I paid for the deluxe pedi and the girl that did it rushed through the whole thing. Polish was messy and I kept flinching because she was so rough. The man that did my friends pedi took his time and my friend really enjoyed it.

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. Just because I didnt want to put tips on my nails that were grown out enough the male owner got very agitated and pushed me off onto another tech after continuously rolling his eyes at me. Then when I told the other person about the poor customer service he started screaming at me from the back of the room telling me not to come back and he didnt need my money. All of this in front of another customer. The other tech, who I found out was his wife, did a great job but the whole time was making excuses for him. The minute I turned my phone recorder on him she said something to him so he lowered his voice and was no longer rude. Then she said he just talks loud. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to like that. I would not recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE Miss Karen at fantasy nail! She listens to what I would like and can do pretty much any design Ive asked her to do! Shes so sweet and patient (Im tender) too! Sometimes they get a little busy but its always worth the wait to hang out or come back. Well priced, great service, I cant ask for more. Plus they have a huge selections of colors and products available which is nice in a small place like Huntsville.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was, the new management has poor customer service and lack communication skills. The nail tech’s are very incompetent and will literally step away from you to take a smoke break in the middle of your session. Moral of the story, save your money and time for QUALITY WORK and professionalism. No one deserves the treatment you will get here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

I loved this place BUT I recently got my nails done and I asked for something (I showed them a picture) and they didn’t come out like I wanted so I tried to go in the next day to fix them and they were trying to charge me again like no I spent $50 on these nails literally the day before and they said it was my fault because I picked the color. Yes I did pick the design but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and THEY picked the color and it didn’t match with the picture I showed them and now you’re telling me I can’t get them fix when I spend a good amount of money to pay for some nails I didn’t like. I loved it here and I always went back but I will no longer be coming here. I was a loyal customer and now they have lost a loyal costumer WHO ALWAYS CAME BACK. Never again tho.

Simply the best place in Huntsville to get a pedicure! They use the highest quality products and never reuse tools. Each person gets individual sanitized tools for their pedicure. I can not recommend this place enough!

This is by far the best place for both manicures and pedicures. Karen and Mike are INCREDIBLE EVERY SINGLE TIME! They take their time, are precise, professional, and so very kind. The customer service is impeccable and the salon is spotless, overall this is just a great place.

My daughter and I don’t go anywhere else. We both use the dipping powder which lasts longer than acrylic, gel, or shellac. Karen and her husband are always very patient and meticulous when applying and shaping them so you are happy when they’re done. They also pay attention to their customers and remember the little details you share.

Karen is the best! So sweet and always does a great job! They always make time to fit me in even if they are busy! Highly recommend!

Coming from someone who has their own Operators License in Cosmetology, Ryan does the absolute best pedicures! I go somewhere else and my polish is chipped within a week. I came in for a pedicure before i went on a trip to missouri, not only did my polish last for the trip, it lasted for about 2-3 weeks! he always does a great job. and i usually come here to get my nails filled as well and they are very precise and take their time to make sure your nails look wonderful. highly recommended. best in huntsville (:

This place is a hidden spa on this strip. Karen gave me a lovely organic pedicure and it was the best pedi ever. I even had some moscato. (Perfect!) Definitely coming here again. Hope to get my nails done.

I come here pretty often I always get my feet done and they do an excellent job. The only thing I will complain about is that there is always a wait unless you come early. There is never enough people working but they offer the best pedicure and no matter how many people they take their time and do it right. I don’t really know names but the man who works there is nice and handles most of the problems. I’ve had my nails done here once it was a good job but I’m particular. I’m from Houston and I like my nails being done a certain way but if you like shellac and simple stuff then this place is great you. But them pedicures are the bomb and they are the cheapest in Huntsville.

The first time I came here I was very impressed! My nails were not crooked, flimsy, etc. I had great service that day. BUT when I went back for the second time, the man I had was terrible. As soon as I sat down he started fitting my nails, slapped them all on there within 10 minuets. They were crooked, uneven, clumpy, just awful. after the dip dried he had to blend it out for 20mins. The finished look was okay, but still unsatisfying. The next morning one of my nails came off. I go back to get it fixed, the second he got to the table he just slaps a new one on and it’s CROOKED. 2 hours later the nail falls off again. If I decide to go back I will not be using that guy ever again. I just wasted $35 to have 9 nails.

If I could give them no stars, I would!! Literally has only one person that actually knows how to do a nice set. Staff is very rude! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Each of my nails were a different shape, some nails were crooked and the lady had an attitude because I noticed it and ask her to fix them. By far THE WORST nailshop I have ever been to.

Since my freshman year, i have been going there. they have great service and the people are so nice. i love everything about them starting with their prices all the way to how my nails are done. im a junior now and so that should tell you how good they are.

I called and asked for the price of a set of acrylics. The lady who answered the phone told me $25. I thought that was too good to be true so I asked her to confirm and she again said $25. Well I show up and the lady tells me she meant $35. I was a little annoyed but I normally pay $40 back home so it wasnt bad. Then she tells me she needs to cut off my old acrylics before putting on new ones. Every shop Ive been has filed the old ones down and put new ones on top but I figured if that was how they ran Id go with it. She was SO ROUGH WITH IT. That was the most painful expierence Ive had at a nail shop. She used toe nail clippers to break the nail and then stuck a thin plastic nail under it to pop it off. She was so quick and hurried with it that she kept slipping and shoving the plastic piece under my nail bed. I literally started crying and kept pulling my arm away and every time I pulled away she grabbed it back immediately and kept working. I was stunned at how rude and rough she was being. Then when shes done she tells me she was charging me an extra $5 for removing my old nails which I did not ask her to do. She begins cutting and shaping my nails and they came out very uneven. The nails were all different lengths and some were cut to where they were very crooked. She then told me it was $5 extra because I wanted length and $5 extra because I wanted her to file them into shape instead of leaving them looking like a blob of acrylic. I ended up paying twice what they told me when I called not to mention the did such a rushed job that one popped off the next day and my fingers were sore for a week. I still paid to avoid them calling the cops but thats the first time Ive ever not tipped my nail artist and I will deffinately never be back. I dont recomend anyone does.

Came here twice and walked out both times terrible service.

Man working there was not answering my questions, was snappy at me and made me feel like Im an idiot. He didnt understand my requests either. It was close that he didnt make me cry. American lady working there was very nice and Id go back just for her, but that man was horrible and didnt do very good work.

When I first began using them everything was great, my nails always looked good, prices and service was awesome. Here the last 3-4 months the service has been awful, prices constantly fluctuate, and my acrylic nails and pedicure look terrible. When dong the pedicure it is painful with the gloves they use during the salt scrub. The skin on my heels is not ever smooth when I leave anymore. I can barely understand when they speak at times and they argue with me over what I want done. I have never been told that you cant refill the white on acrylic nails that you have to get a new set until here recently. the nails have been lifting within a week of getting them done. I am usually a big tipper and the last few times ive not left anything because it was horrible. for sure looking for a new place to go!

This is my favorite nail salon in Huntsville Ryan and Karen (owners) do a wonderful jo . Quality has improved a lot since they fired the other workers whobwere not up to their standard. I drive up from Conroe, TX every two or three week to get my nails done and a pedicure. They have on of the biggest selections of Dip Powers Ive seen. They have name brand dip powers, SNS, OPI and other .

Ryan was very nice and funny 😄 I enjoyed my time.

I loved everything about it. The shop was nice and neat. The owners were so nice and had great customer service. I am definitely coming back soon.

TURN AROUND!! Horrible service. I was in a rush and couldn’t make it to my normal brow lady so I made the mistake of stopping here. I have a photo shoot tomorrow and needed a “clean up”. That’s far from what I got. Want to know what I got instead? HIGHLY aggravated, swollen, BLISTERED and UN-EVEN (in arch, shape and thickness 🙄) eyebrows. This lady was in such a rush she didn’t even take the time to blow the wax prior to PRESSING it into my skin. Not to mention she didn’t even pick up a pair of tweezers once! Then attempted to “fix” them to only make it 10x worse!! I was almost in tears bc they are THAT bad. If I could go back I would’ve never stopped here. It’s going to take months before my eyebrows are “normal” again. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the guy at the front was rude AF from the moment I walked through the door (should’ve been my sign to turn around). Do yourself a favor and go down the road.. you’ll thank me later!

I wish I can give these people (NO STARS). Their customers service is horrible. The new people that took this company over attitudes are ridiculous. I went for a full set I always get an the man that works there cursed at me an I think it was very unprofessional being that I told him that my nails weren’t straight, short, and lumpy. I was so disappointed being that it was my birthday.

This place was alright. I walked in and asked how long it would be till I could get a pedicure the guy tells me 15 minuets, I waited over an hour till they finally got to me. The pedicure over all was nice but the massage felt like he was trying to squeeze my feet to death and there was still dead skin on my feet which I had asked him to remove. Prices were average.

They want open

Took 2 hours for a simple pedicure. Never offered a drink. They messed up and redid my big toes like 3 times. I askes for something and was simply told no, without even trying. When they were done with me they sat me under the fan to dry my toes and left me, never to attend to me again, i finally got fed up and got up after 30 mins, oh then they wanted to act like i mattered again when it came to getting paid. No tip, never to return!

Wonderful place to get away for some personal pampering professional friendly environment and always willing to please and do a great job you will look and feel like new money when you come out

WORST NAIL SHOP EVER.If you want horrible service, minimal colors and torn skin, come here. I went during the $10 shellac special. I should have saved my money and had my 6 year old brother paint my nails becasue thats exactly what it looked like. The nail tech got polish all over my skin and didnt bother cleaning it off afterward.After 2 in a half hours of my horrid experience the nail tech tried to charge me $20, I had to politely correct her and remind her I was there for the $10 shellac.

They do ok work but i will not be going back. you cant keep customers with the prices changing every time you go. I got charged 20.00 more dollars because I wanted a lil length and I wanted a coffin shape. that was not the price I paid a month ago. you better recognize there are enough shops who have already learned this lesson, stop changing different customers different prices. I gave yall another shot but Im done so done, you best believe I will not be coming back.

I asked to speak with the manager to remove my nails but as he walked into the store, surprisingly he went straight to the back, shrugged his shoulders while brushing me off and yelled out “I WILL not help you!” I am not pleased with management nor the nail technicians they all lack competence. Many customers were offended during these reckless acts taken during my session and promptly left and expressed to me as they were leaving they’d never return based off the treatment they seen was given to me during my visit. Another woman who also witnessed this encounter actually took it amongst herself to pay for my nail removal and also explained she wouldn’t be returning. Moral of the story, save your money and time for actual QUALITY WORK and professionalism. No one deserves the treatment you will get here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

Whats the point of having a time to open if no one opens the store ?? Been waiting 20 minutes for the store to open at 9:30am but never opended.

I got a manicure from Sally, and it was the most painful one I have ever gotten. She was really rough and painful. Twice her drill, or whatever it is, drilled into my nail so far it hurt. She then used the nail scraping metal thing so hard it hurt. Even the foam block hurt. Then proceeded to put the shellac, which ended up being uneven and have a lot of streaks, and she painted outside of the lines. I would have corrected her but she had been working on me for over an hour and a half, just to remove a set of acrylics and put on shellac, and I was ready to leave and never return. Best thing about it is that it is next to Little Ceasars ❤🍕❤

I had a pedicare and the guy didnt take all the polish off he didnt massage my feet like tango nails, he was rude said it wasnt his fault. I will never go back there again.

Didnt get what I asked for. I showed the man a picture of what I wanted, but he was rushing me out of his chair because another customer was complaining she had to wait too long even though I had an appointment and she was a walk in. He told me to wash my hands and when I came back the other lady was in my chair holding my phone and my purse was on the front desk. The more I looked at my nails through the day I noticed more bubbles, uneveness and clear spots in my white tips. My husband stopped by ( I was tied up with a friend whos hubby was having surgery) to see if I could come back in a few days because I was unhappy with my nails. Immediately the guy says I should have come back instead of send my daddy to fix my problem. My husband told him we wanted a refund, since you want to be so rude. They flat out said no unless I came back and had them remove my nails first. Seriously I wouldnt walk back in there If they paid me to.

The people are so nice, they explained all their pricing (a little higher from what Im used to but its worth it) The service was overall great

I went this weekend to get a pedicure for the first time and my daughter to get her toenails filed and painted. First let me say when we arrived we were 15 minutes early for our appointment. When we get there, no one greeted us. They basically ignored us until I stopped someone to let them know we had an appointment and we were early. One of the boys working there said something about water and walked away. No one paid any attention to us for a few more minutes so we sat at the front. Then a lady comes from out of the back and said I needed to go back and then she sat down at a table up front to do a ladies nails. Never visiting this salon before, I was quite confused and had to just wander to the back of the shop. I saw a chair empty and sat in it and then they told me to move. The chair they sat me at had a little tub with a few bubbles from two small jets and the water was blueish and cold. They gave my daughter a little chair to sit on near the foot of the chair. I paid for the Deluxe Pedicure and basically he wrapped my calves with hot towels with something on them that was hot and felt like icy hot afterwards, slapped some yellowish salt scrub on my legs and moves it around, washed it off, put my feet in the parrifin wax bags, took that off, rubbed my legs and feet with some kind of oil, scrubbed feet with some kind of file and put lotion on them. Then he punched, literally punched the bottom of my feet a few times and dried them off. The guy was rough and sloppy and nothing any of them said resembled english at all so I had to just guess what he was doing or saying the whole time. Then he filed my nails and painted them. He applied a bottom clear coat, two coats of paint and another clear coat very quickly and it was obvious one coat hadnt dried before the next coat went on. He walked me to a small very cramped little two chairs inbetween a table and a wall and told me to sit there. At first I didnt realize I was supposed to put my feet UNDER the table. When another lady sat down with me, she told me thats what I needed to do, but honestly it felt like there was no fan action going on under the table. Once my daughter was seated beside me, we sat there for nearly twenty minutes before the guy walked by. I asked him how long do we need to stay here. He motioned us up and sprayed fast drying something out of a can on our feet and new flip flops. The stuff was sticky and he didnt really aim and got most of it on our feet instead of nails. We walked up front and had to find someone to pay. He basically grabbed the money and just walked away. No have a nice day or nothing. The place is called Fantasy Nails & SPA, nothing here felt like a Spa and far from any fantasy or dreamy nails. After inspecting both mine and my daughters nails outside, both our toenails were cute jaggedly and not filed evenly and when was filed in a straight line it was crooked, one side of nail long and one side almost past the quick. My paint was still tacky after an hour and ended up smudging completely off a few hours later from about 3 toenails. I had to completely remove the polish and refile and repaint them myself the very next day. I manicure my own hands and I could do a better job than this any day. Overall, completely disappointed in the entire experience. Will not be going back.Also, the picture posted on here for the salon shows the chairs I sat at. Right across from them is a door leading into a room for waxing and the entire time I was getting my pedicure a big hairy lady was getting waxed and whimpering and screaming the whole time. My daughter thought someone was being tortured, which also added to us both being frustrated and annoyed the entire time.
