Nail technician rushed in doing my nails.. Do not like the white the nail technician used and what ever powder she used she used to much of it. So now some nails are thick while others are thin.. and my nails are not the same length some are longer then the others while the others are short.. Definitely it worth the $45 I paid for it.. Definitely will not be back!!

Lady went way too fast and made them way to thick. It looks like it’s just sitting on top of my nails (my one pinky)And the paint job was awful. The gel has bubbles in them. They were are all different lengths. I basically had to go home and reshape them myself. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid $45 for this…

I will never go here again! I went two weeks ago to get my nails done, I showed them a picture of what I wanted. I asked for cheetah print accent nails and the girl gave me something that looked like clouds, the dip wasn’t even on my nails, it had bumps and ridges. To make it even worse, instead of soaking my already done dip powder off, she got a plastic tip (normally used to add length) and pried them off. It shredded my nail and now my nails are extremely damaged and thin. To add the cherry on top of this single star review, I now have Green Nail Syndrome!! I am not sure with what, how often, or even if they clean their tools, but I now have 4 green nails and they are extremely damaged. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I have been there a few times in the past but this last visit on Sunday 7/18/21 might actually be my last visit. The first day or two after my visit I lost at least three out of 24 diamonds on my nails that got replaced with just nail glue and no gel top coat for the diamonds. Now as of today which makes 5 days and almost all of my nails are lifting. The pedicure my heels still look the same dry cracked up feet.. i was told i could get a discount a few days before that and then that nail tech said she had to do my nails for me to get the discount. The funny part is she had no body in her chair but sent me to somebody else, knowing what she told me. This isn’t the first time i have horrible service there and when I try to go get it corrected they just want to pull out some nail glue to fix the problem. We pay too much for services to be done right to get something patched up with a drop of nail glue. I highly doubt I will go back for any type of discounts or anything

Me and a friend went on a Sunday for a pedicure and the prices in the folder was changed with a pen. So she Convincing me to do the $40 pedicure I got regular nail polish three days later the polish was off I went back to earth of like a re-polish my nails and the owner told me no it was poor service I did tip but I will not go back there again

The lady was really hurting me and when I said something to her about it she laughed at me then she did my nails and she didnt finish polishing them then she broke my real nail my nails came off within a week of being done be and my girl got our nails done I had a medi&pedi and my girl had a pedicure and the lady was just rude and she kept changing the price overall she came out of $139 for both of us and it came off within a week me and my girl will never go back again

This is the worst nails salon i have ever been to they maid my nails crooked and they messed up my shape and they got the wrong color they made them shorter they the was suppose to be they didnt fill the whole nail 8n with the acrylic at all they are the worst nail salon i have ever been to she wanted me to pay more cause of the mistake she made on my nails the worst place ever

The arylic application is really great, there was a miscommunication about the shape but he fixed it as soon as I said something. He did not let my topcoat cure all the ways so when I left fuzz from my pants got in the nail. I went back and he fixed. The party that really irked me is I feel like he took advantage of my age because he did not give me a receipt and did not back what kind of top coat I wanted. (Everyone else got receipts explaining there charges. When I asked him how it got up to the price he gave me he said its because I got gel powder and I know for a fact that gel is not a powder.

Very disappointed. Went for my birthday. My nails were supposed to be a pretty ombre. I needed them short because I work outside. My nails were rushed. They look terrible today. Their too long and thick. Smudged. Theres glitter specs in some of the nails and there shouldnt be. No Natural look at all. My toe was cut somehow getting the pedicure. I am going back today to see if at least my nails can be fixed.

I will never be going here again..nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I got the SNS dip powder service...she didnt push my cuticles back, the polish doesnt cover my whole nail. I asked for the Square shape and didnt even get a file down. Dont get me started on the powder.. I can literally see the grainy-ness on all of my nails. Their service is horrible. When I confronted the lady she said..oh I know...like...are you going to fix it. At that point i was too annoyed.

Took my 6 year old with me for my most recent visit, for a mommy/daughter date. We had both manis & pedis. It was wonderful, she had a great time. Plus they gave me an amazing rate for hers. $45 total for her! I was very pleased. Not to mention they do excellent work. I always go here, bc my nails last so long. Pushy Pushy! They wanted me to add this service and add that service! No! I just came for a pedicure, not a deluxe spa service for $80! They had a hard time accepting NO! Then, soon as I swipe my card there, fraudulent charges showed up on my account🤔 Coincidence?🤦‍♀️ My bank will take care of the charges but NEVER AGAIN will I go there!

My nails look decent but I feel the experience was a little rushed for the money that was spent.

Went there to get my nails done. Told them what I wanted and was told what would look better. Eric, my nail tech, was very arrogant! My nails look very sloppy. Called and told Eric and he told me to come back. I did the next day. Needless to say I explained to him what was wrong with my nails and he told me it was my nail beds. I told him that I have been getting my nails done for years and never had this type of sloppiness. So I wouldn’t go HAM on him, I told him just to cut them done. He is very rude and I will not go there again. If I were you I wouldn’t go either. Just because they are in the mall doesn’t make them a good business. BTW, they scored a “90”. Worst mistake ever! Stick with whomever does your nails!!!!

I won’t go back. I requested a manicure and polish change for my toes. The salon suggested gel polish, per usual. I declined. This salon CONTINUED to force gel nails upon me! I repeatedly said NO! I explained I understood the ‘benefits’ (last longer than non gel polish) of gel nails and they still insisted. Even as I was in the technician’s chair with my hands in the manicuring bowl AND had selected my colors, the technician asked again, you want gel? I said (for the last time), NO! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the polish looks nice. It wasn’t worth the consistent hounding and attempting to ‘trick’ me into gel polish for the up-sale. No means NO, Nails for You! Your service and lack of attention is not for me!

I paid 40$ for a half painted crooked set of nails!!! He rushed through the entire process and pretty much insisted I was getting painted gel nails even though I wanted acrylic with french tips... He didnt file or shape the nails so not only are they sharp underneath and on the sides they are also pointed on one end and jagged along the edge... They also flatten out at the ends... I will never ever waste my money at this place again!!!!

I will never go back here. I called before I went to see how long the wait and the guy told me I wouldnt have to wait. I get there and I had to wait 20 min and by the time I was finished they was just starting on my daughter. I only went bc I was pressed for time. When I looked at my nails in the sun light, it had so many errors. I could see circles in my nail, I see where he tried to fix my nail polish and it looked worse, my nails are bumpy, etc. I also only had these nails for a week and the acrylic has chipped off completely and so did the gel nail polish. I recommend if you go do NOT go to the guy. He was also rude when he asked me if I have money. I should have asked if he knew what he was doing. But I will never go back there again. Money and time wasted!😡😡

I used to go to this nail salon frequently. When I went today the lady was over pushing gel nails, & when I told her that I was okay, just wanted the regular she then had an attitude the rest of the time, rushed completely through my nails & they look TERRIBLE. & now from reading reviews seems like this isn’t the first time this has happened!!! Also a total rip off $33 for poor quality service & nails. guess I’ll be finding a new place to go.

This is the worst experience at a nail shop I have ever had in my life. I was first told it would be a 40 minute wait, after 2 and a half hours the lady was rushing me very rough an kept assuming she knew what I wanted against my wishes. My nails are longer on one hand they have dips in them where she didnt properly file the acrilic. The nail itself hangs over my fingers and just looks like trash. I could have done better with press on nails from Walmart....

My grandmother and I always come here when I visit. Very nice and professional. Always do a great job and reasonably priced for pedicures. Highly recommend!

The lady who done my nails was very rude, told me since I didn’t want gel I could only pick a color by the sink when I got done washing my hands! My nails are crooked and uneven & the lady got mad and huffed when I asked her to fix them. If they didn’t rush so bad I feel as I would of had a better experience. As of now, I’ll never go back there!

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would. We Came In And Asked For 4 Pedicures. We Were Rushed Ro Pick Our Nail Color And When We Got To The Bowls ALL Of Our Water Was Freezing Cold. There Was Debris In Each Of Our Water And While Waiting For Someone To Service Us I Noticed A Roach Near My Bowl, The Lady Said It Was Just Something That Flies From Outside And That It Was Okay. When We Asked For New And Hot Water, They Mixed Warm Water With Our Old/Dirty Cold Water. They Also Didn’t Sanitize The Bowls When We Were Done, They Rinsed The Out With Water And Sprayed A Household Cleaning Solution Inside, They Didn’t Even Scrub The Solution In. I Am Extremely Disappointed In My Experience, I Will NOT Be Returning.

This is the worst nail place Ive ever been. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The man doing may nails kept talking and I was even bleeding at one point. He was very rude and even yelled at me. My nails didnt even last a month. They started falling off left and right. So not worth $40. I will be taking my business else where for now on.

My technician had a hard time understanding anything I was asking. He cut my nails way to short the next day they were all lifting up and looked horrible I wish I could post a picture of what they looked like. I came in with a picture of a color I wanted they threw this little thing of plastic nails on the table and said find color find color and then she went over and set in the spa chair herself and was looking on her phone. The technician rushed through my nails was constantly on his phone while trying to do my nails and then when I went to pay he left my debt card in the machine and left and went out into the mall to meet someone with some clothes. Horrible experience horrible nails waste of $40

All the techs I have do a great job. However not so great when it comes to prices. Prices seems to change from customer to customer. Prices need to be visible for all to see not made up whereas on pays $40 for gel nails and another$60 cause you know they can afford it

Over priced & not all customers pay the same fee for service,the only reason I go there because they have a large selection of gel polish...but today was my final visit there....got a gel fill in 2 broken nails & my toes polished with gel polish ...my total was $60The sign clearly said gel fill in $30 but the tech repeatedly told me $35 not to mention she over coated my nails with 3 coats of polish instead of 2 & I got home only to find out my polish on feet & hands peeling rite off!! Never again

Im not sure why everyone is giving such bad reviews, I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and theyve always been amazing. They happily accommodate my massive100lb service Collie and the nails are always great quality. I have a disability which inhibits my ability to remember a lot of things so I sometimes forget my wallet, phone or ring when I leave and they always chase me down to return it. My nails take vigorous daily abuse between cleaning the house, keeping my car waxed, dog grooming etc and have never once lifted before they should have (a month or so). In fact most of the time the nails have to be shattered with clippers to be replaced. The language barrier is a bit of a challenge but I can understand most of them well enough to work with them. I would recommend this place to anyone.

On today which is 1/ 30/18 I went here to get one nail repair they charge me 9 dollars and on top of that they didnt have my nail polish color she going to tell me she will do one nail repair and polish change for 19 dollars hell it only cost 15 dollars for a fill-in so yes Im very upset and Ill never go back there again I dont have no polish color on one of my nails but Ill go to my favorite spot anyway for my girl Lynn to do a wonderful job thats at nail tech this place here in parkway place mall in Huntsville AL is going to be out of business soon for one they are very rude and they prices are very high as well so to whoever read this please dont go there I wish I could give them a 0 🌟

I had an awesome technician, very nice pedicure. OK the manicure was just average, but I would definitely say pedicure was awesome. My daughter had a different technician and her pedicure was not as good. Also her girl didnt ask for payment before polish then acted like it was a problem to wait until her nails dried. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and the quality was Terrible! They are way to overpriced for the type of service you receive. My friend was offended because the nail tech kept making comments on how “tough” her skin was. Within 3 days my nails have lifted and I’ll need a new set before 2 weeks is up. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. 🙄

They kept trying to push me to get gel nails that cost $40 that I didnt want but I stuck to only wanting basic acrylic with a glitter polish only $25. I ended up in a back and forth debate with my nail tech on my reasons behind my preferred choice with her judgementally knocking down all my reasons being that Ive had both which looks the same and lasts the same time frame for me personally. She was a much older lady they put me with whom didnt seem to have much experience and they werent busy at all at the time so I can only assume the guy put me with her so the other techs can wait for more expensive customers. They kept speaking in another language and jumping up every time some one new came in and pointing at who would get who based on what they were there for. My tech didnt get acrylic on the sides of my nails or the polish on the sides nor did she file down the nails to look more natural with even sides I was highly disappointed but paid and left then went to my regular nail shop to get it fixed the next day.

We went there on a Friday night kinda late but that was no excuse for the way we was treated. I had a total of 4 girls that needed there nails done for my wedding. I showed them a picture and kept telling them what we wanted but they kept confusing us. Instead of blue on the flower girls toes the put pink. I wanted a design on my and was told it was to late. I told them up front I wanted my toes to match my dress. Then time for my nails to be done in said I wanted gyms and sparkles and mentioned it several times. They said ok slapped a clear coat on and told us to have a good day since it was closing time. Theres bubbled in the nails. The gel on the nail isnt evened out. Had to buy my own jewels at to decorate my nails. Paid 110 for a garbage job. If it wasnt for the wedding and the honeymoon and the time crunch they would have fix it. I will NEVER go back to them. One guy even mumbled under his breath and how many people needed there nails done to kiss his ass. Poor service. Learn to listen and dont make multiple suggestions then get made when customers dont understand.

Every time I go in there I always have an amazing experience, the staff is very friendly, the manager especially he always does myNails and I’m never disappointed. I’ve gotten to the point where I trust him. Keep up the good work. It’s rare to find a nail shop where everyone is nice and you actually talk to your nail tech and have fun in a good atmosphere as you’re getting your nails done...it’s nice!!!Now, whatever he does...and this week I asked for yellow and purple nails in the name of the Lakers NBA Game held in Memphis Tn this past weekend. Honestly, it wasnt the worst experience but Im definite not pleased, seeing as the man who did my nails was very rough with my hands and my hands are small and sensitive. Also, he was SO rough with the drimmel that he cut my pointer finger open, sliced my ring finger somewhere, and hurt my other fingers. I belief this was due to the fact that he was in a rush, as it was near closing time. That gives him no excuse however. It was very painful. My nails couldve turned out better as well.

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done for our baby shower. The man was rude and VERY rough. She had cuts all around her cuticles by the time he was finished. He even told her at one point to stop talking to me and pay attention to him.

The lady that did my nails with the dark ponytail was rude and had bad customer service. She had attitude with me the whole time and the service was ridiculous because she was rushing the whole time. I will not be going there again.

I will never go to this place again. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure. The lady would only do one coat of the shellac which is a yellow color and it looks thin and washed out. They swiped my card twice and now I’m waiting for a refund which I’ve yet to receive. Parkway place should remove them from the facility with these reviews. Learn how to treat paying customers.

When I walked into this place with my daughter the workers all gave us a look like we weren’t supposed to be there. On top of that, the place was over priced for the service they gave. My daughter’s freshly put-on nail was broken while the worker removed nail polish off of it. Ouch!! Then, her fingers were cut with the filing tool. Never going back to this place... sighs...

Had to go here to get my ring cleaned and inspected at Kay jewellers and decided to get a pedicure and a gel polish change because my sister whos a nail technician was on vacation and I was desperate. The first thing I have to say is that they are extremely unorganized it was very chaotic in the salon. The lady that did my pedicure did ok but acted like shed rather not be doing my nails and she missed some areas with the polish and rushed through the massage. The lady that did my gel polish rushed through it and my polish is very uneven and bumpy. And she was basically rushing me out of the chair. So I basically got a half assed job done in an overcrowded, unorganized hole in the wall nail salon for $70. Will NOT be going back

I happen to be at the mall and decided i would kill 2 birds with 1 stone and get my nails done here, I wish I had looked at these reviews before. I have my regular nail shop and I will never make the mistake of going back to this place and believe me i feel sorry for anybody giving this place a good review yall are missing out if U think this service or quality is worth even a quarter of a star. This place should be closed down and illegal to even operate in the USA! The people are rude the prices are high the chunky lady that done my nails talked about how weak they were and I work in construction and i get a manicure and pedicure with shellac polish, none of my nails were broke but she insisted putting acrylic over my real nails and i told her it must be really thin because my hands and nails are small, she done them thick uneven and just plain ugly, jerked around on my hands and never talked about anything accept trying to raise the prices higher. I instantly regretted it but since I was already there and it was late I couldnt take off the next day I went on to get a pedicure thinking because it was another lady she may do a better job It was worst I had to fold my arms to keep from rubbing the ladies next to me, the workers couldnt even move they were so close together and she pulled out these tools that looked like baby nail utencils you would get from the dollar store for a child the lady couldnt even hold them they were so small she cut my nails crooked half ass filed them and I snapped i got up said thats enough dont go any further she said wait maam wait I said let my feet go and She knew by the look she had better and I paid for my nails and said this shop is a piece of scrap along with the workers and tools and dirty place. Everybody was on their phones like there was nothing else to do because the only people stupid enough to go in there are people that just happen to be at the mall, Im telling u dont ever ever go here its the worst shop ive ever been in and ive been getting my nails done for 20 years! I spend $85 on my nails 2xs a month proudly but this service isnt worth a dime no matter how u look at it EVERYTHINGS crappy! Horrible customer service. Ridiculous prices. Came in for basic pedi and left paying almost 50. Yes I got shellac polish in my nails but the rudeness of the techs and the rancid smell coming from the drains was horrible. I will not be coming back.

Inpaid for a lacquer pedicure, I was charged 32$ and then was given a gel polish color of what I picked. When I asked if it was a gel she started to talk in what ever language they spoke to one another and laughed. I then was like whatever and was moved over to dry my nails and I sat there under the fans for TWENTY MUNUTES! I asked if they were dry and the lady told me to leave. I put my LEATHER shoes and immediately felt the polish stick to the inside of my shoes. Now I have purple polish in my designer shoes, smudged toes and am short 30$.

It was not a bad experience. It was just an OK pedicure.
