Ive been getting my nails done for about 14 years now, Ive been to a few different nail salons over that time-- Crystal Nails is absolutely my FAVORITE. I wouldnt suggest anywhere else. They are clean, professional, never overcrowded.. it is very relaxing. They are the only salon I have known to have perks for returning customers. My nails are always perfect and the pedicures are unlike any other salon- you even get a little hot stone massage :) They are such a sweet family, friendly and personable. I love coming here! They are very professional, personal and efficient. I actually chose this place after reading other positive reviews as I was searching for someone that could complete a gel manicure that wouldnt chip and peel within 5 days. Ive never had a gel manicure completed so quickly, and yet last longer and look better than any gel manicure Ive had at other salons. The establishment is clean and beautiful inside with a touch of classy embellishments and doesnt smell like chemicals. The hot stone pedicure feels amazing. Tommy does an amazing job with freestyle marble designs and Hannas precision with my nails is awesome. There is never a dull moment with the constant laughter and communication. Im never left waiting because I always make an appointment. Its best to make an appointment if you want fast service and to feel special. I always leave feeling pampered and Im happy that I found a salon that I will be sticking with for a long time!

This is a CLEAN salon with excellent service! I travel 40 minutes to get my nails done here because I am always satisfied with the end result. My gel polish would last at least three weeks. Sorry to the people that say they are racist, they are not at all, they very friendly, make sure you call first or make an appointment before you show up. Tommy is very meticulous. Was really looking forward to trying this place, based on the high ratings. When I showed up, there were only two customers and when I asked how long of a wait, I was told it would be approximately an hour till they could do my pedi (!?!). Ive gone to this nail salon for about 5 years and both Tommy and Hanna are consistently great at what they do. After reading the few bad reviews one here, Id say do not listen to them. I actually appreciate that its just the two of them because they both hold the same quality of work. Others have worked here in the past and didnt do the same quality. Yes, they are busy, good for them!! I call in and figure out the best time to come in, usually same day. Then I dont have to wait as a walk-in! Im a hairstylist and need my nails to be very durable and not lift, crack or stain from hair color. My nails always last 3 weeks whether it be dip powder or acrylic.

Crystal nails is great! Ive been going for almost 5 years now. I love that its only 3 employees so its nice and relaxing and never over packed. They are popular with loyal clients so its best to make an appointment but they fit walk ins in when they can. Its one of the only nail places I walk in and they have a good air freshener system so it doesnt have the strong salon scent like most others. Its great to have a place I love, they know me by first name when I call and are super accommodating. Tommy, his wife and her sister do a great job. My nails looks great every time, highly recommend!

Ive tried three other places before Crystal Nails and my nails broke at each place or lifted within a week. With Crystal nails not only are they cheaper than every other place I went to but WOW never ever have they broke or chipped or lifted and I get really pointed nails too I also wait until the very last possible day to get them filled so like a month and a half because Im super lazy. Yes, they are busy so you may want to call a few hours before you want to go in but I will never go to another nail place. Five years and they never let me down. Plus theyre pretty funny and nice.

Ive been to Crystal Nails for about a year and it is the absolute best nail salon Ive ever been to. The workers there are so nice and sweet. Every time I go, there wasnt a time I was disappointed. My nails always look beautiful each time I go. I love how they even wax eyebrows and make them look absolutely perfect (and I normally dont trust anyone waxing my eyebrows, but every time I go, they make mine look beautiful). I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I have been coming here for over 8 yrs. I like that they are consistent and have basically maintained the same same staff (when I first started coming it was only Tommy, his wife Hannah and her sister Holly). I love the personal attention and the fact that I dont have to tell Tommy and his wife how I like my feet and nails done, because they always remember. I even moved to another state for 2yrs but would still drive almost 2hrs once a mo to get services. Hannah also does my brow and lip wax. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is unmatched. I mean they give you a hot stone foot massage with your pedicure. Although they allow walk-ins, I would suggest making an appointment because they get busy during the weekends.

I started with Tommy on the recommendation of an office coworker. He is a terrific person and very talented! His sense of humor is a great addition to the atmosphere in the salon. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable with him. He does a fabulous job with my nails. I always recommend him to friends. He in no way could be considered a person that would be racist or rude. It is a shame that anyone would write a bad review. His business includes everyone. All races, all ages.

Best Nail Salon EVER!!! I have been going to this salon for almost 3 years and cant imagine going anywhere else. They do such a great job and are super friendly. I love the fact that my nails never break, knock on wood because I would be calling them for an emergency fix. They are always willing to work with my schedule. Best part is they quality of work they do. Everyone I send to them loves them and I always get compliments on how great my nails look. I live on the West side of town and make the drive every other week to get my nails done. SO WORTH IT!!! EVERYONE MUST VISIT THEM! CALL FOR APPOINTMENTS!!! They are good to get you in when they are suppose to. Have never had to wait over 15 mins to get in the chair for my appointment.

This review has been a long time coming… I have been coming to this nail salon for the past eight years… Hands-down the best nail salon from the north side of Indy to Carmel/Westfield area... I have moved further away from this nail salon so sometimes it’s harder for me to get there but I kick myself every single time I try going elsewhere due to convenience ... I am headed to the salon right now to get fixed and taken care of and I know I will be good for up to four weeks ... I just had my nails done elsewhere a week ago and it was a complete disaster… I’m a hairstylist so I need my gel polish to be applied perfectly and no other place can seem to get this right for me . I will never make the mistake of going anywhere else and I will continue to support this awesome nail salon takes care of me every single time ! Thank you guys ! You really are the best

Started going here about 3 months ago. I had super short nails that broke so often. I started with gel but Tommy convinced me to go to powder and I haven’t regretted it once! I get compliments on my nails constantly and they really last forever! My natural nails are slowly but surely getting longer and more durable and I couldn’t be happier!

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years. As they have increased their clientele they no longer take walk-ins as they advertise. For over 1 year now I have made 6 attempts to get my nails done at the salon as a walk-in. I live 20 mins away and have a crazy schedule so I can make appointments. Each time i go the wait is 3 hours or longer because they are booked with appointments. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! This morning I walked in at 10 a.m. right when they opened the door with not one client in the salon and they told me they had a 45 minute wait. You have got to be kidding me! I made a special trip on purpose to get there at opening so I would have not wait and still they would not take me because they were already booked with appointments. AND they were laughing about it! How is that funny?! So rude! If you only take appointments then thats what you need to advertise. They said oh no, we take walk-ins. But they DO NOT! Its a LIE! Plan to make an appointment if you are going to this salon. Im seriously disappointed with these owners. Very sad theyve lost such a long-term customer whom has recommended their salon to so many people over the years. I guess Ill have to go to Party Nails in Carmel from now on where there is never wait and theyve never push me away because they were busy. Its been real Crystal Nail.

Everywhere else Ive been, I usually spend a few hours getting the excess glue picked out from underneath or I have to go home and even them out myself. In this case, they look clean and professional. Background: Just moved from Chicago area and told them so....they had never touched my nails before and so I needed to let them know how I get them done. I have been getting them done for years from the same manicurist where I am from. Each manicure lasts me almost a month. Basic French no chip gel on my own nails that I take very good care of. No acrylic.My negative experiences here abd why I rate it a 1 star:-Made an appointment and came back. Even with an appointment he was rushing, trying to scrape my old polish off prematurely. Brought out the drill (which any good manicurist will tell you is a disaster on your true nails...just faster for them.) I told him not to use it. Bad news.-Explained to him I get two layers of pink, two of white at tips, and two clear. That is what reinforces the nail and makes my manicure last. His response? We dont do that. I was stunned. Immediately lost me as a customer. I am paying you for your services. You do it like I want, the same as if I ask for extra ketchup at a restaurant, or diet Coke. You dont do that? If you want me to come back you do. I just sat quietly.-When I asked him his opinion later about another issue on where to put a thin line of gold, he answered I dont care. Rude.-They charge separate fees for paint and manicure (cleaning up cuticles, etc.) What? When you get your nails done, you get them done. Have never been somewhere that charges separate fees for painting and care. You get a manicure, you get a manicure.Summary: My nails overall look ok. They could be better but I did not want him snapping at me again as he did when I asked him not to make the white too large. It still isnt right but I gave up. Wont go back. I am not giving my money to someone who will not do as I ask or is rude. There are plenty of other places with competent people.A side note to the workers....People dont like it when you speak other than English in front of them when you have shown that you are perfectly capable of speaking English. It appears that you are hiding something and is rude, akin to whispering. I have traveled the world and this is understood. My old manicurist from South Korea never does this because she has class.

I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and I rarely have any issues with the gel nails chipping or falling off doing normal everyday activities. Ive been going to Crystal Nails regularly for over a year now and also went years ago before I moved back to the area. Their prices are reasonable and they do high quality work. I return every two weeks and they always get me in with no problem. I always make my next appointment before I leave the salon each time and I never have any issues with my preferred appointment time. They do walk-ins during in-between appointments or if people cancel their appointments. Its frustrating to see a negative review because someone couldnt get a walk-in when they wanted? Come on... That isnt fair to post negative reviews about them and its being very unrealistic. Thats the point of a walk-in....There is no guarantee with walk-ins, and yes, you will generally have to wait. Making appointments with Crystal Nails is absolutely necessary because they are clearly VERY POPULAR due to their great work! Its just like going to a busy hair salon....If you want quality work done, then you have to wait for it or make an appointment. It is definitely well worth the wait there with Tommy and the girls. :) :) Besides, Id rather go to a salon that is always busy than one that is not. This speaks volumes about a business! Afterall, they are only 3 salon individuals who always multi-task and work very hard to service all their clientele in a timely manner. Im sure if they could be magic and work on multiple people at once, they would certainly do it. No complaints from me. I can guarantee those people who complain about having to make appointments would be upset if they were the ones with the appointment and it was taken by someone who was a walk-in. The answer to that is... just make an appointment and you will have no reason to wait or wrongly complain. I rarely have to wait but a few minutes each time I arrive at my reserved appointment time. They also give you a card to have punched each time you have a service done when you pay with cash. Once the card is full, then you will get a largely discounted service. Ive been going to Crystal Nails for awhile now. Im a guy and I get manicures. Every time that I have been there it was very clean. The staff is polite and very profesional. They make me feel comfrotable relaxed. I would recomend anyone to come to this nail salon.
