Went to Beaute for a mani/pedi today and it was worth every penny! My technician took her time, and didnt rush and made sure that my nails were all an even length. And I got the perfect squoval shape. I had the Spearmint Pedicure and it was excellent! The massage chairs appear very new and worked well. The salon was very clean, well lit, and all the staff was nice.They were able to provide the same color for my toes & finger nails (my fingers were dip powder & toes regular polish, color# 109). I felt very pampered and relaxed when I left.I highly recommend this nail salon and will be back to see Mai!

My daughter got a gift card to come here. She is 6.I just walked in and told him I only was getting her nails and toes done. That didnt seem high priority enough that instead of asking us to sit and wait he suggested us to come back in an hour when it wasnt busy at all. Maybe 5 people in there total. Came off so rude

Went in for a pedi and it was the worst I’ve ever had! I also got my 6 year old a kids pedi which was $23 and they were done in less than 5 min. I will NOT go back. It won’t let me post a picture but I really wish I could!

Jay always does an amazing job on my nails. The pedicures are great! My son and I are there every two weeks and theyre always happy to see us! Jay can do just about any design you want.

I decided to try out this salon while my normal nail salon is under renovation, glad I did.The staff was very friendly and you can tell that they truly take care of their regular customers. The ladies were very detailed in their work, taking their time and doing things right!I was very satisfied with the results.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. This nail spa is amazing! The owner is always there and willing to answer any questions, make suggestions if you have an idea and ALWAYS with a smile. All the other nail techs there are exactly the same! They make you feel at home and make you feel like a regular. At other salons Ive experienced comments and grunts about requesting designs ... Not here! Not once! They will gladly recreate most designs.The owner is delightful as is her staff.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

Ive been coming here for 4+ years and have never had a bad experience. I usually just walk-in and use whoever is available - you cant go wrong. All of the staff are amazing at doing nails. They are fast AF, friendly and do great work! Its super busy in the evenings (because theyre so awesome) so either make an appointment or go earlier if you dont like waiting.

When I want to pamper myself and get a pedi I come here. They are always very friendly and they do a great job. Yesterday I went in and asked my nail artist to do something special. I showed her a picture and she did it. They look great! When I find a place I like I stay a loyal customer and I will be going to metro nails for a long time.💘

Ive never written a review for any establishment, but i really feel the need to for this place!! I love it here, My manicurist is absolutely amazing for dip manicures and is very detail oriented. Ive never had my nails look this fabulous, and last 4 whole weeks before. Also its worth mentioning that this place is so gorgeous and in a great location. 2 thumbs up!

My 1st visit since having 2 spine surgeries in Dec. Still using walker & wearing back brace, so had to be careful with getting in chair. Needed pedicure since I cant bend right now.Water was way to hot, but that was a easy fix. Services were great, & I was handled with care. Great trim, & polish. Also had fingernails trimmed & shaped.

Overall not a bad experience. The place is clean and have reasonable prices. My grandmother and I come here. She gets her nails done and they do pretty well. Very little English is spoken and at times (not a lot) one may distract the other.

They are all very professional and have achieved every nail color/design I’ve wanted. Everyone there is great at nails and I haven’t been disappointed.It is very clean and taken care of in their business; very impressed.

My boyfriend and I were able to be fit into the schedule for pedicures easily and they did an amazing job! Such a thorough job with our feet. I was very impressed with how clean this salon is and the staff of very friendly.

I walked in for a quick regular polish change and left very happy! I didnt catch the ladies name who did my nails but she was very kind and made sure to make my nails look exactly how I like. Also, they have a beautiful and organized selection of OPI polishes right as you walk in.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The other gals always say hi and ask about my mom! (I brought her one time!) We have fun picking different cats eye colors and she makes suggestions for my next choice! This is my favorite place to have my nails done- I absolutely love coming to this place. My nails always come out perfect, my mani/pedi lasts over 2 weeks and my nails have gotten stronger with all the care and advise they have given me. The staff is great and so friendly and will treat you like you are family the moment you walk in. My only suggestion is to call and make your appointment with them ahead of time because they get pretty busy!!

I Love This Salon. Everyone can do nails here, so no wondering who to ask for if someone is out! They are fast, courteous, and they dont rush you out the door, which always makes me want to stay longer! I drive 13 miles over to this salon, so you know Im serious about beautiful nails!!

Very disappointed that I have not reached a full 2 weeks since patronizing this establishment and two of my nails are broken without any trauma/force. I was there on Nov 20th and one nail cracked in the middle then broke off on its own on November 26th. The second nail broke on December 1st just by me smoothing my leggings out. This nail salon is a rip off. They charged me $60 for poor work/cheap products. They added $5 because I wanted a short almond shape then another $5 because I had gel residue on the tip of my toe nails. Not to mention business was really slow when I arrived and they were not friendly. I wasn’t offered water/anything. If you’re staying downtown Huntsville take the time to venture out for better service/quality unlike myself.

Had a brow wax. Girl didnt acknowledge me the whole time - not a word. Not expecting a conversation, but a hello would have been nice. Was fast, a little rough. I have very sensitive skin. Always had the cooling gel applied after. Didnt get it with this visit. Too many nail spas around; will go somewhere else next time.

The pedicures here are so worth it! The massages are to die for and girl took her time. Make sure you schedule an appointment soon!***

The nail tech did a great job. She removed my SNS and didn’t let it sit longer than necessary. She gave me a great manicure before painting shellac. There was another male tech that sat next to her and watched the whole time, and it was truly awkward. He even made a face at how thin my nails are (because I get them done; nothing unusual). I’d go back to her. She was 8 mo pregnant; didn’t catch her name.

Let me start off with saying I am very picky about my nails and I dont like cut corners, feeling like a number or rushed.I went in today to get a pedi, full set, and my eyebrows waxed. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, the salon was very clean, atmosphere very warm & inviting.I started with my pedi that was min of relaxing enjoyment. My nail Tec took her time and made sure everything was done to perfection.It was time for my full set now for the moment of truth. I dont like my nails to look fake, I like them to be the natural width they should be and I dont like thick heavy acrylic. I requested right away my nails be naturally thin and I do not want wide width nails. My nail a different one from my pedi was happy to accommodate.I have to say my hat is off to her my nails look like they are perfectly mine. not only do they look natural, they feel natural. I dont feel like I have center blocks or bricks on my fingers. After she finished my hands off we went to the waxing room, can I add how nice it is not to be on display while getting waxed. Dont go early. I walked in at 9:10 am. There were 4 women sitting in pedi chairs with their feet in water and 1 employee. I was #5. I offered to come back but was told other employees were coming. I waited 25 mins and one more person showed up...i asked for a towel dried my feet am left.Another lady followed me out. If you open at 9 you need your employees there,too. They are brand new. I will never go back.I went to Victoria nails was taken right away and had the best pedicure of my life!

My experience was not good. The tech could have cared less! Just did a step by step. No English was spoken. No communication with me. AND dissatisfied with the finished product.

Rushed job, the lengths of my nails all kind of different lengths.. tried to give them another try will NEVER go to this nail shop ever again.

Ive been wanting to visit this shop for awhile, just hadnt gotten around to it. I felt like he rushed my service and rushed me out of the shop. There were two people there well before me (at the hot towels and massage portion of the service) getting pedicures, and there were 2 people that came after me to get pedicures. Oddly, my technician was the first one done, even though he got up to take a payment from someone at one point. He skipped steps in the service (the callous removal and scrubbing with the brush) and when I asked him to go back and do it, he did so but did not do a good job. The skin is still rough and dry. He still did not use the brush. By the time I walked out the door, all four customers that were in the shop with me were still in their chairs, no one had moved to the nail dryer or manicure chair. I will not go back.
