrong places and jabbing her tools into my toes and was NOT gentle at all. She kept saying sorry, but kept doing it! A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, not painful! I had a bad experience the first time, this was the second time I tried this place and regret it so much! Will NEVER RETURN! DONT GO!UPDATE! My friend made us an appointment for a pedi because she didnt know how much I hate this place! She somehow convinced me to go and she switched people so the lady who hurt me did hers. The guy did mine and Ill be damned if he didnt cut my toe and make ot bleed! I wanted to walk out, but I stayed and let him finish. I tried to give them another chance and they ruined it! I dont know why my friend we even likes this place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! HORRIBLE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! EFFIN TERRIBLE!
