Donny is the best! I recently moved to Hazel Green from TN. Ive had some bad experiences finding someone here to do both me and my daughters nails. Now I drive straight by atleast 10 nail places just to get to City Nails.

I took my mother-in-law with me here to get our nails done (she has aggressive early onset alzheimers) and they were so kind and patient with us and did a fantastic job. The tech who gave her a pedicure even put her shoes back on For her and helped her out of the cumbersome chair, as if she were her own parent who was struggling. We have tried several different places over the past year and I can say we will absolutely be using this salon from now on.

Mold in the sink. Employees sat on their phones watching videos at full volume. They are unorganized. What should have taken fifteen minutes took an hour. All I needed was dip powder taken off and my nails filed. Had to have my nails redone, the employee who messed up my nails didn’t apologize but instead proceeded to insult me in a different language. I was so frustrated I almost cried in the salon. The manager was kind to me and redid my nails.

My nails had way to much top coat and are messy around the sides.There was mold behind the sink and pealing wallpaper. There was a lot of dust everywhere especially under the drying station. It was also hot and humid inside. Employees are very unprofessional and rude.They had there phone volume up full blast in the center of the salon. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

I got my fill in with gel polish in 30 minutes! Super fast excellent work and lasts a long time. Oh pedicure still looks good and it’s been well over a month

Don is amazing! He has been doing my nails for almost 3 1/2 years. I met him when he was in Madison doing nails. He’s the only person that I let do my family and I nails. I work only 5 minutes away from him but I live in Madison. So if I need a Saturday appointment I travel to him. I love my Don😘. Dee

Wonderful nail technician. She was so helpful and I hope to have her when I come again. I would recommend City Nails very highly.

The woman on my feet was VERY rough and we couldn’t really couldn’t understand each other. Then the man on my nails didnt understand English, which is “ok” he never asked what shape I wanted my nails and they were crooked until I told him to refile them since they were so uneven. But I shouldn’t have to tell a nail tech that. However the service was fast. I’m not sure if I’ll return

I was super happy this visit. I usually go to this nail salon. but its not often. I have never been happier with a set of nails than I am this time. I love the people who work there. They carry a conversations or not if your not feeling it. Im glad Ive had such a good experience because I am super comfortable at City Nails. They also have a wonderful selection of nail polish colors and acrylic options.

Went in for a manicure.. She only soaked one hand and cold water.. didnt use any lotion then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my feet done lol. I guess them having me pay only $8 made it ok. SMH Really disappointed with my experience here! Will not be going back!

The staff here was rude. My acrylics looked awful, they were sticking out all over the place. The technician kept hurting my cuticles after I repeated asked him to be careful. Staff was rude, overpriced for poor service.

City Nails have by far been the best shop that I have been to here in Huntsville Alabama. Good customer service and great conversation. They take their time making sure that you leave looking great. This shop is a must come see 👀👀👀💐💐My hands have officially been BLESSED!!!!!

I love their professionalism. They are also very personal with each customer! They get you and out fast and the work is always quality work. They take their time on your toes, which I love. I drive all the way from New Market every two weeks because I love their work!

Ricky did horrible on my nails. First the length of my nails were not even at all, so I made him redo it. Then I asked for a coffin shape on my nails, he did a half job because some were almond, some were square, so I told him to redo them. Then after he painted my gel nails I noticed the nails were still not right but I ended up paying and leaving, after I got into my car I realized that none of my nails were right. I proceeded to walk back into the shop where I was asked what happened? I told Wendy that the nails were not a coffin shape and that someone needed to fix them or I needed a full refunded. Wendy fixed my nails and as I was discussing how I was dissatisfied I did not receive an apology but instead they try to say something was wrong with my nails and fingers!!! I have given this business to many chances and to much of my money and will not be returning !

Ricky is AWESOME!! Great shop! He just did my sns dip and polish change on my toes..he has great customer service and is attentive to detail... I just dont understand why the negative reviews on here because they do great work and the shop is always clean.

Got my old SNS nails take off and redone. Wendy did an AMAZING job. She was quick and efficient. She was also gentle and sweet. Im sad that I live out of town but if Im ever back Ill definitely come back.

Love this place. They are awesome. Very friendly. Wendy is the only person who does my nails. I can show her a design i want on my nails and she can do it everytime. Recommend this place to everyone!!!!

This is the BEST nail salon in huntsville.

I visited for the first time on a Tues night a half hour before posted closing time (they close at 7, google says 7:30-I thought I had an hour). They did a wonderful, relaxing thorough pedicure. They didnt rush, even though it was almost quittin time which I SO appreciated. I was able to sit and relax and they paid great attention to detail. The massage chairs are very nice too and in good repair. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The man who did my nails was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made a new costumer today! :D

Very disappointed, im not satisfied with the work that was done. My nails were not even dry when i got home and two of them messed up, but the lady told me it was dry when i left. also very dry people they dont try to make the customers feel comfortable. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.

The service was awful. I had a friend with me who asked if she was allowed to pull up a chair next to me and the lady rudely replied that she can sit in the corner and wait for me. Then before she was finished doin my nails she asked me to pay her. It was $15 but then she added an extra $3 for cutting my nails down. She never informed me that this would be extra. No other nail salon that I have been to does this. While doing my nails she did not follow the correct procedures. She skipped many steps during this process. Overall it was an awful experience and I will not be back and would not recommend attending this establishment.

Me and my mother have been letting Wendy do our nails since she worked at Walmart. Since she has gotten her shop the service has declined. My mother caught an infection in her finger which caused her to lose her entire pointer nail. She skips important steps, overcharges without explanation, rude to customers, & rushes to get people in and out. I would not recommend her services to ANYONE. I couldnt be happier with my new nail tech.

The employees make you feel welcome

I call myself trying to go to this nail salon because it was closer to my house, but I will never be back. The gel polish on my toenail slipped off and that has NEVER happened before. I had to find some toenail polish to repaint it. My ombré nails broke in half I had to cut them all short to match. All of this happened while on my vacation and I went to the salon last week. Never again. One of those ladies does rush like someone else said and idk why. It wasn’t like anyone else was in there.

If I could give this rating a zero I would. My nails, done by a lady named Wendy i believe, are horrible and uneven. And my service was rushed and sloppy. Their price board does not reflect the actual charges they give you and for some reason they wont accept cards. I will wont be returning and advise all readers to do the same

1 person working on 6+ people and once she started doing my nails which should have been $25, she said it would be $40 because she put different nail polish, which i did not ask for.

The staff at City Nails are rude and unprofessional. The owner is the worst of all of them. Theyre charging all that money for services but dont want to take their time and do good work.I wouldnt recommend anybody spending their money in there.
