This place is closed right now but I thought it looked really cool so, I pulled in to check it out and take pictures! They have several vacuums and the setup just seems really cool! I look forward to having my car washed here soon! Next door they have a Texas Lube Express. They also do windshield repair and official vehicle inspections!

My first time here and I had a great experience. It wasnt packed so I only had one vehicle ahead of me. There was plenty of soap disbursed. The vacuums were good. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was still a lot of soap dripping from my car when I got out to dry the excess. So either do another quick rinse or a more thorough powerful rinse. Also, mark the direction for wash lanes at the entrance because I had no idea how to get to them and I had to ask a worker and it was on the opposite side. Other than that, I enjoyed this visit.

I come here about 2-3 times a month and I am a member. I love this place, they always have space available for me to vacuum my car. My car is also very clean and Sam is always there if I need assistance and extremely helpful! Sam actually informed me about the membership and it just made sense to get it. This is a great business and great atmosphere

Before and after their upgrade it rocked. Id drop off my car for an oil change and it be ready w a basic car wash when I came back to pick it up...same with state inspection. Now, you pull it in yourself to wash, but the car wash experience is so fun, specially w kids... The welcome sign as you enter... theres something about going in w your car and seeing the whole process that makes your day different.

Ran my brand new truck through this car wash and there was a bit if dirt the blower blew out around the windows after the wash. The attendant Angel wouldnt let me run it through again. He wanted to wipe the dirt off with a rag. I dont need a bunch of scratches on my new truck. I wont be back.

Ive been coming here for years! Everyone Ive met has been super friendly and service is just outstanding. Theyve made some good changes with it now being mainly a drive-thru/self-service car wash. Im so glad they still offer their hand wash service, which is what I typically go for because they always do such a great job cleaning my truck. Plus, they have rocking chairs for you to sit on while you patiently wait for your baby to be cleaned.

I came in for my seats to be shampooed and I needed a Membership. The Manager Sam was so nice and Patient with me! And then John swooped in and gave me some great advice on the oil change services!!The staff here is amazing!

This place is great- good prices, clean and the vacuums work very well. So well in fact that I vacuumed up my spare keys on accident. By the time I got out of the wash, Sam had retrieved my keys and sanitized them for me.Great people here!

Sam was a great guy. He really helped me and walked me through the process. I’ve never received that type of treatment before. Their lube tech is also incredible. Definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends.

I have used them for an oil change for years. The last time I went in my check engine came on and this was after I had work done on my Chevy Suburban. Jeremy let me know the diagnostic for it and I got it fixed today. Thank you Jeremy for finding what I thought my other mechanic should have found and fixed.! Jeremy you are the best😁

Sam the manager is very helpful and friendly. He talked me into the monthly subscription and I’m so happy he did. Great for a quick wash and self vacuum or if you’d rather have full detail that’s available as well. They always have clean towels and plenty of vacuums.

Very nice place, this is the first time I’ve been here to wash my work truck. It’s country decoration, they take care of all the details. You can relax here for 20 minutes while your truck getting ready. They have small barber shop 😅

Texas style decor inside and out. Prices are comparable to most other car washes. I arrived at 2:50pm on a Wednesday. Not busy, but it somehow took 40 minutes from start to finish with no line. I get it... I’m not behind the scenes, so I can’t truly say what took so long. I’d be all over the time it took if my car was returned with no bird poop. But... it was not; a big quarter size spot of bird poop was still there on the trunk. I don’t understand how someone misses that. I will probably return because it’s a convenient stop on the way home from work. I was thrilled to have the pollen gone, but not happy it wasn’t a truly good job.

Sam does a fantastic job of managing the car wash. They have great equipment that gets the job done and a even greater staff that’s friendly, courteous, and helpful. Love this place. I’ve had other washes memberships but this is by far the best!

Had my car detailed and had some stains removed, upon pickup my car was (naturally) wet. We left the windows wide open in the sun for 2 days straight, still wet. After nearly a week and a half it was still noticeably damp. Its been roughly a month since and my car now has a slight smell to it, not a very pleasant one.If it werent for the smell I would give this place a 10/5, fantastic service.

So I pull up to the wash as I usually do and approach the attendant I let him know I need a wash he asked me which package I said the hand wash as I always get with drew he stated “ I don’t work over there find someone over there I work on this side” I said really he said yes so I turned my truck Around and left came back another day when I seen drew from the street and had all my services done... drew and Jeremy always take care of me and all my trucks that Sam character needs to find another profession is that’s how he’s going to treat customers

Ryan was very friendly, and the team was amazing in getting the multiple monthlong bug stains off. I’m in-and-out of Houston and had heard about Texas Express Wash from a friend. I completely agree with the positive statements he made to me regarding this place. Jeez are their vacuums powerful too. This was my first time here, and I will certainly return in the near future!

Came here for lube service and got a free car wash place was super neat and clean ... they greeted me with a smile also let me know how much time I would have to wait which was so awesome. And all the employees look very professional as well thank you SAM for helping me sign up with the membership for unlimited washing

Great at cleaning clean cars!Dont waste you time or money here as they dont care... I grabbed a cloth to catch a few spots to save some time and got chastised by the manager. Tried to speek with the owner about the car not being cleaned, but apparently his phone call was more important, I gave up after 20 minutes waiting for him, got my $520 back for a 6 month wash contract and will never go back. You might want to do the same if you are expecting a clean vehicle.

I have gotten both of my cars state inspection done very quickly from here! Friendly and helpful inspector. They even threw in a free car wash! Totally worth coming here for an inspection. Then went down the street at Kroger to finish up my registration and got my tag instantly. It was pretty like a one stop shop type of feel. 🙂

The unlimited was special for $30 per month is great with the free vacuum and drying towels. Quite frankly my truck is cleaner now than it ever got clean going thru their old full service wash. The only thing they could improve on is the wheel cleaning. I have to clean them when I get home.

I wanted to update my post. For the past 3 weeks Ive gone on both Saturday or Sunday between 8:00 to 8:40 a.m. and its closed even though the hours on Saturday state It opens at 7:30 and hours on Sunday state they open at 8:00 I waited last time because Im thinking maybe theyre just running late but at 9:00 they opened.. could you please update Google to the correct times? My toddler and I are early risers and getting our car washed is part of our routine in the morning ❤️

This is the 2nd time I have come here with my jeep. The 1st time they had me pay extra for a hand wash because they said it was not safe to put the jeep through the automated wash due to the stinger on the front end...ok, fine. This time, they had no problem to run it through the automated wash, but the service stopped here, because for the $$ I paid, they did not appear to do anything more than rinse it off and dry it. The bird poop was still stuck to the car and the inside still had trash and dirt - they didnt even wipe anything down. I will not come back here...I could have gotten the same service at a gas station for $7.

This is the only car wash to go to. The reasons are many! First of all they provide clean, water absorbent towels to wipe down your vehicle; all the vacuums work and the attendants sanitize the handles; they have a specific machine to brush the dirt off of your car mats. The place is clean and the attendants are very helpful. I needed air in my tires and they were happy to assist. You can’t ask for anything more.

Tried to get my car hand washed on Monday, however they couldn’t do it that day. They told me to come back on Tuesday. Due to all the rain over the weekend and me driving on County dirt roads the car was really dirty and sandy. So I decided to take it through the wash tunnel. The result was mediocre. I went back on Tuesday at 4pm to get the hand wash, but there was nobody working. The manager told me that he did send the people home because it rained earlier. I live 3 minutes from this place and it rained for 20 minutes at 11:30am! Me being nice said that I’ll be coming back on Wednesday. I was back at 4pm that Wednesday. They were busy and told me that I would be the last car for the day. However they wanted me to wait for two hours and did not allow that I could come back after an hour to get it done then. Needless to say, very frustrating and not customer service oriented. Went down on Eldridge to another place and writing this review as I get my car washed.

Went through the drive through wash and my care came out half clean. I even spent money for the top line wash. Disappointed to say the least.

Last week I visited Texas express washing lu and the service there was incredible the manager Sam treated me very well and provided me with top notch service.

The wash tunnel has a malfunction and didn’t even dispense any soap. GOD FORBID YOU GO BACK AROUND AND ASK TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. Manager came out to try to fix this and another employee came out really heated about us honking because we needed help at the kiosk. This guy was yelling at my wife and i, really scared my 7 year old child. Never again! This place will not last. Not family friendly. Nothing will make this right! Mr. owner, you need to rethink your staff running your business. I’ve been coming here for years. This will not go unnoticed.

As far as the auto wash goes. Its pretty good.They employ nice young kids who do a good job.Super convienent.Service center however.Wife went to get her car inspected. Upon inspection the mEchAniCs told her the brake travel was too long (pads put on not too long ago). Also, a burnt out middle tail light that I hadnt noticed. So, the mEchAniCs tell her the light is no easy task to replace. Which is BS. (10 seconds to open trunk turn bulb and replace with new). I replaced the light then took the car to Ford dealership, and they passed it no problem.... Long brake what??But you know what? A company like McDonalds can make multiple mistakes and I/we still find ourselves there. A small business makes one and theyre smeared. Just wanted to rant I guess.

The auto wash is very thorough, and the vacuum cleaners are the best around. The self vac space is in an open area and is monitored by several staff members... so I feel very safe!

This place is horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to any one. When I complain to the cashier about how dirty my car still is she told the employee to clean my floor mat again and vacuum the inside. Youll think theyll get it right the second time but the employee didnt. I had to vacuum my own car to get it right because the employee fail to do his job!!! If this is the kind of people yall have representing youre business I will never come here again and wouldnt recommend any one to come. I paid extra for my mats to be clean and my car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOURE MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!

I agree with all of the other reviews. Ive been coming here for years but lately the service has really gotten bad.

Says 7:30am opening everyday except Sunday. Was there from 7:40-7:46am on a Friday. Cones in front of lane to get in. Waited and car behind me left. When I phoned they said don’t open till 8 but informed them that is not what your website says. Then they said he must be preforming maintenance. Ok but what about 7:30 opening time and early bird special you advertise? Just asking. Otherwise your wash does a good job.

Tyrone gave excellent Customer service. Another Customer and myself had already put money in the machine and didnt realize it was Closed. Tyrone re opened and took care of us and I will be back because of his service And kindness! Kudos to Tyrone. Great leadership!

I signed up to have my car washed anytime for $29/ month. I used it often but the back of my SUV was always left with old dirt on the back of my car. After I drove through the car wash, I had to get out and wipe down the back of my car... it was always very dirty. Back before they renovated, the employee who was stationed at the drive through area would brush down the windshield in front, brush the tires and brush down the back. Last week, I spoke with one of the managers about it. Now when I go through the car wash, the employee brush down my car!!! I didn’t even have to ask him. Now the bucket and brush are out where they used to be and the young man brushed the back of my car down with a smile!! My thanks to the manager for listening to me and taking care of business! I’m just sorry I didn’t get his name!

EXTREMELY rude employee at the inspection station named Don. Contacted customer service twice with no response from management. They obviously don’t care. Long time customer but won’t be back. Will definitely spread the word about this poor business attitude.ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE THE OWNER HANK POSTED HOW “angry” HE WAS AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO MEET WITH HIS STAFF AND HIS EMPLOYEE DON AND GET BACK WITH ME AFTER HIS MEETING. WHAT A JOKE!STILL NO RESPONSE WHICH IS WHAT I HAVE SAID ALL ALONG. IF THIS IS HOW MANAGEMENT HANDLES LONG TIME CUSTOMERS THEN I WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD ON THIS POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPONSE.
