Use to go there with no problems but just a few days ago I went in waited about an hr before I was seen which wasnt the big issue being they only had two people in there. Once I got my toe nails done the nail polish was clumped on my toe nails and she didnt put a top coat on it or the clear coat on..when she did the foot massaging she only did one foot. It honestly looks like I painted my own toe nails.

They do excellent nails I love that part. But they are always bagged up. One nail tech doing 3 or 4 customers is RIDICULOUS. But I have been with them for years when I leave I end up coming back because they do perfect nails.

Wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5I arrived while this place was DEAD on a Saturday which should have been a sign.However I went in and asked could they service 8 people (we were celebrating my sisters 20th bday) so after they agreed and hour into the service they began to get rude, rushing and cutting cuticle and painting others in my party of 8 nails horribly. Once asked to clean polish or simply ouch while getting abused by the drill, they began to get very nasty. yelling and clapping their hands when we were trying to get the kids paint choice situated.while still irritated they began to be rude to other customers that had come in to get services. I mean I couldnt believe it. Ive never been treated so poorly. I WILL NEVER return to this place even if this was the last standing nail salon in Huntsville, but being that their customer service is HORRIBLE they wont be open much longer. Also the only kind nail tech that was there informed us that they wouldnt allow her to go to her grandmother and cousins funeral. just sickening!!!

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The tech took almost an hour and a half for a gel polish change only. The first 3 colors iI asked for they didnt have and the ones that they did have didnt match what was on the sample palette. They ended up painting my nails a different color that what I had chosen on the sample, and when I called them to fix it the lady hung up on me. Dont waste your time or money here.

I got a full set of acrylics and the length was too long the nails were crooked when I told her they were crooked she jerked my hand up and twisted my finger sideways to look at it then said no it wasn’t crooked but my finger was. I picked a holographic polish and when she applied it I could tell it was clumpy and thick and I said something to her she added some kind of liquid in it that did absolutely nothing and she sporadically patted on the polish. When she was done my nails looked like they had holographic chicken pox the polish was not even it was lumpy and looked horrible. When we told them about the complaints the manager jerked my hand over the table and filed roughly all the nails and still would not fix the polish. I went home and painted holographic polish over the already existing polish and before 6 pm the nails were already popping off and I wasn’t even doing anything manual or strenuous

I wish I could give this place the green light because the women are so nice but last week I got a full set and it was bad. Two different size nails on each hand and a very lopsided acrillic job. Yikes. When I was in there 2 other women complained. Whats up with that? Maybe they need to be retrained.

I been going here for a minute now because they prices is reasonable. but it’s just ridiculous how i get my nails done and after 3 days they pop off like it’s nothing! it was just a waste of money and time🙄. what kinda nail glue y’all using?? fr cause wow.

The service is horrible. They dont listen and they try to make you feel like you are crazy but I will not be returning unless they fix my problem and after I will not be returning.

I went to get a full set on a Friday and was happy that I didnt have to wait long but I was not happy with the service. I asked the nail tech (older lady) to go easy on the drill after the acrylic was applied bc my nail beds were filed down too low during a previous experience. She said ok but still ended up filing them down too low after I let her know that it hurt multiple times. One of my fingers was bleeding and she literally just rubbed it and said it would be ok and kept going. I understand that when the cuticles are dry that they can bleed but this was definitely more than just a dry cuticle problem. My nails were burning from the oil, the hot water when I washed my hands, as well as the polish. I kno i probably should have just stopped her and left but I try not to be that person that complains about everything. I know sometimes ppl just overreact. I figured the pain would go away over the wknd but it hasnt (today is monday). Ill be calling them today to see if I can just get the acrylic soaked off free of charge.*update*After calling and speaking with Amy, i was able to go in, get the acrylic soaked off and she cleaned my real nails up and put gel Polish on them to protect them. She was very understanding and professional about the whole process. Thanks!

Awful service and was in a hurry which made the service even worse I could have did a better job myself and not had to even pay for it ... went back said they where to busy to fix it and they would just call me to come back sometime..

At the shop Sunday at 11:45 hours are 12 to 5, at 12:18 still in parking lot waiting for employee s to show up! What kind of business is this, who is running this business? Two others waiting! 2 waiting cause getting away from here!
