This guy is so unprofessional. His attitude stinks. His mouth is smart. And he’s messy. I despise him.

Nice clean place they’re doing some remodeling work but it’s not going to be a problem for anything that you’re getting done even with that going on the place still looks good the team is very professional they treat you very well and highly respected but as with any place you will have an occasionally disagreement which the team will still handle it in the up most professional way as possible they do good work the only reason why I didn’t give them a five star rating is because it’s a little bit to pricey but let me say this isn’t my regular place I only came here because my regular tech was off and I had a business meeting and a friend recommend me here and it worked out good for me the conversation was good we laughed and I felt welcomed if I ever need a back up place this will be it for me.

My girl T does my nails!! Super sweet and works fast but also takes her time. If she messes up, she fixes the problem. I’ve been coming here for years and she gets me right every time.

I when here today I have been getting my nail and toes done for years then after go in 3 diff time bc they keep messing my nail up and every time they still was not fix got home and one of my nail try to come off open a drink I well never be going back hell I would like my money back paid over for what I got all they care about was money

I just went to this salon to get a full set. And as I walked in the door the lady at the front desk had her voice raised talking to an employee who was working with another client. I asked about prices and decided to give them a try despite the atmosphere upon entering. As I sat down in the chair these two go back to the heated convo and then begin to yell. I was in the chair and the lady that was working on my nails had just finished filing the tops of my nails, when the lady from the counter approached the nail tech and proceeds to hit her with what I believe was a Chinese fan. The nail tech calls her crazy and they are fussing back and forth. I looked at my nail tech and told her that I was leaving... then the lady at the front desk proceeded to apologize and thats when I gave her a piece of my mind..This was the most outrageous event Ive ever witnessed in a nail salon. I proceed to tell the other patrons they should NOT pay for services under these circumstances. We, as customers come to a nail salon to relax and get away... not to witness people getting abused. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an business environment EVER!!

Very professional and good service, I was not please with first visit, came back and they fixed it for free no problem at all and they had a smile the entire time 🖤 I will be back!

I came in on Sunday to get my nails done me and my daughter I asked her how long she said 15 mins so I sat down 15 mins passed then other people walked in and I realized each person(s) walked in she said 15 min so I got up and went to walk out and she said ma’am go to number 2 I did one it took her entirely to long to finish verses what I use to it was like being at a 9-5 job where I don’t get paid as I was getting my nails done my daughter was still sitting there she’s telling me to loosen my hands I’m like well my daughter is still sitting there and I’m bout to get up she said no she’s ok I said no the other lady say I do her nails so I said ok then the service sucks like hell will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN THEY GET NOOOOO STARS

I got my nails done on Thursday and on Friday my polish was already chipping, I went back on Saturday and got them fixed and again Saturday night chipping again so I went back Sunday and got them fixed again and it’s Monday night and they are chipping again!!!! I will never go back again!!!

I have been on more than one occasion. The service was only good one time. Also, I had two big mess ups on my eyebrows. As well as my nails were not on straight and different lengths. Also, my cuticles were so sore from the acrylic I could barely touch anything for a while. That is not all that happened during my visits here but I’m tired of typing it all out. Definitely done.

I do not typically treat myself and get my toes and nails done, but I decided to this morning. Very pleased with the service and cleanliness! Thank you ladies!

I used to love this place but dont anymore. I was given a gift certificate for a spa pedicure here and when I went in to get a pedicure, they gave me the deluxe pedicure without asking. When it was time to pay, they said I owed them $13. I told them that I did not ask for the deluxe pedicure but they still charged me the $13. I definitely will not be back!

Being in the professional fields of both law and travel appearance is mandatory. My nails 2 days in begin to pop off randomly. Embarrassing right? Needless to say my nail tech found and fixed the problem with grace. They look amazing,as long as I have all ten of them.Tony is amazing, the women are feisty but who dont love a good firecracker from time to time! Even though disappointed I love my nails and will continue doing business

Love this shop! Employees are always friendly and full of life. Color selection is awesome and Ive never had one person do a bad a job. Im very particular and they always happily accommodate me and my baby when I bring her along.

Very poor service when I walked in they where playing a card game not a nice welcome. Passing gas very rude. My nails where not at all the same length and I got my eyebrows arch and they look the same as when I walk in wasted $50.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. I would have been better off doing my own nails. It’s only been 4 DAYS!! 4 Days my nail polish is fading off, the tip of my very short nails broke, acrylic is a lumpy mess, nothing is smooth or even!! I will NEVER go back here. I want a refund.

Went to ask about them filling in and fixing my botched nails. (Not by them.) Decided to just have them remove them and start over. So glad I did! The young guy I had was so patient removing them and kept asking if it was hurting. My NEW nails are PERFECT. Thinner than the old ones and they had no air bubbles in the gel top coat. Oh and they give you a mini hand massage when putting on lotion for you.Will go to them from now on!!

I came in on a Sunday to get a gel manicure done. The male nail tech on the right (when you first walk in) did my nails. On Tuesday, the gel on my right thumb started lifting, but I could not come in until Wednesday because Tuesday was Christmas. The female nail tech that sits at the left station when you first walk in fixed the nail. However, I had to come back today (Friday) because the gel on my left thumb nail began to lift. These nails didnt even last a full week! Definitely a waste of time & money. I would rather pay more for nails that last. Smh

Got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was okay. But the manicure was far from a manicure. He didnt paint my nails all the way and the clean up was a disaster. I left with polish all around my nails. Very disappointing. Especially being 9 months pregnant and my birthday. The owner just came to my car as I was crying like a crazy woman and fixed my nails!!!

I love what they do to my nails the price is a little high for a gel fill in compared to a regular fill in but they do good work

Overpriced and rude. They treat you differently based on your demographic. They rush and do a poor job. They didn’t scrub my feet, claiming I should either upgrade my pedi or pay an additional $3 to scrub. Kinda thought that was always included. My mom got a gel set. Her acrylic is so uneven, it looks like a hot wheels race track. As seen in the photos, her cuticles were not done well either. These are SAME DAY pictures. I wish I could call the bank and block the payment cause that’s how dissatisfied we are with the service. Please, spare yourself the trouble ladies!

They do great work, fast! Because of this its always busy and probably a wait... but, its worth it! I have natural nails and Im in love with my gel polish mani that I get faithfully every 2 weeks.

I brought my girlfriend here, and she is very happy about the nails.

Was highly disappointed with the service I received. I was made to pay before while the two other women I was with were not. I also was charged an extra $15 more than one of the women who was with me who got the exact same thing as me in color and length. Every time I asked why I was getting charged so much I got a different answer. I also left with nail glue all over my hands as well as nail polish on my fingers. My technician stopped in the middle of doing my nails got her phone out and made a call and continued to do my nails while talking on the phone. She also spent the entire time insulting my color choice calling it ugly and telling me to get a gel color even though I repeatedly told her no. I will never go back and would not recommend anyone else to go.

They do a good job but they rush and overcharge at their own discretion. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and have been extremely overcharged for fill-ins and pedis. I have never paid less than $100 every time that I go. This last experience I was charged $95 for a BASIC pedi and color fill in and was rushed out within 45 minutes. I do not recommend this nail salon unless youre ok with never having a consistent price. I have given them chance after chance, but after this last experience I will not be returning. Thats ridiculous, for any nail salon.

They suck! They charge you to scrub your feet. The water was cold for a pedicure. The girl chased me out the door to charge me an extra 5 dollars for scrubbing my feet during a pedicure and its my birthday. I do not recommend them to anybody

Very bad customer service. They’re very money hungry; I just came in to get my toes polished and they charged $10. Then two days ago, lady rushed my nails and didn’t even do the shape I wanted. I called to complain, I come back in the next day and all they did was fix one out of all 10 fingers! I recommend not going there. They’re rated at 2.8 anyways.

The owner is rude. Rarely even greets you which makes no sense since her station is right by the door. Too many other nail shops around to waste time here with poor customer service!

Went in for gels Nd pedicure. Told them that I have a server latex allergies and they told me they use latex free gloves. After 5 min in on pedicure my feet was turning red and itchy. I then read the box that she got the gloves from and Yep they were latex. After I showed them they still wanted to charge full price and I had to hurry to Target for Benadryl. I hope my breathing does fine. I WILL NEVER BE BACK

TERRIBLE salon. if you ONLY get gel polish and dont really care about dead skin / cuticles not being adequately removed, maybe this place is for you but if you DONT like gel polish they will literally not allow you to get regular polish. like, the nail tech literally said no regular polish baby ok? like I ONLY LIKE REGULAR. GEL DOESNT DO GOOD ON MY NAILS. She did regular polish on my toes, asking only twice about gel but w my hands she literally asked four times if i wanted gel bc gel is better. then she literally would not do regular polish on my nails and said againno regular baby, gel is better then when it came out a different color than i wanted/my toes, i said no i like the color of the regular so she painted over the gel w the regular. then it chipped 15 mins later and i had to go back but it started chipping the next day. i wont be back.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They are so over priced for the service they give. Highly disappointed. I was charged EXTRA during my pedicure to have my feet scrubbed. Shouldnt that be part of the pedicure process. Otherwise, it would just be a toe polish change. Ripoff. A total ripoff.

Went to get Mani/Padi but ended up waiting about an hour with no service. I finally gave up and walked away. What annoyed me the most is the fact that they decided to take two customers that came after me but needed a more expensive service. When I calmly confronted them about it, the lady by the front desk lied and told me that they had an appointment. I knew she was not telling the truth since I was listening when the two customers came in and asked for availability, pricing and so forth. The first thing someone who had an appointment would say is that they had one. I shouldve left at the beginning when a customer before me was complaining. They will not be getting my business.

Very rude and inconsiderate to my daughter today after she tipped the person $6. After finally painting her nails with another coat because the polish was so streaky, the polish was still wet 5 hours later and messed up. We wont be back. They do not try to be nice to or satisfy the customers at all.

Wanted solar nails and a pedí. Pedí was fine but when it came time for the solar power was not working so I just asked for acrylic and the guy Tony kept making excuses for why I should not do it, too much work. So I just paid 38$ for a pedicure and clear polish!!!!!! Dont go if you want something other than just a regular mani pedí. Going back to my Regal Nails at the Walmart in the South Parkway!!!!

Had a girls day and came to summit nail, after we ALL PAID they lady run out the store saying my friend didn’t pay . On top of that a full set is 20$ but if you don’t get gel or anything extra they will charge you 25 for a basics full set . They are money hungry and it affects their customer service
