Charisma is a hidden jewel in Huntsville! I’ve been with Nola longer than most of my husbands 😊 The team is like family, and they are bending over backwards to provide safe, professional service during COVID. Every one of my personal friends I’ve referred there are never looking back!

I got my hair cut to donate it but she didn’t know how to do it (put in multiple ponytails not just 1) so I nicely corrected her but after it was cut and got styled she made it look nothing like how I wanted and she didn’t even look at the photo after I showed her briefly. My hair is messed up looks horrible and I can’t do anything to fix it. I have been here before and I used to love it but the lady who normally did my hair doesn’t work there anymore. The lady that did my hair, I won’t be seeing again. Thank god hair grows back

They offer lots of beauty services from hair, to waxing to spray tans to manicures and pedicures. Shanna cut my hair and did a fabulous job! Ive definitely found my new salon and stylist!

Fast, friendly and very responsive! I had been looking for a new salon since my previous one had decided to close, and I found this place. I am thrilled with the service! Enola did a wonderful job with my cut and took everything I said into consideration as she worked. The result was wonderful and I will most definitely be going back!

Today I went to Charisma salon and I had hair cut by Shanon. All people working there are so nice and friendly. Shanon is amazing. She did such a beautiful hair cut for me. Better than any where else before.

Im very skeptical on letting someone cut my hair since I grow it so long. I really needed to find a place to where the people are fantastic. Enola was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. I got a deep conditioning treatment and a cut along with a style. Im very satisfied with the great job she did! I will be able to call this salon my one and only from now on! I highly recommend giving them a try.

Update:Megan has moved and now I see Shanna! She is the bomb dot com!! 🙌🏻The salon is cute and the staff is nice, but I can’t brag enough on Megan Hof! She is fantastic! I am so glad to finally have someone I trust with my hair!

Every time I come here I am always treated so well. Everyone is invested in how your experience turns out, even if you aren’t “their” client. I love this place and all the people who work here!!

I went to go pay for my first hair dyeing for my dark brown hair to go medium ash brown. It didnt turn out close the first time but if you communicate to the hair stylist about your hair needs to the TEE, they are more than willing to make their customers happy! Unfortunately, my second time attempt to fix it wasnt close what I drew, printed, or reiterated for my stylist to fix. BUT... I do know she was doing her absolute best to her knowledge. I dont blame her at all. Hair Life Lesson for beginners: ALWAYS ask question, be VERY clear about what you want, have them explain hair stylist terms if it makes no sense to you. The vibes, the service, the hair cut was still amazing and on point.

Very stuffy, stuck up atmosphere. Heard several stylists talking poorly about another client saying he’s filthy etc etc. Left with a crooked choppy haircut and my hair still damp after a blowdry. Honestly spend a few more dollars and go somewhere where the stylists are more professional and don’t act like immature high school spoiled brats.

Best cut and color ever! I was so nervous about going to someone new, so nervous infact that I kept putting up with bad habits of my old hair stylist just to get a color and cut that was never exactly what I wanted. All that went away when I sat in Shannas chair, I told her what I wanted; which was going from a very coppery ginger to my natural hair color(dirty blondish), and I wasnt too sure exactly how to go about it. She said: I know what we are going to do. She knocked it out of the park! The color was superb and I dont believe anyone could have got me closer to my natural hair color and the cut was amazing and framed my face well. She was a very good listener and extremely professional. I will be going to her from here on out and highly recommend her to anyone. The salon also had a nice atmosphere and friendly environment, also. Thank you Shanna!
