They did a killer job on mine and my daughters nails🥰 if you want ombre you need to do dipped powder nails! The best you can get for your nails. It Is chemical free, nails dont break or look gross after a week! I love love love them and thanks enails for having top notch customer service 👌 ❤

I came in and the experience was absolutely horrible! By the end of the night my nails were completely pealing off. I paid 150$ for these nails and this was right after I got them done. They ripped my nails apart making me bleed and then charged me a ton and wouldn’t explain where the charges were from.

Workers are fine, but swamped. Attention to detail and time management are very big challenges. Customers and their requests get pushed aside so more customers can be received. Making money seems to be more important than tending to clients.

My friend and I got shellac mani pedis and it was SO much fun! We really enjoyed our time here, and will definitely come back again!

First time I went I took my daughter and the girls were friendly and did a great job. So I went back today and it 1.5 hours to just have my shellac polish changed. This should have taken 30 minutes. They left the acetone on my hands for so long, I ended up pulling off the foils and used the tool to take the polish off myself. The man that did my polish did them very sloppy and kept stopping to go do other things. They charged me $26 for a shellac polish change when I can go to Lucky Nails for $20 with much faster service.

I have been going here for years for pedicures. I’ve tried many places and haven’t found one that does a better massage during a pedi. It’s a solid hour of pampering compared to other places. Although I have had a manicure here, I’ve had better mani’s elsewhere. It’s the pedicures that keep me coming back!

If i could give this place zero stars i would they are rude af charge you different prices everytime you go there and to top it off gave me a nail infection that i had to go to the emergency room for it was painful and awful and tbh it was overall a bad Atmosphere 0/10 woild not recommend

This nail salon is excellent! I moved from Seattle to yakima and it’s taken me two months to decide on a nail salon. I’m glad I chose this one! They were extremely busy but were able to keep up with the influx of customers. My shellac manicure was $30 which is pretty standard and if you look at the picture I attached to this review, you can see the job they did. I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon!

I always love coming here for pedicures, I appreciate that the tubs are lined, the tools are in autoclave bags, and everyone is so nice. Great value, too. I took my young daughters today and they loved it, too.

I cannot rave about this place enough. I made an apt, they were waiting and ready when I arrived. The safety procedures for Covid are amazing and the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere. Plexiglass between tech and customer and sanitary tools with every use. I wish I would have gotten my techs name because I’m not kidding she is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to, she spent her time on everything she did to make it perfect. I’ve never seen my cuticles in this good have shape. I got shellac and a manicure and I was in and out in 25 min. I would recommend this to everyone.

I received a gift certificate here and was very nervous to go based on other reviews. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me a price that I paid at the end. He suggested going with a coffin shape with the specific style I was going for. They did a great job. Not the best customer service but it could be worse. My nails look exactly how I wanted.

I asked for a manicure for my natural nails and then for them to be dipped and painted. My cuticles were not removed, the dirt from under my nails was not removed, my hands were never cleaned. He filed roughly and quickly, painted at super speed and it was uncomfortable and ultimately I paid $40 for a very unpleasant experience.

So I went to E NAILS to see if they could re-do it. It is 110% better than the other salon. They have a pretty good selection of shellac colors. Lilly did the best shellac manicure and excellent job with my eyebrows. She is very attentive and does a great job and keeps my nails looking great. I highly recommend E NAILS! The salon is big, clean!!! This is the one for me. You will love it!!! LILLY AND HER STAFF ROCK!!!

If you want to be treated like a princess for the same price possibility even less then the other mediocre nail salons in Yakima then come here. I was just here a few weeks ago with my mom to get our toes done. My first impression was impressed because they have a bar, a whole nail counter, tons of massage chairs, tvs, and trending music playing. So far it had been the best looking nail place I had ever been in. Then we pick our colors and get to soak our feet in warm water with the Jets and sit in the massage chair. They cut, file, and buff your toes. Scrub, massage, and moisturize your feet. I know they do that everywhere but it was just so enjoyable it mustve been the lively atmosphere. Then for only $5 extra my mom and I got the hot wax massage which DOESNT BURN dont worry I thought it would but its from their homemade soy candles and it just feels smooth and warm. Then they massage for feet for what felt like 35-40 minutes possibly which felt amazing. You also can order drinks and they bring you glasses and coasters and are so friendly. They also do hot stones, waxing, and I think massages too there. I only got normal nail polish not even gel and it hasnt even chipped one bit! I truly enjoyed my experience there and I know Im going to go back.

Ive been going here for a few years now. They do exactly what I want every time! One time a women accidentally cut a piece of my skin off and felt so horrible and I told her it was okay it wasnt her fault. The owners (Lily and Leon) came to check on me and took over. They then did not charge me for the service. I understand mistakes happen and they went above and beyond to apologize and make me feel better. The only thing with E-nails is they are EXTREMELY busy. So even if you make an appointment you still might have a bit of a wait (for me its totally worth it). Saturdays are by far the busiest so go early! Plus who doesnt love a nail salon where you can drink some wine and relax! I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years in the Yakima Valley and E-Nails is by far my favorite place to go! You guys rock!

My mom has gone to e-nails twice in 4 days. She has very thin nails so all of the other nail places weve gone to she gets extra coats of the shellac because it makes them stronger.When she asked for extra coats here they ignored her.Not surprisingly she had some chip and her nails broke really low. She went in to have it fixed and get them redone (planning to pay for it which I thought she shouldnt have to do). She just got back. She said the man stood there in front of everyone in the store and told her its her fault her nails broke not his and more coats will just peel off and she just needed to calm down. She was so embarrassed. I cant even imagine treating a customer that way. Can you?

They do a great job! I have gotten pedicures, manicures (shelac and regular), and facial waxes. They are regularly busy so calling ahead is recommended.

Had shellac acrylics put on. I like the shape, my index finger is significantly longer than the rest, which fine Ill fine it down. However, they didnt push my cuticles down, so nails already look grown out after two days 😡

Seriously have been here 3 different times!!The first visit I got a fill and shellac, a week later my nails started lifting!I go in the second time for a pedicure and fill.. my nails started lifting in 3 days and the person who did my pedicure did not do it properly!! My heels were still rough and she didn’t trim my nails properly!Soo I said okay maybe I just am not having the best luck so I went back a 3rd time.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!!!The 3rd visit my nails were lifted from my second visit and coming off!!! So they took all my acrylics off and put on a whole new set on a Thursday evening!!! I was flying out to Disney World on Sunday morning NOT kidding you my nails came off during my flight!!!! Seriously not even a full 3 days and my nails were off!!! It’s officially been one week since my last visit... I have 3 NAILS STILL ON!!! The rest have lifted and fallen off!!!WORSE NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Go to #1 NAILS!!!!!!! This place is a joke!!!!

Monthly deluxe pedicure, leg massage with warm wax, started after my chemo treatment left me with neuropathy in both legs. A year later much improvement. The chemo caused damaged toe nails. The pedicure with a protective nail finish saved almost all the nails. Allowing the new nails to grow out without losing the old nail.

Doesnt matter if you have an appt you still have to wait and wait. Very unprofessional!I got a manicure and just regular polish. Three days later it was peeling and chipping. I went in and showed them they said regular nail polish does this, you need shellac. Shellac lasts for 3-4 weeks. I got shellac and it chipped in 3 different places on different nails 5 days afterward. Went back in and explained Id been in there the last 2 weeks and was now told you need acrylic. Very disappointed. I expect better quality that lasts more than 5 days. Its obvious they just want money. I wont be back!

Ive gone in probably a dozen times and never had a satisfying experience. I would wait thirty minutes passed my schedule appointment because they took walk-ins ahead of me regularly. I would be left mid-appointment for long stretches of time to start someone else. On gel manicures, I would ask that something not be cut/shaped a particular way and be ignored. On other occasions, the manicure was so incredibly rushed that gel ended up on the skin by the nail bed. Result? Two days later (if that) the polish lifted and ripped off a guaranteed two week+ product. Some were very polite, but most were rude or glaring at me the entire time.Ive gone elsewhere since and have NEVER experienced such incredibly poor customer service. It was the worst of my life. But the kicker and LAST time I went? I got a gift card for a full service pedicure and not fifteen minutes after I left, I was in full-body hives that required an ER visit and overnight hospitalization. According to the doctors, the only likely suspect at all was improper hygiene practices at the spa. Yes, but actually, they gave me a week worth of hives.

I am blown away by the service here. I got a full set from another place 2 weeks ago and they were uneven, the polish had bubbles in it, and my nails were hurting for days after. I went to E Nails today and had that set removed because there was no hope for the old set and had a fresh set applied. They were super patient with me since it was a long visit today. I was there for about 2 hours. They were gentle with my nails and my set is nice and even, the polish is beautiful, and nails dont hurt after. I will definitely be back for a fill in 2 weeks.

Came in for a pedicure and told it would be $45 for shellac and cat eye design so i ask how much for manicure with same design i was told $28 so i said okay! Once said in done they charge me $95 not sure why! So i ask they said its extra for this and that! It would be nice if they tell this before u go pay its more that already told the customer! I felt rush by the technician and i hate my color after all i didnt want to say anything i didnt want them add more to charges!

Save your self the money and the time. Got my nails done by i think, tony. My nails look horrible. Went in to get acrylics, I had a picture of some nails that I wanted so he could reference, looks nothing like the picture. my thumb nail & pointer finger is SUPER cricked, they are all different thickness (noticeably), I got one diamond on each nail.. its day three and 2 of them have fallen off. NONE of them are centered nicley on my nails, they are all uneven. Almost all my nails are chipping on the sides . Honestly Im just shocked that they are okay with work like that going out their door. Felt like He had little to no interest in making my nails look good. I was never rude, i tried to correct once but, he just cut me off and said something and then continued so I didnt even feel comfortable saying anything to get my nails done right. Very dissappointing.

Service is not always the best. Depends on the time and day. The nail work is usually pretty good but last time I went it my full set of white tips turned yellowish white towards the end and they have never done that before including the past experiences at this place. The pedicures are good. But, took forever after the pedi to get a full set. The drinks taste good but cost more than expected. Overall its not a bad place if you have an hour or so.

Today my heart breaks a little bc we are braking up Enails we have been together for a few years and through all seasons even when there is snow outside I have been very loyal to you every other Saturday sometimes every Saturday. I’m very happy for you that you are always busy but you make me wait all the time not just for a few min but this week alone I tried to see you 4x in ONE week and then I waited An hour and 40 minutes for just a simple manicure I don’t even do nail polish I live in Selah and make the drive to see you and you blow me off. I have been going to enails for almost 3 yrs only once, which was last month, I did not like the way my nails very done. Must have been a new guy. He made the front end of my nails too thin and several of them broke at my own nails edge. Other than that experience, Ive always been greeted and treated very well. I am always pleased with my nails when I leave. They are a fun group of people to be around.

My friend and I got there today at 9:30am to get a toes and nails done. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get water for are feet. After we asked to get water so are feet could soak. Then they started are feet and we got done fast. Hang out there and let her feet dry until it was our turn to get our full set and a manicure done we waited another half hour and then finally the gentleman asked us what we were waiting for we told him a full set and a manicure he then told us that there was no time he had other appointments and it would be another hour or so as we reminded him we were there at 9:30 and he said that would be fine then he told us there is only two people that did Nails. I then told him when we got here there was about five workers doing the nails. As well people that got there after us was in and out. while we were waiting to get our feet done he said he was super sorry that there was nothing he could do so we left and now are heading to go get our full set and manicure done at. Has been the worst service that I have ever received anywher...

DO NOT go here. They are mean people and they did a horrible job. I got a pedicure. They yelled when the massage chair was not working properly. Then as the lady took out the toes separators she smudged the polish. When I pointed it out she argued that I did it and wouldnt fix it. I dont know how this place is in business

This wasnt the first time Ive been here, but I went to get my nails done for prom about a week ago. They were so packed that the lady who was doing my nails rushed her work. The nails didnt turn out very well and are already falling off. She kept taking MULTIPLE breaks to help other customers when there were other employees clearly not busy. Dont know if Ill be returning when they are busy, its not worth the rushed work and 30 dollars.

First experience was okay. Gal didnt seem like she knew what she was doing with my feet but she was gentle, the polish looked pretty and they were even. Second time my feet were soaking for about 15 minutes before this lady got started. She noted I have rough feet and came at me with an exfoliate like she was standing a deck and completely tore open the skin on my foot. No apology, just became freaked out I was bleeding and asked if something was wrong with my skin. No lady, you attempted to sand paper fragile wet soaked skin full force. Common sense or experience could have prevented this. Foot still hurts today, hoping it wont get infected. Really would not recommend them.

My friend and I went here for dip nails. They ripped my nails off instead of taking them off correctly with acetone and damaged my nails. They also did a top coat with gel polish and treated them with UV light. I like the fact that dip doesnt require a UV light and the gel polish isnt as strong as the dip top coat. The gel polish top coat started coming off after a few days and now my nails are chipping after a week when my last dip lasted for over 3 weeks. I wont be coming back

Quite honestly the best nail salon in Yakima! Unfortunately, with that being said, wait times are kinda hard if you visit at peak times but trust me, its worth the wait.

I felt the service was pretty poor and my nails looked horrible. The polish from my previous mani wasnt even fully removed so you could see the old color in my cuticle area and around the edges. I took a friend for their very first mani ever and I was really excited but very disappointed after the experience.

Me and my mom got fungus from a pedicure. They touch everything with the same gloves they use to do your pedicure.The nail file has nail debris and once there done they put it back in the bag and use it over and over again.Its very unsanitary. I would never go back

Horrible experience, gave second chance and was appalled. Same gal...I was in there 4 hours for mani pedi, it was slow, painful, messy and dirty. She actually dropped one of the hot towels on the dirty floor and put in on my leg. She applied clear polish without removing all my old polish... had to redo, each time cleaning up her messy work by scraping with her nail, which was torture.. NEVER again.1

These people are LIERS!!! For 3 years in a row my boss gets my co-worker and myself a good amount of a gift certificate as a Christmas gift. EVERY year the same thing, I call to get prices and tell me one thing and when i go there and pay they ALWAYS over charge and switch up from what they tell me over the phone with the cost of service. Ive had enough! I got in a huge discussion with owner which he got loud and yelling at me before leaving the place. They are LIERS, RUDE and overcharge. NEVER stick to what they say. ITS PRETTY SAD! save your money(their prices are higher than normal nail salons) and go somewhere where they will stick to their word and not rip customers off!

The nails being bad isnt the issue here. They literally rob you of your money. Was told my entire set was gonna be 35 and once i got up to pay the lady had charged me 50. I couldnt do anything but sign so i suggest reading your reviews before coming here. Both asian workers are always fighting and create this horrible vibe throughout the room. Makes everyone very uncomfortable. The only worker here who understood what i was going through was the lovely hispanic lady. Shes such a joy to be around. If i could put zero stars I would... I came here a few weeks ago and was very impressed and loved the way my nails turned out. So I brought my daughter in with me today and the experience couldnt be worse...we both picked out a pretty simple look, her with coffin shape and mine short square. Both shellac, which is more expensive of course but is worth it if u like the end result. So they didnt ask my daughter about the length she just cut it and asked after if it was ok, which it wasnt, it was too short, then the drip effect she picked looked NOTHING like the picture. Also the coffin shape she asked for was not even close to coffin shape it was basically square. So then my nails...i told her one nail was shorter than the rest and she brushed it off saying it wasnt. The colors didnt match what I picked and the design didnt look the same either. It was crooked fat and short when it should have been long skinny and straight. So we left after paying $113 btw...and then my daughter tells me she didnt like her nails and I agreed, both being uncomfortable telling the girls this it took a lot for us to be able to come back in (only 20mins after we left) and ask for help getting them fixed, I only wanted a different color with no design and her the same no design just solid color and they wouldnt help me at all, said I should have said something at the first nail...well Im sorry I felt nervous to say ANYTHING bc any time I did she just brushed it off. So needless to say $113 dollars later (plus $5 tip each) we are unhappy with our nails and received no assistance fixing the problem. At that price u should love your nails. I had an appointment time, when i arrived i wasnt seen till an hour later. While waiting i noticed them pampering some women much longer than others. I dont recommend this place.

My three daughters and I made appointments at 2:30 for pedicures and full sets/ manicures. We sat right down and our pedicures were amazing! Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes before they started working on our nails. Honestly I’m pretty sure they forgot about us and started working on several walk-ins before us. When I asked why it was taking so long to get a simple manicure I was told that the technician (same one that did my toes) who was had worked on two other clients by this time, would hurt me on accident if he did a manicure because he wasn’t good at cutting cuticles. Needless to say, after waiting for an hour to get my nails painted I gave up and went elsewhere! Come to find out that while I took my 6 year old daughter to look through the bookstore while we waited for my older daughters the “gentleman” working on my girls’ nails proceeded to bad mouth me to my daughters and other customers!

Horrible! The girl totally messed up my eyebrows. Theres a clear angle to my eyebrow I told her what I wanted, and she completely changed it. She made them really thin, short and curved, none of which I asked for.Never going back!

Went in to get 3 pedicures and 3 manic with some of my coworkers. We called several hours ahead to set an appointment. 2 of us got started on time, while the 3rd had to wait 20 minutes before they started on hers. Then we were getting our manicures and my technician cut a large chunk of skin from my pinky finger nail bed. It started bleeding so bad he told me to go run it under water. 10 minutes of running water over it, it was still bleeding really bad. I went back and he put something on that stung so bad I almost cried. I asked to just keep doing my other nails which he did. By this time, our 3rd person was still waiting for her manicure and we were almost done with ours. After 30 minutes of waiting, a lady finally sat down and said she was ready. By this time, my coworker was just ready to go home and said no thanks. As we left, we told the owner the issue about having to wait even though we had an appointment and I asked him for a tissue for my bloody finger. He said what happened, do you have a hangnail? I said no, your technician pulled a chunk of my skin off. He didnt even apologize, just told me what our total was. Ive been to this salon about 6 times giving them extra chances, but today was the final time. I will NEVER go back and will bring my money where they actually care about their customers.

Just got my nails done July/7/2017 for my wedding and I absolutely love them! I wanted a gel mani with a nude color and then a french pedi on my toes. Both nail techs were wonderful at their job and took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect! I also really liked the decor of the salon, beautiful! And very well kept. Will deff come back in! He was an older man who was in normal clothes in the back --eating--when I showed up, they got pretty busy and he went and changed his shirt then came to help me. He did a horrible job. The water was luke warm and I had to ask twice to heat it up. He did not scrub my feet so it was basically a foot soak and polish. Not going back for sure!

They did such a terrible job. I was there for like 2 1/2 to get an acrylic full set. And the guy didn’t do what I wanted him to do, and they were all over the place leaving me sitting for long periods of time. And the nails weren’t very good either.

First peddy loved it.
