Quick speedy I did arrive at 9 still here about 930 so not bad timing would use again

Ive been over there twice for four tires total. You cant beat it. 50 bucks a tire with no extras for mounting and balancing. And the customer service is better than I could ask for. They get the job done quick and get you back on the road. Id recommend them to anyone.

We were traveling from New York to Kentucky and got a flat tire around 9pm in Maryland. It was the day after Christmas and everything was closed. We had to get a hotel, miss work the next day and called over 10 tire places (all of which didn’t have the type of tire we needed). Finally we called D&G and they had a used tire in stock, we were so happy! The guy working there was very nice, fast and courteous and had us on our way. Thanks a MILLION!

I have know this family personally for many years and to see bad ratings on this site is disheartening. I get my oil changed and tires maintained in their Sterling shop, and not once i have received bad service. The family is genuine, hardworking, and honest to the core. Their values stem from many years of good morals in and out of their business. If any one is interested in their services stop by this shop to be served with the up most-top notch service!

I went to Les to get my car repaired and i received the best customer experience. He explained everything that was wrong with my car so I understood what was going on. He fixed my car faster than the expected time, I recommend him to repair all of my friends and families cars.

They are very professional, very reasonable on rates & lastly quality service is outstanding.. I highly recommend D&G to anyone in need of tire or basic in & out mechanical services.

They didnt have a waiting area available, however, their prices for used tires are reasonable, had enough rubber to last a year and pass an inspection. The shop doesnt have all the bells and whistles, but if youre looking for used tires, I would recommend giving them a try. The service and wait time included was less than half an hour. In and out, just like I like it !

Great little business even purchased brand new tires for cheaper than walmart BJs and Costco

Wish I could give them less than a 1. They replaced a flat tire I had and when I rotated the tires the next time I couldnt get the lugs off. It turned out hey had stripped 3 of the 5 lugs and charged me $60 to replace. Even though it back in and they would take care of it and I supplied the placement Lugz. It was only after they had replace them that they tried to charge me $100. I refused and we settled on 60 or they were not going to remove it from the lift. Will never go back suggest no one goes there.

Had a great experience coming to this shop. They were very fast and their costumer service was amazing! Definitely would come back!

Ive stopped in to D&G two times and they are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. You cant beat that type of service.

My “used tire” from here conveniently lasted 21 days with the 15 day warranty before having a split and air began to leak out.. prices are great but not worth it.

I stopped here after getting a flat on 81 a week ago the tire tht they gave me was fine for 1 day after tht it constantly wobbles to the point tht I thought it was gonna come off while driving I’ve called numerous times and no 1 ever answers. When someone finally answer it’s a week later and they expect me to drive 30 for them to wht I would assume put another bad tire on my car. Seeing as though if u work at a tire place u know it was bad so u should’ve neva sold it in the first place. I was told from a different tire shop tht the tire they gave me is 15yrs old smh So now I have to buy another tire which is gonna cost me $60 after I just gave them $40 for a bad tire. If I was u I would not come here at all... also they refused to give me my money even after having me drive around with a tire tht could’ve bust on me on the highway.

So happy with everything they took care of for me. I ran around town, calling different places for 2 days, all others were outrageous prices compared to D&G! Im so glad they came up when i googled used tire Hagerstown MD. I called and they answered right away, i asked if they had my size 205/70/R15 and he said they had 1 left in stock, so i raced down from West Virginia, got there, and they immediately greeted me and let me know they were finishing up the car i was parked behind and within 5 minutes they had me pull forward, he specifically showed me the tire before I agreed to buy used, the tire looked damn near brand new, i then waited no longer than 10 mins for him to replace the tire, put it on and even replaced my Valve stem (free of charge) which i know is only a few bucks but the gesture meant alot, he put my donut in my trunk for me as well. I was extremely happy and satisfied, all employees were nice. And had a sense of humour. Down to earth and i will be recommending them from now on. 44 bucks flat, out the doorEverywhere else wanted 85 plus tax for a USED. Thanks again for your help, it had been a rough couple days lol. But im good now, drove it to WV and back no issues. Will def be returning if any future needs.

Worst place to repair your car. Worst customer service especially Emanuel he is very rude and very dishonest. He changed the word he gave me without any fear. Do not go to this bunch of liers. I just found out they have another location in Gaithersburg where I had another bad experience few weeks ago I believe its run by his brother and father all are unprofessional, does not deserve to get any our hard earned money- business. Never go to this place I have serious doubt on the genuinity of online ratings. I happen to have a flat tire close to their repair place on Pennsylvania Avenue and had to change the tire. Next day after hearing unusal noise went to a dealer and they told me they messed my car. I learned my lesson not once but twice through D & G Tire repair (over charge for cheap parts)..tow your car to nearest well know repair stop but do not go to this bunch of unprofessionals.I would like to add as it does not gave me an option to reply on the comment. I tried calling on the 571 area code phone as requested by them but no one answers.STAY AWAY
