Great service, fast, affordable and friendly!

I called 11 locations late in the day because I had let my inspection laps and they were the only location that would take me. It was a very professional experience and offered comfortable accommodations while I waited for my inspection.

It took less than the amount of time quoted. People were very nice and professional.

We really like West Herr and all it’s facilities there the best..

Wanted to get an oil change but as soon as I walked in the door there was a woman/ customer sitting in the waiting area not wearing a mask. Also saw an employee get into a customers vehicle with no masks on.

They are life savers pulled up with a small problem i thought in minutes identified a serious one went right to work on it wow grateful

It was a little wait. Otherwise service was great.

I had my oil changed with a tire rotation and inspection today. They were very thorough in explaining that it would take a little longer because of the extra cleaning that would be done due to the current circumstances. I was impressed with their concern for the safety of their customers. If time is a concern for you, call ahead and ask what the current wait time is, they will gladly oblige.

So I ended up with a nail in my tire and and ended up needing to replace the tire... Rule of thumb you always buy tires in pairs. So after spending over $400 replacing 2 tires i thought everything was good....I assumed they replaced 2 tires and placed my that had less than 10k miles on it in spare tire holder. Well turns out this Quicklane location only ever put one new tire on my car and rather than giving me the 2nd tire and disposing of my old spare they just never gave me a 2nd new tire. So my front tires wore unevenly and I ended up with more tire issues a few months later... when I went to grab what should have been a low mile spare what I found instead was a dry rotted original spare tire and I ended up screwed and having to buy a new tire all over again... Definitely dont do business with these shady folks!!!

My husband drives an hour to work to the Southern tier. He wanted to get snow tires put on before the weather changed. But he was having a hard time getting an appointment anywhere. He took a chance and stopped at West Herr after work. Jason S. was great! He was willing to stay late to get the tires on. He even changed a brake light that was out! Appreciate the great service!

Save yourself the time of getting your car detailed at this dumpster fire of a shop, they will not take time and put their care into it, you are just a dollar sign and a name on a list. On the bright side LITERALLY anyone can get a job detailing here and make 13/hr, some workers will blame you for their mistakes but if you can accept the fact that they just made the new guy the work horse and they’re off in the corner with 5 people on a single car and you doing a everything yourself, if you can ignore that, than this place is perfect!

I 100% would recommend them to anyone!!! We had an issue with work that was completed here. I was hesitant on calling to let them know what happened. Im so glad I did. West Herr Ford Quick Lane went above and beyond to fix the issue with my husbands car. They stand behind their work and were so wonderful with correcting the issue. I cant thank them enough.

Incompetent is an understatement. I called the store at 9am for an oil change/tire rotation. The girl tells me it’s a 30 minute wait. 15 minutes later I drive there and they tell me it’s a 2 hour wait, so they put me on their “list” and tell me to come back in 2 hours. I go back in 2 hours and they tell me it’s a 3 and a half hour wait. Complete morons at that location. NEVER AGAIN. Im being generous by giving this place one star.

Never will go there again! They tell you all these things are wrong with your car and wont pass if for inspection. And then they say they recommend their auto shop to fix it. Had it checked somewhere else and there was nothing wrong! Talk about trying to rip you off to get money!

No way to sign in or get a number, etc. Was 3rd car here, and after they opened, everyone who was there after us early birds ran to the door to wait for it to be opened. So the first guy and myself were actually last in line (about 8 people). The only good thing was they are very fast. The gentleman who checked me in was being trained and it was still very efficient. Huge construction bolt was in my tire tread, and barely 1 hour later I was out the door (for a phenomenal price, I might add). I would give 4 stars but there really needs to be some sort of way to check in as you arrive. I work 2 jobs and was seriously on a time crunch. I got lucky today with their speed. But the man who was first was very upset by the rudeness of the others. Overall, excellent!

Everytime I call for a oil change or when my inspection needs to be done, they say anywhere from 1 to 2 hour wait time. They take on to many big jobs for it to be called quick lane. Would give it less stars if it wasnt for the great staff at the desk and waiting room is actually really nice.

Great experience! No upselling, you can drop off your car and pick up later as long as you pick it up by end of that day! Super convenient no appointment necessary! Very nice staff and nice waiting room with movies if you prefer to wait.

Every time I come here I always end up back bc something was wrong or they didnt complete something. I came and got new tires and after waiting 5 hours they didnt do the alignment, even though I called and told them that is what I was coming for (and besides, why would you not at least suggest getting an alignment done when your customer comes to get new tires on your car) and I had to come back. I came back today and needed an alignment and an oil change. Again, I asked if the alignment was done and they did not do it. He said I said I needed a rotation... even though the tires had less than 1000 miles on them (doesnt make sense but whatever). So now, Im stuck sitting here waiting for another hour.In addition, apparently there is a recall on my car they did not tell me about and I would not have noticed if I did t read my paperwork.Do not go to this place if you want your services done correctly. Quick lane describes their services completely. They are quick (sometimes) but sloppy with their work.

I dealt with Jason Starnes today and his service was impeccable. I waited not even an hour for an oil change and filter change. I highly suggest WH for all your service needs

I have had multiple problems with getting my vehicles to pass nys inspection at this location. They failed my truck for emergency brake inadequacy. I went home and rebuilt the brake system, came back and they said they had also failed it for seal belts and license plate lights which isnt what I was told. I made them check everything again and it passed. They also failed my friends jeep for 1 tire on the rear of a 1 yr old vehicle. Highly irregular. When he turned down purchasing a tire, they passed his car anyway. Clearly a fish for more services.

Very slow, waited an hour and 45 mins for an oil change. Considering they are supposed to be a quick lane, that is just awful. It seems they are No longer a quick lane, as they take on large jobs that you wouldnt see done at most quick lanes.

No matter how busy they are they do their best to expedite. Fast efficient service with a smile.

Very friendly, honest and upfront on required repairs or at least helps narrow down to what needs to be done first and what may wait until next visit.

Never ever go here again!!! Went to get brand new tires mounted and balanced. Cost me $90......less than a week I had a flat! 2 of the 4 tires had bad valve stems that they put on. Then we found marks from where they locked the keys in the my car and used a slim jim to open it and broke my lock. Had the tires checked at monro in east aurora where they showed my husband that the 1 tire wasnt sealed because they never cleaned the corrosion off the rim before putting the new tire on! Worst place ever!!!!!

I dont know what to say .we purchased 2 vehicles with very little sales pressure. they let us test drive as many cars and trucks until we were sure of the vehicle we wanted . we now take both vehicles there for servicing .love the staff always fast and friendly.

They did a oil change with the works. And they filled my washer fuild but not my brake fuild. And it blew out my right rear brake caliper. Then refused to reprimand the tech. That did it and made me fix the screw up they did. I will never buy a car from there let alone get my car service done there ever again.

They will nickel and dime you on anything they can to make a tidy, yet meager profit. Was taken advantage of during my inspection a few months ago in this way.
