Had a tire sensor come on while driving to my wifes work, I checked all my tire pressure, had one losing pressure quickly. Went to Adams and was repaired and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. Guy that pulled the nail and fixed it was absolutely a nice friendly guy, efficient and fast at his job. I recommend them

I was driving back to Tennessee pulling a trailer and had a tire leak. Adams Tire quickly repaired it with a patch and I drove 260 miles worry free. Price was reasonable also.

Took my wifes Jeep here for a rotation and balance, got about halfway home and got a bad shake in the front end. Stopped to see what was wrong and found the wheels about to fall off. Literally every lug nut front and rear was loose. Called to complain and the woman that answered was very rude and told me that it was not their problem. My kid was in the car she could have been killed due to their negligence. If you value your familys safety do not go here!!!!

We’ve bought several new and used tires from Adam’s and never had a bad idea experience. You have the option to buy new tires and YOU pick out the used tires that go on your vehicle. They have a huge selection of new tires at great prices. We always buy the tires and my husband puts them on at his shop.

Fantastic team of folks here. One of our tires lost a chunk on I-75 on our way home to Florida. After being able to safely get off the highway and into Adams, they had us in and out in under 30 minutes at a great price. They also identified that the tire failed due to defect and how we can recoup the financial loss. Definitely recommend.

First impression is everything. I am new to the area and was referred to this place because I had a flat. If you want to spend your money to be disrespected, treated rudely and spoken to condescendingly then go to Adams Tires. They made a grievous error concerning my tire and did not even apologize. The unhappy lady who claims to be the owner should not be in here position. She is bitter and full of anger. I will never patronize this company again or will I ever recommend it. My wife took my truck to get the tires rotated and balanced I marked the tires so that I could tell if they had been done and when she got home I checked and could tell that the tires had not been balanced and my wife said that she would never go there again I use Whitfield tire now

Have bought bad tires from here several times. The most recent I bought 4 tires, one was flat before I made it home which to their credit they replaced the next day, but less than 2 weeks later I developed a bubble on another of them.

I have used this business several times this year to replace tires after my misfortune of picking up random nails and screws on the road. They also helped me diagnose a wheel leak and made suggestions on getting the wheel replaced since it was a factory item on a 10 year old limited edition series vehicle.I understand that there are a couple partners that own the shop. I mostly dealt with a wonderful blonde lady whose daughter also works there. I was extremely impressed seeing women not only perform what is general consider a mans job but also loved seeing them excel at it. The woman also makes it a point to thank every customer with a veterans license plate for their service.There were some problems getting my tire on my new wheel but after an unprofessional encounter with the man that is a partner at the business, the woman was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and not only solved the problem but ensured that I left with a good experience. I will gladly do business with her again and her daughter. Both are very knowledgeable women that have earned my business and respect. Go see them for fair prices and great service!

Blew a tire on our camper on the interstate. They were the closest tire shop. They got us 4 new tires in under an hour and we were back on our way. Very friendly, would definitely recommend.

If you use this place, you might as well expect to pay more than what they quote. I had a quote of 150 for ball joints, even verified that is what it would be before I brought my vehicle, and then when it came time to pay, I paid the 150 plus tax. As I was leaving someone runs up to me and tells me they want to see me. They want more money or they are taking them back off!! I ended up calling the police. My truck was there from 8 until 3. They finally finished it at 2:30 and then expected me to wait there while they took the parts back off the truck. I also bought my own parts so all I was paying for was labor. And this is how they wanted to do business. They also did an alignment without discussing it or the cost with me. This place will not treat you right. They will screw you. Take your vehicle to Elite where they will treat you right.

My personal experience with Adams Tires has always been a very good one. I was there yesterday buying new tires for my Juke. Found a set of Generals at an excellent price and I did expect a wait, I just popped in. I appreciate these folks greatly, I was waited on immediately to select tires and found a comfortable place in the sunshine to patiently wait. Cathy took it from there, the lady who also works the desk. Within minutes she had my auto jacked up, tires off and ready for new treads. While she waited on my new tires she was consistently working on others vehicles. Amazing service, excellent price, outstanding customer service start to finish. This is exactly the reason I have purchased several sets of tires from the good folks here. Definitely 5 stars and I’ll definitely go there again

Number didnt work

I have been going there for years when I needed tires. The service and staff was beyond friendly and phenomenal. Last two times I went, I encountered myself with the blonde lady in charge of the business, and I was insulted and treated the way she treats her employees, with rudeness and disrespect. I asked them how much they would charge me to change a pair of tires bringing my own tires. I spoke with the guy that is one of the owners (really nice and friendly), and he told me $35 for both tires with alignment. I agreed. They switched the tires, and when I was going to pay, the lady comes out and charged me $75! I told her the owner gave me a deal and she ignored me and told me in a very rude way if I didn’t pay, she was going to take those tires off. I paid the $35 to the guy that originally gave me the price and left. I have learned that not anyone is capable and educated to run a business. They have lost a good customer unfortunately.

The folks there are great they treat you like family. If you go there tell them short fuse sent you. Love you guys

It wasnt a good one... My And I went to Adams Tires, to have a couple things done to our car. As my wife was talking to one of the workers another man walked up to him and, the guy we was going to work on our vehicle proceeds to hand the guy Drugs, my wife said wow, the worker looked at her and said what? Im going to get my $50. at the point we left and went to CITY TIRED the best service we every had.. WE LOVE CITY TIRES... I wouldnt have even gave a 1 start but I had to to post this. I GIVE A ZERO

My Father-in-law paid for my husband to go get a tire put onto our car. The tire we were told was bought was a used tire in good condition with good tread. We called to verify this information and was told that the tire they had set aside for us was indeed in good condition and had good tread. When he arrived the tire they showed him was in very poor condition with tread that was nearly bald and a gash inside the crevice of the tire. My husband immediately called my father-in-law to let him know about the type of tire they were trying to give us. While on the phone a lady walked out and told my husband he could just take his money elsewhere and when he asked if thats how you treat a customer she responded that he didnt pay her bills. Upon coming home he realized that she didnt even give him the full amount back that was paid for the tires and he was $10 short (which fighting over 10$ is futile but besides the point) . Please do not go here. Extremely unprofessional

On a 6 hr road trip when we popped a tire. Headed here to get it fixed. Figured out we had lost our Jetta tire key to remove our tire and they called all over the city to try to locate one. Almost everything was closed due to it being 4 pm on Thanksgiving weekend. Fortunately, they were able to get the tire off and send us on our way. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE GOT A NEW TIRE! Cant recommend the customer service more!

I want to rave about Adam’s Tires. For the second time, I was desperate and in need of a specific tire and for sure Adam’s Tire came through. The service was equally amazing. Last Saturday I searched all over town for a tire, not for a set of tires just one specific. This happen to me before and Adams was the place that rescued me then and came through once more. ***WARNING*** DO NOT GO HERE!! Took my wifes van for an alignment and after it was done, she was told it needed shims. Not knowing what that is, I dug a little and found that vehicle doesnt have shims. Took it to another shop in town and they said not only does it not have shims, its not even in alignment! Called back and the girl that answered the phone was very nice, but the owner was not. He got on the phone cursed me, told me to never call back, and hung up on me. He did say somewhere in there that he would give me $25 back so when I went there to get it, he wanted the van back so he could dis-align it back to where it was and then give me $25. This is after another shop aligned it correctly FREE OF CHARGE after this mess... DONt WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!***Only reason I gave a 1 star is because zero stars wasnt an option***

If youre looking for a good set of used tires check them out! Been here a few times and always deal with the owner who seems very honest and trustworthy, they sell new tires as well. While there recently they just stayed super busy and everyone is in and out and a very reasonable amount of time, they were even working on Georgia State Patrol cars which actually makes me feel better about trusting them to work on my vehicle.

Good folks with new and used tires and the wait time is usually not bad at all depending on how many people are there ahead of you. If you just need used tires to get you by, they have a good variety. Also have good prices on new tires with a wide selection of tire brands.

Quick service, and perfect balancing. Cars, trucks, heavy and light. Whatever I need, they can do it. A great team! They come out in droves and surround your vehicle with expert attention. Four wheel alignment was done efficiently and to my satisfaction. I dont always need tires, but when I do, I stop what Im doing and go to ADAMS.

COMPLETE RIPOFFS TOOK advantages of me not knowing much about tires!, Adam sold me 4 Used tires for $50 dollars a piece came out to $200 total! When I got home my dad along with other mechanics all laughed at me saying the tires had low tread life 20% claimed they wouldn’t last me all of summer, I called Adam trying to fix things but he was trying to charge me $300 more for small tires for a Toyota Corolla, i tried to reason with him but he didn’t want to help very money hungry. Sucks he took advantage of me, wouldn’t recommend to anyone :( sucks good people get taken to the cleaners by people like Adams tire

I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go to this place. We went there for the first time because it was close to our house to get a new tire put on my husbands car. They talked us into buying 4 used tires for $175 which seemed like a good price. One of the tires they put on was extremely bald, the woman that works there is a complete joke, and I see on here I am not the only upset customer with her service. My husband pulls out of the lot goes maybe 5 miles down the road and his entire car was shaking so bad he couldn’t get over 50 mph. When we called they refused to refund or even exchange the tires and blamed it on my husbands rims. BTW the car drove fine before that and they never once informed us of the rims when they were doing the tires. We drove back there to show them how they messed my husbands car up and they called the cops and pretty much didn’t want to hear it and wanted us off their property. We waited on the officer and they were very nice and understanding and told us we would have to take them to civil court. I wouldn’t recommend a single person doing business here unless you want scammed.

I had went to Adams tires and paid for a $30 bald tire. When I took it back and told them about it I was told that she did not sale me a bald tire. That I would have to come back at 4 pm. When I asked her why? She told me that she was not the owner. And when I asked if the owner was there she said that he was not. Which from wat I hear when someone ask for him she is always rude and tells them hes never there. So I asked her I said hes never here as he? She looks at me and tells me because of my smart mouth that she was not going to help me. I dont see how they can keep service with someone so rude and has such a bad attitude. I will not be going back to Adams Tires no more.
