I walked in after 6 and the signs all clearly say 7, clerk told me they close at 6....if so change signs, train personnel with better people skills, rather than the disgust that was on their face when I walked in after6

Disorganized & Lack of Customer Service. We scheduled appointment ahead of time for children. Checked in per their process upon arrival. No one was acknowledging anyone when walked in. They called my kid’s name, he stood up to go and they immediately called next name marked him absent. We addressed it with staff who put him back in list they said. Waited 20 minutes and asked them for update and was told they forgot to put him on list. Left. I called later very nicely explained situation to manager. She said store manager would call us back to discuss. No call back weeks later as of yet. This is common with this franchise and we tend to have low quality hair cuts. We have visited several different ones to be fair about differing locations may have better quality experience. However we find a common lack of quality and won’t use this franchise anymore.

Although the wait was long (Free VIP treatment day), my hair was cut wonderfully. It takes true talent to cut hair as good as the people there do. And the hot towels are to die for. Definitely going back when I need another cut!

Havent had a great haircut from this place in quite a while. Im usually not one to complain and I wear a hat most of the time but never feel like Im getting what I pay for when I leave. I think Im going somewhere else next time. The staff is nice but the quality just isnt there.

We’ve used sport’s clips quite a few times for my son, yesterday he received a haircut from one of the stylists and it was terrible! The lady was rushing, cut his hair nothing like the picture we showed her, his hair is uneven in places and just all around a horrible haircut!!!! Now I’m getting to pay a different stylist to fix the mess at a different salon. Do not use this place!!!

Not happy with the scheduling process. We checked in and scheduled a stylist so we wouldnt have to wait. Got to location early. Checked in and my son was OnDeck pretty quickly. Then it changed to 33 min suddenly. Was told that the stylist had to take a first available over our appointment. That is not acceptable. Very disappointed in the process and the extra time it took. then as we wait for the extended wait it cancelled our appointment and took us off the list completely. We were assured we would be the next.

I always go to sport clips because its convenient to take my 2 boys and get my hair cut as well. I love Christina! She is amazing with my hair and Ill be back for sure!

It was great the service was fantastic and the workers were kind. I had a great time getting my hair cut and beard trimmed and they even recommended a product to help me get a thicker and more full beard. Will definitely come again.

I have been getting my haircut here for over a year and I love it. Madison is the best stylist Ive had at any salon/barber ever! She is fast and efficient, does exactly what you ask for. Shes great

So frustrated! Signed my son up online, selected a stylist that we used once before, got there 5 minutes before appointment time to wait another 30 minutes. I finally went up to the counter to ask what was going on as it was saying he was on deck only to find out that the stylist had left. NO ONE said a word and didnt even seem to care. As other stylists called other clients no one bothered to even say...Im sorry...your stylist left 10 minutes ago, would you like to use someone else.

Dropped off my senior father for a haircut, because he didn’t have his phone and didn’t check in online got totally ignored for over an hour. How’s this possible? I have owned a salon for over 26 years someone could not sit in our reception area and be ignored for an HOUR!!! Won’t be back can cut his hair myself was going to use for convenience but ignorant unobservant staff.

Got my sons hair cut today and it was our first not good experience with sports clips. Very dull stylist didn’t rinse his hair out not fix it. Shouldn’t have tipped her, see seemed unhappy to be there think her name was Ashley or something with an A. That’s how unmemorable she was

My kid went in to get his hair cut alone for the first time this weekend (finally 13). I couldnt believe the butcher job on his head! Nothing lined up in the back...choppy in the middle. Embarrassing to say the least. Lucky for them I didnt see it until later.

I went expecting for nice haircut and I got the worst, first off I had to wait for 20 mins and there were only 2 people getting haircuts while the other stylists were just gossiping and talking about disgusting stuff, when it was finally my turn i told her not to cut anything from the top, but she just cut my hair from the top and besides cut the side of my ear.

I absolutely love my stylist, Amanda Mosby. She always greets me with a warm smile, and has a very refreshing attitude. She always remembers me by name. She knows exactly how to cut and style my hair, without having to look at the reminder print out. She is very thorough and meticulous with her craft, taking her time to make sure I get the best results possible and that I am pleased with the style and cut. Sometimes it is hard to find a good stylist that you can trust. With that said, Amanda has more than earned my trust and my business as long as she is employed here. Nothing against the other stylists you employ, but in my humble opinion, Amanda repeated proves why she is the best at her craft and why she has a faithful client base. Thank you for your great customer service, your great care, and a great looking hair cut every time, Amanda!!! You are the best!!!

Dont Go Here If You Have Longer Hair: A Memoir of Follicles ForgottenI went here for a quick trim. I told my stylist to keep most all of the length but to thin it out and shape it up a bit. I then repeated myself to her to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted. But against all known odds I still somehow ended up with more than half my hair lopped off. I told my stylist that she didnt really do any of the things with my hair that I asked for and that it was much, much too short. She responded with the all encompassing and ever so relieving phrase of Oh my bad and that was that. I had come here several months before this and had nearly the same incident happen then too, but at the time I thought it was just a fluke.Dont come here if you have longer hair because from my experience they wont know how to trim, shape, or style it. I went in for a quick trim and came out looking like someone had made an assassination attempt on my hair. I honestly think my own grandmother could have done a better job, and shes legally blind. Cant believe I paid $17 to have the female version of Edward SissorHands re-enact the Battle of Little Bighorn atop my scalp.Suffice to say, I probably wont be coming back here lest I repeat the cycle.

Terrible hair cut, even worse customer experience. Stylist (Kelly) had zero personality, seemed annoyed that I was there, did not interact with me in any way. Hair cut and beard trim, in the chair for maybe 10 minutes. Called to complain on the way home, was told a manager would call me back. That was 3 days ago, and have heard nothing. Only reason I went was because I had received a gift certificate. I’ll never set foot in a Sport Clips again, that one or any other.

My daughter went here to get a trim and 8 inches was cut off, even though she made it clear how much she wanted cut off. The stylist assured her that it was safe to get her long hair cut here. Im sure its fine for men with short hair, but dont go here for a long hair trim.

DeeDee cut my hair. She Just finished school, and is new to this game. She gave me an ok haircut. My bangs werent the best and my sideburns were uneven. Didnt notice until I left. So, if you get her, be sure she pays attention to detail. Probably wont go back.
