8/24 My first time ever going . I was happy and satisfied with my nails and experience. lay was whole I got she was focused and cared enough to ask my thought gets on the process and what i would like added. I wanted something simple yet elegant for my wedding this weekend. She nailed it. Thats why I booked with her again.

I scheduled an appt. with their website, and I received a call to reschedule because the technician had a death in the family. They rescheduled me a few days later early in the morning. I sat soaking my dip powder off for 50 min before one of the other techs noticed me. The tech I was scheduled with today didnt show, so the receptionist was calling all of her appts saying she had a death in the family. I dont want to assume that there isnt an actual death, but I heard when the employees were discussing it, some of them were asking if she was sick, etc, when they most likely would have already known if the tech had been out for a few days. A little fishy. My nails are not what I wanted, but I didnt want to sit there longer correcting them because they didnt want to look at what services I requested on the website. If there was a death in the family, why schedule me with them again so soon when you know they would call out?

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews... The powder used for acrylic nails/French tips doesn’t look like a natural nail color- it looks nude. I asked for French tips but the base looks a nude/pinkish color with white tips. The technician Lay isn’t friendly or professional at all, said hey and got nothing back and was on FaceTime the whole time. Very rushed polish job, polish on skin and missed spots of the nail. The inside is very nicely decorated though but is overpriced for the service you receive. The chairs are super uncomfortable with no armrests, very annoying and non relaxing having to hold my arms up the whole time.

Hands down love this place. My first time here was today and I will definitely be back. They are super welcoming and clean. Hand sanitation and washing upon entry. Stations were cleaned after each client, client chairs sprayed and wiped down. Also scheduling appointment was the easiest thing. I walked in and got seated right away. My nails look beautiful! I got the short almond acrylic set. The tech that seen me made sure they were the length and shape I wanted them to be. She took her time checking each nail and making sure they were all even. I went to work right after with beautiful nails 🖤.Oh and there needs to be extra stars for the music that was playing. Loved it.

Cancelled my appointment with no follow up, solution, and notified me hours before my appointment. If I could give their front desk a 0 I would. Very unprofessional

Each time Ive been Ive had very good and timely service. Johnnys pedicures are the best. I always book 2 appointments ahead because Im so confident in their work.

Objective Review: Every card transaction will be charged a 2.75% fee 😐.One of your choices for gel polish is Chrome. They may not inform you but its $10 extra.Its family owned and operated.My appointment time was 12:00pm, I was seen right away and paid at 2pm. approximately 2 hours for mani/pedi & brows.Subjective Review: The young lady who did my nails was very personable. Sometimes I want to talk and other times I just want to relax and enjoy my service. She wasnt unnecessarily chatty nor was she stoic. I enjoyed her.I do wish they would explicitly ask, this service or polish is an additional fee, would you like to go forward?

Great job in the Shellac nails for the first time, week 1 completes this Friday May 11th. So far so good! Update to come! Wish they would post prices in-store.

I absolutely love Cirage! You have to call ahead if you want any service because they are always booked! Every time i go Nancy does not disappoint me. I will recommend this place to anyone. Also, you get your money’s worth.

So the atmosphere and ambiance is beautiful. The spa chairs even though they accent the place well, they not comfortable. Not the type of comfort you expect when you’re trying to relax and get pampered. I have visited twice, not being from Alabama I had been struggling to find a nail salon. The first time Tammy did my nails she did a good job except not one but two of my nails were obviously crooked. I mean to the point you could tell from a mile away. The second time I went to someone else, can’t remember her name mainly because she talked on her cell phone the whole time she did my fill in, on top of that she used enough acrylic for a full set. My nails were super thick and were all shaped unevenly. To add insult to injury the prices that they charge for the services and skill set rendered don’t add up. The Asian girl back home who laid my nails every time had “normal” prices. I canceled all future appointments. But however I tried tip top nails yesterday and the first time, they executed it perfectly . And the prices were reasonable. I got a fill in, eye brow wax and last extensions all for 60 bucks. That’s a fill in only at Cirage

First time. It looked clean inside. Clean tools and protective tub shield used. No massage chair during pedicure.

The best, they can do short coffin where most places cant or wont do short coffin.And they make sure you are completely satisfied and takes there time.

Beautiful, clean salon. I got a pedicure with my husband. It was his first and he has very sensitive feet - his tech was patient and did a great job! He did not get polish, but I did and it looked great. The price was reasonable. I was able to book my appointment online which was convenient. We will definitely be back!

VERY sweet lady at the front desk and my nail tech (Tammy) was absolutely AMAZING! Tammys son did my pedicure and he took his time and did a great job! It was all around a great experience! Im for sure going here again...and again...and again...💯💯! Prices are pretty much the same as elsewhere but the service and talent are WAY above anywhere else!

The first time I went was great. The second time not so much. I love the atmosphere but I am not satisfied for the cost. The first picture is kinda what I was going for. The second is what I received lol. I’m not too happy. But I may go back just because my first experience went so well.

I absolutely love this place! Cindy is great. She always produces the same result every time. I get the dip powder on my nails every 3 weeks and they have never chipped or cracked on me, which was never the case at other salons. Not to mention they are great with staying on time and wait time is minimal to no existent when I have an appointment.

I did some research on local nail salons and this salon did not disappoint. I had a great experience and definitely recommend

Love my nails. Gel polish with purple tips. I was charged a extra $8 because it was the tip only. Was not told that when I called and made my appointment.

Came in with an appointment for my daughter and myself. But for some reason they did not have my daughters info. The shop was not kid friendly at the time of our appointment (as far as getting pedicures for kids the seats are too big for kids). But that wasnt the issue.The main issue was I came in for a fill in with a particular tech because I was referred to her (between my appts with my regular nail tech) but was pushed off to another nail tech, although I was sitting with the tech that I booked my appointment with And she had already begun to file my nails. I really feel like she didnt feel like doing nails that day. After hearing her speak aggressively in another language (I felt like I was being gossiped upon) I was moved over to the other tech after convincing me to get dipped nails... Full set. The Dip was TERRIBLE, lasted about a week (full set mind you) and they cracked very badly.I was surprised at the service due to the reviews Ive read but I was very much so disappointed. I wont go to this shop again. Thats what I get for trying somewhere new. Ill stick with my regular nail tech.

First time visiting Cirage Nails & Spa and it was great. My nails were manicured and trimmed down neatly to get rid of the damage from acrylic & gel. Tammy provides the best SNS Dip service in this area.

Didn’t feel welcome and had to wait even though I had an appointment and the younger girl seems kind of rude, no talk and her mother didn’t speak either. Really weird and unwelcoming. The nails were to bulky too, not coffin shaped. Don’t recommend this place
