I do not think any one cares about how this automatic car wash operates! in the middle of the wash I heard a noise like the one you hear when a rock hits your windshield since the car was covered in soap I couldnt see where it came from or hit however when I pulled out of the car wash I noticed that my side mirror has been shattered! apparently they do not have a filtering system and your car could be hit with anything beside water!!! gave them my information and they were suppose to call me! Will update this review when I hear back from them.

I would give it a 10/100. My car didnt exactly dry out. Just check out the photos. My car barely got washed with the super wash for $11.95. All it did was wash the dust off.

Water only, no brushes involved. My car looks worse because it is uneven, half the car is dirty and the other half is less dirty. I paid more than I would at an actual carwash. It makes me want to not return to HEB because they keep it open. I attached part of my receipt to prove this review is real.

Save your Money. Waste of my time and money. I could of gotten a better wash with My hose pipe at home

This is the worst car wash Ive ever used. Its extremely slow and pretty much did no cleaning at all. If I had spit at my car it would probably be cleaner than what the H-E-B car wash did. If you have a garden house and 5 minutes you can get your car cleaner. If I wanted to sit in my car for 20 minutes and have nothing happen to it I could have done it for free
