Mac pd illegally towed my rv these guys helped them i got no tag the thing was kept under police hold so I could never get my belongings or pay to remove it they are criminals and dont work within the law they took everything I own

Im very happy with the customer service in office and the driver, very friendly, and they were able to save me money and tow two of my vehicles at once . I recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or multiple.

They only care about money. soulless people. it takes a certain type of individual to do that type of job and its not honorable, strong, caring, with purpose to serve.. they operate business and tow from where its not needed.

I have used MAC many times, but Ill be thinking twice next time I need a car transported. I absolutely needed my car moved, called, and scheduled. I call 2 hours later asking whats going on, turns out they never put me on the schedule. They say theyll get someone out to my car. The driver on the way to my car then calls to say he has to go get another car and asks if Ill be available all night. NO, I will not be. So 4 hours after I originally called, my tow is cancelled.Only reason Im not giving 1 star is because at least my other tows in the past were satisfactory, albeit expensive. I generally am happy to pay for good quality service, but not when I get screwed twice in one day. Ill consider using MAC again, but its going to be awhile and I have another lengthy tow coming up in a couple weeks that they wont be getting to do.

Great company to call for almost anything you need towed. Cars, trucks, containers and many other rigs. Call and ask. Worst thing they can say is no.

Mac towing is a rip-off. Had my truck towed and cost me $2398 for a 3 mile tow. While I was gone delivering essential to hospitals my truck got towed.

Had a great experience working with Mac Towing. They were communicative, friendly, reasonable, and very helpful. Its never an ideal experience having a vehicle towed, however Mac Towing made the process pleasant and stress free.

MAC towing has great customer service as well as decent rates. Always on time if you need a tow, lock out, or battery jump! Drivers are also very nice! A+++

Was very frustrated to come home to someone parked in my reserved spot. When I called Mac towing they were very kind with great customer service. The tow truck driver got there under 20 minutes and was very quick in towing the car itself, he was very nice as well. Very pleased with my experience with Mac towing.

Hassle free, and relatively inexpensive. Unless they tow you to the lot, then its not as affordable :(. In my experience its about 99+2 per mile, if youre moving a car. Around 350 if they take it to the lot.

The service was okay until we got to my house and they got a call to go to another location. it wasnt until after they left I found they had unhelpfully jacked up my car with the Jack has provided on even on the ground and that they could have further damage my car by doing it incorrectly because they were in a hurry. I gave them three stars because it was raining and it was dark as well as the service had arrived to me quickly. They were also open later at night so for what its worth it wasnt horrible.

My car was impounded under not so great circumstances but if I was gonna have my car impounded anywhere, it would be this place. Very professional and kind all the way around. I first called them to see if my car was at the lot and they confirmed it. Since my car was not drivable I asked them to drop the car in my driveway. It didnt have any rubber on the wheels so I was worried the driveway was gonna get destroyed w the time scraping it up. I was at work as well so I couldnt make sure. Well I got home and they put it on one side of the driveway. Not taking up both parking spaces and my driveway was spotless considering my car was busted up making it look like a eye sore haha I recommend these guys and kudos to the driver. U saved me from my sister complaining about Marks in her driveway haha

This is the worst company my family and I ever had to deal with and If I could give them a negative rating I would. First off I’d like to say thank you to Kevin, the guy who towed my car, he was the only one from this company to actually help me and give useful information when he came to get my car, But everyone else was and is a joke. Okay so If you want to be lied to ask for Ashley. She will give you false information. She told me they were open on weekends and I could come get my stuff out of my car but never told me there is a $95 charge because technically they aren’t open on weekends. She also will give false information to insurance companies if you’re dealing with them for an accident. There is also an employee there, a middle aged African American woman, who never once gave my parents nor I her name who has, hands down, the most horrible customer service. She made my family and I feel like an inconvenience to her because we were there to get my belongings out of my car. She also made us feel we had to rush to get my stuff, take pictures of my car and for me to say goodbye. We tried to talk to her but she completely ignored us, so our questions we had couldn’t get answered. My mom and I also specifically told this woman multiple times what insurance company my car could be released to, but they only take verbal concent not written which is not going good in their favor because they released my car to the wrong insurance company. Also all their tow yards look like an actually dump and it’s very unpleasant. But If you want to deal with horrible customer service and possibly loosing your car because they let the wrong people take it, this is the place to go! But I highly recommend to never call them and NEVER let them tow your car.

Always been good w/ me. Good and Honest. Theyve done work on our Mercedes RV and our old Ford Excursion and always been fair. My powerstroke had a bad oil leak. I filled it up and dropped it off, expecting the worst! I got a bill for $97. The parts were almost a dollar for an o-ring. I told them What a rip off! Ace had them for fifty cents! :) They are great.

I made an appointment to have my car moved and the truck did not show up. It was not an emergency situation so it was not that big of a deal. I called the next day and they were very apologetic and made things right with a generous discount, far more than I would have hoped for. The next set time they were there early and things were done fast and courteously. They are local an I like to support local businesses.

My stolen car got recovered by Mac Towing and now they are extorting me with fees equaling more then blue book in less then one week. They are completely unreasonable. Rude, and Predatory!! I saidDO NOT IMPOUND marked on the police report I filed after I realized it was stolen. Ken would not even try to return my stolen property he is holding it ransom. So Im victim of car theft twice now, thank you Mac Towing worst customer service I have ever received. They are in possession of stolen property and are trying to sell it for profit. How many times do I need to be victimized? Tell all the pawn shops and car lots that selling stolen property is legal I guess?? Or is it only tow companies that get to profit off stolen goodsseem that DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....super corr

Honestly the most honest and friendly experience Ive ever had in a tow. Thanks. Helped me a ton and had to do extra work because of my suspension. Excellent job.

I routinely work with towing companies, and Mac Towing is one of the most incompetent and rude operations that I have ever encountered. I understand that you can not get top tier employees to work at a towing business, however, the behavior exhibited by both Ken and Ashley is inexcusable. There are many other towing companies in the Seattle Metro area who exhibit a much higher degree of professionalism.

Ryan with Mac Towing Redmond is the man. My car wouldnt start after having sat for several months and before coming out to tow my car to the mechanic Ryan gave me some tips on how to get it started and boom, my car started right up. Ryan saved me the tow cost and the mechanic cost, will definitely call Mac Towing for all my future towing needs!

Use these guys. Quoted $160 plus tax from another company. Ended up being under $100 with this company. Joe the driver was super nice and personable.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They complete saved us in a dire situation. Our F550 broke down with a trailer full of horses. We had been driving for 2 hours and were ten minutes from home. They came and helped us get our truck and trailer with all the horses home safe. Thanks you again so much we cant thank you enough.

UPDATE: After my initial review, I was contacted by the general manager, Ken. During this phone conversation, he apologized profusely, and let me know that Owen was no longer employed at the company due to multiple complaints. The fact that Ken took time out of his day to validate my feelings and apologize for the lack of customer service I received, was refreshing and appreciated. He offered to pay for the tow that I had to pay for. At the end of the call, he also asked for my address to send me a free tow, on them. Although this phone call did not take away the bad experience that I had with Owen, Ken stepped up and totally changed my opinion on the company. Overall, I am thankful that Ken reached out to me and knowing that they value customer service, I now wont hesitate to use them in the future.ORIGINAL REVIEW: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was in an accident on November 7th, which rendered my car impossible to drive. The police called for a tow truck, and Mac Towing and Truck Repair is the company that came out.I had the complete displeasure of having to deal with/put up with the tow truck driver, Owen. From the beginning, he was plain rude. Having never been towed before, I had questions about the process and how it worked, along with how payment worked. He barely gave me the time of day, despite me being upset about the accident I was just in.I gave him my key so that he could put my car in neutral (Im assuming) and then I went to the passengers door to grab my purse which was on the seat. The next thing I know, Owen is yelling at me that I cant get into my car, in the most annoyed voice. At this point, I said something along the lines of, You dont have to yell and be so mean to me...I was just in an accident.Its clear that empathy is not one of Owens traits. He kept suggesting that I get my car impounded because then I wouldnt pay anything, but that if I was going to have my car towed to a repair shop, that I would have to pay out of pocket, per hour. Despite his many warnings, he ended up going the wrong direction to get to my repair shop of choice which added on a few minutes. With as concerned about his pay per hour as he seemed, he didnt seem phased that he was adding on time and thus, taking more money from my pocket.On the way to the repair shop, I called my parents to let them know what was going on. I was telling them the price and agreeing with them when they exclaimed that it was a lot of money. $193 an hour is a lot of money whether the service is worth it or not. Owen interjected a couple times while I was on the phone that $193 was a good price and the other places charge more. Like, okay, I get it. Stop trying to get your two cents in on a conversation that doesnt involve to you, just to be snarky.When Owen dropped me off, he started asking questions and trying to be personable, but it was too late at that point. He had spent the past hour being rude and cold, so I was in no mood to talk to him. When I went to pay, he wouldnt give me my key back UNTIL I paid (so thats why he wanted my key in the beginning) despite my car being inoperable...where was I going to go? Then, he left me at the poorly lit repair shop without even a concern for safety. I didnt need him to stay there or take me anywhere, but with my car being inoperable, he didnt even ask if I had a ride lined up or if I was okay.Overall, I expected common courtesy and a bit of empathy. Knowing that you work in a job where peoples lives are changed in an instant due to an accident, I didnt think that compassion would be a far stretch at all, but I guess I was wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Owen made my already bad night, worse. Next time, Ill use my insurance to get a tow truck since this company cant be trusted to do a good job.

By far the worst service EVER!!! they are a rip off, they tired to charge me almost 500 dollars. the guy was very rude and treated us like we are nobody. what kind of service is this ? Im with Joh. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. My car slid on black ice and flipped into a ditch. The sheriff called these people- they took 50 minutes to come and charged me for the 50 minutes. Since they charge $179 an hour, that was over a $150 charge before they showed up. Then they charged me $90 to have the car held in their compound on a weekend, but when AAA showed up (I should have called them in the first place, but the sheriff said AAA wouldnt roll me out of the ditch- Im checking on that)- when AAA showed up to get the car, it had been put out on the street with the door open and the key under the seat. The bill for a tow to Redmond was $490. These are ripoff artists. Dont use them!

Crashed my rig and Mac towing came, took a little while but the tow truck driver was very nice. Tow truck driver are nice but the Woodinville Office person is a witch!!, she was VERY Rude and didnt let us talk to the tow driver that served us and she is a liar. DONT USE THE WOODINVILLE LOCATION!!!!!! And they Charged us more than what the tow driver said the price was.

Starter went out on my truck. Called Mac they hooked me up with Nick. Told me he would be there at 6 and he showed up on the dot at 6. No bs, loaded up, and got me to the mechanic.

The elderly woman that is at the woodinvile location is terrible. Very rude and short tempered. We had no idea that we were not allowed to drive through the driveway up to office. She came up to our truck and with a very rude tone, your truck is not allowed in here. We replied okay and that we didnt know. So I proceeded to back up and park outside of there property. My husband forgot his wallet in the truck and ask for me to bring it to him. So I drove back in to bring his wallet to him and she starts to go crazy and hollering GET THAT TRUCK OUTTA HERE. She yelled it a few more times. Just Terrible. Horrible customer service. We told her to calm down Im just giving my husband his wallet. And just ignored her and back out. All this happen with in five minutes of just arriving to Mac Rudy in Woodinvile.

So I never made it to the part were they tow my car, after waiting for 45 minutes for a call back I then called them a second time. After the second phone call I finally got a call back within a minute. The tow truck driver was a complete jerk on the phone told me that the 27 minute tow to my destination would take him over an hour. Then when I asked him for a estimate on how much its gonna cost, he told me that i needed to figure it out myself that he was in the middle of driving.I dont know how these guys get business done when they talk down to their customers.
