For are concert as large as it was, it was absolutely ridiculous to open up 30 minutes before show time. Long lines. No time to visit vendors. Food lines very long. Clean bathrooms a plus. I wish the parking garages had names or colors or something to distinguish them. We initially went to the wrong garage returning to our vehicle. Im glad my husband had is walking cane.

People are always friendly here. Almost always get exactly what Im looking for. Yes, there is always that one time that my nails dont look great but it happens anywhere. They are always willing to fix a mistake. I even took my 3 year old with me to get her nails done and she loved it. They took care of her and made her feel very special. Been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

Very unsatisfied. Went to get my pedicure and acrylic nails done on June 18th 2021. I asked how much it would cost all together to get my pedicure and acrylic nails done and I was told $60. So I went and sat in the chair to get my acrylic nails done and I was told that this person wasn’t able to do the design I wanted on my nails. So I got my nails done like my feet. I get done I go to pay for everything and I am told that I am paying a different price. They total my price out to be $90. I said whoa wait I was told $60. They said no $90. So I paid and left. My BFF was with me and she asked me how much they charged me and I told her. She said that they over charged me. Also I haven’t had my nails for a whole month yet and two of them broke off at the tips. Worst mistake and no going back. I have been to better nail salons and my acrylic nails last longer. No rude comments please this was my experience.

Michael is excellent when it comes to nails. He is very kind as well. While he was refilling my nails, he was so gentle that - was started dozing off. No complaints here. I recommend this nail salon 💯

Took forever, nails not exactly what I wanted, but it works.

Came here for years but its been a long time when my son got my sister and I each $80 gift certificate. Went in, everyone was treated well, except me. My sister and nieces noticed before I did. Didnt matter that we all spent a lot of $ and there were 5 of us.Today, daughter-in-law goes back after nail broke 2nd day after getting them on. Shes waited over 2 hrs to fix 1 nail, still not done. Since I apparently remind them of a bad tipper or look weird to them, I havent got out of the car to avoid her having a bad experience. Nope, still bad. Never again!

My 15 year old granddaughter was in town and wanted to get our nails done. Something special. This not being something I usually do, I didnt really know where to take her. I remembered that there was a place next to Hobby Lobby and decided to take her to Number One Nails. She has her nails done on a regular basis. We got in pretty fast as there was not a wait when we arrived. I chose solar nails for $30. And she asked for dipped Nails which cost $40. She was disappointed with her nails because other places dip them several times to build up the stuff that they put on the nails but this guy only dipped her nails three times. You actually could still see her nails under this colored coating that he put on. I wasnt exactly pleased with my nails either because the nail shape is not quite what I wanted and the the nails themselves have rough edges on the ends on the tips which I told him to remove and he did not. My nail guy was scrolling and paying a lot of attention to his cell phone. His lack of attention to his job is why my nails didnt come out better and more in line with what I requested. Now, Im going to have to wear these nails for a couple of weeks until they grow off. I had to file them down to stop them from snagging everything I touched. Also the little OPI light that they put your hands in to dry the solar nails was so hot or the chemical reaction that it caused was really uncomfortable. My granddaughter pulled her had out. She said it had never hurt like that at other places. They got quite busy before we left so they do have loyal customers.

I went in like 3 days ago and got a new full set. Had one break on me last night went back in today and got it taken care of free of charge. I love this place. They are all so friendly..

My pictures are always mediocre, but the job Michael did on my nails was FANTASTIC! First, he cut down the dragon claws the lady at another place left me with (which were crooked) THEN he fixed one I smashed in a door and did NOT hurt me at all repairing it (which I had figured since it was still a bit tender it would hurt - but nope he was super delicate with it!) And lastly, as I mentioned, my pic doesnt do it justice at all but the design I wanted came out PERFECT!!! Ill be back FOR sure - best place Ive been to here in Huntsville since leaving the houston area!

Asked for powder and got shellac instead, I told the lady several times I did not want shellac that it comes off and she argued with me . I had to go somewhere else to get the nails removed and redone less than a week later, I do not recommend this place .

Due to covid-19, you would think that they would sanitize the seats and table.. but you’re completely wrong! They never got rid of the excess nails from the person before me off the table. They would answer the phone and never clean their hands or anything. I also asked if i could get my nails shorter and got told NO! I had to come home and file them down. They gave me the wrong color, and my nails were all different lengths and one is very crooked. I also asked for a coffin shaped nails and barely got that shape. They also don’t give their customers the correct answer or wouldn’t let a customer leave, leaving that customer very uncomfortable. My nails don’t feel supportive at all, i feel like if i even do my own laundry.. they would fall off! I’m ready for these things to come off already. Wasted my money, i’m very upset with the outcome. They also will move your drink if you leave it, you would think they would make you get it since the virus is out, but they don’t care what they touch.

Called ahead to see if they take walkins. They said Yes . I was in the parking lot!! Got there they start on a manicure they said was 15 or 25 if i want a design. Half way through they said oh i thought you just wanted your nails cleaned. Then the best they offer is 30 dollars for basic french tips telling me the 15 dollar offer expired!!!?!!! They charged me 30 for basic uneven french tips that had air bubbles hair and fbers in them!! To top it off the cut my pinkie open and had glue under all my nails and then when i said something the said it was ok. Then she proceeded to talk about me!! Never and i mean never go there its a full waste of time. They need to be shut down asap!!!!

The staff was nice. My fingernails look pretty good, had the shellac. My toenails dont look quite so nice, but the entire pedicure was wonderful, except for the final polish.

Great skill, Customer service & feels like family . Ive been going to Michael & Kim for 25 yrs. Cant go wrong.

Never let grandma Lee do your nails unless you have a ton of time to spend at the nail shop! She takes forever!!!! Went in for a quick manicure and pedicure.Love the massage chairs though and there is no wait time..

Nathan was great. I wanted to give him a tip but I only had big bills and I like to tip in cash only and give it directly to that person. When I walked in no one spoke so I got a bad vibe right away. The woman that did my nails tried to get me to get the higher priced pedicures instead of the basic one that I wanted and tried to make it seem like she couldnt understand me. Then when it was time to pay she threw my card at me. If I do go back I only want to deal with Nathan!

Very poor experience personally for me. I never get my nails done so when i do it’s a special occasion. Walked in got sat down was not greeted nicely, first red flag. When they started on my nails they were not cut or shaped (I really needed) just straight into paint. The whole time was rushed, when there was only 4 customers in the shop. With the final product I was not satisfied at all.

My experience with them is usually great. Ive been using them for over 15 years but the last time I went, they over charged me for 2 repairs, a manicure, and shellac polish. It was over $40. And today my daughter went and requested a deluxe pedicure but he did a spa pedicure which is $10 more. It is very unprofessional to cheat people and over charge them. Im disappointed in their shady business practices.

Went in for a pedicure and full acrylic set, I specifically told the guy I wanted regular powder. He instead puts the solar powder on my nails and doesnt tell me until AFTER that they no longer do regular and tried to charge me $105. Will not be returning.

The service was terrible my mom wasn’t even acknowledged for an hour plus they were extremely rude to all of us. My nails are uneven, crooked, and weren’t even covered all of the way. I told her to cut them shorter but she did as she pleased. I mentioned to 3 different techs that my nails were uneven and they said “when we get finished they will be fine” but they did nothing to fix it. They didn’t even put the glitter on one of my nails. We had a third person with us who’s nails were a little uneven and rough because they didn’t file them correctly. But the colors were pretty

I been sitting here for 15 minutes. People are coming in after me getting service before me. I have been here several time before. This is the first time I been treated so bad. I usually spend a lot of money but not today. I’m leaving I will never come back.

I have been getting my nails done here for 20 years, well no more I will find a new place to go. I went this past Tuesday and Mandy did my nails and they looked like they had grown out. Went back to get them fixed and she tried telling me my nails grow to fast! Very upset and disappointed!

None of my nail sizes matched they were also crooked.

Absolutely horrible. I walked in the door at 6. Wasnt greeted for 10 minutes and my entire experience was rushed. First Lindsay started on my nails, then Kim came over and continued doing my nails. All I wanted was red tips. My accent nail was supposed to be all red with a snowflake. skim came through and rushed the entire thing, trying to get me to do my entire nails red. When told no, she huffed and does through the paint process. There are so many chips and dings and random spots of red glitter where there isnt supposed to be. At the end, when I found these problems I told Lindsay about it, her response? So sorry we close. Come back tomorrow. They will NOT be getting service from me again!

I dont leave reviews but here we go. First thing first when I walked in no one greated and every worker looked right at me. I dont know why but for some reason this nail salon can not to just plain black nails. This is the second time my nails have messed up with the color black. Pictures posted with comment, I will return just dont get black colored nails; I cant get them fixed because the wait was so long. Also please start greating your customers I see that some get greeted but not all. Its weird when you go in a nail salon and no one says anything so you just awkwardly stand there lol

The nails were ok. My#1 pet peeve is about paying for something I want and the nail tech doing what ever she wants. I tell you exactly what I want. I show u a picture. U still do something different. And I still have to pay & tip. Also...I got lashes. They came right off this morning. 18 bucks. They lasted less than 24 hours. Most places charge 12 for strip lashes and they last two weeks. I spent 120 dollars at this shop yesterday. And Im extremely disappointed. Just tell me if you dont know how to do something.Also I asked for a double strip on my lashes. She tells me lashes thick enough you dont need double strip, .Lady do what I ask for and pay you to do. The lashes are from the dollar store anyway.I will not be going back. The guy Daniel who did my toes was awesome! I dont like how he expected a tip and lingered around me soon as I was done. But at least he deserved a tip

Completely useless to make an appointment, especially at 9:30 AM when they are supposed to open. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and they still have not showed up to open up the doors!!

I got there at 6:30pm wanting a pedicure & they were open (neon sign said it) and the door said they close at 7pm but I was told they were closed. I ended up going to the place inside the Mall and got one there. They close at 7pm also.
