I hadnt been to this shop in a long time. A young girl named Kay did my nails.cut down, Fill in, and the mood polish. She was just okay for a fill in. Polish was pretty good of course. Shed cut my thumb nail too short and tried to fix it by applying more powder to the ends 😒 its cute from a top view but .... I wouldnt go back. $45

I always ask for Tony. I always know my nails will be perfect. Its a very busy nail salon. You might call first to see how busy they are. No appointments. Went for 4th of July nails this time.

Horrible service! Do not go! Denied me and my friend service 2 hours before they closed and gave us the runaround around as to why. Twice! Had to relocate on behalf of what they owed my friend for there mistake and our inconvenience. Sad because it was my friends new experience. Way to pricey for the bad treatment.

It was ok 👌. Not long of a wait, but be there early. Make sure they cover the entire nail with polish, and check your cuticles.

Amazing, no problems. i got all black stiletto shaped nails with both my ring fingers red, so i can say it was a little pricy for my style, but worth it nonetheless.

I can take this business or leave them. My nails were okay but my polish chipped the very next day. They already over tax you with the prices but the polish quality is cheap. If you want the good polish, it had to be gel or the good polish only the employees select for you. But the most annoying thing of all, they are kind of rude. They had the right one tho, so I wasnt that annoyed. Not going to patronize these shops if they act up. Period.

First and last time here as I’m in IN for a business trip. Manicure consisted of nail soak for 3 mins each hand & cuticles being cut. Paid $30 without the tip. In WI a manicure has a hand massage and it’s soaked in soapy/ essential oil water. She also cut what nails I had left. She was nice (in seat 9) seated immediately, NO wait at all. Their sign also says $25 for a GEL manicure which is what I got. Not sure where $5 extra came in, but I paid it and left. Photos of left & right hand..

I came and got my nails done and was charged for extra length and didn’t receive extra length all my nails are different sizes and shapes when i asked for long coffin this is terrible and he didn’t want to fix them.

Gel nails chip the same day. They say no children but there are no signs that say no children allowed strange because they turned away paying customers. I dont recommend stop supporting these businesses.

Ive been going to this shop for over 3 yrs. now and yesterday I was treated like my money didnt matter. Ive waited long hours to be serviced several times when I couldnt make it at opening but still patronized this salon. I was sent to a nail tech that was high on cocaine that destroyed my nails so bad it took 4 techs to redo and finish my nails that day, I was sent to a nail tech that had no clue how to even do nails and ended up having a more experienced tech finish the job. The owner, Tony, had himself or Mindy to do my nails from then on for me to not be disappointed at my visit. Yesterday I arrived at 4:43pm and because there were from what I could see, 3 people ahead of me, they close at 8pm and Tony said he wouldnt do my nails and 2 of the 3 people were waiting on Mindy and she wouldnt be available either, its not even 5:00 yet, Ive been a loyal patron for over 3 years, tip very well, and now my money means nothing and I had a important engagement to attend. They dont care about you as a person, which they try to portray in your face, their only concern is whats good for them. Apparently they made enough money that day that they could be rude and snub a loyal customer. Ill never go back and Ive already contacted my family and friends to let them know as well. A white woman came in after me and Tony was scrambling to get her in a chair...its everywhere people, even at the damn nail shop...yo color dont matter!!!!! So sad!!!! They lost a good customer.

Went to get a gel pedicure. got white and the NEXT day my polish turned BROWN. never seen anything like it. my acrylics also started breaking and chipping away - lost 4 within the week of not doing any sort of manual labor. one of my nails broke from scratching my leg... overall very poor quality.

Got a regular full set and 5 of the nails popped off within a week and a half. Went back to the business and management told me that the nail tek shouldnt have done a regular set because it keeps traffic coming back to often! What?????He offered for a nail tek to remove the rest of the nails which was only 5 and I pay 50.00 for a gel set. Ridiculous!!!!Poor management and poor quality.

Great experience! Some said the wait was long but they got to me relatively quickly. But the people were very friendly and personable and I got a great gel manicure and regular pedicure. Prices are a lot better than a lot of other places around here too.

This place was nice for the first time. The staff was able to get customers in and out quickly as possible. The only down side was that there was a long wait. The prices were odd, my mom only got normal nail polish and it cost the same as the acyrlics I got. Overall it was a good place. They did my acrylic nails well, with a nice shape and a long lasting color.

There was an older man who did my nails whos hand were covered with bandaides I should have known but I wanted to give him a chance I felt over charged and he almost cut me i will go back just not to him

My nails were done really nice. I didnt have to wait more than about 30 min, considering the place was packed. The nail tech that did my nails was nice and communicative. He even had nice bath & body lotion to use afterwards!

Have always been happy with my manicures and pedicures BUT the owner is RUDE. Was originally told my wait would be 1 hour. When I inquired after 65 minutes he laughed and said “I should have told you 2 hours”. While waiting I have watched him be rude to customers. He treats customers as if they are an inconvenience. It is sad when a business has good employees that do good work but the owner is a JERK.

It is first come, first serve nail salon. That means plan your visit. It is very popular nail salon so expect to be in there for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. They are worth the wait because they do an excellent job on your nails.

People here are very rude, I don’t like when you ask something and they answer very ugly, especially when speak in their language and safer talking bad for your costumers.

Got my first ever set of Acrylic nails there. The wait was only about 20 minutes. It took about 30-40 minutes for me and my friend 2 both get our nails done. The service was great and the nails were totally worth the $40

Came in with my sister we both got pedicures she finished first I watched them start the bowl and work on another ladies feet without even AT LEAST rinsing it out Im very disgusted and will not be returning to this trifling place. S/n the pedicure was terrific by a lady who my sister said was slow Im not sure

We came there at 12:00pm and made an appointment for 6:00pm and i called at 3:00pm and made sure it was at 6:00pm and he said yeah and we got there at 6:00pm and he was like your appointment is at 6:30pm and i even told him i called and he said it was at 6:00 pm and he still lied and said he made it for 6:30pm when we seen the appointment in the book for 6:00.😡

I was there getting my nails done and the person that did them did a poor job. I returned to let the owner know. He told me that I could come back to get them done. So I return to have nails done and I requested a lady named Mindy. The owner charged me for the whole service despite my just paying for it a few days prior. I would appreciate if the owner would communicate better with the client before a service is rendered. The owner told me I should ask for the same person that hadnt performed a good job on my nails and I told him he should have done my nails right the first time. When I told the owner what I needed him to do he was very dismissive. That is no way to run a business.

It says there open on sundays on google i called yeaterday they told me they was open i drove clear from greenfeild and they are closed. They also had 4 diff customers waiting outside cause they thought they was just running late and on a small sign it said closed on sunday. I come in and spend a good amount a money a month i dont think i will return.

I have gone there for years, but my last 2 times were trouble. The last time they tired to convince me there were using the same color as my other nails as one had fallen off....it wasnt even close. They just wanted me out of there. Also I was told I would have to pay in cash if under 5 dollars.

Wait is always too long. The first time I got my nails done Stacey did them and they were great. The second time the guy in chair #4 did them and they couldve been better if he hadnt rushed through the job. So I gave them another try in hopes I wouldnt get chair #4 again but of course as luck would have it I got him anyway and he really mucked up my fill in. I asked him to fix them before I got up and I guess he did what he called fixing them. So I actually went to the guy by the front counter, chair #1 Im assuming, and he reluctantly fixed my nails and talked trash to me the entire time complaining about it and speaking his native language. I told him that he was very unprofessional and that I wouldnt be returning, his response was good, thank you instead of Im sorry. I hate the fact that we patronize these places and pay our hard earned money to them just for them to treat us like trash and not care if we return because theres hundreds more that will despite the reviews and warnings. They have no respect for us and they never will. We are just $ to them and theyll continue to grow and expand because we have no unity.

I was going to any of them and the services was terrible until I found Jimmy he is the best and I am picky with my stuff and I Love his work... People that had bad experience like me should try have their nails done with Jimmy!!! Its worth it.

I used to come to this nail salon a couple of years ago and stopped because the wait time. The people here lie about wait times also about excepting appointments. There has been numerous times that I’ve waited 2 hours. Recently I seen that they were under new management and decided to give them another try. First time wasn’t too bad. Every time since then it has been the same experience. Their acrylic nails in my experience come off within the same week.. I wasted my time here and will not be back!!

They have the worst service imaginable! They move too fast on your nails and the prices be too high for the service I’m getting. I would NOT recommend anyone spend they money there . I got my nails done one week then the next I’m in someone else nail salon

Will not be going back. I was told what I asked for (thin French tip) was not natural looking. Instead I walked out with white tips half way down my nail bed after asking repeatedly to have them thinner. Looks like Ill be spending more money elsewhere to have them fixed. They looked really good before the paint was added. Sadly, thats the part that matters.

I got here at 2:15 pm. It is now 3:45 pm. And I am still waiting! I had to watch two other women who arrived at 3: 05 pm get service before ME! This is unacceptable! If I am still here at 4pm I am outta here, just ridiculous for a pedi and fill!

I would of give no stars. I walked in with my kids and a man that was working there made an ignorant comment to me saying this is not a daycare its a salon Im just playing. I thought that was a horrible joke he made. First he doesnt know me to made those comments and he should just mind his own business and work. There was a customer who tried to defend him but I still didnt see no joke I mean if it would off been her she wouldnt off been laughing. I just thought that was just rude in my opinion no one should judge anyone just by looking at them. But ohh well it happen never going ever again !!!!
