Just went through a very horrible onboarding experience with them. They asked me to provide additional documentation to engage with insurance raising my hopes. I rush to get it to them with great difficulty keeping them in the loop. They casually turn around and then tell me there’s no supervisor to take on my case. Very insensitive treatment of potential clients.

Unprofessional and rude supervisors, namely Laura Figueroa, Behavior Educational Assistant, and Jenna Malinousky, BCBA. If you need ABA Provider in the Bay Area, do not choose ACES. There are a lot of other better ABA providers.
