Amazing service, I was in and out quicker than any other salon I’ve been to. It was a lovely experience. My nails came out stunning and I’m impressed with their work. I highly recommend this place over any other nail salon in the area. This is the best by far. Edit: 3 weeks later and not a chip or broken nail in sight! I am very impressed.

Yesterday afternoon, I visited this salon for a second time. I had a pedicure and manicure with dip polish. I left with polish residue around my cuticles (after multiple attempts by myself and the tech to remove), as well as, raw cuticles from the grinding tools. By the evening, the top layer of my polish on a few fingers had started peeling. By this morning, all my nails were peeling. I was forced to clean off all the peeling in an attempt to make it at least look halfway acceptable. My cuticles are still raw. Unfortunately, I was unable to get ahold of the salon - probably due to the fact it is the 4th of July, but I’m hoping for a refund. I won’t go back to have them fix or remove the polish currently on my fingers.

Salon is dirty. I wandered if the tools were clean. They were not in a bag. They were just dug out of a drawer. When the manicure was finished the tech threw them back in the drawer. Nice people who did a good job on my nails. However, I will not be back. I do not want nail fungus.

I have had many pedicures here over severalmonths. My visit on Sunday, the tech was unprofessional & the pedicure was subpar. He rushed through the process, my feet were rough & dry. He insisted I use their sandals even though previously I used my own. End result, my polish was ruined. I returned the next day. A woman . asked if she could help me. I explained. She asked if I wanted fix, I said yes. “I can’t do now, I have a client.” She invited me to her station. I didn’t ask her to do it. So I moved to the chairs. After 20 minutes, left frustrated! So much for being a loyal customer.

I rarely review things like this but I feel that I need to this time. I went in to have a pedicure done and it was a gift for teacher appreciation. I was really excited because it had been a while since I had been anywhere for a pedicure. I read the reviews ahead of time to have an idea of what to expect and they are pretty mixed reviews. I appreciate that they got me in immediately but I was in and out of that chair in less than 12 minutes. It was so rushed. No attention to detail and I felt like all he wanted to do was get it done quick so he could move to the next customer.He pushed my decision on which deluxe pedicure option to choose and pretty well made my decision for me. He kept pushing gel for the polish and I politely said no multiple times. The result isnt terrible but I was really looking forward to a nice leg massage and more time in the massage chair and it just didnt happen. After looking at my toenails I also see that they are not evenly filed at all. Lots of angles. I hope that they will see this and work on these things. Id like to give them a try but they need to do better.

They did a good job. I got a full set and a deluxe pedicure. Prices were a bit high but service was great.

Really didnt have a great experience here. The tech was not at all friendly, and rushed through painting my nails. I felt like she was trying to get me out as quickly as possible, and because of that the quality really suffered. I can paint my own nails more neatly at home than they were done here. Not sure if it was because it was the end of the day, because Im a man, or whatever else, but I probably wont be going to back to this salon again. Also they didnt seem to have A/C so it was uncomfortably hot in the salon. At least it was cheap, if it had been more expensive I probably would have complained to get them done better, but for $15 Ill just take it off and re-do it at home tomorrow.

I tried Beaute Nail Spa at Twickenham yesterday for the first time. I let them know it was my first time which was met with no response. The store was dirty, the technician hurried through my treatments as if he didnt want to be there, didnt offer a towel to keep the nail dust off my clothes and was very rough. I had to ask him several times to fix the shape of my nails because he just wasnt paying attention. The most troubling part, the spa has multiple sanitization stations for the tools yet the technician used the same tools on me that he used on the person before me. This is unacceptable. My experience did not meet my expectation for a nail spa in Twickenham. There is a nail salon on every corner in this town. Nothing about this salon set them apart from any other salon.

If I could give Beaute 0 stars, I would.It’s not just that the manicure was poor quality - which it was - it’s that the last 3 times I’ve patronized this shop, they made me bleed.They constantly make my cuticles bleed, they are always in a rush and the shaping is inconsistent, they over-roughen my nails so they’re weak and peel, and last time the gel began chipping after one day. I have never had gel chip before.I know they currently have 4 stars - that’s because before the pandemic, they were really good and I would never go anywhere else! However, things have gone way downhill. Not the least of which is the guy didn’t even wash his hands before touching mine after he’d been touching his phone, which is a health concern.Seriously, save your money, time, and cuticles - go anywhere else. Bummed at the downhill quality here.

I went last month to get a overlay and a pedicure. My experience was not an all around good one.My pedicure massage was everything he did a amazing job! That’s why there are two stars and not one.Now the paint job was just ok on my hands and feet (I can live with it for two weeks). Not even 24hrs the paint on my feet peeled off and the paint on my hands were cracking and it turned yellow. I called and they told me to come in to fix it. I sit down at the table and instead of taking it off he puts white polish to fill in the cracks😳. They redoMy toes, (all of it felt so rushed. I didn’t like that) Next day my nails started cracking in the same place and my toes have bubbles in the paint. I call they ask me to come back in, at this point I want my $110 back!!! I tell them just to take the white off and leave the pink. I was very annoyed and simply not happy.

This could be a great place like the one in Hampton Cove but they are far from it on service. I’ve never had a pedicure done in 20 minutes (including dry time.) Quantity over quality is a huge issue here. My feet are still in the same shape as before I went. They aren’t unruly or anything and I go every two weeks so for there to still be patches of rough skin shows how well it was done. The kids $25 mani and pedi is literally a waste, my daughter always sits still and the results are she would have done a better job at painting them. For the other reviews about how great it is, have not seen what a great nail salon really is.

I really love how clean it is overall inside and staff is friendly but these are the quickest/least detailed pedicures Ive ever received (have had 2 here now). Example: only filed, no clean/clipping of nails, left small amount of polish on toes and painted over them. Again very nice, but not worth +$25

I needed a fill in along with a repair done on one nail. Don was so quick, but didn’t skip any corners. I wasn’t impressed with their service a couple years ago but thought I’d give them another try. I made an appointment for 11 and was helped right away by the tech with no wait time. I was very pleased!

Worse set of acrylics I’ve ever gotten. Younger Lady who did them did not trim/cut/ or do any cuticle care at all. Which resulted in grown out nails in UNDER a week. All so uneven and crooked. $65 for a new set a week later. I would not recommend at all

This is officially my go-to nail salon. I got a pedicure and Gel-polish color change. The pedicure was a basic and Alisha was great. She was pleasant to talk to and very gentle in her skill. Most places only allow a full-manicure with the gel-polish, yet this one allowed for a simple color change and it was $10 cheaper than the manicure.My nails and toes still look great and I will absolutely go there again.Update: 2 weeks later and my nails still look amazing. There has been no chipping or wear around the nail tips. This is my Go To salon now!!!

I had the dip done and my nails chipped within 9 days. I am a office manager so there is no reason for this happening. This was $40 wasted!! I will not be returning and I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Poor attention to detail. When I get a professional manicure, I expect the cuticle line to be clean, the polish coverage even, and the nail shape consistent. My nails turn out better when I paint them myself than they did when I walked out of this place.The polish at my cuticle line and along the sides looks choppy. The layers of polish were applied unevenly, so I can actually see the jagged line where one layer stopped short and didnt cover the same as the previous layer. Ive barely had these nails for a day and Im about to take the polish off because I see them up close non-stop and it just looks bad.And the filing! I asked for square with rounded edges (I had relatively square nails naturally, I just wanted them smoothed out some), and my technician goes to work filing the corners without even looking from one finger to the next. The result was that they were not filed symmetrically, several corners are more of a straight line than actually rounded, and about half my nails still look square on one side while being round on the other! There also wasnt any effort made to ensure the filing actually left a clean and smooth nail edge, which is especially important when using heavy duty metal files like they do here.I got a pedicure here too. Although they spent a lot of time massaging my legs, my toe nail polish isnt perfect. They also didnt get any grime out from under my toe nails, but I dont think Ive ever been to a place that even tried to clean my toe nails the way I do myself so unfortunately that might just be an unreasonable expectation. Obviously I dont notice my toes as much as my fingers, but they seem good enough.I give it two stars instead of one because when I sat down at the drying area at the end, I scratched two nails (on the hand not pictured). I wasnt sure what to do about it, and while I was panicking my technician came over to apply one more top coat because Id mentioned Im sometimes kind of rough on my nails/hands and he wanted them to last. So of course he saw the scratched nails and went to work cleaning and fully repainting them right there, which I appreciated.To summarize, my technician was just going through the steps without actually making sure things looked good, and the result is my nails are uneven with choppy polish coverage. Fortunately I was just there for a friend who needed hers done (she seemed happy with her tips and gel polish). If I actually had a big event to wear these to, Id have demanded better work or a refund and gone somewhere else, but I shouldnt have to monitor a professional to make sure theyre doing their job correctly. I pay to have my nails done so they look perfect without any effort on my part, and thats not what I got here.

Came for my first visit here & had looked at the Google reviews, but decided to give them a chance anyway. Boy, am I regretting it now. I could write a book about my disappointment, but I wont. All I will say is that my pink & white SNS nails look HORRIBLE. Uneven lines all over the place, very sloppy, rushed work even though I had an appointment scheduled. Definitely not worth the money I paid nor the time spent there. Only gave them a one star because I had to give something.

I paid $90 for my girlfriend & I today to get our feet done & my nails done. The lady & man who gave us our services rushed on our pedicure & gave us a half way done job. On top of that we only received a pedicure for 15 minutes & our feet were only in the water 5 of those 15 minutes.

I paid extra to have gel polish on my toenails... It took her 4 minutes to do it, she didn’t clip my nail or file or anything... I paid $45 for eyebrow wax and nail polish on my toes... that’s a little excessive... not to mention i took my shoes off when I got home 45 minutes after getting them done and they were already chipped...

Very RURE service — employees very clearly pointing and nodding and laughing at you while you get your set down. On multiple occasions, I asked an employee a question and they just walked up away. I would never go here again

I have been twice to this salon for pedicure and gel manicure. The first time was acceptable but the prices are high. The second time I sat at station number 5 and the lady did a HORRIBLE job on bot my toes and nails. She did not clean up my cuticles nor did she push them back. She used cold water to soak my hands for all of a minute. The gel polish started lifting 2 hours after I left. It all came off within a week. My toe polish was light and uneven. I was so disgusted by the rude treatment that I refused to go back there to get them fixed.

Second time going here because the lady tech did such a great job on my feet the first time. This time a guy did it and he was quite rough when it came to my feet and nail repairs. Although he did a good job on my feet, my nail repairs were awful. I feel as though the more people that came in, the faster he got and I still tipped.

My mother and I were in the area to pick up dinner Friday evening and walked over to Beaute to make an appointment. We made an appointment for two pedicures when the spa opened Sunday at 1 pm (this time was told to us by an employee). We arrived Sunday promptly at 1 pm to see that the three nail techs working were already in the middle of three pedicures. My mom and I sat in the waiting are for 5-10 minutes before being asked to sit in the pedicure chairs. We were first directed to chairs 1 & 2 -- there was a Starbucks drink in 1. We were then asked to moved to 4 & 5 -- there was a purse in 5. Once we finally ended up in seats next to each other, I began making observations. The three people getting pedicures had just started, maybe 10-15 minutes before we arrived. How was this possible when we arrived the moment they opened? This also meant we would not be serviced for at least 30-45 minutes. After realizing this, I started looking around and noticed how ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING the place was. The massage chair I was in did not have a remote, therefore it did not work. The chair itself was worn, the plastic section where you place your purse/beverage was covered in dust, hair and other unidentifiable particles. I looked down and the bowl was just as equally unsanitized. Upon further observation, it looked as though the entire spa hadnt been cleaned in days. My mom and I decided to leave to patronize a different nail spa that greeted us kindly. Someone did ask us why we were leaving and tried quickly getting us to fill our bowls and I informed them that we had appointments that were ignored and the place was unsanitary. We were not offered an apology or explanation.

Easily the cleanest nail salon in town. Great massage chairs & the owner and employees are friendly, but also let you relax. LOVE. THIS. PLACE!!!

Jenny did an excellent job with my deluxe pedicure. She took her time to apply and massage into my legs and feet the various components of this deluxe pedicure. I liked watching her get out the cellophane package from a cabinet and cut it open to remove the ingredients for which I was willing to pay extra. It truly was a deluxe, relaxing pedicure. I will return, and I plan to ask for Jenny.

I went to this place to get a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I had one of the male techs who did my pedicure and during the process, I made uncomfortable cues that what he was doing hurt, but I don’t think he understood. The morning after the pedicure, I was getting ready and noticed THREE large bruises on my shins from the pressure he was using on my legs. I wanted to try to attach a photo, but will on Yelp if I find how to. The nails turned out fine, but the process itself was not enjoyable.

Got started on in a timely fashion, basic pedicure ($25)went great, time for a full set and manicure never got the manicure done, full set was placed with aggression ( had cuts on every finger after filing, asked for a round shape but got stilettos after this point it was clear that the person was not understanding what I wanted even after showing her a picture, I wanted a semi circle drawn on my nails ended up with unevenness and the some lines where dull. After that I was charged ($55) it’s only been two days since my nails were done and my thumb nail fell of while making the bed 🤷🏽‍♀️🤬.Expensive but cheaply done..

I come hear often with my Husband, who has a license to carry. So he always has it on him.Well today, a older white woman complained about seeing his gun, (which he has in him all the time, even while I come get my pedicures)So she acted like she was scared of him, AND HE WAS NOT EVEN NEAR HER.The owner approached my husband and told him he wasnt welcome with his gun.... But there isnt a no weapon policy visible.

You show them what u want and u get what they give you and its not even close to what u asked for. paid a lot to be disappointed. My friends were disappointed as well. To get a full set for it to crack as soon as we got home and they were super flimsy.

This salon had been recommended so I was hopeful, but left disappointed. I had made an appointment and requested Sandy or Lisa because of other reviews I read. After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, Philip started my manicure. After he was finished I asked about my pedicure and he had forgotten I was getting one, which created another 15 minute delay. The gel mani-pedi was way too much, $80. Quality of nail polish application was not good. The salon was nice enough, but the attention to customers and quality of service is lacking. I wouldnt mind paying $80 if the quality was good and I felt that they appreciated my business, but no.

I typically do not post negative reviews, but I just experienced the worst pedicure. Paid for the higher “Lemon” package. Wasn’t in there for 30 minutes - that included having my toes painted - if you can call it that. There is dark blue paint smeared all over my toes. Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I went in to get my nails done for a wedding and had Van Mai (I believe was his name). Not only did he make me bleed and then just left it there to run down my finger. The worst part is when he was “massaging” my hand he pinched the spot between my thumb and pointer finger and would increasingly apply more pressure till I told him to stop because it hurt...he then laughed like it was a sick game. I now have a bruise on my hand. I will never come back and urge others not to. I now have a bruised hand in all my friends wedding photos.

I brought my daughter for a mani pedi for her birthday. It was a special occasion and not something we often do. I love their location, so convenient. The service was not good, very rushed. We had an appointment and arrived on time, they were late in opening and short staffed. 4 people with 1 person at first. I’m just sad we spent our money in this place. Consider another nail salon. There are too many to waist your time going here.

I think it may depend on the tech, but my friend and I went in and had mani/pedi and I got my eyebrows waxed. My friend got a light nail color and an almond shape and hers look great, smooth edges and even coats! Our toes look good, but the basic pedicure was really nothing special. Other basic pedis have a massage and good scrubs/lotions, but not these. My eyebrows look good, I have a pretty defined shape naturally so it’s easy to follow. My nails are a different story, they were supposed to be more square and I asked for a half- sun flower design on my ring finger. Unfortunately, the design is laughable... I could have done it better myself. As for the nail, the edges are not smooth and I’m going to have to file them myself today because the more I look at it, the more upset I get. I paid a pretty penny for all of this and I’m severely disappointed. I read the other poor reviews but thought “ah, people only leave bad reviews because they’re mad” but these people were being honest.

I had a nail break off i went in and waited 20-30mins an there were 2 people on one person an i just needed ONE nail fixed an i left i called back to make an appointment to have a regular appointment to get it fixed an they hung up on me

Got my nails dipped on 7/22 and they looked great when I left. Within 5 days I had 3 nails with cracks and within 7 days 5 total that cracked. Nothing was done different for them to crack. I’ve actually done worse things and they stayed on better from other nail salons. It has now been 8 days and 2 have completely chipped off and 3 still cracks. They look awful. This is insane and a waste of money. This is my first time visiting this location. Other salons I have gotten dip done lasts 3+ weeks and I only have to get them done again because of new growth. I won’t be going back to this nail salon. Very disappointed.

I really did enjoy my pedicure, Jamie was very thorough and gentle . I would highly recommend Jamie and the salon. I did find it to be higher then my normal salon.

Very horrible experience. If you are a woman of color please reconsider spending your money elsewhere. No greeting upon arrival a mere “pick ya color” upon requesting a pedicure I was seated in a malfunctioning spa chair. When I get pedicures I know what I want I’m obliged that you offer various deluxe pedicures but I’m only interested in what I’m requesting. Once the pedicure begins the language barrier takes over. The man doing my pedicure couldn’t speak English which is respectfully understanding but there are others sitting there who hear you attempting to talk to the individual but carry along with servicing their clients. I requested an additional 10 minute TEN MINUTE massage not to be confused or included with what comes with the signature pedicure. The man attempted to combine the times in which I know is much longer because I request the same services all over the USA. Instead of a basic massage I get the “he man woman” hater bang on my legs and he aggressively used his nails on the bottom of my feet and kept looking up to see if you was hurting me if you think you’re hurting me A$$hole why continue to do the same thing. I was so frustrated I left with out getting a polish. Avoid this place by all means necessary they cater to their regulars and walk-in are a mere chance for their “cousin” to make a lil change. I hope Alabama state board drops by to see all unlicensed workers. I saw how they treated two black ladies early this year and I still reconsidered due to its proximity near my living area but never again! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

I came here because I saw that they had SNS dip nails, and had really wanted to try them out. They were a little busy when I first went in, but they sat me down quickly and got to work! It was quick and easy, and the end result is beautiful and durable! A really great job and I would definitely recommend this place if you want dip powder nails! I will be going back every two weeks or so for fills here!

My daughter and I have been here twice and both times we have been really happy with the service. Our nails were super cute! We have found our new place and love it!

I went the first two times and my nails were done great by the owner and a female. I went this week and another guy did my nails. He left a very dirty towel until I asked him to change it. He then hurt me multiple times with the drill. My cuticles are now bleeding and painful. My nails are also peeling which has never happened with the dip on the first day. I am extremely disappointed and I will pronto be returning. I would have given them a 5 star the first two times, but the guy really messed up my nails this time.It is a week later and my nails are breaking. Normally the dip last almost 3 weeks on my nails.

The worst experience. Worst customer service. The guy was rude, used handyman s tools and gave me bloody and painful cuticules. He had no idea what he was doing. Created nail damage that will cost me time and money to heal. Do not use this place. They make fun of customers and they do not have the skills needed. Be safe and avoid this place.

Too bad the attitude of the staff at Huntsville Alabama location on Pelham was not customer friendly, as I would have spent many $s due to the convenience. Unfortunately, the technician forgot that I was to receive a manicure after my pedicure, due to the fact that she was more interested in ordering her lunch instead of taking care of the needs of her customer. The staff was not dressed in uniforms and were clearly talking about customers in Spanish very inappropriately. Yes, I know how to speak Spanish. The technician must be very unhappy working in this location as she was definitely not performing her duties as I am sure the owner expects. Hopefully, the owner and general manager will address the unprofessional attitude and send this employee on her way to other employment. She also was bullying the other technicians, speaking to them when they wanted to do a good job taking care both their clients. Made it uncomfortable for everyone. As they say, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. I may give the location one more chance depending on how the owner reacts to my call or this review. Spent $100.00 today for terrible experience.

Made fun of my now husband when he came with me the week before our wedding to get my nails done. He got a pedicure and asked for a bright blue just to make me smile, since I was stressed about all the wedding things. However, the guy who did his toes laughed at him when he asked for this, and not in a nice way. Pretty disrespectful to a customer. Also, my gel manicure started coming off after a week which was pretty surprising, Ive never had one last so little time.

This is my favorite nail shop of all times! Philip, Lisa and Sandy are all excellent and I enjoy their conversation while there. Great gel nails and pedicures too. I also do my eyebrows there; their wax does not bother my skin like most wax. Happy for more than 2 years with them.

I have been here many times to get my eyebrows waxed. I went back today and the tech that did my brows was AMAZING. She was super nice and did a great job on my brows. She was telling me she is a perfectionist and thats the type of person I want working on my brows. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was awesome.

I really enjoy coming here. They are always nice and very good. I usually come during my lunch break and get my nails done. I also get my eyebrows done and pedicures too. They are very professional and almost never a wait. The prices are better than anyone in Huntsville and have a great location.

After searching all over the downtown area for the perfect nail salon to do shellac I FINALLY found this place and I was blown away. It last well over 2 weeks and the manicure portion is top notch. Their aromatherapy spa pedicure is to die for. Essential oils, herbs, scrubs, massages and hot towels. You will not find a better pedicure in Huntsville!

Best nail salon in Huntsville ! They are efficient and neat. My pedicures and gel manicures are always great. They take their time and the atmosphere is relaxing. I haven’t found anyone else who is as good as this salon.

I Love This Salon. Everyone can do nails here, so no wondering who to ask for if someone is out! They are fast, courteous, and they dont rush you out the door, which always makes me want to stay longer! I drive 13 miles over this salon, so you know Im serious about beautiful nails!!

Professional and friendly staff and they keep the equipment and salon in clean, new, and fresh working order.
