Wanted a pumpkin design but the lady couldn’t do it which was perfectly fine I understood that but the nails were not the shape I wanted and there was air bubbles and hair in multiple nails and then when I said something they were mad at me and yelled at me saying she could just take them off and I could leave. However five stars for Ann because she fixed my nails and they look very good now just got them painted orange.

I am a pretty easy person to please. I will say that this company does have fast service and they are very polite individuals. I called and they said I could come 15 minutes later and I went in and sat right down. The water for the pedicure was too hot and I kept telling them that, the lady doing my nails cut my finger twice and it hurts, the nail polish is really thick and bulky, and I even over tipped them, over the required tip fee of 15%. Overall my skin feels amazing but I am not 100% happy with my nails. I will not be returning.

Great environment to have an unwind day of self-care. They are a great family who dedicates themselves to provide great service to everyone. The gemstone art work on the wall is what make their place of business so unique. They also play meditation and calm music to enhance the relaxation within the environment. I would suggest their services to others any day !

I had a very nice, relaxing time at the salon today. The waiting area was very nice, although I didn’t need to wait long. Annie was very nice and did a great job. I had a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend the salon!

I spent 4 hours their today trying many of the services they offer. The place is very clean and the owner/manager is trying, but unfortunately overall the place is struggling to get qualified employees, since COVID. They are trying and the place is beautiful but unfortunately if the owner cannot find qualified employees then I would recommend removing some of the services being offered. Below are the details of each service provided.1. Facial - Incredible Absolutely Excellent I highly recommend getting a facial, the price is exceptional for the service provided2. Deluxe Pedicure - I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years. Excellent/High Quality products used, but if you are expecting a leg massage then that may be dependent on who does the pedicure. And unfortunately the polish applied does not look great.3. Manicure - good no issue at all, though if expecting an arm massage then you will be disappointed- no massage was offered4. Nail Art on big toe looked horrible - not recommended5. Waxing - Bikini, Under Arm, and eyebrow, lip, and chin- they are excellent at face waxing but should not be offering other waxing treatments until they have an experienced/qualified person on staff - she tried and was very nice but was definitely not qualified - left bruising and some discomfort after waxing was complete - I have had waxing done many times and I have never experienced bruising or discomfort after. They are struggling for business so may be offering services they should not offer until they find employees.6. Eyebrow Services - They are exceptional with the eyebrow services they offer!

Yen is the truth.. she was my nail tech today and she did my nails exactly as I requested as well as my eyelashes.. Yen was very nice and so was the owner... the nail lounge is so clean and nice and everyone was professional and practicing social distances and you have to wear a mask as well as get your temperature checked.Thank you for a lovely experience

I got a pedicure a couple of months ago. I had an impacted toenail and it needed to be cleaned out. They lady told me I had an ingrown toenail (which I didn’t) and then proceeded to cut the corner of my toenail out without asking. it has now grown back and became an actual ingrown toenail. I did some research and I found out nail techs are not qualified to treat ingrown toenails anyway. I’m currently in a lot of pain and will probably have to go to an actual foot doctor now.

Services are over priced and the work isn’t worth what they’re charging AT ALL. Don’t fall for the beauty of the shop and pay high prices for average work. They know they’re getting over on folks and know they need more experienced workers. I’ve been there a few times and will never return.

Just an all around beautiful experience... Such a relaxing and calm environment with an upscale decor... Joanna was FANTASTIC. No complaints here. Ill definitely be back!!!

This was my first time here and they take great covid precautions!When I walked in I had to sign a waiver saying that I understand nail salons are high risk, took my temperature, and washed my hands before we got started. There was no wait time at all. I got the 45$ pedicure and it was great! The only thing is my water was cold, but thats an easy fix! Everyone enployee that walked past me welcomed me or asked how I was doing.Definitely recommend coming here!!

Last year when the pandemic hit and everything closed down for months, many women were affected in the scene of no longer being able to maintain their salon experience that many of us enjoyed doing for ourselves. However being in a position of chronic illness and having lupus and my immune system is severely compromised the risk of going back to any nail salon was just to high of a risk for me. When I finally decided I would go back into salons be it for my dreads or nail salon care needs back in October 2020 this is the place I decided to try. I’m a person who sticks to one place for my particular purpose & needs simply because I’m very particular, some would say picky 🤭 I would say I’m spending my money for the service I choose and being accommodated appropriately would be a better way to see it. Lol 😂 I couldn’t have picked a better place to go, the check in process with temperature check and mask requirements I greatly respected. The salon was amazingly comfortable and you truly get the chance to relax in an atmosphere of quality care, professionalism, respect for your clients by all the staff, and the simplicity of not being overwhelmed by crowds and unacceptable long waiting time. The social distancing between customers is obviously a concern they have and I applaud the owner for implementing structure in her establishment. I love the fact they sell masks at an affordable price, my husband finally found the fit most comfortable for him at this salon as my son & I did as well. I told my daughter about this salon and I took her with me one time, she was amazed as well. I truly believe that we are the billboards and advertisement for the ones we choose to participate with and I always tell people I come in contact with about this particular salon. Once you go you won’t be disappointed & you will find yourself coming back time and time again. It’s refreshing to finally have found a nail salon where the staff is respectful, the salon is clean & relaxing, the busyness & traffic flow is minimal and you feel like when you walk out you get what you pay for. The only issue for me was the mandatory gratuity simply because if your nail tech has given you a quality experience you will want to tip on your own not made to feel like you are required to in order to receive a service. This I feel will discourage people being able to enjoy what this salon truly has to offer. I would also like to see more put into the experience of some pedicures. I had an amazing tech ( Joy ) and she went above & beyond when she found out in our conversation over the pedi that I had lupus and it’s affected my hands and feet with so much pain, aches and discomfort. Being that I also have Reynauds in my hands and feet that affect the blood flow and oxygen to those extremities she gave great care and compassion. This salon hands down is going to be an amazing establishment in the overflow of customers once more people become hip! I will definitely be their mouth piece and walking billboard 🙋🏼‍♀️ to encourage people to try them out because this is my spot. Won’t go anywhere else now. Now I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. But I have visited nail salons in Atlanta, D.C., Houston, and Los Angeles. Let me tell you, for the price you are paying, you will get excellent quality and professional service. One of the best nail salons in Huntsville ever yet. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good service with quality care to come by and take a visit at Donatella Nail Lounge!

I just visited the new Donatella Nail Lounge and I have to say, they are absolutely the best. I gave them 5 stars, but would give 10, if available. They are professional and timely. Their inventory of colors and options for services is outstanding. I highly recommend making Donatella your go to place for nail and waxing needs.

I had a wonderful experience today. I had a deluxe pedicure. I get a really pretty design on my feet each time I come. Workers are friendly skilled and everyone had on masks. I will come back.

My an my friend went an got our nails an toes done our toes were pretty but the nails looked horrible i drove an hours to pay 150 to come out with bulky ugly nails

Fantastic experience every time. Been here twice already and both times. VERY clean and following the social distancing perfectly!!! Super friendly and I feel so pampered and relaxed when I leave!

The pedicure itself was $35. There werent any hot towels, messaging of my feet or legs. There wasnt even vigorous scrubbing. On top of that, they charge a flat 15% gratuity. I asked for a white or silver design and instead got Christmas red and gold glitter. Needless to say, I wont be going back. Ended up paying $46 for a pedicure that didntrate high on any scale.

I went in and nails are so thick on my fingers that the look bad...plus less than a week and they are ALL lifting... They look dingy...will not go back.. Sorry

I took two of my nieces to get our nails done. A woman started my nails and got them glued on and then she got up and walked away and a guy came over i told him I was getting my nails done by someone else but he started my nails. I was told by the woman what I wanted would not look good. So I changed the shape I wanted and the guy did a terrible job, he didnt dremel the underside of 4 nails and i didnt notice until i left. I did not have the nails on for a week before the gel paint started to chip and scratch off my nails. My youngest niece had all of her nails pop off not even a week after getting them done. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my other niece loved hers and had no problems. The $170 I was charged was not worth it.

There were ants crawling all over the foot spa resting area and he kept telling me to put my feet up there then he pushed the ants down in the creases of the spa then he said RESTAURANT referring to the ants...just nasty.

Service is good. Customer service is the best. I like that the owner calls little ones: Baby (its sweet).

In for a pedicure and manicure as a first time customer. Anna did my pedicure and cut into my great toe-terribly not just some small nic- causing it to profusely bleed. Still charged me $40 though and of course I left without chancing the manicure. Very nice, clean facility, but an awful experience causing me to leave in tears and a hefty bill for such awful service. I’m a stressed out nurse who was hoping for a moment to relax and be pampered a bit after work this morning-instead I left much worse off than when I went in. 😩

I went in for a full set may 21st, & a color change on my feet. Today is may 26th & 5 nails have popped off & my toes were messed up before I left. Being charged 67$ it was NOT worth it & I won’t be going back. It was my first & last time.

I got charged $107.00 for one gel color on my nails and toes. It was not worth it!
