She helped my husband and I find a loan length and amount for payments that worked perfect for us. I will definitely be returning to this location!

This Meridian branch has the absolute best Staff. I say that about Caldwell branch too. Always courteous, very helpful and if the counter Staff doesnt have the answer about your account or product, they use other Staff resources to help you with that account or product. These days if you go elsewhere, you usually just get an answer that isnt correct, I suppose its a generational thing.Today I called to ask about options for my payment. The local office was helpful but referred me to their 800# customer service who finished their sentence. (lol) Great job as always MT- Bob from Caldwell, Meridian, nor Nampa...
