I sent a washer to Colombia using this company on 6/21/16, it was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. Washer was never delivered and although I was charged for insurance, the company refused to file a claim or reimburse me for the cost of the washer and delivery fees. Filing a small claim against company on 8/25/16.
